Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in einer ruhigen Nebenstrasse. Park Chapultepec und La Reforma sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Taxi erreichbar. Das Zimmer hat einen Dachterrasse. Für einen 3 tägigen Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend.
Das Zimmer ist etwas klein wenn man viel Gepäck dabei hat.

A acústica é muito ruim, você escuta todos os barulhos vindo de outros quartos e dos carros e conversas na rua. Foi bem difícil dormir no final de semana por conta dos barulhos externos. Além disso, o banheiro possui um chuveiro forte e alto, que molha tudo. Mesmo com poucos minutos do chuveiro ligado, a água vaza para fora do box e, ao comentar com um funcionário, aparentemente o problema é conhecido. Fora isso foi tudo certo!

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026La ubicación, la amabilidad del personal y la posibilidad de hacer late checkout. La limpieza de la habitación fue excepcional y siempre habían botellas de agua de cortesía.
No fue algo del hotel en si, pero la última noche llegaron huéspedes con mucho ruido a altas horas. Quizá sería bueno ser más estrictos con el reglamento para no incomodar el sueño de otros huéspedes. Trabajar la insonorización de los baños de las habitaciones ya que podíamos escuchar cada vez que otros huéspedes se bañaban o usaban el servicio.

Das einzige nicht so tolle war, dass die Dusche nicht ganz dicht war und Wasser ausgetreten ist.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Beautiful property in a great location (La Condesa). We felt so safe walking through the neighborhood at night and there was always someone at the reception desk, very secure! I’d describe it as a proper hotel in that our room got cleaned every day and the cleaning was immaculate. Reception staff was very polite and helpful. Bed was comfortable, room was extremely quiet, and check in and out were super quick and easy!

Sinceramente nos ha decepcionado mucho. Un hotel con un presupuesto elevado. La zona es muy buena pero el servicio deja mucho que desear. Nos pusieron una habitación bastante pequeña que daba a un pato interior (donde estaban de obras y se escuchaba todo). Además en el hotel se escuchaban todos los ruidos de las otras habitaciones y de la escalera como si estuvieran en la tuya. Uno de los tres días no entraron a limpiar y quisieron entrar a las 5 de la tarde, por supuesto que no era hora. Otro día de los que entraron se dejaron dos balletas de limpieza sucias dentro de nuestra maleta. Era nuestra luna de miel y nos apetecía tener un espacio agradable y la experiencia no lo fue. Esperamos que mejore para visitas posteriores.

Our room was a bit smaller than we expected, but had a nice balcony. The glass shower cubicle leaked water so the floor/bathmat got quite wet.

Only thing was thr shower leaked quite a bit so we had to put towels on the floor which left the towels soaked, so we felt bad leaving wet towels that had been on the floor. But there was plenty of towels so it didn't affect our stay but we like to leave less of a mess.

La habitación está genial con todo detalle y pasan a limpiarla todos los días. Dispones de microondas y algún plato y cubiertos por si quisieras comer algo. Tienen el detalle de dejarte siempre agua y tés. En la parte de arriba tienen una terraza muy chula de la que puedes disponer con vistas. El baño es amplio y está limpio.
Como punto negativo por si se puede mejorar, el agua de la ducha si sale un poco.

Unique bémol: les portes coulissantes de notre douche ne fermaient pas correctement, donc on inondait le sol à chaque douche.

De kamer is top: goed bed en een fijne douche. Iedere dag werden de handdoeken verschoond en kreeg je nieuwe flesjes water. Het personeel was behulpzaam.
De trappengang galmt heel erg en dat hoor je op de kamers, dus je moet wel geluk hebben met de andere gasten. Wij zijn helaas een paar keer geworden van schreeuwende jongeren.
