The hotel was newly renovated, everything is clean and the decor is exceptional.

Nothing...the breakfast should be complimentary. The food prices are very high and the quantity served is less.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and in the city centre. The food spread in the breakfast buffet was good. Overall, great stay option.

The lobby didn't have a Radisson feel or look.

Breakfast selection was not bad compared to other 5 Star hotels in the area, but definitely does not correspond with 5-star standard. Breakfast bacon was just one portion at breakfast start and was not refilled.

We had a pleasant stay for family vacation. Location at city center is good. Hotel staff was helpful and courteous- poonam, Akash in restaurant, Akash at reception and other staff were good. Housekeeping dept was quick to respond to all our request.

Raddison Gwalior is a convenient location close to almost all attractions in the city. Hotel Staff is super helpful and ever ready to help you. Food spread for breakfast and dinner is great, covering almost all major cuisines. Our room (superior room) was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We reached Gwalior quite early and on request we were allowed an early check in by 10am. Even check-in and check out process is fast and hassle-free . Thanks to Raddison Gwalior staff for making our stay a memorable one.

I went to Radisson with my family for dinner and it turned out to be the best place. Everything was just perfect. The location was good. The atmosphere was pleasant and calm. The staff was good and helpful. We had ordered some of the dishes from the menu and it was mouth watering. The price was lill expensive however it was worth it. If you looking for an experience for an amazing evening, then you should not miss Radisson.

Nulla in particolare. Solo il fatto che ci fosse un asciugamano macchiato (sembrava una macchia vecchia, ma comunque non abbiamo voluto utilizzarlo). Tuttavia, non dovrebbe succedere e nel caso bisognerebbe prestare più attenzione e sostituire gli asciugamani macchiati.

There was a major water leakage in the room. For first 2 days I requested to check and repair the same, but no one even bother to visit to check it. Mr. Akash, the restaurant person and restaurant staff help us a lot. Thanks. But the hotel staff is just non cooperative and irresponsible. No one even say sorry for the inconvenience. Its horrible. I won't recommend anyone to book a room at Radisson, Gwalior.

Radisson Gwalior is situated at a very good location that is City Centre. The hotel has a very good room especially having good Sunlight. All the staff of Reception to Restaurant is very helpful and courteous. The food is very delicious and a wide variety is available for both Breakfast and Dinner. The Chef and all the staff of the Restaurant are very caring, specially Prakash, Payal and Pramila

Starting from check-in by Ms Sumbul, all the staff was very courteous and efficient. Quality and taste of food was excellent. Dinning room was very charming and had good vibes!

The lobby in reception can be spruced up. Lighting can be improved there. Tapestry was very dark and dreary. It spoils the first impression.

This hotel provided our vey best experience in India. For personal reasons we did stay in the hotel we booked in Gwalior. We walked in showed that we could get a room in the hotel at a rate. We were offered a rate slightly below inclusive of breakfast and dinner. Everything about the hotel was lovely.

This time was not as I feel room is like 3rd class with sharing. Gate L

Bed sheets unclean, pillows unclean, the fridge is not working and has fungus. when people made a lot of noise in the night time,no one tells them to stop. Called house keeper to clean but the bed sheets still not clean much.

I stayed at Radisson Gwalior in the month of April. The stay was nice and comfortable. I had only breakfast there and the food was very good. The staff was also very courteous and attentive. The gym was clean and hygienic. The only issue I faced was the internet speed, somehow the basic requirement nowadays is good internet which I faced problem with. This was highlighted to the staff and they said that the speed is increased but nothing much changed. Overall a good stay.

Room was stinking and not at all clean, we took Buffett dinner at the restaurant next to the reception, food was not at all good, me, my wife, and both my children fall sick after that with a bad stomach infection.

the rooms need renovations, upgrade the restaurants.

I stayed for two consecutive months (Jan’26 and Feb’26), and it was truly a great experience. The support staff at the reception, Indish Restaurant, and housekeeping were all very helpful and courteous. A special mention to Mr. Akash and the reception team for always extending a warm welcome. Overall, it was a very comfortable and worthwhile stay.

The staff wasn't attentive. I asked for an extra bed, had to call them 3 times. Wanted water bottles called twice but no response. Breakfast was meh

Extremely underwhelming experience. The hotel is located inside what feels like a mid-range shopping mall, completely killing the premium vibe you expect from Radisson. The room view was just a parking lot, and shockingly, there wasn’t even a refrigerator in the minibar. This property does not live up to Radisson standards. Feels more like a budget hotel dressed as a luxury brand. Would not recommend.
