Clean, great availability of food during the day. The beach was nice and the staff there was super helpful. Overall good hotel.

The garden space could be used better for another pool maybe, food variety is not that great and some foods are underspiced. Some staff can be rude, but most of them are helpful and nice.

It was a great experience overall! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool was great, and the beach was very close, with a shuttle provided by the resort. There was always a good variety of food available, and the drinks were decent. They also had fun activities around the pool every day, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

The only unpleasant moment was with one of the men who stayed near the reception—the same person who showed me my room when I arrived. I didn’t have any cash on me at the time to tip him, and afterward, he slammed the door in my face, which I found very rude and unpleasant.

Ми були не приємно вражені наявністю мурах в номері. 2 дні з 6 було їх дуже багато. Дякую персоналу, що намагались вирішити це питання і мурах стало менше. Але їх не вдалось вивести повністю і тому було не дуже приємно знаходитись в номері (особливо спати і відчувати, що по тобі лазять мурахи)

Sauberkeit seher nette Mitarbeiter

Ich hatte das Gefühl, das ich nicht in der Türkei bin sondern in einem anderen Land zu sein. Überall lief ausländische Musik, und es gab ausländische Spiele. Außerdem waren dort sehr viele Jugendliche, die sich wie eine Gruppe verhalten haben, und sie waren ziemlich laut. Abends Show“s waren auch seher langweilig

Dårlig service fra visse ansatte. Viktig å påpeke at mange var ekstremt hyggelig å service innstilt. Men noen var helt u interessert i å bidra til en hyggelig opplevelse.

Die Zimmer und das Hotel waren sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, das Personal sehr freundlich aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das essen hat geschmeckt mit sehr viel auswahl. Werde gerne nochmal wieder kommen und empfehle das Hotel auch anderen Urlaubern.

Es gab nichts was nicht gefallen hat

L’hôtel était très propre, les chambres très spacieuses, la nourriture était bonne, la plage est facilement accessible, la nourriture à la plage était très bonne aussi, personnel à l’écoute

Very comfortable beds! The atmosphere is lovely and relaxing. The dinner is better than lunch every day, with a nice variety of food.

Our bidet in the room was broken. The reception staff were quite cold towards us. On the other hand, the bartenders were very friendly and welcoming.

Nagyon szuper ételkínalat, a programok nagyon jók, és nagyon új a szálloda, így nagyon jó állapotban van. A személyzet nagyon kedves.

Az italok minősége nem a legjobb, illetve egy picit zsúfolt a medence környéke, jól jönne a medence részleg bővítése, több napágy.

The property was immaculately designed and presented to high standards. Rooms were cleaned everyday. By far the best all inclusive flood we’ve ever had! The kitchen staff work tirelessly to provide absolutely gorgeous food and it didn’t feel like the usual array of all inclusive random dishes. The desserts were out of this world and must have taken forever to create. Even the beach food was delicious! The shuttle ride to the beach was regular and the bus driver was so polite.

There are signs everywhere about not reserving sun-beds but my Daugher and I could not get a sunbed on two different days. There was an altercation with a vile man and his wife who shouted and bullied us until we left because I’d had the audacity to move another sunbed in the space so my daughter could sit there. I attempted to stick up for myself and mentioned the not reserving sunbeds rule and complained to two waiters, an animator and the hotel manager at reception who did come down to discuss the matter, but his solution was to move our beds because ‘some people are just rude’ whilst also saying ‘reserving sunbeds are not permitted’. The holiday makers reason for his behaviour: shouting, bullying, putting the brolly up, mocking me, and general rage baiting was that ‘we’ve sat here all week’ and ‘had been out at 8pm to put his towels on’ - the time of the allocation was 12:30pm when his family finally came to sit down. So - this was a big issue, the beach isn’t walkable and it meant we went back to the room, and I was wary about sitting anywhere because ALL sunbeds were reserved with no people before 8:30pm, and no-one had helped us even though I was a single woman with my 18 year old daughter.

Animasyon ekibi hem dil olarak hem de organizasyon olarak eksik. Özellikle ilgi odakları yabancı turistler. Aslında hotel olarak yabancı turistlere daha odaklı bir yönetim şekli var. Biz de yurt dışından geldik ama Türk olduğumuz için yabancılar kadar ilgi göremedik. Bizler de alışverişlerimizi Euro ile yapıyoruz. Bir kaç önerimiz daha var. POOL BAR kısmına bir kaç vantilatör asılmalı,RESTAURANT teras kısmına bir kaç vantilatör asılmalı, lobby teras katına vantilatör asılmalı. Bir şeyler yerken içerken terden ne yediğimize odaklanamıyoruz kalkmak için acele ediyoruz. Müzikler sürekli 80'ler 90 lardan çalınıyor.İnanılmaz sıkıcı. Yıl 2026 ve çok güzel summer house müzikler var. Tavsiye ederiz. Dışarıdan gelen animasyon ekipleri çok iyi iş çıkardılar fakat hotel ekibi çok eksik. Planlama organizasyon yetersiz.

Das es am Abend gutes es war Mittag und früh war alles gleich vertrautes mit für den Preis findet ihr was besseres

Das das Personal mit dir um geht als wärst du Stück miest hab mich verletzt meinte er trink Alkohol es geht dann besser und sagt du bist ein großer Mann

Nous avons beaucoup apprécier la propreté de l’hôtel. Le personnel était super particulièrement Araz qui est vraiment un super animateur qu’on aimerait tous avoir en vacances avec nous. Il y a également Cemil le responsable du SPA qui a été vraiment très très professionnel et très bienveillant super personne comme Araz contrairement à son collègue qui était limite insupportable à vouloir que notre argent. Le personnel du bar de la piscine était incroyable dédicace à Mehmet abi un super barman . La plage privée est plutôt correct même si il n’y pas de cocktail disponible tout était bien pour une plage privée. Le buffet était super bon ainsi que les animations du soir qui changeait quotidiennement.

La disponibilité des transats très réduite étant donner que la piscine n’est pas grande. Il n’y a pas assez de transat comparé au nombre de client c’est frustrant surtout quand on arrive à la piscine à 11h. L’isolation des chambres n’est pas exceptionnelle on entend vraiment beaucoup de bruit. Si vous aimez dormir dans une pièce totalement sombre c’est impossible du au manque d’opacité des rideaux. La salle de bain est très petite pour une chambre standard. La salle de disco et les 2 restaurants à la carte n’était pas disponible en Juin. Les horraires pour les Gozleme n’était pas du tout respecter c’était un peux bancale au niveau de sa. Rien à voir avec l’hôtel mais les loueurs de jet ski à côté de la plage privée son des personnes détestables qui ne pense qu’à prendre votre argent et qui sont vraiment très hautain je déconseille de donner votre temps et votre argent à ses gens qui ont crus être à Monaco avec leur tarif exorbitant ( 15 min 80 euros )

Nagyon szépek és tiszták a szobák, finomak az ételek, a személyzet udvarias és segítőkész. Csak jókat tudunk mondani. Nagyon szerettünk ott lenni.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel war sehr gut und der Service ausgezeichnet. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Araz, der sehr freundlich war und immer für gute Stimmung gesorgt hat. Auch alle anderen Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

De ligging. Kwaliteit van het eten.

Personeel was voor de helft vriendelijk / behulpzaam, andere helft niet. Wc in algemene ruimtes werden zeer slecht gepoetst. Faciliteiten deels gesloten, zoals eten buiten het algemeen restaurant. Het mag niet de naam van resort dragen, is meer een hotel.

It’s new and modern, food was amazing and changed each day . Great location, could walk into old Side too . A little mini market across the road where I bought some Turkish towels for boat trip and drinks etc

I booked a pool view which is great but you can hear the music at night if you’re an early , light sleeper this might bother you a little .. so go a land view room if you’re bothered by this .. we loved it and an holidays so I didn’t mind .

Es war sehr übersichtlich sehr sauber Mitarbeiter freundlich Shows und das Team sehr lustig! Essen der Hammer! Haben immer einen guten liege Platz bekommen, und das beste war die Cocktails bringen sie dir direkt zur liege. Also alles perfekt für mich war das ein sehr gelungener schöner Urlaub.

Gibt nichts was mich gestört hätte.

Every thing is very good the buffet was very nice

Große Auswahl an Speisen, man hat extra Badetücher und Strandtasche für den Pool, braucht keine von zu Hause mitzubringen. Personal sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Das Abendprogramm war sehr unterhaltsam. Die 5-Sterne-Hotel ist empfehlenswert.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

This stay exceeded all of our expectations. The resort is lovely and incredibly good value for money. The service was exceptional and the staff were brilliant. We are very impressed and would love to return.

Hotel don’t have a good program for group or famıly,and the don’t writhe on the sıte that just some days and certain days club ıs open,we were for 3days and we can’t use the bar on the pool bkz every nıght they were close and just one bar on the lobby was open 24 hours ,ıt wasn’t good as ultra all inclusive hotel,

Vrij kleinschalig, zeer prettig personeel, heerlijk eten en drinken. Een extra bedankje aan Müfide, onze schoonmaakster, wat een schat 👍🏻Kortom Vox Maris is een echte aanrader!

Cleanliness, friendly stuff, good food , pool

Spa needs maintenance, especially salt room. It needs to be ventilated and washed since the smell is terrible .

Food - always a good selection at the buffet with fresh and healthy options. It's a 16+ hotel, no kids. If you like to party (we don't) it is a good place to stay. Nice pool area. You can walk to the beach and Side old town. Free parking on the street in front of the hotel.

The air conditioning was locked at +26°C. We asked a technician to unlock it, but he only allowed us to adjust the heating temperature. He said guests are not allowed to use the cooling mode. If you open the balcony door, sometimes you can smell horse manure (farm nearby). Superficial cleaning. There was noise from parties in the lobby all night, and you could clearly hear it from the room.

Vox Maris Resort is een heel erg mooi, nieuw hotel! Het personeel doet zijn uiterste best om je optimaal te verwennen tijdens je verblijf. Het eten was lekker, het buffet was iedere dag aangepast. Veel Turkse keuken. We zijn niet in de thema-restaurants gaan eten. Ook de Food-stop aan het zwembad was een fijne ervaring! Cocktails en drankjes aan de verschillende bars waren lekker. De desserts waren prachtig om te zien, en meestal ook lekker ;-) Het feit dat je de klok rond altijd wel ergens kon eten/drinken was erg indrukwekkend! Voor ons was de grootste troef het bubbelbad op het terras. Dit was echt heel erg fijn! Je kon er ook perfect met 2 naast elkaar in liggen, het was echt groot! Ook heel fijn dat je gewoon te voet naar het strand en naar de oude stad van Side kon. Dit is maar een kwartiertje wandelen! Geen taxi nodig. Wij hadden ook geen onveiligheidsgevoel op straat.

Eigenlijk is ons niets tegen gevallen, maar als we iets moeten zeggen, gaat het misschien over de afwerking van het hotel. Daarmee bedoel ik voegen die tussen de tegels verdwenen zijn in het stoombad, muurverf op het plafond,... Niets structureels en niets storends! Maar wel jammer als je er op begint te letten. Het verwarmde binnenzwembad was ook iets kouder van verwacht, maar dat ligt misschien aan mij ;-)

It’s okay for the money ,but nothing special.

Food was mid.Pool area was very crowded and the water was very cold and uncomfortable. The room was cleaned only the first two days and for the rest of the stay 3 more days nobody came in to clean it even when we put on the light that it’s needing cleaning. Don’t recommend it if you have been to other places and know what to expect.

La qualité des animations et l’entrain des animateurs. Un peu mollasson (a mettre sur la fin de saison et la météo difficile) Très peu de personnes parlaient et/ou comprenaient le français... dommage (le personnel parlait turc, anglais allemand) Les activités dans le centre ville pauvres ... juste l'une ou l’autre ruines et un musée....

Wir waren mit Mietwagen unterwegs. Lage war sehr gut, auch Nähe zum Strand. Buffet-Verpflegung war sehr gut und sehr guter, freundlicher Service. Umfassende All-inclusive Leistungen. Sehr gute Organisation. Sauberkeit.

Wenngleich Animation und Events für uns keine große Bedeutung haben, fanden wir das Unterhaltungsprogramm eher durchschnittlich.
