Hopeless management, Untrained staff. No systems. Delayed service, Confused team. No attention from staff/ seniors. Very costly in house food-not worth. Only room is available, rest every thing is either missing or not up to the mark. Spoiling Radisson name.

The hotel is far from the Statue of Unity. It would have been better if the property had been located closer; travelling time would have been saved considerably. Parking space was limited.

BATHROOM HAD BUCKET AND MUG, MOST HOTELS HAVE A TELEPHONE SHOWER THESE DAYS.

Reviewed Dec 2, 2025Liked nothing at all. It's a mediocre hostel with big brand name and misleading advertisement.
They took my booking for a river view room and there was no river , it was another building and ugly view but no river. That is just plain fraud and they should be punished for it. Did not expect this kind of cheap tactics from Radisson. Shame on you . To add more fun to that, TV wasn't working, they didn't recharge it. Couldn't believe my eyes. Took pictures for proof. The air conditioner ( airduct )was making noise like diesel generator. The walls are so thin, if some people are talking in the lobby you could hear them clearly. Had dinner , it was below average and breakfast sucks to the highest level. I had high expectations but was disappointed. There are lots of good hotels with less charge with amazing facilities are available. Avoid D square Radisson, it sucks.

The Receptionist Adarsh was wonderful, very helpful and polite. They have a in-house restaurant called Sankalp, the food is good but only veg. If you want non veg, then you have to order from room service. They have a limited menu of non veg dishes. The food taste and quantity is average but ok.

Reviewed Jan 8, 2025the payment condition was Pay at Hotel. So I was expecting that I will pay at the time of checking in with local currency. But Hotel utilized my international credit card (which was put up to secure the booking) to claim the full payment one day before. Once I realised this I called them to cancel that transaction and offer them the local currency card to charge the payment but they declined. So the payment transaction took place in the foreign currency and costed me exchange rate and international transaction changes. Completely unacceptable.

Should offer more complementary water for a suit . Also I had confirmed booking for 4 of us but they insisted that it was for 3 and asked for extra payment . Finally upon showing them the record they agreed. They said it’s fault of booking dot com. I don’t agree. They have balcony lights centrally controlled so it wasn’t appropriate for a peaceful sleep. Should have staked mini bar with some drinks and snacks for kids. Should proved more towels for a suit room of 4. They should also keep sanitary napkins for emergency or could arrange one when needed.
