가족단위로 오기에 좋았고 방 컨디션도 좋고 직원들도 친절했어요.

시설 규모에 비해 투숙객이 너무 많아서 좀 번잡스러웠고, 엘레베이터도 꽉 차있어서 이용이 불편했음.

객실이 깨끗하고 침구상태도 좋았어요. 조식은 종류도 다양하고 맛도 훌륭했어요. 직원들도 친절해서 재방문하고 싶어요.

Alcune alcuni aspetti non sono assolutamente all’altezza di un hotel di questo nome e cinque stelle hotel non è assolutamente business oriented praticamente in pochissime parla inglese non c’è nessun cartello doppia lingua sauna a pagamento. Impossibile fare colazione durante il weekend perché hotel è troppo affollato, lunghissima coda anche facendolo presente non offrono nessuna soluzione anzi non capiscono nemmeno il problema. Questa è la cosa più preoccupante coda infinita agli ascensori limitati Servizi nelle vicinanze personale non assolutamente all’altezza dell’aspettative incapaci di comprendere prima cosa e risolvere una eventuale questione organizzativa.. i prezzi di tutto ciò che è all’interno dell’hotel dal ristorante al bar la sauna alla lavanderia sono assolutamente fuori mercato la posizione dell’hotel non è per niente centrale le poche servite dai mezzi pubblici e non è vicino nemmeno ad un’area ad un’area verde, l’esperienza assolutamente negativa non è assolutamente Nutella business non prendetelo in considerazione se andate per lavoro

콘센트가 안돼서 커피머신 다리미등등이 무용지물이였고 이그제큐티브에는 간단 저녁 아침을 할수있는 프로모션이였으나 직원의 자세한 안내가 없어서 불편했고 콘센트는 작식용인지 이게 힐튼 수준이구나....다시가긴 힘들듯.. 왜? 더블트리 더블트리 하는지?

一部屋に４人で宿泊すると事前に電話したにもかかわらず、ベッドが３台しかなく、１台追加にも時間がかかった。 エレベーターが４台あったが来るのが遅い。

조식 카운터 직원분 대처가 조금 아쉬웠어요~위치가 애매하고 뷔페는 전반적으론 만족스러우나 간이 약한 음식이 몇 개 있었어요

The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly.

The swimming pool usage restrictions were inconvenient, even though it was a weekday. I used the heated pool with my child, and my child contracted enteritis after using it.

저희는 4인 가족인데 한국에서 4인가족 숙박할 수 있는 곳이 거의.없는데 다행히 집근처에 더블트리 레지던스에 투베드룸 스위트가 있어서 편히 쉬었다 갔어요. Our family of four visited with our daughter, who was diagnosed with acute leukemia. The room was always kept very clean, and we are truly grateful for the kindness and thoughtful care shown toward our daughter throughout our stay. Because we were unsure how her condition might change, we initially booked just one night. Thankfully, everything went smoothly, and we were able to extend our stay to three nights without any issues. When we visited the Demeter buffet, the managers and chefs were incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing our daughter to enjoy her meal comfortably. My teen daughter was anxious that others might look down on her or treat her unkindly. But instead, we experienced nothing but warmth and consideration. It was deeply touching. We would like to thank all the staff and the chefs. After completing her next round of chemotherapy in about a month, our daughter has already said she would love to stay here again. The in-room dining was excellent, and the Demeter buffet was absolutely delicious. The chefs were truly top-notch! Thank you so much for giving our family such a happy and unforgettable experience.

My stay at the residence for more than a month was generally good enough except for parking issue especially on weekends. In fact, we stayed for 2yrs in a row and decided to stay again this coming summer but i had a very bad impression with someone who is in charge of a long term residence. She is very unresponsive and ignorant compared to previous mangers I dealt with. After dealing with her, I decided not to stay due to her sleazy attitude. I found a much better place in Seoul, “Sofitel Ambassador Residence” In a way I have to appreciate Chloe Choi for choosing this amazing place.

We stayed in this hotel diring our trip to Korea. The location is not nearby to main attraction but they provide shuttles. During our stay, we had a frightening experience when our daughter had an unexpected allergic reaction after eating the welcome cookies with labelled contain walnut given by hotel staff during check in. We unfortunately unaware of my daughter’s allergy then, so it was a very scary and stressful moment for our family. However, I would like to commend the hotel manager, Brian Han on duty that evening. He responded promptly and helped us arrange a Grab car immediately so we could rush to the hospital. . The following day, the hotel kindly offered us a meal to ensure the rest of our stay would be more comfortable. Overall, this experience showed us that the hotel staff are capable of handling emergencies well.

미리 조용한 방으로 요청하였는데, 첫날은 시끄러워서 잠들기 어려웠습니다. 다음날 도로 반대 방향으로 방을 변경하였습니다. 미리 요청한 부분이 반영이 안된 것 은 상당히 불만 스럽습니다.

This was the first stop on my wife & I's anniversary stay, and the hotel helped arranged a flower box (full of tulips), balloons, and a private car from the transportation from the airport, all at a great price. The breakfast buffet has more variety than any other hotel I've stayed at, and the dinner options are changed every days so you always have a different menu to look forward to. My wife well very ill 1 day into our stay here, to the point we needed to contact emergency services, and the staff went above & beyond in assisting us during the emergency (i.e. contacting the ambulance, helping translate what was going on to the paramedics, and providing some porridge for my wife to eat while she was recovering). I can't thank the staff enough, from the front desk to the cleaning crew to the baristas, for all their help and kind words during our stay. They made what was a very tough experience for my wife & I much more tolerable and gave her the peace of mind to recover comfortably. My wife & I will 100% be staying here again when we revisit Korea, and hopefully during better circumstances.

Had an absolute blast at Doubletree Pangyo for a family bday. Got upgraded into a nice suite and lived large in the lounge and the fine bottle of red wine we were gifted. Big shout out to Mr Jay at reception for being so accommodating, Ms Ella in the lounge for her great help, Mr Lim who was cleaning in the lounge when we arrived early in the morning. He really welcomed us warmly. And the cleaning lady in room 2002, she made the room feel like home. Will be back soon!

새건물이라 모든 것이 깨끗하고 좋습니다. 조용하고 경부고속도로 뷰가 멋있었습니다.

1. 식사는 맛있는데 먹고 난 그릇 잘 치워주지도 않고, 묘하게 불편햇어요. 불친절은 아닌데, 딱히 친절하지않은? 무친절. 2. OTT사용 연결 불편;;;요즘 동네 모텔도 다 되는데 ㅋ

Я — Hilton Honors Diamond, и это пребывание оказалось крайне неприятным. Мы приехали из круизного терминала, check-in был около 10 утра. В Club Lounge ещё подавали завтрак. Сначала нас пригласили пройти, но затем сотрудница посмотрела на часы и сказала подождать до закрытия завтрака. Было ясно, что они просто не хотят пускать гостей. Лобби — диваны без спинок, расслабиться или прислониться невозможно. Даже в номере Nespresso с 3 капсулами в коробке на 4. Сауна и бассейн — отдельный шок. При бронировании нет никакой информации о плате или ограничениях. Сауна — ₩39,000 за час, бассейн только 1 час в день, шапочки обязательно покупать. Я специально проверял сайт — ничего об этом нет, только общие сведения про курение, парковку и животных. Это явно не тот уровень, который ожидаешь от Hilton. I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member, and this stay was extremely disappointing. We arrived from the cruise terminal, with check-in around 10 a.m. The Club Lounge was still serving breakfast. At first, we were invited in, but then the staff looked at the clock and told us to wait until breakfast ended. It was clear they simply didn’t want to let guests in. The lobby sofas have no backs — impossible to relax or lean comfortably. Even in the room, the Nespresso machine had only 3 capsules in a 4-slot box. The sauna and pool were a separate shock. There was no information at booking about charges or restrictions. Sauna is ₩39,000 per hour, pool usage is limited to 1 hour per day, and swimming caps must be purchased. I specifically checked the hotel website — nothing about these restrictions, only general info about smoking, parking, and pets. The service feels cold and formal, clearly focused on profit rather than guest comfort. This is not the level I expect from Hilton.
