It is so hard to book the a la carte restaurant. Despite sending a message at 9 am on two consecutive days i only got my second choice on the second last day.

Odaları konforlu, sinek neredeyse hiç yok bu dikkatimi çekti, çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever, otel tertemiz, çocuklar için oyun parkları güneş görmüyor, sahili de oldukça temiz.

Sahile shuttle la gitme fikri zaten aklıma pek yatmamıştı bence bu kısım biraz zorluyor çünkü shuttle a yetişmek tatili stressli bir hale sokuyor sabahları 15 dk da bir öğleden sonra 30 dk da 1 shuttle servisi var.. onun dışında kahvaltısı bence güzel değildi, akşamları yemek bulabildik özellikle pideleri güzeldi ama bana göre tatlılarıda güzel değildi, yemek konusunda abartıldığını düşünüyorum evet yeniyordu ve midem hiç yanmadı bu kısmı yeterliyse evet o kısımda sorun yok :) en üzücü kısmı kahve içemedim ben otelde espressosu o kadar suluydu ki su kahve süt hepsi ayrışmış bir biçimde tek yudum alıp bıraktım herseferinde gerçekten bir çözüm bulsalar iyi olur kahveler çok ama çok kötüydü..

L'accueil du personnel, surtout une employés qui ce nomme fathima qui s'occupe de la salle non climatisé au moment du petit déjeuner, personne très accueillante serviable et au petit soins avec les clients.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in der Türkei und sind nach langer Hotelsuche mit unserer Entscheidung sehr zufrieden. Besonders begeistert haben uns das hervorragende Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, das vielfältige, frische und qualitativ sehr gute Essen sowie das unglaublich freundliche, aufmerksame und kinderliebe Personal. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist das Hotel wirklich hervorragend geeignet: Die Pools waren perfekt für unser zweijähriges Kind und für unser Baby wurden uns kostenlos viele Dinge wie Kinderwagen, Lätzchen, Wickelunterlage und sogar ein Babyfon zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch das Fitnessstudio, die Getränke an den Bars und die überall verfügbaren Wasserflaschen haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts rundum wohlgefühlt und das Hotel kaum verlassen, weil es uns an nichts gefehlt hat.

Eigentlich gibt es kaum etwas zu bemängeln. Bei unserer Suite war lediglich die Raumaufteilung für uns mit zwei kleinen Kindern etwas unpraktisch, da man aus dem Schlafzimmer durch das zweite Zimmer gehen musste, um ins Badezimmer zu gelangen, wodurch die Kinder teilweise wach wurden. Ein direkter Zugang zum Bad vom Schlafzimmer wäre für Familien mit kleinen Kindern komfortabler gewesen.

Excellent Stay – Absolutely Recommended! Everything was just perfect during our stay at Barut GOIA. From the very first moment, we felt comfortable and very welcome. I would especially like to highlight the restaurant service and cleaning team. The service was exceptionally attentive, friendly, and professional. A big compliment to the entire team! The entire hotel team were also extremely professional, warm, and helpful at all times. The pool and swimming areas, as well as the entire hotel complex, are beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. Everything was simply perfect!! All in all, it was an excellent stay. We can highly recommend Barut GOIA and am already looking forward to our next visit. A big thank you to the entire team – we will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay here as a family of four. The hotel was modern and spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall service was great. The food quality really stood out for us. There was plenty of choice and everything was fresh, tasty, and much better quality than we expected from an all-inclusive. The hotel isn’t directly on the beach, but this is pretty much the case with the hotels in this area due to the local geography. This really didn’t bother us at all. The shuttle was only around 2 minutes and ran regularly, so we never felt like we were missing out on the beach. For what we paid, we honestly felt we got excellent value for money. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

За 1 год сильно упал сервис, персонал перестал быть вежливым. В ресторанах общего питания официантов не найти, почему-то официант решил, что может запретить сесть нам за стол. В отеле нет менеджера, который навел бы порядок. На стойке метрдотеля постоянно стоят администратор зала и повар и пьют чай, не обращая внимание ни на что. Просили поменять нам номер, при бронировании указывали заселении. Нас заселили не в тот, что оплачивали, сказав, что смогут предоставить нужный номер только на следующий день. Но, выехать надо в 12.00, и два часа снова ждать. Хотя у меня все оплачено, не было предложено ни помощи с багажом.

Everything! This hotel exceeded all of our expectations and needs. We have had the amazing support and experience with the hotel staff. They were very helpful. As well the these swimming pools are addictive. They have amazing children area and the aqua park is very enjoyable with 4-5 slides. The evening musical events were very entertaining. The taste of the food was amazing and tasty. Definitely will come back!

We loved Barut goia. The food quality was excellent in the buffet for breakfast and lunch. A la carte restaurants were a perfect change for dinner. The kids club was excellent. Staff were super friendly, rooms we very modern, clean and quiet. Our kids loved the water slides and the pool too. Shuttle bus to the beach was very helpful and amazing to have a beach bar included with all inclusive. Drinks felt fairly premium for All inclusive. The shows were amazing every evening and kids loved the free popcorn!

Poor branded drinks in the cocktails. It would have been nice for lunch to open a bit earlier than 12:30 and dinner a bit earlier than 7 since most of the hotels are families with young children. The show was excellent but a bit late at 9:15pm starting every night, our young kids wanted to stay up but got very tired and it was a long wait after dinner finished by 8pm. It would have been better if the main shows started at 8:30pm. The menus in the 2 a la carte restaurant were practically the same so didn't feel like a change.

Rooms were brilliantly laid out and finished. Food was brilliant.

Açıkçası Barut markasına olan güvenimizden dolayı bu otele gelirken yorumları detaylı şekilde inceleme ihtiyacı bile hissetmedik. Çünkü daha önceki deneyimlerimizden dolayı belli bir kalite standardı bekliyorduk. Ancak bu konaklamamızda maalesef beklediğimiz hizmet anlayışını hiçbir şekilde göremedik. En büyük hayal kırıklığımız ise personelin yaklaşımı ve ilgisizliği oldu. Kendimizi birçok noktada otelin misafiri değilmişiz gibi hissettik. Diğer turistlere gösterilen ilginin ve sıcaklığın bize gösterilmediğini açıkça fark ettik. Biz de aynı şekilde ücret ödeyerek bu otelin misafiriydik. Очень понравился отель, сервис на высшем уровне, очень дружелюбные и гостеприимные сотрудники. Хочу отметить Fatma в Ivy Bar, прекрасный человек и высококвалифицированный сотрудник, будем по Вам скучать! Сами номера отличные, удобные. Кондиционер в каждой комнате. Может быть немного шумно от дороги, но ни ночью, ни в дневной сон не мешало. Континент гостей в отеле-культурные, приятные и доброжелательные семьи. Со многими успеваешь пообщаться, так как все дети начинают играть и дружить друг с другом.

Хотелось бы улучшить чистоту, иногда не хватало более частой уборки в туалетах около бассейнов, в Olea Kitchen. Также была проблема с уборкой номеров, но после обращения к менеджеру все решилось. Спасибо! Также мне не очень понравился пляж: немного грязный заход, к вечеру приезжают местные жители. Опасно оставлять свои вещи на берегу. Инцидентов не было, но это все же не гости отеля. Еще хотелось бы расширить детское меню, так как детям в основном готовили одно и то же.

Very nice property, with nice floor plan, spacious rooms with high-end / quality furnishing. Entire property is (kept) super clean. Food has enough variety and is tasty.

Can’t think of any negatives for this hotel at all. Perhaps, location wise it does not seem to have much to do in the immediate (walking distance) area (can be an advantage too). But we had our own rental so for us it wasn’t an issue.Taxis are a cheap alternative too.

К сожалению, для нас это был первый опыт во всё включено, и мы поняли, что такой отдых не для нас. Отдельно могу отметить рестораны, в которые нужно заранее бронировать место. В итоге в ресторане еду просто греют, убрать или добавить ингредиенты по запросу не могут, по сути ощущение еды в столовке. В обычном кафе еда тоже не впечатлила Очень дорогой трансфер до аэропорта, если брать через отель. Через букинг трансфер в два раза дешевле.

Понравились доброжелательный и внимательный персонал, отличные аниматоры и интересная программа мероприятий. Также порадовали рестораны — хороший выбор блюд и удобная доступность. Отдельно хочется отметить два бассейна: один для спокойного отдыха, а другой — для более активной и «тусовочной» атмосферы. Такое разделение позволяет каждому выбрать отдых по настроению. Отличное место для комфортного и разнообразного отдыха всей семьёй. Проживание оставило приятные впечатления, с удовольствием вернёмся снова. Хороший отель с приятной атмосферой, внимательным персоналом и отличной организацией отдыха. В целом отдых прошёл замечательно, остались только положительные впечатления. Хотелось бы вернуться сюда снова и продолжить отдых в такой приятной атмосфере.

Из небольших минусов — на вечерних мероприятиях в помещении бывает довольно жарко, особенно на втором этаже. Также хотелось бы, чтобы дорога к морю была более комфортной для пешей прогулки на случай, если не удалось попасть на трансфер.

Minibarlara artık sağlıklı içecek alternatifleride konulsun. Kefir probiyotik shotlar vs. Dondurma kısmı bence eksikti.

Everything, especially the staff from the kids club Jasmin, Genji & Yamil who made my kids holiday so enjoyable that they did not want to come home and they still talk about them. A huge thank you to the 3 of them for making us feel so welcome and the memories they have created for our family. Also, Emine the lady from the buffet restaurant that always gave smiles to my little girl and a pinch on the cheek.The rest of the hotel is great, no issues at all, I would highly recommend.

Dans l'ensemble, l'établissement est élégant et de bon standing. La chambre était confortable, bien équipée, et le minibar était réapprovisionné tous les deux jours. Le ménage était effectué quotidiennement et rien n'est à signaler à ce niveau. Concernant la restauration, j'ai été un peu déçue, non pas parce que la nourriture n'était pas bonne, bien au contraire. Les desserts étaient excellents, un vrai régal. En revanche, j'adore les poissons et je m'attendais à plus de variété de poissons grillés et de fruits de mer. Il y avait principalement de la dorade, du thon et du saumon, mais je n'ai pas trouvé de crevettes grillées, de calamars, de sole ou de mérou. Cela reste malgré tout une offre correcte. J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'équipe d'animation, qui est très professionnelle, dynamique et toujours souriante. Une mention spéciale au responsable de l'animation, dont l'énergie et l'enthousiasme sont remarquables. Bravo à toute l'équipe ! En revanche, j'ai vécu une mauvaise expérience au restaurant à la carte Fely, le 29/07. Nous avions réservé une table pour 20 h. À notre arrivée, aucune table n'était disponible à l'intérieur. On nous a proposé une table en terrasse, mais nous avons refusé en raison de l'humidité. Après environ 30 minutes d'attente, une table s'est finalement libérée et nous nous sommes installés. Malheureusement, après encore 30 minutes, nous n'avions reçu qu'une bouteille d'eau. Mon mari a simplement demandé si nous pouvions au moins recevoir les entrées, qui étaient déjà prêtes (des toasts). Le serveur nous a répondu d'un ton agacé qu'il ne pouvait rien faire pour nous, qu'il y avait d'autres clients et que toutes les tables devaient attendre leur tour. Pourtant, nous avons vu des clients arrivés après nous être servis avant nous.

This place was the highlight of our two week Turkey trip! Absolutely loved it and would 100% come back! They were so thoughtful, especially for our young kids. There are prams dotted around everywhere for you to use, when we entered the place they had already set a crib up for my 2 year old, and they also gave baby shampoo and baby products for the showers. The buffet, considering it was quite extensive, was actually nice! Lots of variety every day and different theme nights. Also the a la carte menu was nice for a quick lunch. Lots to do for the kids, 5 swimming pools, water slides, discos at night, arcade etc. And if you want to venture out, not far from Side old town, which is lovely to experience as well. We really really enjoyed this place and it was an excellent resort all round. And I hope to visit it again soon :)

La nourriture et les buffets sont fabuleux . Les bars servent de très bon cocktail et les snack en journée sont délicieux ainsi que le restaurant de la plage . Les chambres sont spacieuses et l'hôtel est propre J'ai apprécié qu'il y ait une piscine au calme car je n'adhère pas trop aux ambiances musicales très forte à la piscine

Juste 2 choses : La proximité de la route : si vous payez le supplément "vue mer" vous payer aussi pour entre les voitures ( et la circulation est assez dense ) Les banquette des salons dans les chambres sont dures et donc peu confortables . Dormir plusieurs nuits même pour des enfants n'est pas idéal.

Es war ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt! Aufmerksames Personal, von Pools bis Essen und Miniclub. Das Zimmer ist komfortabel, sauber, alles riecht gut und funktioniert! Das Essen war frisch und es gab keine Schlangen! Das haben wir das erste Mal in Hotels erlebt! Gute Unterhaltung, mein Teenager hat Wasserball genossen und das kleine Kind den Miniclub. Die Pools sind sehr gut, auch für die Kinder. Vielen Dank für alles!

Vært her flere ganger og er som alltid fornøyd. Flott hotell, rent og pent og hyggelige ansatte. God mat og fantastisk med ala carte til lunsj og middag. For oss som ikke er så glade i buffè er dette avgjørende for å velge hotellet.

Virket som det var litt få ansatte på hotellet i år kontra tidligere. De ansatte var slitne og hadde tydelig lange dager da vi møttes av samme personale til frokost, lunsj og middag. Like hyggelige som alltid, men litt mer kø og venting i år i restaurantene og barene. I år hadde vi behov for legetjenesten på hotellet. Var ikke veldig fornøyd med legekontrollen, men enda mer misfornøyd med oppfølgingen etterpå (eller mangel på det) og manglende papirer til forsikringen. Umulig å få tak i legen og sekretærerene visste aldri noen ting.

The facility itself is stunning — well maintained, great pools, and the food is decent, though more variety in the buffet would be welcome. On paper, this should be a great family resort.

our experience from check-in was deeply disappointing. We booked two rooms well in advance for a family with young children, and were assigned rooms far apart from each other with no effort to place us together — forcing the kids to sleep in our room on the first night, leaving the second room completely wasted. To make matters worse, Room 2306 had a malfunctioning AC unit for the entirety of our stay. Despite multiple complaints, in-person reports to staff, and three formal emails to management — all of which received assurances that the issue was "fixed" — the room never cooled properly. On the second night we were forced to evacuate the room entirely. A staff member from Front Office personally witnessed and acknowledged the AC was not working. The hotel's responses were dismissive and at times factually inaccurate. Basic issues were never resolved. For a five-star resort at this price point, this level of service is unacceptable.

Wir hatten einen wirklich sehr schönen Urlaub im Barut Goia. Die Anlage ist groß, gepflegt, sauber und bietet wirklich alles an Annehmlichkeiten, die man braucht (und mehr). Besonders das Essen hat uns echt vom Hocker gehauen. Ich glaube ich habe noch nie ein so abwechslungsreiches und gleichzeitig qualitativ hochwertiges Buffet gesehen. Da merkt man wirklich, dass extrem Wert darauf gelegt wird die bestmögliche Verpflegung zu bieten. Auch die Shows am Abend haben uns positiv überrascht. Die Künstler waren allesamt sehr professionell und es gab wirklich jeden Tag etwas anderes, auch wenn wir ganze zwei Wochen da waren. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und würden das Hotel auch immer empfehlen.

Während die meisten Mitarbeiter wirklich extrem freundlich, kompetent und motiviert waren, war der Empfang nicht allzu freundlich. Ähnlich beim Personal in der Beach Bar. Das Hotel ist insgesamt super sauber, nur die Sanitäranlagen in den öffentlichen Bereichen (besonders rund um den Poolbereich) sollte noch häufiger gereinigt werden. Der Kids Club ist eine super Sache. Wenn evtl. noch Mitarbeiter mit weiteren Sprachkenntnissen dort arbeiten würden, wäre es noch besser.

Fajny hotel, dobre jedzenie, bardzo miła obsługa, nam do gustu bardziej przypadła „cicha” strona, zdecydowanie mniej osób i spokojniej, brak kolejek do baru, wieczorne pokazy taneczne też ok, bardzo fajne zajęcia z zumby:)

niestety nawet przy zamkniętych oknach słychać było drogę, ja musiałam spać w stoperach ale mojemu dziecku w ogóle to nie przeszkadzało

We did not get as good service from the reception as earlier. Our request for a certain room and/or a room next to our family was not met and that was disappointing because this has not been an issue before.

Zeer kindvriendelijke locatie, prachtige ruime kamers die heel proper waren, lekker eten, glijbanen en kids club. Wij hadden een kamer met relax terras en dat is een echte aanrader.

De locatie: gelegen aan een drukke baan in the middle of nowhere met veel verkeer. De ramen hielden weinig geluid tegen dus je hoorde alles goed. De vrouw aan de guest relations was niet vriendelijk.

The temperature in room at night time was around 14 °C and after too many discussions and emails The management decided to put on the heating for 1 night and switched off again next night when again was 16°C into my room .The hotel management is very slow to solve the guest issues .

This was my first all-inclusive experience, and it far exceeded my expectations. The buffet was varied and abundant, with plenty of options for all tastes (including fresh fruit and vegetables). The space is beautiful and clean. I enjoyed the hammam and the sauna (very hot! which is great). The beach area is clean and the bar staff very friendly. My kids loooooved the kids' club. One of my kids had an accident and the medical staff on site (which was very convenient) was professional, competent and responsive. He had to get stitches, and we were quickly taken care of. The doctor spoke English (and Russian) very well, and gave us all the necessary information to make informed decisions. All medical costs were quoted in advance. The staff was incredible: accommodating, welcoming, attentive. Special thanks to Fatima (server, who remembered all our drink preferences and brought them without us even asking), Neslihan (room cleaning, who did a thorough and efficient job daily), Anel (animation and yoga, who was generous with her attention and time), Yumi and Yasemin (kids' club whom the kid adored), Vladimir (beach sports and entertainment), and everyone else. Thank you to all of you for your effort and care!

A few things would make this stay go from a 9 to a 10: - My oldest kid didn't love the "teen club". I think more programming there, or having someone from staff there more often would be great. They could organize a board game nights for the kids (as they have many board games on board), or even arcade evenings, where kids can play the arcade games without paying ;) Air hockey/hoops. - I wish the yoga classes were longer (they were 30 minutes, but even 15 minutes longer would be amazing). - An occasional transfer to Side/Antik Side would be very useful. Then 10euro cabs one-way for a 3-minute drive are a rip-off.

1. Wi-Fi is a nightmare. 3/10 2. What was the point of TV? It doesn’t have HDMI to connect, and it can’t be connected to Wi-Fi so that I can watch movies from my laptop or iPhone

Room great, food selection good, overall presentation of the hotel was good. Left hand side of the hotel appears to have a little more care and attention and more facilities than the right hand side. Loved the roof top terrace, good facilities for families and great entertainment. Quality of drinks was good.

Staff whilst professional are a little cold. Maybe due to lateness of the season and tiredness but not many smiles, attempts to engage customers which is particularly important when serving solo travellers. Road noise a bit of an issue and safety of the road to the beach as traffic was speeding. An over road walk way would be great and it could service more than one hotel. Evening meal closes too early (all packed up by 9.00pm). Should be last seating at 930. Cannot understand why you have to book the snack bar area in the right hand side of the hotel in the evening when you don't have to in the day. Only short order food. No-one explained what ultra AI was or if it could be purchased. Info was sadly lacking about the hotel, most people don't want to download an app on holiday to find out what is going on. You should be able to pay cash in the shops not apply to charge card.

We liked everything! New and comfy hotel with pretty interior, large rooms and heated pools even at the end of November. Staff was very friendly and everything (including the beach) clean.

The beach is quite far but walkable distance, Side old town is a taxi drive away (10eur one way)

All was great! We stayed on the very end of November, but the hotel run all services in full till the end of the season. Evening shows, all bars and snacks, everything was working. Food quality and selection was great, we had grilled salmon and tender stewed lamb a few times a week and beach area had great service. And Idk why it is not listed on Booking, but hotel provide a night buffet with great food selection for all people who arrive late. My parents had a long trip and arrived at night, it was a big relief to have such a buffet. The hotel should put that info into booking details as I beliave a lot of people check in advance if they know they have a late flight. P.S. room was fantastic!

Would be really great if pools are heated better, it was really hard to get into. Hard to get the Cinema schedule, you are offered to download the hotel app, but no movies are present there. But hotel actually run them at 3pm. To learn that my mom checked the Film door a few times during the day and finnaly got it! Would be really great to have all the activities and movies listed in paper for older folks can read.

I had to make two separate bookings as my wife arrived half way through the week, so I provided more details in the other review that you can no doubt see near to this one.

Nothing to add here. I suppose the walk to the beach could have been nicer as one day my son got chased by some dogs, but that's not really something the hotel can do anything about.

Номер предоставили согласно брони с видом на море, номер очень приятный, чистый, просторный, спальня отделена от гостиной раздвижными дверями, в номере много мест для хранения, большое спасибо горничной Сельме, убиралась она очень хорошо. Пляж с пологим входом в море, в любое время много свободных лежаков, пляж в течение дня очень хорошо убирает сотрудник.

Самое ужасное это бар на пляже, где работники просто отбивают номер, по всей видимости, они даже не знакомы с шейкером, поэтому заказывать коктейли бессмысленно, Наблюдая за ними в обед, их можно сравнить с мухами хаотично двигающимися в пространстве. Охранник на пляже не покидал своего места у входа на пляж, поэтому лежаками активно пользовались отдыхающие соседнего отеля. По дороге на пляж в дюнах видели множество собак, которые иногда выбегали с лаем на дорогу, о том , что у них в голове предсказать не возможно, поэтому ходить пешком я бы не советовала. Очень тесная парковка, мы арендовали машину, и иногда нам не хватало места, чтобы ее припарковать.

The whole family absolutely loved this hotel. It has all of the ingredients (and more) to have a wonderful holiday, fully relaxing and enjoying the excellent food, weather and amenities of the hotel. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Genuinely nothing, the hotel had such an excellent choice of food and drinks, activities and proximity to the beach and Ancient ruins in Side that I cannot identify a single aspect that we did not enjoy or would change.

Superb location, walking distance from beautiful, clean, sandy beach although shuttle service available. Hotel was clean, staff in restaurants were superb as were the cleaning staff. Nice family orientated atmosphere. Not too far away from SIDE itself, walking distance if you wanted a break from the swimming, eating, relaxation and entertainment. Would highly recommend this place for a chilled time.

Sadly staff at reception did not appear too cheerful or engaging but others made up for them but apart from that nothing really negative to say about our stay at Barut GOIA.

Everything to like!! Very much recommend. It’s very clean and modern.

If I’m very nitpicking… I prefer to have more lamb on the menu than beef, although there were plenty of other food options; the evening entertainment could have had more variety e.g. 4 out of 5 nights were all dance based performances.

Geen dolmusbusjes aan hotel, wel taxi. Ultra all in maar sommige zaken zijn nog betalend, padelterrein huren en echte import drank.

Wir hatten einen richtig schönen Aufenthalt! Der Pool ist groß, flach und schön warm. Auf meine Frage hieß es ganz cool: Ab Mitte Oktober sind alle Pools beheizt! Super!

Das Essen war lecker, aber die Auswahl war leider etwas klein – keine Chicken Nuggets und kein frisch gegrillter Fisch.

Das Essen war sehr gut. Das Personal war freundlich und es war sauber. Das Abendprogramm war toll. Der Strandbereich war auch sehr schön und sauber.

Die Lage bekommt ein dickes Minus. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Straße und ist mega laut. Selbst wenn man mit geschlossenem Fenster schläft. Der Pool war zu kalt.

İki günlük bir konaklama olmasına rağmen oldukça eğlendik ve keyif aldık. Girişimizden itibaren bizi güler yüzle karşılayan resepsiyon ekibi ile ilk izlenimlerimiz pozitifti. Barut ve Akra grubu otellerinden zaten her zaman memnunduk, ekim başında gelmemize rağmen otelde aradığımız her şeyi bulabildik. Odamız bahçe katına upgrade edildi ve çok mutlu olduk, kolaylıkla havuz tarafından balkona geçiş yapabiliyorsunuz. Odalar için diyebilecek hiçbir şey yok, stüdyo daire gibi. Salon ve bölmeli bir yatak odası mevcut. Bu da size özellikle uzun konaklamalarda konfor sağlıyor. Plaj çantasına kadar her detay düşünülmüştü. Minibar da zengin ürünlerle doldurulmuştu. Odamızı temizleyen Arzu Hanım’a çok teşekkür ederiz. Kahvaltı çeşitli, aradığınız her şeyi bulabilirsiniz. Biz öğle yemeği yerine snack restoranda vakit geçirdik, beachteki snack restoranda çeşitli ve lezzetli yemekler mevcut, taze gözleme bile yapıyorlar. Adını bilmediğim fakat snack barda enerjisine hayran kaldığımız esmer beyefendiye de çok teşekkür ederiz. Misafir ilişkilerinden hızlı ve kolay şekilde a la carte rezervasyon yaptık, Olea Restoran’da aldığımız servis ve yemek kalitesi çok başarılıydı, Fuat Bey’e özellikle teşekkür ederiz. Akşam yemeklerin ana restoranda da menü çeşitli, her gün farklı konseptler var ve herkese hitap ediyor. Animasyon olarak akşamları lobi bardaki tiyatro alanında şovlar, sonrasında bahçesinde canlı müzik ya da DJ performansı oluyor. Gündüz aktivitelerinde de çeşitlik fazla. Personel özellikle çok canayakın ve samimi. İki günlük konaklamamıza rağmen aile gibi hissettirdiler. Çıkış işlemlerimizi tamamlayan Hüseyin Bey’e de çok teşekkürler.

Odamız B bloktaydı, bu da ana restoran, fitness, spa merkezlerine biraz yürüme mesafesinde fakat bizim için bir sorun değildi. Plaja gitmek için bir servis kullanmanız gerekiyor fakat otel servisi her 15 dakikada bir ücretsiz olarak ring yapıyor, bir sorun yaşamadık.

Скучная маленькая территория Отсутствие шумоизоляции номеров, очень громко слышен шум с верхнего этажа и водопровод/канализации. Шум от проезжающих авто. Отель примыкает вплотную к проезжей части с активным транспортным потоком.
