Excellent location Good breakfast Safe was not working but fixed

Wir hatten viele Fragen, das Personal hatte sich die Zeit genommen uns diese zu beantworten. Sehr freundlich, auch im Restaurant. Grosses Morgenbuffet.

Das Einzelzimmer hat zu viele Möbel, es war eng. Wir waren Veganer und hatten mühe warme Hafermilch zu bekommen.

Établissement très bien situé, chambre spacieuse et literie très confortable. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié la décoration. Très beau petit déjeuner. Le personnel et compétant et sympathique.

Leider gab es keine Steckdose im Bad für den Föhn oder Rasierapparat. Da wir um 5.45h bereits auschecken wollten, konnten wir natürlich nicht frühstücken, was uns absolut bewusst war. Das uns offerierte Lunchpaket stand dann leider nicht wie versprochen um diese Zeit zur Verfügung.

Cooles Hotel mit einer Thematik, die gut umgesetzt wurde und überall sichtbar ist. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, gemütliche Zimmer.

I travelled with my dog and they supplied a dog bed, treats and a bowl for my dog.

The single room is really small.

泊まる部屋が決まったら荷物を部屋に入れておいて欲しかったこと。 部屋の充電のコンセントがすぬなくてあっても使いにくい場所だったこと。

Very close to the train station, town, gondolas. Beds are comfortable, buffet breakfast was great, lots of variety.

Big pillows, I have neck issues, a smaller choice would have been nice.

Nice bathroom, with plenty of things included. I did not expect bath salt but I really appreciated it. It was a very relaxing and quiet hotel. Good for couples. Very comfortable reading chair on the room.

The breakfast made ethical claims about local produce, but as a vegan I found the breakfast options quite limited. The oat and soy milk was almost empty. There was only jam to put on the bread.

Badewanne ist zu hoch. Kein Griff zum halten beim Aussteigen. Sturzgefahr!!!!!

Lage, freundliches Personal, das Restaurant war fantastisch!

Keine Klimaanlage. Bei 35 Grad hat auch der Standventilator nicht geholfen. Es scheint, als wäre das Zimmer nicht rechtzeitig gelüftet worden.

Good size room, good breakfast, very good restaurant for dinner.

No air conditioning and the air coming from the small window was not able to cool down the room. The “fan” in the room was of no use, being very small with no power to help cool down. No moskito net. Bathroom could use an update.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr schön, grosszügig und umfangreich.

La proximité, et le garage pour vélos

Déjeuner, le pain était sec et des ballons secs réchauffer, très mauvais

Sauber, komfortabel, schöne Einrichtung. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und aufmerksam.

Es wird mit regionalen Produkten geworben beim Frühstück. Sind aber einfach Schweizer Produkte nicht regional. Auf dem Flyer beim Frühstück regional, sind Bilder von ausländischen Früchten? Käseplatte ist einfach, könnte für die Region reichhaltiger und regionaler und schöner präsentiert sein. Auf der Weinkarte sind keine Produzenten genannt.

Lack of air conditioning

Szuper kényelmes ágy, parkoló a mélygarázsban. Központi helyen. Sajnos klíma nem volt, de éjjel aludni lehetett nyitott ablak mellett. A klímaváltozás a hegyeket is elérte. Első reggel a személyzet akik a reggeliért felelnek nem érkeztek meg, reméljük nincs bajuk, de a recepciós hölgy állta a sarat, minden tőle telhetőt megtett, hogy senki ne maradjon éhen. Másnap már minden tökéletes volt.

The hotel location was in the center of the town and the staff were welcoming.

The room didn’t have proper ventilation or air circulation. I felt quite suffocated and had to keep the windows open. The hotel staff provided a portable fan and air moisture spray but that did not help much. I would definitely recommend staying in the hotel but not during the Summers.

המלון במרכז העיירה ונוח לנקודות יציאה עם רכב ואוטובוס, המלון עצמו מעוצב יפה ונעים לשהייה, ארוחת הבוקר טעימה ואיכותית, המלון נקי מאוד ומתוחזק כל הזמן ע"י הצוות.

אין מזגנים ובחום של יולי אוגוסט זה נורא, בלילה צריך לישון עם חלונות פתוחים וזה לא עוזר, זו בעיה שפגשנו בכל שוויץ והם חייבים למצוא לה פתרון, כשביקשנו מאוורר התשובה הייתה שאזלו להם.

It is a very nice and clean property. The breakfast was great as was the staff, and it is very close to the train station.

Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und angenehm. Gott sei Dank war bei den hohen Temperaturen zumindest ein Ventilator im Zimmer und ich war sehr froh um den kl Kühlschrank! Die Zimmer sind sehr hübsch, ich fand es sehr zuvorkommend, dass bei den hohen Temperaturen die Vorhänge zugezogen waren und der Ventilator bereits lief als wir ankamen. Auch war ich sehr sehr froh darum, dass wir ein bisschen früher einchecken durften! Das Frühstücksbuffet hat alles was man braucht. Warm und kalt! Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Bäder sind etwas unvorteilhaft und in die Jahre gekommen, man setzt ggf das Bad unter Wasser, je nachdem welches Zimmer man mit welchem Bad erhält. Ich hatte Probleme meine CPAP anzustöpseln, da die Steckdose doch etwas weiter weg war vom Bett und zudem konnte ich auch nicht zeitgleich dazu noch mein iPhone Ladegerät und die Nachttischlampe einstöpseln. Die toten und nicht toten Fliegen rund um den Frühstückstisch fand ich nicht so toll, die sind wohl dieses Jahr vielerorts extrem nervig.

Die Zimmer sind schöner als auf den Fotos, statt wie sonst umgekehrt.

Gute Base für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen: Rosenlaui Gebiet, Giessbachfälle etc.

Прекрасен хотел, удобни и големи стаи, хубава закуска. Прекрасно местоположнение, удобен вариант е за посещаване на околните места, атракции и планински пътеки.

Единстявният минус по време на престоят ни беше, че стаята ни беше на запад и беше много топла и за съжаление с предоставеният вентилатор и разхлаждащ спрей не се постига комфорт за почивка след жарките дни навън.

Die Lage ist optimal. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend. Das Zimmer 202 war sehr sauber.

Super bequeme Betten Das Hotel ist sehr gut schallisoliert Geniales Duftkonzept, welches sich durch das ganze Hotel zieht. Spannende Thematik durch das ganze Hotel der Strandung und Rettung der Dakota auf dem Gauligletscher von 1946

Badezimmer war sehr alt und nicht sauber. Fenster waren sehr schmutzig.

The staff was super friendly. Rooms were clean, breakfast was decent. I didn’t see a ton of gluten free options though.

No A/C. Staff brought a very small fan that did nothing in the extreme heat wave. That’s the only real complaint.

Kein klimaanlage war sehr warm im zimmer

Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Bei Reklamationen waren sie sehr verständnisvoll und haben sich sofort um mein Anliegen gekümmert und eine Lösung gefunden.

Dass es keine Klimaanlage hatte und es im Zimmer so heiss war, dass an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Das Fenster konnte nur gekippt werden. Es war so heiss, dass mein Kosmetikstift weich geworden ist. Das Personal hat uns dann ein anderes Zimmer gegeben.

Zentrale Lage und einkaufen in der Nähe und Frühstück in Ordnung

Keine Klimaanlage wir konnten nachts kaum schlafen und Fenster auf machen war auch schwierig da wir das Zimmer direkt vorne auf die Hauptstraße hatten mit Bars und Restaurants, mit Hund vermutlich das kleinste Zimmer (verwinkeltes Zimmer) erhalten trotz das man extra für den Hund zahlt, keine Steckdose im Bad

Malgré le fait que j’avais averti que j’avais une intolérance au gluten et que j’avais reçu la confirmation que c’était ok, il n’y avait pas de pain sans gluten

The location was good.

Was very hot in the room. No Ac and the ceiling fan does nothing. Windows barely open. I was aware that they did it have ac, however I assumed we could open the window all the way. My son would have overheated at night if he didn’t sleep on the floor closer to the windows . We slept under the fan and still no air circulation. Also when we checked in we asked the staff if we could make it to gorge before it closed. He said no wait til tomorrow and it was too far. My son and I decided not to listen to him and looked online to find that they were open til 6:30 and we took the 20 min walk and so glad we didn’t listen to him. It was the whole reason we were there. We took 4 different trains to get there and was not going to let him stop us. He should not discourage guests to not do what they want to do. He should’ve helped us more than he did and be positive. No one wants to hear that when they check in.
