Happy stay with my friends. Served good food and many options in breakfast. 5 stars for food and service. Special thanks to Mr. Suresh

It’s all really smartly done here, from the architecture to the furniture. The food was also really good. But the best aspect of this property is the staff. I had erred in booking the hotel for a wrong date, and the staff at the reception went out of their way to accommodate my request to manage the situation. And this attitude is visible across all sections of the property. Even the restaurant staff, highly overworked, yet always present, and courteous. I had a really, really comfortable stay. Thank you

Nothing at all. Can’t point to a single thing

Very nice atmosphere and good breakfast options. Enjoyed my stay with food and bed

Rooms good staff good

Breakfast big disappointment

Near to Mall

Location, cleanliness and service

Nothing

Food and beverages were costly

Pleasant staff

Pigeons spoiled the sofas kept in sitout so that area was not accessible. Even there was wasps.

Clean rooms, good staff, especially in restaurant

Not impressive entrance and lobby Tariff was rather high

If you're looking for a reliable, high-quality stay in gwalior, this is it. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and the housekeeping team does a fantastic job - everything was spotless. I felt the pricing was very fair given the amenities and the level of service provided. Its tucked away enough to be quiet, but close enough to the main sights like the fort truly a 5 star experience at a 4- star price point. Thanks parkinn team 🙏🙏special thank to Lavisha, Ravinder,Rohit, sachin &Akhilesh i never miss this moment 🙏🙏🙏

I stayed here for a quick business trip and was really impressed. The hotel is literally a stone's throw from the railway station, which made my arrival so much easier. The staff were incredibly polite and handled a late check-in without any fuss. Special thanks Lavisha,Govind & Akhilesh( HK) The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast spread had a great variety of local and continental options. Definitely my go-to spot in Gwalior from now on.
