여름 성수기 고객이 많아서 수영장이 너무 좁았고 어린이들이 수영장에 너무 많아 소란스럽고 불편

직원들이 문제를 해결해주려 노력하는 점이 인상깊었습니다. 감사합니다.

Meeting in Pangyo area, this is my first time to stay gravity josun Seoul Pangyo hotel. It’s under Marriott hotel group. Hotel location is good. You can take Shinbundang Line from Gangnam to Pangyo station and go Exit 3. You will see the hotel on your right-side across the road. Hotel room is very good with enough space. It provides all amenities you need. Bath and toilet (with electronic bidet seat) are separated. They facilitate a relative big fitness center that opens from 0600-2200. I didn't tried their food and beverage. There are lots of cafe and restaurant around hotel. A huge Hyundai mall is just 5min walk in the same road of hotel The only comment is my room don't have a working desk but big tea desk only. You may need to ask for cloth iron if you need, but the room services will bring you quickly. I will choose this hotel again if i need to stay in Pangyo.

자주 이용하는 델리 베이커리에서 아침에 갓 구운 크롸쌍과 커피로 객실에서 간단하게 아침식사 할 수 있어 좋았다.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Hervorragendes Frühstück. Bis Seoul ist es allerdings noch ein ganzes Stück, Pangyo ist mindestens 1h entfernt von dort.

I liked the breakfast with so many options.

The place seems to be pricy compared to what it gives.

After traveling for over 24 hours and arriving during a heavy rainstorm in traffic from the airport, I had the misfortune of encountering Woody at check-in. He clearly wanted to put on a performance in front of his coworker by greeting a weary traveler with a condescending attitude declaring that Platinum benefits would not be available to me. His reason was that this was not the US and things are different in Korea. Without knowing what country I had just arrived from, he decided he knew everything and I as the guest did not. Since I was staying for a week and everyone else I encountered at the hotel was ready to provide great customer service, my stay improved after check-in. After an email to the manager, I hope that Woody did indeed receive additional training in hospitality and customer service. In particular, for seasoned world travelers who have been traveling the globe since before he was born. Accommodations were nice in a fairly new building, breakfast buffet was good, housekeeping was great, overall customer service was very good. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again. Although, I would email the manager at the hotel prior to arriving, in the interest of avoiding another inhospitable greeting from Woody.

It was close to the subway and shopping area but you must lnow that they dont have food from 9 pm until 6:30 pm. People with jet leg may suffer the night form the hunger. :) Most of the staff was fine but some has attitude that doesn't try to understand the travler.

This is my favorite place to stay in Bundang.

The staff was incredible. Receptionist Joseph Ji was very welcoming and extremely helpful in ensuring our stay with our 1 year old baby was comfortable. Even though we had only requested a crib for our baby, he kindly informed us that a bed guard and a portable baby tub were available. My wife and I were very happy to be able to give our baby a daily bath in the tub and I’m sure our baby was happy as well. The quality of the staff members at the hotel were exceptional. The room was very clean. The cleaning staff did a phenomenal job every day. Our stay was incredible. 120% satisfied and will return in the future.

Bitten by the some bugs at night. Also some noise was bothered me while sleeping. Sounds like squeaks and scratching sounds on walls.

My stay was amazing the staff couldn’t be any more helpful totally professional.. The room on both occasions immaculate.. The hotel is central for exploring. If I have one tiny negative it is the slow service in the rooftop bar definitely understaffed on occasions.. Overall fantastic stay, lovely staff.

Used to be v. good then service tanked. This was one of my favorite hotels and one I insisted my staff and colleagues should stay at. Color and new hotel w a good pool and excellent location. However recently they have been so cold in terms of service ~ room there is never anything nice in there ~ no upgrades, filled minibar or little wine and chocolate. Which they used to. Not you can see it for what it is ~ an empty sterile and small room. Breakfast is rushed and rude. And expensive as sin if you don’t have it included. Pool you can only go once per day so forget putting in a short swim before and after work if that’s your thing. It’s just everything got so complicated for the guests all of the sudden. And it’s the only place w a good pool in the area.

日本語対応出来るスタッフは数名だが、対応が良く滞在中困ることはなかった

First of all, as lifetime platinum Delta members we booked this stay via a Delta promotion, our first and last time for doing that. After checking with Marriott, we were assured that our Marriott status would remain intact with all of our lifetime Platinum benefits. That was confirmed in writing on our Marriott reservation/confirmation. However, the night before our stay, that confirmation info disappeared. After spending at least an hour on the phone with Delta and Marriott, we were once again assured that our member status would be honored, and it was confirmed by Marriott with apologies. When checking in, we were shocked to see that it had once again been removed and the manager refused to honor it! Are you kidding me? We did not have a problem with either of the other two Marriotts booked via this promotion. This hotel was recommended by a prominent business associate and at the risk of offending him, we stayed anyway, knowing this hotel doesn't even have a Marriott members lounge and we wouldn’t be missing out on much. I gave this hotel two stars for the few pros mentioned in this review below. Pro's It is in very close proximity to the transit station, restaurants, and amazing high-end shopping mall with an incredible food court and food store. There is also washing machines and dryers, which is a huge plus when traveling extensively, but you should allow extra time for drying your clothes, like several hours. Con's After just having left a Marriott in Japan, following a 5-night stay, this hotel was a huge let down. But having stayed in countless Marriotts around the world, it would have been a letdown regardless. Every inch of our room's walls was stained or marked. It appeared that urine stains were on the wall in our toilet room. There were multiple black hairs in our coffee service drawer, and I found a dead bug in my bed sheets! Gross! They also charged us for every coffee pod we used in our rom. Crazy. We rectified this by buying more from the Lotte supermarket down the road. As mentioned previously, there is no member lounge in this hotel. Since they denied us our platinum lifetime benefits, we also did not receive a free breakfast, but there are numerous Starbucks in the vicinity, along with restaurants and we determined not to spend one dime in this hotel after the way we were treated. We requested luggage racks twice but never received them, so we had to leave our bags on the floor for 5 days, which was difficult for me after back surgery. We also requested wash cloths twice but never received them. (If they didn't offer them, they should have just said so). I don’t think I’ve ever written a bad review for a Marriott, but this one could not be avoided. We will probably get an online apology after posting this review, but that is of no benefit. I would not recommend this hotel.

루프탑바가 맘에 들어 찾게 된 숙소인데 깔끔하고 좋아요. 샤워실이랑 변기따로있는것 너무 좋구요 침대편하니 좋습니다

We stayed at this hotel during a family wedding event and had such a good experience that we ended up canceling our other reservations to return here for the rest of the trip. We’re already planning to come back next year! The service was excellent throughout our stay—professional, friendly, and attentive, just as expected. We dined at the hotel restaurant a couple of times out of convenience, especially when we were too tired to go out. While the food was decent, it was on the pricey side and not particularly memorable. As a self-proclaimed coffee snob, I was thrilled to find so many amazing cafés within walking distance. The area around the hotel is full of excellent restaurants too—some real gems that we can’t wait to revisit with family next year. My son mentioned that the pool was quite crowded and noisy during the day with lots of young children, so he preferred going later in the evening when it was quieter. I also really appreciated the hotel’s self-service laundry room, which is such a useful amenity during longer stays. However, during our third stay, we noticed that two dryers and one washer were out of order, which made doing laundry a bit tricky. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we felt well taken care of and look forward to staying here again soon.

Great hotel! one of the best I've tried before. Very good sound isolation - I haven't heard anything from my neighbors. Breakfast was nice - big food variety. And the location is great too - many restaurants and bars nearby. P.S. Please, add more outlets or splitters to the room :)

This is my preferred to hotel to stay at Pangyo.

일이 많아 힘들어서 호텔에 쉬러 자주감. 판교 힐튼 뷰를 좋아해서 힐튼만 다녔는데 결혼기념일을 맞아 새로운 곳 와봄. 소문대로 그래비티의 조식이 정말 맛있어서, 계속 힐튼을 다녀야할지 고민스러울 정도임. 힐튼보다 더 친절하고 감동적임.. 여러모로 좋은 호텔임.

일단 주변에 다닐 곳도 많고 호텔 컨디션도 너무 만족스럽습니다

We stayed at the Gravity Hotel for 2 nights. It is a bit of journey from the centre of Seoul but was convenient for where we were visiting. The hotel seems relatively new and the room was comfortable and not too expensive for the area. The bathroom has blinds which not everyone would be happy with. Sound insulation was very good, we could not hear anything from the relatively busy road close to the hotel. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but there is a good bakery near reception so we bought croissants and pastries there on one of the mornings. They were not too badly priced and were very tasty. Pangyo isn’t too far from Gangnam but Pangyo seemed a much more upmarket area. There’s even a Rolls Royce showroom opposite the hotel and the Hyundai Department Store is just a few minutes walk for those with plenty of money to spend at designer outlets. There is also another shopping mall near to the hotel and there are food outlets at both. We would happily stay at the Gravity Hotel again if we wanted to be in the Pangyo area.

Toothbrush and toothpastes are too expensive

The staff of this hotel was very friendly to the guests. They reflected all my requests before staying, and they sympathized with the customer's situation by feeling very sorry for the small things that were not mistakes. In particular, Kim Tae-hwan, who helped me with the check-in this time, tried to solve all the questions and requests, and was very impressed with his professional work. The breakfast I enjoyed during my stay was really delicious, and the location of the hotel was convenient to use the large shopping mall and Kakao hideout, so it was a good place to stay with my family. The service of this hotel was better than the 5-star hotel, and of course, I would like to visit again. I would like to highly recommend this hotel to my friends as well. If you are reading this at the hotel, please praise the female employee who sincerely answered my message (he contacted me directly on the phone) and Kim Tae-hwan who helped me check-in. I would like to visit Gravity Chosun Pangyo Hotel again next time.
