Confort du matelas horrible. Ça ou une planche en bois, il n'y avait pas de différence. Nous n'avons donc pas dormi pendant 3 nuits. Surprenant d'avoir un matelas aussi inconfortable dans un hôtel aussi moderne et splendide en terme de décor. Pas de possibilité de massage en cabine duo avec sa moitié. Prestation proposée uniquement seul.Dommage pour un 5 etoiles disposant d'un spa, du coup on ne consomme pas... Petit déjeuner très simple pour un hôtel comme ça. Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins mais la prestation n'y est pas. Piscine privée non chauffée. Donc malheureusement, sur des journées avec du vent et une légère baisse de température, vous n'y mettez pas un orteil. Dommage. Conclusion 500€/nuit, rapport qualité prix médiocre. Établissement bien trop cher pour la prestation fournie.

We had the most amazing stay at Castello Infinity Suites and honestly could not recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel so welcome and so special. The reception team, dining staff, bartenders and managers were all incredible — so warm, attentive and genuinely lovely throughout our stay. The food was absolutely delicious, and breakfast was a real highlight each morning. There was a lovely continental selection as well as a made-to-order menu, which made it feel really special and gave us so much choice. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained and had such a relaxing atmosphere. We absolutely loved having our own private pool, which made the stay feel even more luxurious and peaceful. We were also there for my boyfriend’s birthday, and the team went above and beyond to make the day feel special for him. It was such a thoughtful touch and something we’ll really remember from the trip. Everything about our stay felt personal, relaxing and memorable, and we came away feeling so well looked after. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Crete and would absolutely love to return in the future. Thank you so much to the whole team for making our stay so special. 🤍 Love Harry & Taran x

Das Design war schön.

Das Gym war nur sehr sehr klein. Unsere Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt (auch nach Ausflügen die bis 18h dauerten). Es gab Personalprobleme die man als Entschuldigung genommen hat (interessiert mich allerdings in einem 5* Hotel nicht denn dafür zahle ich ja). Der Duft in den oberen Stockwerken war zu stark.

Personalen på hotellet var fullständigt underbara! Kändes som att komma hem till bekanta. Eric och John tar verkligen sitt jobb på allvar och kan inte nog berömma dem och all övrig personal för den delen. Extremt välgjord frukost som dels beställdes in från meny och dels fanns som kontinental (båda ingick i vårt paket). Närhet till havet, stranden, mini market och restauranger var ett stort plus! Restaurangen var som sagt av högsta klass och det gällde inte minst vid kvällssittningarna. Adults only som håller måttet, även på restaurangen som kunde ta gäster utifrån.

Hittar inget att klaga på eller förbättra.

We stayed as guests at this incredible hotel from July 27th to August 2nd, and it truly surpassed all our expectations and hopes. The entire hotel is filled with attentive and warm-hearted staff who were there for us at every moment, taking care of our needs to our fullest satisfaction. We felt like we were at home rather than in a foreign place where you’re just another tourist. Our Black Pearl Suite exceeded every expectation — spacious, beautifully designed, and with our own private pool, it gave us the perfect balance between relaxing at the suite and enjoying the (sometimes crowded) beach and sea, which are practically right outside the door. Breakfast at the restaurant was outstanding, offering a wonderful selection and served by genuinely kind staff. Despite our many visits to Greece, we’ve never had a cappuccino this good by Greek standards. We want to give our heartfelt thanks to the entire team for their hospitality and for creating such an unforgettable experience. We’re already looking forward to visiting again. Sadly, our vacation and this stay have already come to an end.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! We had an amazing corner room with a huge balcony and a beautiful private pool, the room itself was also fantastic and super clean. The staff was phenomenal, everyone was so nice and attentive and really did the most to make our stay perfect, we arrived late due to a delay in our flight and they had organized some cheese, fruits, sweets and wine for us. I also had a massage which was amazing. Overall, this hotel is one of the best we’ve stayed at, and we can’t wait to come back one day!!

We had an amazing stay! The view was absolutely breathtaking, the room was very comfortable and amongst the most beautiful we have stayed in! The food was outstanding and every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. Thank your for a wonderful, truly remarkable stay! As we booked last minute, we were staying in two different room categories. While „Ruby“ is probably the most remarkable Suite of the Hotel, both had stunning views. The food was definitely one of our highlights - with a great variety of choices! The majority of the breakfast is served á la carte. If you stay here, you NEED to try the Tiramisu French Toast! It made us look forward to every morning :) We have a truly enjoyed our time here and happily come back again. Highly recommended!

Everything!!! Starting from the staff, the great Eric and all of the others, each and every facility in the hotel was carefully selected to give the guests a perfect experience with the highest quality. The room is Hugh, the bad is great, the pool is in perfect size and the breakfast was terrific. Please make this your next couples vacation.

The location is a bit distant if you’re looking for something other than the hotel (come / rent a car) and our room was facing west and sorting the day the entire balcony was Sonny and it was a bit difficult in hot days.

הייתה לי חוויה נהדרת, הגעתי כדי לחגוג את יום הולדתי וזו הייתה בחירה מצויינת ! רוצה לציין את אנה ושאר נשות הקבלה שהיו אדיבות ונעימות, תמיד קיבלו אותי עם חיוך ווידאו שאני בסדר ושמחו לסייע.. החדר שלקחתי הוא בשני מפלסים רחב וכייפי במיוחד הבריכה, כשהגעתי חיכה לי יין, משקה ומטעמים מקומיים זה היה מאוד נחמד מצידם. ביום ההולדת הפתיעו אותי עם עוגה לחדר ממש חימם את הלב! המסעדה מעולה, הצוות וביניהם קוסטאס השף היו נחמדים מאוד, לי היו הגבלות באוכל כך שלא יכולתי לאכול כל דבר, והיה להם חשוב שאני מרוצה והיו מוכנים גם להכין דברים מחוץ לתפריט, לא מובן מאליו כלל! בערב הראשון היה כנר, בערב אחר טעימות יין, הנוף מהמסעדה מדהים והיה תענוג לאכול שם ארוחות בוקר וערב... מרחק הליכה קצר מהחוף והטיילת הקטנה מה שנותן יתרון, נותנים גם מגבת שמיועדת לחוף. כשעזבתי נתנו לי צנצנת דבש במתנה, סיומת מתוקה לחוייה המדהימה שהייתה לי.. מי שמחפש שקט בשילוב של פינוק זה המקום! ממליצה בחום!

We had an amazing stay! The hotel was beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located near lovely local restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious, and the spa treatments were outstanding! This wasn’t my first time in Crete, and I can honestly say that if you’re looking for a luxurious hotel in a beautiful, quiet area that’s still close to great restaurants, attractions, and plenty of things to do, this is the perfect place to stay.

מלון פשוט מדהים!!! צוות אדיב, מקצועי ומסביר פנים. החל מאריקוס המנהל וכולל את כל צוות המלון והמסעדה(מלצרים, קבלה, ספא). יחס נעים ואישי. כולם עשו הכל כדי שנרגיש בבית. החדרים מהממים, בכל חדר יש בריכה פרטית. האוכל בארוחת הבוקר מגוון ועשיר וכל ביס הוא פשוט מעדן. הכל ניתן בנדיבות וברוחב לב. האוכל במסעדת המלון טעים, השף מקסים ומוכשר והנוף פשוט חלומי. יש מענה גם לטבעונים ולצמחונים. המלון במרחק של 2 דקות הליכה מהים. הכל פשוט נפלא!! היתה לנו חופשה מושלמת. תודה🙏🏻

Location was fabulous, we initially booked a suite with a sea view but on check in realised the room didn't get any sunshine, so we decided to upgrade to a room higher up the building. The rooms are well appointed and thoughtfully designed, however there are loads of ambient lights so it never really gets properly dark, as there are flashing red lights over the door, and various other ambient lights you can't turn off throughout the room.

Spa facilities, I had been looking forward to getting a pregnancy massage, however the spa had a smell of damp about it which was really off putting so I decided to skip that part.

I honestly don’t even know where to start. This hotel was absolutely amazing from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. I planned my proposal here, and the team helped me with every little detail. They were always available, patient, and genuinely cared about making everything perfect. Thanks to them, it became one of the most unforgettable moments of our lives. But even without the proposal, this hotel is incredible. The rooms are beautiful, the food was excellent, and every single staff member we met was kind, welcoming and always happy to help. One thing that really impressed me was our departure. We had to leave the hotel at 6:00 AM for an early flight, and without us even asking, they prepared breakfast boxes for us to take to the airport. It’s small details like this that show how much they care about their guests. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but this level of service is something special. Thank you to everyone at Castello Infinity Suites for making this trip so memorable. We will definitely be back.

A truly beautiful place — the pearl of Agia Pelagia. The views from the room were absolutely stunning, and the suite was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were incredible: friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. I only wish I could have stayed longer

Everything was perfect, especially the personnel, who truly made our stay memorable. A special mention to Nick, the masseur, for his outstanding work; to Eva, for the great conversations; to Erikkos, for such a warm and pleasant presentation of the hotel and his helpfulness throughout; and to Elefteria, who gave us the best welcome at breakfast every morning. The whole team was exceptional and made us feel genuinely cared for.

A wonderful stay! Upon check in we were given Prosecco and water, and when Anna at the front desk realized we were traveling with friends, she upgraded us at no charge so we could have rooms next to each other. We were there to celebrate my birthday, and the staff had a lovely spread prepared for us in the rooms upon arrival! After learning of my allergies, they took it upon themselves to make me different birthday treats I was able to eat and bring us another bottle of wine. Every member of the staff was friendly and attentive — always asking if we needed anything and happy to help if need be. On my birthday I had a very relaxing massage and facial with Nikolas, and later in the evening Yiannis the hotel manager sent us up a bottle of Prosecco when he saw us taking photos above the restaurant. We had a great dinner at the restaurant that night (in addition to having breakfasts there as well). Before leaving, Eric gave us a nice little gift, which we greatly appreciated! We were truly blown away by the staff and highly recommend a stay at Castello Infinity Suites.

The staff at the hotel is extremely helpful, nice and friendly. We asked for directions, guidance to locations and they were more than happy to help. We booked the spa, which was amazing. The food at the hotel is incredible as is the service. It was quiet, not busy, a real sense of an adults only hotel. The location is right on the beach, the views of the ocean are amazing.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, immer hilfsbereit und hat bei Problemen wirklich stets geholfen und das Beste getan, damit diese behoben werden. Großes Lob. Das Hotel an sich hat einen außergewöhnlichen architektonischen Stil, sehr schön. Das Essen war immer sehr gut.

Unsere Amber-Suite hatte eine gute Terrasse, allerdings waren Raum und Bad eher kleine Zimmer und keine Suite.

Everything was fantastic for our birthday celebration stay. From incredible hospitality (easy booking of cabs, etc.), beautiful location,right by the beach and some fantastic tavernas and dive shops, very comfortable room, great food and atmosphere. The chef is incredible and we had an amazing private dinner. Thoughtful touches to make sure our staff was extra special. We can't wait to be back!!

A couple of things - one morning the plumbing in the bathroom caused some noise and smell on the top floor, assuming it was a common thing as it stopped after a few minutes. The soap in the bathroom wasn't refilled, but this is very minor.

This place was by far the highlight of our trip to Greece. From the moment we arrived the staff treated us exceptionally well, going the extra mile with accommodations. The restaurant was top notch when we ate there for breakfast, lunch or dinner with a high quality and varied menu. A highlight was a sunset dinner with a live saxophonist performing into the evening with the calm bay in the background. Our room was spacious, comfortable and relaxing with a plunge pool and loungers. Location is perfect, steps away from a lovely beach town with restaurants and shops that was pleasantly tranquil during our mid-May visit. Will hopefully be returning here during a future Greek island trip.

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt. Unser Zimmer bekamen wir schon vor den check in und wir wurden auch mit einem kleinen Frühstück verwöhnt. Die Koffer wurden derweilen auf unser Zimmer - das über ein paar Stufen erreichbar ist - getragen. Das waren unsere ersten guten Eindrücke. Unser Zimmer – Moonstone - war zwar klein (das haben wir gewusst) doch sehr gemütlich und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Das Bad war ausreichend groß. Eine große Terrasse mit Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer und die Bucht. Im Zimmer fanden wir eine gute Flasche Rotwein, eine kleine Flasche Raki, Obst und süßes Gebäck vor. Da mein Mann am Ankunftstag Geburtstag hatte, wurde später auch noch eine kleine, super leckere Torte mit einer Kerze vorbeigebracht 😊Im Hotel war es sehr ruhig. Das Personal höflich und zuvorkommend. Der Hotelmanager erkundigte sich immer wieder nach unserem befinden. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Zimmer sauber. Das Frühstück konnte man aus einer Karte wählen und auch hier war das Personal überaus aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war von hoher Qualität und sehr schön zubereitet. Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden. Vom Hotelparkplatz konnten wir gleich in unser Zimmer gehen. Das war sehr angenehm. Zum Restaurant und zu der Spa-Anlage kann ich nichts schreiben, da wir sie nicht besucht haben. Ein paar Schritte vom Hotel gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, eine kleine Promenade mit Geschäften und Restaurant und den Strand.

Für mich hätte es im Badezimmer etwas heller sein können. Aber sonst war alles mehr als perfekt!!
