SERENA Hotel Aventura Miami, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

All

The breakfast and staff were great.

Only one floor had ice machine. Restaurant and room could have been much cleaner. Hotel was very difficult to find and was located in a VERY bad area.

Tout était parfait

Buena opción

El desayuno muy regular

All was new

They missed a towel as we where 4pp and did not have the sofa bed clothing

The staff was so accommodating and able to resolve the issue with immediate action.

No lights No water Expired yogurt

I would recommend that it be advised on the booking info that the parking has a fee. Also would be nice if the breakfast had a variety of teas and not just black tea and chamomile. Think for a hotel it is not very difficult to have a nice box of assorted teas.

Nice location not far from Wholefoods.

Parking was expensive

The room was clean, well appointed, the bed was comfortable. It was a bit unusual in that the front desk was separate from the whole hotel, different level, it felt rather disconnected from the actual hotel. We had a little trouble finding the entrance to the hotel from the parking.

The room

Fantastic location. Seemed brand new. Awesome restaurant.

It was easy to check in. Because of phone problems, I was given a free upgrade to a suite. The bed was very comfortable. The handicapped parking, which I need, is conveniently located right next to the elevators.

The room smelled weird. My bathroom had several problems which I did let the front desk know about when I checked out. The shower door wouldn’t stay closed, so I needed almost every towel to mop up the flooded flood. The stopper in the sink was stuck in the down position so I had to put my hand in nasty water to try and pull it up enough so the water could drain. I didn’t know it wasn’t dreaming until after I spit my toothpaste in there. There are no regular cups, only coffee cups to use after I brushed my teeth. The room needs updating. It looks a bit run down.

Karina and Julio were amazing bartenders and host

I was trying to get breakfast 20 per day but was denied saying I have to pay upstairs, did not kike that.

Pool to be open longer. I travel with the family and the kids and they enjoyed the pool but we came back after the game around 8,30 and kids were not able to use the pool anymore. Disappointed 😞

Bar and pool area (free pool).

A few things around within walking distance but not much

Comfy cozy and great staff!

It was an amazing experience, Mr. Miguel was so helpful and kind. He was very sympathetic for me and my family and helped us with checking in and parking. All of the staff was helpful and informative.

Wonderful experience! We came for the FIFA World Cup game 2026, and we had a great time! Friendly staff, beautiful hotel, clean, safe, and great location. Ivan was an amazing help...he made our stay comfortable. Miguel was also very helpful. We stayed in the 6th floor…restaurant had friendly staff and delicious food. I highly recommend staying here at the SERENA Hotel Aventura.

Great location.

The room was too small for 5 people.

Friendly staff and good location.

Very clean

All good except the view from the roof pool as the building across is under construction

Anouf and Mateo front deskt AMAZING! They both went above and beyond! Extra thanks to Anouf for helping me 2 days prior and the day of! Bar! They are the absolute best, funny, kind and just the best! Valerie and Karina were fast, fun and just plain enjoyable! Thank you!!! Traveling with our band American Made SWFL for the 4th and had an amazing time!!!

Want to say not only was Miguel the best but then the manager Mateo were amazing. Went to the bar on the 6th floor and Valerie and Karina kept us laughing all night. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location, very nice people, clean The rooms need an upgrade The experience was very successful

This is my go to hotel in Miami, everybody is great as well as housekeeping. Val 100/10 is my absolute favorite (she’s at the bar/hotel’s restaurant), great energy and person.

Genel olarak herşey iyiydi

Kahvaltıdaki garson çok suratsız

Very nice hotel, modern, clean, cool atmosphere. Room was excellent. Great service from front desk: Hanouf welcomed me in the nicest and professional way, Yulia was super helpful on check out, both also communicated on text messages in a prompt manner and accomadated my requests. Probably one of the few times that I really felt I got the full Diamond member treatment. Thanks, I'll be back soon.

Valerie and Karina were exceptional and brought so much joy to my meals and my time at the Serena. They went above and beyond to make me laugh, smile, and look forward to coming back. The food was excellent, the service was better, and I can’t wait to stay again!

good location and friendly staff

shower and towel were dirty, the shower took 5 mins to for the heated water to run, loud fridge.

We loved our time at Serena but our favorite moments were at the bar with Karina. She not only provided excellent service but her energy elevated the experience and made it memorable. 10/10 recommend the hotel and the restaurant/bar with Karina. We look forward to our return

Café da manhã fraco e atendimento no Café….ruim !!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Valerie and Karina are absolutely fantastic bartenders! They are personable, friendly, and make everyone feel welcome from the moment they walk up to the bar. Their drinks are consistently excellent, made with skill and attention to detail. The Old Fashion !!! 💋 They provide outstanding service, keep a great attitude even when busy, and create a fun atmosphere for everyone. If you’re lucky enough to have Valerie and Karina behind the bar, you’re in for a great experience. Highly recommend! 🍹👏🏻🥂

Amazing atmosphere with great views, excellent food, and amazing customer service, not only very attentive but ensured that the environment remained positive and chill, overall I highly recommend this place for any/everyone. Cant really think of anything negative

Karina was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcome and valued. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care turned a great stay into an exceptional one. She always had a smile on her face and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Honestly, she made me want to come back again and again. Thank you, Karina, for making my stay so memorable I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Clean, professional, and very accommodating. Go visit Karina at the bar/restaurant. She was very kind and attentive. Cheers✨

Hanouf and Karina are the best, very helpful and provide an excellent service

Valerie in Cielo is the absolute best. Nothing matches her warm energy. She thinks extremely quick and can think of what you want to eat and drink. She is amazing.

Valerie was super nice and made amazing drinks. Great experience overall!

Hotel is great. Very comfortable. The restaurant is fantastic and Karina and Valerie were wonderful hosts. I enjoyed my time here.

Karina is absolutely the sweetest! I have had many things from the menu over the last couple years and only once had an issue and they corrected it right away. I always eat at the bar/restaurant when staying at this hotel.

Clean and good location.

ES UN HOTEL NUEVO CON MUCHO ESPACIO Y CERCA DE TODO LO QUE HAY QUE HACER Y VER EN AVENTURA, ESTUVO MUY BIEN Y COMODO. HABITACIONES GRANDES BANO LIMPIO

Nice location at a very good price

The housekeeping service is unreliable. The second day they didnt clean up my room

Nice hotel hidden off the path

Good location Great room Good service

I liked it the room. It was very big and spacious bathroom was amazing. Beds was extra large pillows was very fluffy. Room was very clean and tidy and smell good hotel staff was so excellent from Night Shift. Dayshift even gave us tips on where we can go for the beach and it was so great when we asked for fresh towels they was there right on time and also we asked for cups they gave us I gave this hotel 10 out of 10. Great customer service excellent area 5 to 10 minutes from things to do 5 to 10 minutes from local stores, supermarkets and beach.

The property had its own parking, which was a plus it was a $23 one time fee to park, which was great didn’t have to worry about the safety of my car

Location

Moldy room, breakfast options horrible

Comfortable beds, clean room, walking distance from our venue

The hotel accept packages and carry them very well. This is a bonus on these days.

Exceptional Service & Perfect Stay

Staff was great! Location for us was great, as it was in walking distance to Gulfstream Race Track and Casino. Food at the hotel was delicious!

Room was very cold, but the staff got us a space heater...sliding door was not on the bedroom, but they attached it when I asked, but it didn't roll easily. The staff was always willing to help with any problem!

Karina was kind funny and helpful!

It had a very nice bar restaurant and it was close to a shopping Mall

The room was very small

Staff was super friendly and helpful

The bed in room 813 closest to the window was hard as a rock! And the shade would not open on the window

The hotel is wonderful! The pool is perfectly heated and just the right size for laps. The restaurant is also pretty perfect. Natalia and the rest of the staff were wonderful hosts and made my long stay feel more like home!
