I didn’t like the $25 parking fee we were hit with and very tight with little room to pull in or back in or out.

All you get is mushy fruit and the eggs that are standard for hotel breakfast. We regretted it - you can order off a menu and all the food looked fantastic. But you can’t change your mind. Nice staff - helped me out of a jam.

Parking on site is good at $25.00 a day, not so good. So, only stayed one night. The other hotel we stayed at in Glendale charges $10.00 a night but was slightly farther from the Mall and other stores.

It was very noisy at night. There are quiet hours but they were not enforced. Sometimes it seemed like people were banging on our door.

There for 4 days never got full service cleaning. No cleaning for 2 days. We asked for clean towels and we were brought those. On the third day 1 bed was made and trash picked up. I had to get a roll of toilet paper off the housecleaning cart. Carpet was not vacuumed. I found crayons on the floor under the chair. Never got daily coffee pods or drinking cups.

При заселении мы оплатили картой всю стоимость проживания, но за день до выезда отель стал присылать уведомления о необходимости оплаты ,причем суммы в запросах были разные. На ресепшене нам объяснили,что в день заселения деньги были не сняты,а лишь заблокированы на счете. Это оставило неприятный осадок , потому что фактически нам пришлось дважды оплатить проживание ,а что из этого заблокировано и что снято сможем узнать лишь в конце месяца из выписки банка( о таких моментах ,я считаю , отель должен предупреждать заранее.

My stay at 2 star Holiday Inn Express in Glendale was ruined because of breakfast. You had to write that there is no space and breakfast in only - "to go". You have to take it and go! There were no place for even half of the clients. People were staying among the tables. There were lanes of people to get food. The food for breakfast was MOST CHEAP that you probably can get in One dollar store. Turkey and Pork Mechanically sperated out of bones meat into defrosted patties with self cost around 0.10 cents per pound. Oatmeal, bacon, omelet, bread and muffins. That is all from food. Cost of the room was the same as 4 star hotel in downtown LA. In the room was no even 1 bottle of water!! Not even one! If you needed to drink water you have to go and ask on reception. I paid for 2 nights around $500. I paid additionally $50 for parking. In general every moment I felt the word - ECONOMY in every detail this hotel offers. Highly not recommended!

I didn't like that a cooking staff rudely said close the lids on food, but it was open when I came up to them. When came into room it was still a little dirty on floor. Our last night we could smell Someone smoking and the scent came into our room. The pull out bed was not comfy at all, could feel all the wiring in it.

Good location - drive able to so many great places. Not quite as walkable as some other places I’ve stayed in Glendale but much cleaner and reasonably priced compared to most you can walk from. Coffee and breakfast are really good too!!
