- Buffet breakfast was satisfying & delicious. Got variety of foods. - Rooms were spacious, tidy & clean. Value for money paid. We were allowed for early check in & were given connecting room as requested. - Kids & adult pools are clean. Kids pool just outside our room, its a bonus!!! - Friendly staff - reception at front office & cafe & bellboy cum security guard were very attentive & helpful - Location & ambience is good.

- Body wash & shampoo should be provided in the toilet too. - No bellboy/concierge to carry our luggage. We were lucky at the time of check in, the security guard helps us with our luggages. - Lighting in the shower & toilet areas were quite dim.

Kolam budak dekat dengan bilik

Bunyi motokar atas jalan raya kadang dengar sampai dlm bilil

An excellent, family friendly hotel! The rooms are big with comfortable beds, and there is plenty of open parking. The highlights were definitely the amazing kids' pool with extra pool towels provided. Free breakfast for children under 7. Kids would definitely love the pool.

The breakfast was basic Malaysian fare, and the shower room felt quite cramped. Additionally, there was no phone connection in the room, and basic amenities like toothbrushes, combs, and laundry bags were not provided, so you'll need to bring your own.

Both pool adult and kids pool. The arrangement for breakfast is brilliant. Traffic was good. The hotel ambience also good. Booked this room to relax.

Semua ok tak ada masalah. Hanya 1 part sahaja yg tak ok tp itu xjd masalah besar bagi saya.. saya acah jadi benak ubi, customer servis layan kan soalan saya tu (friendly).

Facility dlm bilik. 1. Siaran tv for kids tak ada sound.. 2. Peti ais tidak berfungsi walaupun dah on suis.. But seperti saya maklumkan tiada jadi masalah besar bagi saya. But korang perlu improve kan situasi tersebut untuk tidak jadi masalah besar pada pelanggan lain..

Everything

More facilities like kids playground, sauna etc

Near to my house

pool for kids, ok, pool for adult hmm please clean it as much as you can there are plenty of leaves in the pool, room ok, breakfast just standard breakfast but still ok. worth it to stay? yes. worth it to repeat stay? yes. easy access to town. mcd and petrol pump are nearby.

during peak season supposedly assign more staff. and please not answer to customer you are out of staff and cannot provide basic service hmm. honestly i can understand the staff, i just cant tolerate with owner/management hmmm

The spacious pool.

Mine got unconnected phone which unable to call out for food service. I had to call receptionist thru my personal hp to connected to cafe. No dental kit received as mentioned in their SOP but since i brought my own then no prob for me. Total towel received not cater for max people stay. I was not complained before coz room phone unconnected.

View & pool located

Traffic for breakfast..request also to improve on breakfast meal taste & varieties..

Bilik luas dan katil besar. Kolam renang yang sangat seronok sesuai untuk kanak kanak dan dewasa.

Air cond kurang sejuk, bilik mandi agak kecil dan tiada tempat untuk letak barang. Almari agak berhabuk. Cuba untuk pelbagaikan lagi variaty breakfast.

Pool near room. Friendly staff.

Suddenly blackout 1hour. Facilities not up to date. Menu breakfast nasi lemak bad smell (nasi basi)

The room was spacious and each room came with its own balcony, which was a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable as well. The pool was huge and could accommodate many guests comfortably at the same time. Having a few food stalls near the pool was definitely a plus point, and the food was great too. Breakfast was good overall, and we especially loved the croissants!

The toilet could be cleaner. The separate pools for kids and adults are a nice touch, but children still need supervision, so adults can’t really swim while keeping an eye on them. There were also not enough power plugs in the room for charging devices conveniently.

Dekat nak pergi...satu lagi kalau pool boleh guna sampai 10pm lg best..

Tiada bumbung antara blok..waktu hujan basah..

All great.

Lantai concrete imprint tepi kolam tu mungkin boleh kasi kilatkan semula. Nampak dah lama dah kusam. Tk cantik pemandangan utk take pictures :)

It's midway between Airport and Kuala Lumpur center.

It needs updating and a really good clean. Pool facing rooms can be a little noisy.

I like the place, the ambience, the environment.

My room was dirty. My bedsheet got blood stain, curtain dirty too. Bathroom was slippery too. Dissapointed cs i took the premier room but the cleanliness is not taken seriously.

Near In KL and Have Bigger Swimming Pool

A Lot Mosquito

vibes, kids friendly, larger than average hotel room in Klang valley, very comfortable to perform solat, got pipe to perform wuduk. great breakfast.

fool for kids very good and excellance

ground floor a lot of moskito

I like the place. Peaceful and surrounds with greenery... Value for money paid. Breakfast was decent.

Nothing

Fair enough and its a bit run down . Management should do something to maintain the condition of the room

All wooden furniture need upgrade including the toilet

Pool

Cleanliness and food taate

The room was clean. Breakfast was delivered to our room. Each set included a main course, cereal, a pastry, coffee, juice, and fruits. They also provided milk for the cereal.

They provide a dental kit only upon request. The room was quite old and a bit dusty in some areas. It looked good in the pictures, but in reality, it felt dated. The bathroom had only a fixed shower. The breakfast was average—not very impressive.

Both pools and the ambience

Did not expect the steps tublevel 1 was that high. Not so convenient for elderly

Good location

Cleanliness is not up to par at all. Bed sheet requested to change once enter. Mattress is full with stains

Dirty, food no standard , room , bedsheets with stain and corridor dirty and damaged furniture . Totally need a refurbishing. Please improve your cleanliness. Need eye for improvement. Food tasteless
