Reviewed Sep 12, 2025We slept there for the 2nd time . So we knew what we expected. We were not going to rebook again if we didn't like 1st time. The bed is very comfortable.
Going in this time around was a mission. The security couldn't let me in coz it was registered that there's someone inside. Besides that, nothing to complain about.

No shower gel provided. Only 1 teabag provided. No response from host when I sent her a text about the heater and the cleaner literally was at the door at 10am sharp, while we have to respect check out time host must also give guests a few minutes to actually check out at 10 not knock on the dot as if they can’t wait for you to leave.

It was a bit cold in the room and a heater was provided but the wasnt a long cord to put the heater on. If you pluged it in. It would be really close to bed which didnt feel safe. It would be great if there was an extention cord to help with moving away from the bed but still keep you warm.

Reviewed Feb 16, 2025The location is great, close to the mall and has a beautiful view of Waterfall. The place was so clean, beautifully designed and aesthetically pleasing.
The process to get in is so difficult, the place is quite confusing with multiple buildings around. The security guards are so rude, not helpful at all. Check out was at 10:00, exited the building at 10:00 and got to the boom gate around 10:09, the code had already expired. Maybe next time make it expire at 10:15 or more. Or specify that by 10:00 a guest must have exited the boom gates.

Reviewed May 16, 2024The apartment was clean, neat, and there was a complimentary drink on arrival. Coffees and sugars were well stocked, view was amazing and linen was clean. Exceptional quality with no expense spared.
The building itself can be a bit confusing as there are 3 buildings within the ellipse venue so you can easily step into the wrong one like I did. Better directioning would be great. Also the wifi was not as consistent as I would've liked it to be, occasionally dropping when using.
