Cuisine très petite. Il ne faut pas penser pouvoir y cuisiner (sauf des plats sans préparation ) mais micro onde qui permet de faire réchauffer ses repas. Petit bémol sur le quartier le soir : pas d’agressivité mais quelques personnes alcoolisées.

La limpieza

La ubicación es fantástica. A 5 minutos de Temple Bar y 10 del Spire, en una zona comercial y de restaurantes muy práctica y nada ruidosa, con sitios para comer muy variados y un pub fantástico justo al lado. El personal es muy amable, un chico hasta hablaba español, y me gustó especialmente que pudieras pedir más cápsulas de café o infusiones si te acababas las de cortesía. La habitación se queda pequeña si abres el sofá cama, yo no la recomendaría para tres personas, pero es más que suficiente para dos. Nosotros estuvimos muy cómodos. No tiene armarios pero hay un mueble con dos cajones y una barra para colgar las perchas que para nosotros fue más que suficiente. El baño, aunque estrecho, está nuevo y es cómodo de usar. La tele es enorme y lee bien los pendrives. Esto igual es un comentario muy personal, pero nos gusta viajar con series para ver por la noche y es la primera vez que podemos verlas bien y sin problemas.

Nos pusieron en la planta baja, al nivel del suelo, con ventanas que daban a un callejón y en las que a veces se paraba gente a beber o trapichear. Un día hasta vimos a un hombre parado mirando por la ventana de una habitación contigua a la nuestra. Yo recomendaría pedir la habitación en un piso en la planta primera o superior. Nosotros no pedimos cambio y no pasó nada, corres la cortina y ya está, pero no es agradable. La limpieza tampoco es una maravilla. Sabíamos de partida que al estar menos de 7 noches no estaba incluida, pero siendo así la limpieza inicial debería haber sido más exhaustiva y yo encontré bolas de pelos entre los cojines del sofá y las puertas de los armarios de la zona de cocina estaban bastante grasientas. La cama a mí me pareció un poco dura, pero eso es cuestión de gustos, para mi marido estaba bien. La presión de la ducha tampoco era muy allá pese a estar en la planta baja.

Studio apt was quite small if you're looking for a place to cook and live for a few days, apart from all the apt facilities which were great, it was closer to the size of a standard hotel room. Perfect for short stays if going to an event in the city centre. Perfect for travelling with kids/young teens.

Très bon emplacement dans un quartier avec tous les commerces

La location est enregistrée pour 4 mais contrairement à la photo le lit canapé n'est pas fait à l'avance et c'est à vous de le faire avec des draps emballés sous le lit principal, de même pour 4 personnes il n'y a que 3 chaises. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est juste à coté de la réception donc très bruyant quand des groupes arrivent ou partent.

Posizione angolo cucina ben attrezzato bar/ristorante da utilizzare anche dopo il chek out possibilità di lasciare le valigie in deposito dopo il chek out pizza da asporto eccezionale (un pò cara) staff gentilissimo e disponibile a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza e tutto molto ben organizzato

non trovare pronto il terzo letto ma dover aprire noi e preparare con le lenzuola la poltrona/letto cucina non molto pulita piatti non ben lavati solo 2 sedute per pranzare al piccolo tavolo quando sono previste 3 persone nell'appartamento...un pò scomodo

Moderne Ausstattung der Zimmer, ruhig und gute Erreichbarkeit.

Wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten für das Gepäck im Zimmer. Wenig Platz beim Frühstücksbuffet, das nicht automatisch aufgefüllt wurde. Wir mussten immer wieder um Teller oder Brot bitten. Dazu mussten wir mehrfach um Besteck bitten. Das Besteck war auch nicht wirklich sauber.

Central location, very clean, quiet and spacious room. Easy walking distance to tourist areas. Helpful friendly staff. Luggage storage room was really handy.

There pipes made a loud high pitched noise when we ran water, we could also hear it when other rooms used their water.

Excellent facilities. Having a mini kitchen with fridge, sink, dishwasher, tea and coffee etc was brilliant. Although long-life milk was provided (and according to my fellow guests tasted perfect) I prefer fresh milk in tea and coffee.

The location was so close to the city centre which was very convenient as we had booked dinner and a museum visit within walking distance. The only negative is that it’s not an area I’d be comfortable walking in the dark on my own. I was lucky to be in a group of 5 adults and the whole of the surrounding streets were buzzing with people.

The hotel is good.

The hotel recommended a paid parking facility for our car (Q-Park on Parnell Street). Several personal items were stolen from inside the vehicle. I contacted the hotel to request assistance and action, given that they are partner companies; however, my request was ignored. It has been two months without any response. I am awaiting a reply from the company.

The location was perfect, not in Temple bar, but close enough to walk. The staff was very nice. There is luggage storage on site, which makes things easy.

The bed wasn’t super comfortable.

It was clean and well maintained.

A localização do hotel, a simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários e o espaço do quarto. Só deixar o alerta, para pessoas desprevenidas como eu, as fichas do hotel são triplas (modelo inglês), mas tem entradas USB e o pessoal da receção, amavelmente cedeu-nos um adaptador.

L’emplacement et le personnel

Les matelas est zéro confortable et manque de propreté dans la chambre, les panneaux d’armoire étaient tellement sales. Il à fallu que je nettoie ma chambre.

Ottima posizione vicina ad una via in zona pedonale con molti pub tipici in cui abbiamo mangiato bene e vicina al centro città. La dotazione del mini appartamento è essenziale ma completa.

La stanza che ci hanno assegnato era adatta a due persone ma noi eravamo in tre e con la poltrona letto aperta non c'era più spazio per gestire i bagagli e muoversi.

Les couloirs sans âme dans les étages : nombre de chambres très élevé à chaque étage, impression d'être dans un couloir d'hôpital Lit double = deux lits simples collés l'un à l'autre. De manière générale, je ne recommande pas cet hébergement aux couples en quête d'un séjour romantique. Même si nous avons apprécié le confort moderne (insonorisation, climatisation), l'impossibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres et les lourdes portes coupe-feu dans l'appart 1 chambre (a priori conformes à la réglementation pour ce type de bâtiment hôtelier) ne sont pas agréables.

Abbiamo pernottato per 6 notti ma la pulizia delle camere non è mai stata fatta, era disponibile solo a pagamento. Pochi tavoli per fare colazione in rapporto al numero di stanze della struttura

Das Apartment war für 3 Personen zu klein. Nachdem die Schlafcouch geöffnet war, mussten wir die spärlichen Möbel wie Tischen umstellen um halbwegs ungehindert ins Bad zu kommen. Die Schlafcouch war nicht bequem und wir mussten wechselweise dort schlafen um die 5 Nächte halbwegs zu überstehen. Es gab keinen Kasten, nur 1 Kästchen mit 2 Lädchen. D. h. Leben aus dem Koffer der unter die Betten geschoben werden mußte. Beim Frühstück gab es täglich Pannen wie kaputte Kaffeemaschine, kein Naturyoghurt nach dem ersten Tag, und ständig ging etwas anderes aus und dauerte ewig bis es nachgeliefert wurde.

Great location, staff were friendly. Good facilities and only a short walk to most areas.

Bathroom in our room was a little on the small size but was clean, great water pressure and good shower size, sink was small and not much room to move around. Wasn't a big concern for us but might be some.

La gentilezza dello staff.

La prima sera che siamo arrivati ci é stata assegnata una camera sbagliata (ossia una camera con servizi per disabili). Una volta domandato allo staff cosa fosse successo ci é stato risposto che le camere erano finite e che avevano solo quella a disposizione (nonostante avessi prenotato da UN MESE e pagato già tutto). Il giorno seguente ci assegnano una nuova camera e la mattina veniamo svegliati da un rumore terribile proveniente dal bagno e ci fanno cambiare di nuovo camera. É stato un incubo. La pulizia delle camere lascia molto a desiderare, sembra come se ci fossero odori sgradevoli e le lenzuola erano macchiate! Come soluzione a tutti i loro problemi provano a offrirci una colazione gratis (per la quale avevano già pagato)!

Das Zimmer war schon sehr klein für 3 Personen (zur Kaffeemaschine kam man nur mit Verrenkungen beim übers Bett klettern), aber für 2 Nächte wars OK.

Ingen vinduer på deres værelser. Ved reservation fik jeg tilsendt bekræftelse på at babyseng ville være klar ved vores ankomst. Hotellet stillede den til rådighed 6 timer efter vores check in. Måtte henvende os i receptionen 4 gange før der skete noget.

Mattress was dreadfully uncomfortable and sounded like the springs were rusty. Cutlery at breakfast was dirty. Location felt unsafe to walk around at night. Had to ask everyday for supplies for the coffee machine in the room. Under the bed hadn't been cleaned in months it was thick with dust.

La posizione è favolosa, perfetta per visitare tutta Dublino a piedi. Via silenziosa riservata. Camera spaziosa e letti comodissimi. Presente anche una palestra.

Abbiamo chiesto info allo staff e non erano perfettamente esatte. Non tanto sull'hotel ma sui servizi fuori dall'hotel: LEAP CARD, ecc...

Moquete al pavimento

L’hotel è ottimamente posizionato rispetto al centro che si riesce a raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti.

Le camere sono piccole e non ci sono mobili se non un mini armadio di circa 20 cm. Quando siamo arrivati il divano letto non era stato preparato e lo abbiamo dovuto fare noi.

The size of the XL studio was great. The location, although not the best, very convenient to walking most places in the city centre, both sides of the river.

The bed was very comfortable.

Posizione ottima, vicino al centro e comoda a moltissimi servizi. L’appartamento è ben carino e curato, la cucina piccola ma ben attrezzata e tutto era funzionante e piuttosto nuovo.

La pulizia è un po’ superficiale, sembra tutto abbastanza profondo ma si vede che non vengono fatte delle pulizie particolarmente approfondite, soprattutto dei pavimenti. La cosa peggiore però è stato il materasso, tremendamente scomodo.

Lo mejor la ubicación, la limpieza y las habitaciones.

Spotlessly clean, and very quiet location. Very close to all shopping areas in Dublin. Very polite and helpful staff.

Location excellent, laundry and gym facilities also great.

Breakfast was not great, coffee machines were broken so only espresso coffees via a Nespresso machine was available. Not a great assortment of options for breakfast. Would stay again but wouldn’t have breakfast in.

The place is a nice place just like you are in your house.

Die Unterkunft hatte eine gute Lage. Ist vom Flughafen öffentlich gut mit der Buslinie 24 erreichbar. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Küche war ok mit Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach und Geschirrspüler.

In den Gängen müffelt es. Die Zimmer sind im Bezug auf Sitzmöglichkeiten und Ablagen sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Ein Drei-Bett-Zimmer hatte einen winzigen Tisch, einen Stuhl und einen Hocker. Kleiderschrank war keiner vorhanden. Für die drei Nächte haben wir aus dem Koffer gelebt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war definitiv zu teuer.
