I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and helpful. I really appreciated the housekeeping service and the overall cleanliness of the property. The atmosphere was also very nice. Special thanks mr.gulshan and mr.sumit chaudhary.

Biggest screw up : NO HOT WATER in my shower at 5.30am .. worst experience ever that was .. v v v v disappointing .. was sooooo annoyed and upset To make things worse, at checkout they say that my room bill has not been paid for , wherein I only paid the full amount (for 2 rooms) by GPAY during checkin. But this was a small matter compared to having a shower with ICE COLD WATER at 5.30 in the morning.

The overall experience was just great!

From the moment I arrived until the time I checked out, everything was handled with professionalism and genuine hospitality. Cleanliness is top notch, staff is helpful and breakfast staff is nice. Overall good experience, can't complain.

Expensive for the services rendered. They open gates for cheap group bookings. I was travelling with family and kids. Had to move out of the property with disappointment. Break fast counters were flooded with low category guests. Not recommended for family.

Overall a very good and clean hotel with wonderful and friendly staff.

A very well managed hotel. Spic and span rooms and good food. Shivani and Ankita at the Reception were very helpful in accommodating our requests and arranging for a drop to Dharampur. Services by Satendra in house keeping are par excellence. Would also like to thank Akhil in the Breakfast Team. I would like to make a very special mention of Mr Baadal who drove us to Dharampur. I had a muscle pull in the back but due to his skillful driving and considerate attitude, I hardly felt any jerks or pain during the drive. Thank you Baadal. Team Holiday Inn please convey this message to all the people who have been mentioned here.

It was a lovely stay, starting from our driver Mr. Bahadur who was kind enough to guide us about the palace, the hotel staff were also very kind and friendly.

THEY ASKED ME TO GIVE 10000 for smokinh in my room and argue with me ended up taking 2 k but was very rude

部屋の大きさ、ベッドの大きさと柔らかさ、アメニティ、シャワールームの広さ、トイレや洗面所の広さ、食事の種類やおいしさ、ライブキッチン、そして何よりフロントやキッチンスタッフの接客の良さなど、素晴らしい時間を過ごすことができました！

公式アプリで予約をしたかったが、他の宿泊予約サイトの方が宿泊費が安くなっていたのが残念だった。せめて公式アプリが最安であってほしいし、他サイトで予約しても会員であれば宿泊カウント対象としてもらえるサービスがあってもよいと考える。

Overall it was a great stay, great food and nice clean room and good service. We booked it because we were 3 adults and a kid. After extra bedding as well the room was very spacious.

Too Much Busy Location itself in hotal and both side only Marriage locations so Too much traffic as we need jain food so only 2-3 choise even its sheff called 5 star.

Staff is very nice and helpful, while dropping me to airport i left my phone in room, Mr Bahadur took quick action and helped me take my phone.

Overall great place good rooms , Viva restaurant was nice too.

Dustbin in the room was highly rusted and seemed like had some bugs . Rest everything esle was great.
