Everything was on point

Very quiet and peaceful.

There is some work needed in the bathroom. The shower tap is rusty and has a lot of limescale buildup. There is a sort of box near the toilet where you can hear water running—like a leak. Apart from that, it’s a lovely place.

Location is very nice. Quite and the atmosphere is quite comfortable also.

It would be much more comfortable to sleep if the blanket had a cover instead of a bedsheet, otherwise it was a very nice stay. Thank you

Unfortunately didn’t have hot water and even after the 4 nights of my stay it didn’t manage to get fixed Also lots of bugs and ants in the bathroom which also didn’t manage to get cleaned

5 minute walk from Grand Baie beach. Although I would not recommend this beach as it is more like an urban beach

I thought I has reserved an appartment but it turned out to be a minuscule room with a bathroom that resembled those of airplanes

Malheureusement il y avait une panne d'eau qui etait primordial pour nous. Les meubles de la cuisine, salon et certaines portes à renover dans le futur.

La piscine était bien

Le robinet de la douche qui fuit. La piscine été pas propre tous les jours malheureusement.

le premier appartement qu' on a reçus il y avait de la peinture qui détachait du plafond et retombait sur le carrelages pas esthétique on n a demander une autre chambre ils ont réagir très vite on a eu autre chambre et on a passe notre vacances tranquillement .

Superbe accueil de Vanessa et Sébastien, meeci pour la recette du Rhum 44. Merci à Anais pour le checking à mon arrivée et départ, très bienveillante. Cadre vraiment sympa à 2 pas de la Croisette et du Super U, très bien placé, piscine au top avec l'été qui est bien arrivé. Je recommande pour le rapport qualité/prix Elvire

Mrs Anais was amazing and highly responsive. Great place to stay. Would highly recommend.

However, the hot water was not working in my room stay.

La posizione a pochi passi da Gran Baie

La lista é lunga, partiamo dalla camera, abbiamo fatto presente che mancava il telecomando della TV (decoder) ma in 4 giorni non ci é mai stata data un alternativa, la camera era molto umida con grosse e pericolose perdite di acqua dal soffitto del bagno e della camera da letto, letteralmente gocciolava acqua dal soffitto, segno di una pericolosa infiltrazione. La porta del bagno non si chiudeva, non esisteva privacy, uno dei due a turno usciva fuori dalla stanza per permettere all'altro di utilizzare il bagno con la dovuta privacy. La doccia non aveva una porta, ma una tendina con un bastone che puntualmente si sganciava e lasciava cadere tutto. Per due giorni ad orari alterni abbiamo anche avuto mancanza di acqua quindi abbiamo dovuto usare l'acqua in bottiglia per i servizi igienici e per lavarci, un disastro totale.

The upkeep in the apartment needs some work , plumbing, decor, furnishings.

Spacious room and comfortable bed but we had too many issues.

Could not flush toilet and foul smell coming from the toilet. No toileteries provided. Pool was not clean and it was too crowded. Doors on terrace could not be locked and as we were all girls, it was risky. Location was not great as the streets were dark to walk to the appartment.

The pool area was attractive and a nice set up with table and chairs under a covered area…. But this could not be fully enjoyed as too many cockroaches were crawling all over. AC worked well.

The bathrooms were not cleaned properly. It was too old and not deep cleaned. Cockroaches crawling all over the apartment. Not enough dishes provided in the kitchen. Could not use the freezer as it was full of frozen ice. Just a small bar fridge. The bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows were actually small cushions very uncomfortable as well. Le Binome should review their policy on cleaning the place. We stayed for 7 nights and not once was the toilets or shower cleaned. We were not happy with that. As a hygiene measure toilets and showers must be cleaned regularly and should be included in the package. Only when we requested a change of towels was it done.

The ground floor unit was convenient as the rest of the family was on the second floor and there are no lifts. The pool was clean and set up nicely with table and chairs around…. But too many cockroaches running around so it was very uncomfortable and unhygienic to have a meal there.

We were in the first room on the ground floor. There was such a bad odour that it was unbearable. Toilet smells from the units above were coming through to us. The shower is as not cleaned properly. It is old and very uncomfortable. There were even brown stains on the ceiling. Uncomfortable beds and pillows. Cockroaches running around. The rooms in the bottom on either ends had no kettle but it had a fridge.

The room was not clean The light was blinking and not switching on properly Poor natural lightning as well And so much dirt everywhere was not clean at all The personal was not professional as well Arguing over the phone just behind the client room is not something that needs to be done You already gave a bad image when i went to the room for the first 5 mins hearing arguments about who is the client and stuff is not something that needs to be done Acceuil 0/10

I really loved the location. The location was amazing. 4min to La croisette and 4 min SuperU. Likewise sea is very close. Common area was great and it was very easy to get in touch with the manager of the place.

The place is quite old as compared to the pictures. Everything looked over used. There was no shower gel or shampoo not even hand wash. Maybe i missed reading the description but we did not prepare for that. The people next door sang and dance up to 5a.m. At some point, its okay but the owner must put some limits on the noise as we could not sleep. Of course, this is the fault of people as well as you cannot control everyone. Otherwise good stay.

The staff was very friendly and informative. Nice cosy place. A bit noisy in the morning due to contruction works near. The rooms were quite clean and good maintained. The AC helped a lot due to Grand Baies heat. Rooms are exactly as in photos. Spacious and clean common areas.

Could provide more room service stuff such as packets of tea, coffee, sugar. The toilets were a bit small to my liking but it was okay for 1 night. A bigger and more modern Flat screen TV would have been great. The fridge was also very small and not so powerful. Would be great if there was a bigger and more powerful fridge and freezer to store and cool all our stuff. There should have been some outdoor activities such as a pool table or a table tennis table in the shared area to help in the free time.

Nice location. Few minutes walk to clubs and pubs. Really calm. Clean and quick response from the owner. Will come back❤️❤️❤️❤️
