Great service, nice to have the free shuttles to and from the airport. Jenny from reception was really nice and very helpful!

We stayed here for a layover we had and the hotel was really close to the airport which was really helpful in our case. The room was exactly like the picture and the hotel had a really nice big pool

Not all the lights in the room were working but not a major issue

Location is close to airport. Close to the malls. Very good hotel

It was a short stay, came at midnight, out by 7 am but it was convenient because it was by the airport. The shuttle was a bonus and it was on time. Would recommend.

The staff specially the receptionist at 4 am on Sunday 13th September please give the guy a gift

Cortesia no atendimento .

Overall, a lovely property with beautiful facilities and a pleasant atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay. A few small improvements would make the experience even better. It would be helpful to provide coffee and milk, sufficient drinking water, shampoo and conditioner, as well as face towels. These basic amenities could be especially important and convenient for guests who need them.

No water, coffee, face washers

This hotel comfort and nice for single or family. And also near with public transport and airport

Very late arrival, courtesy bus waiting, Friendly greeting nice room great breakfast buffet value for money.

Need improvement in room facilities like brush toothpaste, which is basic need for every guest.

Stayed here 1 evening as we had an early early flight the next morning. The location is great as it is just 3 minutes from the airport. The room was nice.

We stayed here only 1 night as we arrived late from our holiday. Having the airport shuttle was nice and it took a few to go from the airport to the hotel. The room is comfortable, it was quiet and it was a nice evening there.

The long check-in line if loads of people arrive at the same time.

I love the hotel ans the team is very very supportive we like Ms Alaa the Duty manager we would like to say special thank you for her and all her team we always come to stay here and we always feel great experience

Stay was good Special thanks to Hisham, Uzair and Ahmed gelal

The breakfast was fab, the room nice, ease of check in was great

The pillows were hard and lumpy, and when I called housekeeping they could't bring a softer pillow. The instructions to get to breakfast were a little sparse (as it is in an adjoining other hotel - and when I queried it the receptionist was rude and condescending.

Hisham,Uzair and Ahmed gelal was very helpful
