1. I booked a deluxe single room with a window. Unfortunately I got a room without a window. I asked the receptionist and she told me that all deluxe single rooms in this hotel have no window. But why do they advertise in Booking.com or other platforms that have a window for deluxe single rooms? This is not right & not fair for the customer who booked that room.😰 2. The TV or TV Box channel does not function in my room during my stay. Even the technician tried to fix it and it was still not working..I did ask to change rooms but the receptionist told me that no rooms are available.🙁
