Reviewed Apr 25, 2026The location is excellent and the cleanliness of the apartment was excellent. The apartment had a great smelling diffuser that lingered in the air very nicely. Having two TVs made for a great touch so you don't disturb the other partner incase they are working in the living room. Would definitely visit again.

There was a water crisis. The property had jojo tanks. But they were not connected to the main water line. This should be an action for the future.

Reviewed Oct 31, 2025Very good place to stay, I recommend it. It is located in a very beautiful quiet and safe aera. A few walk steps to the Mall of Africa. The unit is very well equipped specially for does who want to prepare their own dishes.
The information guide inside the unit should include additional information regarding the Housekeeping, how does it work, if it is upon request, the trash or refused items how or where to deposit... the Netflix service, is available but you need to use your own account.

The decor was simple but tasteful, and everything was exactly as shown in the photos, if not better. It was quiet, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a stress-free stay. Honestly, it just felt like a really good place to relax after exploring during the day. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything super easy really appreciated the smooth communication.
Honestly, there wasn’t much to complain about, it was a great stay overall. If I had to nitpick, maybe just a couple of small things like a full mirror, but nothing that actually affected the quality of the stay or made me regret booking. The pros far outweighed any cons.

Balcony was very small. No access nor view of the pools as advertised. Access to the pools is through the restaurant which we entered and exited with difficulty due to the security door. When we got to the gate of the pool we were told it is only for residents. In the add. "What people like of this department is the private pool" Is misleading.

Unfortunately, we booked and paid for a couple and a 16 year old. There was no bed or sleeper couch or bedding available. And no assist!

Reviewed Aug 21, 2024There was no Handwash and body lotion. No Aircon nor a heater. Room was smelling of cigarette smoke. Washing bucket and mops in the room, meaning the room was not prepared on time. Owner/host promised to bring a gas cylinder but never came. Getting access to the room and checking strategy was so Inconvenient and bad.
