O quarto era confortável, limpo e estava em boas condições de conservação. A equipe foi bastante atenciosa.

Achei o café da manhã muito simples. Por ser um serviço de atendimento a turistas, seria legal se a equipe estivesse mais preparada com sugestões de restaurantes, passeios e atividades.

De locatie is prima, maar de afstanden ten opzichte van horeca zoals aangegeven bij booking.com kloppen totaal niet - alles is verder weg. Het ontbijt was uiterst basic. Geen boter of beleg aanwezig - dat hebben we dan maar zelf gekocht. Muffe kamer zonder vensters - ook geen bureau aanwezig, hetgeen wel beloofd wordt bij booking.com. Er is onvoldoende ruimte om kleding op te bergen en door de lage kasten was het onmogelijk om broeken of japonnen op te hangen, hetgeen niet handig is bij een langer verblijf. Personeel aan de receptie spreekt vrijwel uitsluitend Spaans. De gegeven informatie is afhankelijk van degene die er zit en is niet consistent. Was- en strijkservice werd aangeboden aan de receptie bij "een betrouwbaar bedrijf waar we zelf ons linnengoed laten reinigen". Was werd keurig afgehaald bij de receptie maar werd - tegen de afspraken in - niet terug bezorgd op de kamer. Moesten die zelf gaan afhalen op een adres op zo'n 20 minuten lopen en alles door de stad heen zeulen. De prijs was, in vergelijking met de rest van Mexico (maar ook met Nederland en België) belachelijk hoog. We zijn naar schatting voor zo'n €60,- opgelicht. Geen rekening. Terug in het hotel bleek dat we spullen misten maar ook wasgoed van andere mensen hadden. Noch het hotel, noch de wasserij voelde zich geroepen om de situatie recht te zetten; "wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk". Omdat we dezelfde ochtend moesten doorreizen viel er voor ons ook niets meer aan te doen. Er zijn in dezelfde buurt waarschijnlijk klantvriendelijkere hotels te vinden waar je niet wordt opgelicht.

Nada, esse hotel não é 4 estrelas parece um albergue e possui valor de 4 estrelas, ar condicionado quebrado. O quarto não possui nem mesa lateral ao lado da cama pra colocar os pertences de viagem. A cama não é queen. Café da manhã não é buffet e quiseram nos cobrar leite a parte. Chuveiro demora 10 min pra aquecer a água, o vaso não dá descarga direito. Muito ruim. A única coisa boa são os recepcionistas muito gentis e educados e a limpeza também é boa. MAS Se você espera ESTRUTURQ de um hotel 4 estrelas fuja desse, SE ESSE HOTEL TIVESSE VALOR DE 2 OU 3 estrelas não estaria fazendo essa crítica.

Hotel não é 4 estrelas não tem estrutura de 4 estrelas, mas é cobrado valor de 4 estrelas. Não compensou pelo desconforto

I housed a guest in the hotel and he was happy. Booking was not for me but I received no bad comments and the price was reasonable.

Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero para el que solo quiera tener buena ubicacion y dormir esta esta bien. En la habitación 105 La cama suena demasiado, hay unas bancas en la entrada de la habitación donde se sienta la gente y hacen bulla a toda hora y no dejan dormir y casi no hay privacidad, el agua aveces cuesta que caliente o aveces ni calienta y el wifi es lento.

Es la segunda vez que vuelvo a este hotel porque está muy bien ubicado, a dos cuadras del metro, y también se puede llegar caminando a varios lugares.

Creo que las almohadas son un poquitos duras. Puede ser bullicioso por momentos, pero con unos buenos tapaoídos se supera.

The location was great, right in the centre of Roma Norte. The staff were helpful. Breakfast was quite tasty, and was a nice start to the day.

Images used for publicising the hotel were misleading, they made the rooms look much more spacious and relaxing. The decor was dated, the materials were not very comfortable, and the atmosphere of the rooms was a bit grim. There was very little space to move compared to how the hotels images make it seem. No windows in our room, which is ridiculous, every hotel room should have some natural light if it is not in a basement.

The property is great in an excellent location, and delicious restaurant.

Our family of 4 have stayed in this hotel before but this time around we were given the worst room ever, on the ground floor by one of the most trafficked streets in CDMX. Sleeping felt as if our beds were in the middle of the street. This was a nightmare since we were super tired after a transatlantic flight. We asked the personnel to give us please another (quiet) room but they didn’t have any available; they offered us earplugs instead but that didn’t help some of us. In our view, that room should NOT be a hotel room; should be used as reception or else because it is literally just as one enters from a very busy street. This review is coming from a Mexican who used to live in CDMX, so I am not exaggerating.

The location was good and the porter who helped customers with luggage was a gem, super friendly and helpful.

The staff were eating at the front desk, to start. The primary woman who was checking me in was so rude, it was shocking. I was early and she said she would give me an update on whether my room would be available or not - I wound up sitting there for 30 mins with no update while the staff just chit chatted. It was so unprofessional. My room had no wall hooks (my friend's room did). My friend's room had a broken AC and despite a conversation early morning, where the staff said they would repair it or move them, nothing was addressed when we came back hours later. They eventually moved in a halfway decent portable AC and no comp was offered. You have to leave your ID to use an iron or hairdryer - this was so crazy. This place had such great reviews but was essentially one level up from a hostel. Would not stay here again.

The rooms had bad configuration. no locks on the toilet or shower and you could see inside of them. shower head was weak. hot water turns of @.approx. 11pm The fan power was weak. and it made an annoying, loud noisy when in operation. No noise insulation so you can hear everything from the street and other rooms. TERRIBLE place - can't believe it is affiliated with Wyndam.

Juan, de la entrada y los hostest nos atendieron bien, el restaurante es bueno.

Subir tantas escaleras al piso 3, pero está lindo.

Siempre que llegamos Juan nos recibe de una forma muy cálida y es muy amable, atento, nos ayuda con el equipaje y si es necesario resguardarlo, lo hace.

La actitud de la recepcionista que a pesar de tener habitaciones disponibles no nos quería hacer un early pass, la vez pasada que me hospedé pasó con la misma recepcionista y en esta ocasión tuve que poner una queja por la actitud que siempre tiene con nosotros, su nombre es “Mich”

Breakfast was delicious. The location and architectural charm was great. The staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel was very clean.

No air conditioning. My room only had overhead lighting. It only had one bedside table. Two lamps in the room would have elevated it tremendously. Also - the windows of my room (208) overlooked the restaurant. It was very noisy in the mornings. However - I don’t understand Spanish so the voices sounded like background noise to me.

Habitaciones sin ventanas ! eso debe estar aclarado en el detalle de servicios. No había ventilación. Tuve el primer dia una habitacion cuyo ventilador de techo casi tocaba mi cabeza. No apto para personas con movilidad reducida - sin ascensor

L’emplacement est excellent, le petit déjeuner était délicieux (fruits frais, yogourt naturel, café filtre et œufs ou autre choix). La possibilité de louer un vélo est super surtout qu’il y a beaucoup de pistes cyclables aux alentours. Les chambres sont mignonnes. L’hôtel lui-même est comme une ancienne hacienda et les planchers et l’architecture valent la peine. L’ambiance est jeune et très agréable. Il y a aussi des jeux de société à disposition et l’air est parfumé.

Le ventilateur grinçait et la base du lit aussi.

Quisiera calificarlos mejor por la atención del personal del hotel ya que fueron muy amables.

Es muy contrastante la atención del personal del Restaurante La Tosta, muy groseros los meseros, al grado que decidimos no utilizar el desayuno incluído del último día para no recibir sus malos tratos. Al parecer son administraciones diferentes, sin embargo uno como huésped no deberia de notar la diferencia. Espero que mejoren esta situación ya que les puede quitar clientes para la temporada del mundial.

Quite noisy! the traffic from the street is very loud. My room was really small without a wardrobe, it didn't have a table bed with a light, only the big bright light from the ceiling.

Staff was very helpful and welcoming. The location was great - walking distance to the park and lots of restaurants. The free breakfast was pretty good - I'd recommend the chilaquiles with fried egg.

Our room only had one window that faced the hallway. It was very humid, even though we ran the bathroom fans all day. We couldn't open the window without losing all of our privacy. The walls were also very thin.

El cuarto que me dieron con deficiencias de mantenimiento (manchas en el piso) despintado; el ultimo dia NO me salió agua caliente. Un cuarto que le entra demasiada luz por la noche; no tuve buena experiencia y a estos hoteles no regreso.

Friendly bilingual staff. Security was beyond my expectations. Atmosphere and décor was impressive, and overall felt peaceful and relaxing. Bonus: we loved the doorman, Dr. Juan who made us feel at home as well as the housekeeper(s) who kept our room super-clean on a daily basis.

The 3-star hotel (claims to be part of Wyndham chain) seemed bit off with missing amenities such as ironing & board, hair-dryer, mini-fridge etc. (for which should be standard features). Beds squeaked a lot, and personally I found the pillows way too puffy and uncomfortable. Despite that everything else was great.

Pagamos por tres noches y abandonamos el hotel después de la primera. La habitación era extremadamente calurosa y, para compensar la falta de aire acondicionado, el ventilador de la pieza en evidente mal estado que emitía un ruido ensordecedor y permanente durante toda la noche. Descansar fue simplemente imposible. Lo más frustrante fue la falta total de solución. Reportamos el problema alrededor de las 16:00 hrs y se nos informó que enviaría un técnico. Pasaron más de seis horas y nadie apareció. Tampoco nos ofrecieron cambio de habitación ni una alternativa razonable. La atención fue inconsistente. La recepcionista que realizó el check-in fue amable, pero la otra recepcionista que nos entregó la habitación al momento de recibir la habitación fuimos ignorados durante varios minutos mientras ella conversaba y revisaba fotografías en su teléfono, sin siquiera saludar o informar que nos atendería más tarde. Finalmente, la recepcionista del turno de noche sí fue cordial y gestionó nuestra salida. Para completar la experiencia, durante nuestra gestión en recepción ingresó una persona ajena al hotel sin control alguno, generando una evidente sensación de inseguridad. Por ubicación el hotel tiene potencial, pero la falta de mantenimiento, la ausencia de soluciones ante un problema grave de la habitación y la deficiente atención recibida hicieron que nuestra estadía terminara antes de comenzar.

The hotel is advertised as a 4‑star property, but unfortunately it does not meet that standard. It is very noisy due to the open internal hall and the busy street outside. The room was small and uncomfortable, and although it had a window, it faced a wall, so there was effectively no natural light. There was also a strong unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. Overall, this was one of my most disappointing hotel experiences. I expected the comfort and quality associated with a 4‑star hotel, but this property fell far short of that.

The staff was very friendly and polite.

We had chosen the smaller size room, which did not include and desk and chair for work. There was also a smell coming from the shower drain.

El personal es muy cálido. Las vistas al jardín hermosas y el desayuno que te incluye la habitación es delicioso! Recomiendo ampliamente que se hospeden en MX Condesa!

Me gusto la ubicación se puede caminar cerca a muchos restaurantes y tiendas independientes, una zona muy activa y de facil accesos, fuimos caminando hasta el museo de Antropologia y el Bosque de Chapultepec, tambien nos gusto que hay maquina de café y otras bebidas calientes disponibles 24/7 y estan incluidas. La atencion de la persona de equipaje muy bien muy amable y atento.

Las habitaciones son pequeñas, falta mayor ventilacion porque se encierra la humedad de los baños, la atencion puede mejorar mucho especialmente en la recepción y restaurante. No obstante por pocos dias se puede estar.

The staff were really good and polite. Having a 24/7 reception is definitely a big plus.

The hotel overall didn’t feel like a safe place. The entrance doors were always open, and since the reception was located further inside rather than near the entrance, anyone could easily walk in and go upstairs to the units (which have glass doors). I had booked a room with air conditioning, but the remote control was missing, and it got very hot, especially since there were no windows. The breakfasts were okay, but the portions were quite small. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
