היינו שם כמה פעמים בעבר. רמת האוכל ירדה. מגישים קוקטיילים בחוף בכוסות נייר - זה מבאס.

On a été surclassé dans une chambre avec piscine privée et avec un vue merveilleuse! Tout c’est bien passé, l’emplacement idéal proche de centre ville et proche de la plage (plage privée) . On a passé une semaine extraordinaire !

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία,ιδιωτική παραλία,υπέροχο προσωπικό,πολύ ωραίο δωμάτιο.Ωραιο πρωινό και μεσημεριανό στην παραλία.

Το κυρίως εστιατόριο μερικές φορές δεν είχε τις γεύσεις που θα περίμενα από ένα ελληνικό πεντάστερο ξενοδοχείο αλλά είχε μεγάλη ποικιλία για όλα τα γούστα.

Commodité d’un resort, bien pour 2 jours

Відпочивали з сімʼєю з дитиною 3 років. Ми провели тиждень в раю. Дуже велика та зелена територія з двома пляжами (приватним та муніципальним). Приватні пляжі є рідкість для Греції, але завдяки розташуванню готелю в нього є власний пляж. Він знаходиться в бухті, що є супер для дітей бо немає великих хвиль та тепле море. Нам безкоштовно підвищили категорію номера та ми отримали люкс номер з власним джакузі з видом на бухту неймовірної краси, особливо ввечері. Перехоплювало подих від краєвидів. Тиждень пройшов дуже швидко і ми відпочили душею та тілом. В ресторані великий вибір різноманітних страв, мʼяса та морепродуктів. Коктейлі теж були чудові. Номери прибирають кожен день, тако міняють рушники для пляжу і приносять прямо в номер. По території можна їздити на гольф карах. Сервіс на високому рівні. Весь персонал дуже привітний, завжди посміхається і допомагає 24 на 7. Враження що відпочивали у своїх друзів в гостях. Завдяки великій території та кількості басейнів завжди можна було знайти місце. Для дітей були міні дискотеки кожен вечір. Аніматори дуже класно та енергійно танцюють. Також є водні гірки та великий дитячий басейн з різною глибиною для найменших. На території є шопінг центр де можна купити що завгодно. Також прямо за територією є купа магазинів.

До приватного пляжу далеко йти і треба спускатися по сходинках, але можна подзвонити на ресепшен і вас підвезуть. На жаль не вдалося потрапити в грецький або італійський ресторан а ля карте бо не було місць. Бронюйте завчасно.

Il sistema dell'aria condizionata, per due notti non sono riuscita a dormire a causa di rumori fastidiosi Necessita sicuramente manutenzione così come il bagno.

Oltre le aspettative. Fantastica posizione, spiaggia, giardini, camera, piscine. Da tornarci. Cibo buono per essere un all inclusive

Aumenterai l'intrattenimento e l'animazione che erano un po' scarsi sia la sera che durante il giorno. Il mini club nonostante avesse molti animatori ospitava pochi bambini e non venivano seguito molto.

Das Resort ist wunderschön gelegen auf einer Halbinsel mit tollen Blick aufs Meer- egal von welcher Seite, in allen Restaurants- das Meer war immer da. Das Dorf Agia Palagia ist nicht groß; es gibt ein paar Geschäfte und Restaurants sowie Strandpromenade. Also eher klein und ruhig. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade auf unser Zimmer - was Super schön war mit atemberaubenden Blick aufs Meer und eigenen kleinen Pool im Garten. Dazu das tolle Frühstückslokal am Meer wo das Frühstück fantastisch war. Es gab zu jeder Zeit frisches Obst und das Essen war sehr gut. Es ist sicher für jeden etwas dabei. Das Resort ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen - aber das Positive überwiegt auf alle Fälle. Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein, da schon weitere Wege zu erledigen sind, da das Resort sehr groß und weitläufig ist.

An manchen Stellen etwas in die Jahre gekommen, teilweise die Auflagen bei den Poolliegen kaputt.

The best resort in the area. Lots of options on things to do and explore in the resort. The best spa massage ever. The best beach in the area with all amenities including a shopping centre.

Music was 80s hits during some evenings.

מיקום מעולה, שקט, יש הכל קרוב מלון שיש בו הכל מדריכות פרטיות ועד פארק מים לילדים. החדרים בהם היינו היו ענקיים , עם מרפסת ג'קוזי פונה למפרץ .

La struttura ha una posizione stupenda su le due spiagge ( una privata e una pubblica) immersa da giardini stupendi!

Hotel sicuramente non da 5stelle! tenuto male, senza manutenzione! Toilette sia in spiaggia che in piscina sempre sporche. Per il ricambio teli mare eri costretto ad andare alla SPA, non c’era una postazione in spiaggia o in piscina ( assurdo per un5 stelle). Cibo non male ma sempre uguale, in genere i 5 stelle, anche se all inclusive, servono pe Bevande ai pasti, qui no, non c’è un minimo di servizio. Personale non sufficiente per la quantità di persone presente nel resort! Camera tenuta male, condizionatore che sgocciolava, in bagno calcare ovunque. Per i bambini non c’è alcun intrattenimento

Убирали немного некачественно и не заправляли гели для душа , также ни разу не поставили воду в холодильник , за неделю дали 2 бутылки маленьких воды

La plage mais éloigné de la chambre

Le bruit d’un moteur juste sous la chambre qui faisait du bruit toute la nuit et la journée. On nous a proposé de chambre le lendemain mais nous étions déjà installé . La nourriture digne d’une cantine.

Piękne położenie hotelu i otoczenie. Ogromny teren z piękną zielenią. Podobała mi się również różnorodność jedzenia, bliskość do „miasta”. Bardzo przyjazny personel.

Hotel 5 gwiazdkowy na standardy Greckie- w Polsce by to nie przeszło. W pokoju mieliśmy potargane i brudne zasłony, elementy na basenie jak i w łazience stare i zagrzybione. Dużo rzeczy zdecydowanie wymaga modernizacji lub wymiany. Widać że hotel ma swoje lata.

Room was big and cleaned well. Beach would be nice (now a lot of chairs were reserved with towels and not used - no control over this). A lot of staff in restorant and cleaning was fast and nice.

It is very old and not well maintained hotel. Corridors of stained carpets and old stuff - like some museum collection. Not our vibe and also this is very different from pictures. Food is nothing like greec food. Pools were not inviting at all and childrens pool was closed overall.

We had a wonderful experience at Out of the Blue in Agia Pelagia, Crete. The hotel is located in a beautiful area, offering spectacular sea views and a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a holiday. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and the entire resort is beautifully designed and well cared for. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service met our expectations. One of the biggest advantages is the location and the scenery – the sunrises and the views over the bay are truly amazing. The food was tasty and varied, and the atmosphere throughout the resort made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Out of the Blue to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Crete, in a beautiful place with good service and wonderful views. We would definitely come back!

Cucina troppo francese e spesso ripetitiva, animazione bambini scarna solo pochi minuti sulle aree comuni, poi si svolgeva in un edificio separato al chiuso, per niente stimolante per i bambini. Animazione serale per adulti ridicola.

כל הריזורט מאוד מאוד מוזנח החדר היה מאוד לא מתוחזק, יומיים לא היו לנו מים באחת מהאמבטיות. הניאגרה באחד מהשירותים פעם עבדה פעם לא. ביקשנו חדר עם 2 חדרי שינה בגלל מתבגר ופעוט וחדר ההורים מצריך לעבור בתוך חדר המתבגר כדי להגיע לסלון והחוצה , מאוד לא נוח! אז התחלפנן עם המתבגר בחדר השני שהמיטה בו מזעזעת קשה כמו אבן, גם המיטה בחדר ההורים לא מי יודע מה... הכל מאוד מיושן ומוזנח ולא הולם את המחיר ששילמנו ללילה בכלל! הבריכה המרכזית גם דיי מוזנחת ולא גדולה בכלל וכדי להגיע לבריכות האחרות /הים זה דורש לוגיסטיקה של הליכה רבה או להסתמך על ה golf cars

Второй отпуск провели в этом отеле. Очень хорошее расположение (30-40 минут от Ираклиона на автобусе или на машине), замечательный берег и прекрасное, чистое море, есть свой пляж. На территории отеля много зелени, большой бассейн, чисто и уютно. В номере есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Разнообразное и качественное питание с большим выбором горячих блюд, салатов, выпечки и фруктов. Очень внимательный, отзывчивый персонал. Отдельно хочется отметить работу менеджера Татьяны Емельяновой. Всегда готова помочь и ответить на любые вопросы. Спасибо! Отель “Out of the blue “ - место, куда хочется вернуться.

Ottimo la posizione vicino ad aereoporti di Heraklion, la struttura offre molti servizi, ha una bella spiaggia privata ed è immersa nel verde. I bambini possono divertirsi con gli scivoli e con le attivitá proposte dalla struttura. Si può anche fare una bella passeggiata serale nel paesino adiacente (Agia Pelagia)

The surroundings was beautiful. We loved the palm trees, the lemons and those magnificent pines. The slides and the and the private beach was also great, pretty much spend the whole day there with the kids.

My wife and my younger daughter are on gluten and dairy free diet. It would be nice if in the future the kitchen would detail the ingredients of each meal, because we had to ask every time if this and that contained milk, etc.

Tutto bellissimo, mare, personale, camere, piscine, servizi interni (dalle moto d acqua alle barche a noleggio etc). Da non trascurare che all'esterno della struttura (e quindi raggiungibili a piedi) ci sono una marea di altre possibilità (escursioni con catamarano, cavalli, quad, dune baggy) e quindi il posto e adatto anche a soggiorni lunghi (oltre i 10 giorni).

A cercare il (micro) pelo nell uovo forse la varietà del cibo a pranzo sul ristorante in spiaggia potrebbe essere migliorata.

Lage, Angebote, Essen, Klima

L hôtel est très joli et très verdoyant avec de nombreux oliviers, figuiers et autres arbres. Nous avions une suite avec une vue merveilleuse sur la mer et la plage. La qualité de la restauration est également très bien. Seul petit bémol si vous restez plus d une semaine ce sont les mêmes plats , ils pourraient modifier tous les 15 jours mais ce n est peut être pas évident.

Les restaurants à la carte sont nettement moins bien que l année dernière. Ils ont remplacé un restaurant gastronomique formidable par un restaurant spécialité burgers pas terrible ainsi que le restaurant poissons ( cadre parfait) mais qualité moyenne

Wir haben ein tolles Upgrade erhalten, mit einer Suite. Freier Blick auf Strand und Meer das war schon außergewöhnlich.

Die Getränke vor allem die Cocktails waren leider nicht so gut. Darauf haben wir dann am Ende größtenteils verzichtet.

Un po’ troppo grande e dispersivo. Animazione solo in francese. Necessità di andare fino alla spa per cambiare i teli mare. Ombrelloni troppo vicini e a volte lettini introvabili. Ho fittato la moto d’acqua per una mezz’ora pagando la bellezza di €110, dopo neanche 15 minuti ci hanno richiamato dicendo che c’era qualcosa che non andava; per i 2 giorni successivi c’è stato vento e quindi non abbiamo potuto recuperare il resto del tempo, quando siamo andati a chiedere un rimborso parziale visto che il giorno successivo saremmo partiti, ci hanno offerto €10, e glieli abbiamo lasciati perché ci siamo sentiti presi in giro.

It is very nice that upon arrival we were upgraded to a higher room category. The staff generally was always very welcoming and friendly. The hotel area is large, green and very beautiful. The hotel is located on a hill, so there are wonderful views all around. There is private beach (sand/pebble). The main restaurant does not feel crowded even at peak times. The food is generally very tasty. There are several themed a la carte restaurants that are definitely worth visiting. There is a mini club and an evening mini disco for children. Overall, we really liked the hotel.

The food in the main restaurant is not very varied, especially for breakfast. Some room cleaning could be better. If you are not an early bird, you may have problems finding sunbeds on the beach.

La spiaggia un po’ piccola per la capienza della struttura.

perosnale estremamente gentile, upgrade della camera al check in, pulizia generale, spazi e verde, il mare fantastico le piscine grandi e mai affollate

animazione: poco coinvolgente e di qualità media. gli spettacoli - anch'essi di qualità media - in uno spazio che comunque non premiava le esibizioni.

L'Hotel e' in una buona posizione, con accesso pedonale alla spiaggia di Agia Pelagia che e' tra l'altro molto piu' carina di quella privata dell'hotel. Ristoranti e bar lungo il corto litorale.

Calo evidenente negli ultimi anni. Questa era il terzo soggiorno e siamo rimasti delusi. La spiaggia pubblica, la piu' carina, aveva una zona dedicata per gli ospiti dell'hotel, sparita. Colazione, pranzo e cena: non all'altezza di un 5 stelle. Servizio peggiorato, la cucina esterna che faceva gyros e' stata chiusa e trasferita all'interno con personale decisamente poco incline ad avere a che fare con gli ospiti. Qualita' del cibo accettabile ma lontana dagli standard che ci si aspetta. Un paio di scarafaggi in camera che aveva il classico odore di umido. Palestra praticamente abbandonata.

The villa was great.

The food was poor and we couldn’t book any of the other restaurants. We ended up eating out every meal except breakfast. The beach was crowded much of the facilities (parts of the such as beach areas, paths and parts of the pool) seem to be closed or no longer working. The evening entertainment was bleak and the kids club basically nonexistent.

È un'oasi felice immersa nel verde. Posizione top. Ideale per famiglie ma anche coppie in cerca di relax. Upgrade super apprezzato. Avroʻ un bellissimo ricordo di questa vacanza. Collegamento con Heraklion top. La spiaggietta privata con l angolo bar e il.ristorante direttamente in spiaggia è un grande plus.

Manca la manutenzione, pulizia non a livelli eccellenti. Menu ristoranti repetitivi.

Haben ein Zimmerupgrade bekommen mit wirklich schönem Ausblick vom Balkon und Jakuzzi. Der private Strand ist super schön und top zum schnorcheln. Das Personal (vor allem bei der Beach Bar) war extrem freundlich und entspannt. Die Anlage ist sehr groß und man kann schöne Spaziergänge machen.

Гостиничный комплекс находится на большой территории . Ухоженная территория, несколько бассейнов. При заезде нам дали лучше комнату чем мы бронировали с бассейном и двумя ванными комнатными . Номер был чистый. Ванные комнаты в исправности . Огромные комнаты. Еда вкусная . Понравилось что многие блюда не мешали молочное с мясным . Вкусные десерты , спелые фрукты. Мясо на выбор. Достаточно овощей. Персонал приветливый .

Сауна в СПА не работала, для меня это было критичным. Не выбрала бы эту гостиницу если бы знала что там нет сауны сегодня . Не включены ужины и обеды в ресторанах на территории гостиницы если ты заказываешь меньше 7 дней. Нигде об этом не говорилось .

The main restaurant is great, the private beach is perfect

The canalisation in out part of the building was not working. I was not informed about and didn’t appreciate the “upgrade” from two booked rooms to one joint apartment.

Selv om reglene sier at man ikke skal legge ut badehåndklær for å reservere solsenger så ble dette gjort hver dag! Nesten umulig å få solseng ved stranden. Skulle hatt en vakt for å rydde bort håndklær, men dette ble aldri gjort.

We stayed for four nights with our two young kids. We had to change our travel plans at short notice, but the hotel rebooked us with no extra charge, which was a great relief. A truly all-inclusive stay, including meals, drinks, even ice cream by the beach. There was good daily variation in the dishes too (though the kids were eating spaghetti every time anyway). The private beach was wonderful, with clear blue water and lots of fish swimming close by. Optional activities were available too, we spent a day at the water park 30-40 minutes away by minibus. The staff were kind and eager to help, and with lots of other families around, the atmosphere was relaxed and child friendly.

Just a few small issues with the room- one of the TVs didn't turn on at first (this got fixed), the safe was locked and not usable (this didn't), and the air conditioning was weak (I suspect filter maintenance might improve things). Still, nothing that really bothered us.

Staff poco cortese. Nonostante la segnalazione di non disturbare in camera , entrano comunque facendo finta di niente. Al ristorante ti chiedono se hai finito il piatto ogni 30 secondi. Albergo datato, non sistemato e poco pulito sopratutto i bagni. Al bar le bibite di qualità scadente. Birra non freddissima tant’è che quando te la versano metà è schiuma.

The views from rooms with sea view are amazing. The hotel is located on the whole peninsula and right next there is a village with small shops for souvenirs and restaurants. Every morning and also during the day were good yoga&pilates and other training provided. The staff was very nice and welcoming. During the breakfast/lunch/dinner the variety of food was good. Every day there was a evening show/entertainment program, also kids disco. Experienced good massage in the SPA. Was happy also that the hotel provided pool towels. I enjoyed my stay very much! Thank you!

In the hotel most of the fountains (also in kids pool) didn’t work and also some of the parts ask for refreshing renovation (for example, some public toilets didn’t have lockers). The non-alcoholic drinks were not that great as they mostly contained a lot of syrup and fake tasting juices.

Wszystko było doskonałe! Jedzenie - przepyszne, bardzo urozmaicone, lokalizacja - doskonała, cudowne widoki z każdego punktu hotelu, prywatna plaża - piękna! Na pewno wrócę!

Très bon hôtel pour un séjour en famille. Les piscines étaient adaptées pour les enfants. Verdure appréciée. Large choix de repas. Mention spéciale pour les personnels.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, όμορφο φυσικό περιβάλλον, ιδιωτική παραλία, ευχαριστο προσωπικό, ποικιλια στα φαγητά και στα ποτά, άνετο δωμάτιο. Δωρεαν αναβαθμιση στο δωματιο που ειχαμε κλεισει αρχικα.

Πολλες φθορες στα δωματια. Δεν εχει την εικονα 5στερου ξενοδοχειου. Η καθαριοτητα στα δωματια μετρια. Επίσης: καρτες εισοδου στο δωματιο που συνεχεια απομαγνητιζονταν, καλαθακια στην τουλαετα χωρις καπακι (απλοι ανοικτοι μικροι καδοι), κατά την άφιξη ζητούσαμε πετσέτες για όλους (είχαν αφήσει λιγότερες), μόλις στις 18:00 κλείνει η πισίνα, η 8 ετών κόρη μου κοιμήθηκε σ έναν στενό σε πλάτος καναπέ και πολλά άλλα. Γενικά χρηζει ανακαινισης και διαφορετικής προσέγγισης...

Номер был хороший, повысили категорию номера в день заезда. Еда хорошая, особенно обед на пляже понравился детям. Територия отеля очень большая и красивая, есть где погулять и сделать красивые фото. Отличный пляж, вход в море подходит детям. Удобно, что детский бассеин прям напротив пляжа.

Анимации почти нет, вечерние программы очень слабые.

Мы очень любим этот отель ,море замечательное ,номер был семейный -просторный .мы уже какой год туда возвращаемся и нам нравится

Еда простоватая ,тяжело без нормального мяса в основном свинина ,а мы ее не едим

Almost everything. Great location, fantastic views of the see and mountains, fantastic place for a vacation with children. Lots of activities, 4 pools. private and public beaches, food very good and varied, something for everyone, menu changes from day to day at the buffe plus specific restaurants, we tried the Italian one, but views of the lot. We enjoyed ourselves emensly and more so our granddaughters. And the staff: freindly and accommodating. The all inclusive is for real.

Small issues: few elements in roomd need renovation, kids club has no air-conditioning or ventilator. A bit of an upgrade there and we would have scored it a 10.

It’s not much to say honestly. Staff that in some places tries hard and some places has had it with you. It’s a place that leaves a very cheap aftertaste in your mouth. They charge like they have more to back up this charge with but neither the quality of the food or drinks or venues make up for it. There are so many better places on this island for you to pick.

Dirty in many places, rundown, had its glory days years ago and you can tell. Despite an “upgrade” the floor had water damage and the rusty shower installed in the second bathroom had showerheads spraying straight into the hallway.

Ne-a plăcut amabilitatea personalului, faptul ca s-au dat peste cap sa ne fie bine, sa avem ce ne trebuie. Ne-au făcut upgrade de la o camera de familie la o vila pe plaja cu piscină privată. Ne-au dat facilitati la micul dejun a la carte, rezervare la restaurantele cu plata fără extra cost. Avem un copil cu intoleranta la histamina iar Șef-ul principat s-a documentat, și a făcut tot ce a putut sa manance ce trebuie.

Hotelul este un pic invechit, bauturile incluse iar nu au fost ce trebuie pentru noi.

Le cadre est magnifique, très beau moment entre amis pour se relaxer et passer du temps ensemble. Le personnel est très agréable et a contribué activement au bon déroulé du séjour. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent

Le seul point négatif serait peut être le ménage très tôt le matin , malgré des indications de ne pas déranger le personnel entre quand même.

If feels old. We had an ant infestation in our room. The staff tried to help as much as they could, but I would say that the resort need to be refreshed

המלון חולש על רצועת חוף מהמהמת ביופיה , חופי ים מקסימים ,, צוק פראי באזור אגיה פאלגיה נוף מקסים מהחדר ( אקסולסיב עם נוף לים).

במלון 3 מסעדות מלבד החדר אוכל המרכזי . אירוח של 4-6 לילות עדין אינו מזכה לשובר לארוחת ערב באחת מהן . קצת מאכזב

petit déjeuner très copieux repas ,chambre magnifique avec vue sur mer. Le personnel de l'hotel très sympatique et notamment la barmaid qui travaille en journée au bar de l hotêl situé à l acceuil .Espaces vert très bien entretenu

repas très moyen car peu de grillade et dessert jamais varié toujours les même !nous sommes mécontent car nous avons loué une chambre avec piscine personnel sauf que l'eau de la piscine était très froide car à l ombre des arbres nous sommes donc allés nous baigné dans la piscine collective !! c'est quant même dommage de louer une chambre avec piscine privé !!!On a du se plaindre à l acceuil car la piscine soit disant calme était envahi de personne russes (une quinzaines )qui ont crié et éclaboussé tout le monde en bref la piscine était à eux !!! le maitre nageur est resté regarder sans intervenir .Cela est inadmissible pour un hôtel 5 étoiles

Nous sommes à 2 min à pied de la plage, des restaurants qu'on peut réserver et bien placé.le personnel disponible.

La propreté des toilettes est à revoir! Les toilettes près de la piscine est une catastrophe, il y a des fuites, du papier toilette par terre. C'est limite pour un hôtel 5 étoiles! Dans notre chambre familiale, le support de douche se décolle. Il faudra refaire quelques travaux...

The location is amazing overlooking the bay

Apart from the location everything else was an utter disappointment which had an adverse effect on our stay. Room was really old with broken glass surfaces everywhere and really dirty! I had to shower with my slippers on! No coffee machine, no mosquito net as we were bitten alive by mosquitoes, ventilation was so smelly with mold we preferred not to switch on the air conditioner and sewage really was so smelly! We paid for all inclusive and we did not manage to eat as the hotel has this absurd policy that if the buffet finishes you have to leave the premises, ie if breakfast finishes at 11 and you go at 10:50 then you have to leave the restaurant by 11. Absolutely ridiculous! I travelled the world and not once that ever happened! They also had this weird policy that for beach towels you need to change by yourself in the spa area which is a 10 minute walk from the beach! Otherwise you stay with dirty towels unless you call them and make an issue with the rudest staff i have ever encountered and they make you a favour to change by themselves in the room! May i repeat that this was a 5* resort. Even though the private beach was amazing with clear waters, they did not have service on the beach and the sunbeds were so old that you literally sat on the sand eventually! This hotel needs major renovation! Building and furniture are way too old and change of their policies! Someone should change the photos as they are manipulative

We had a wonderful stay at Out of the Blue Resort and would happily return. The resort is beautifully located, with stunning views and well-maintained grounds that create a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. What made our stay especially memorable was the friendly and attentive staff. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with a smile, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our visit. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and the restaurants served high-quality food in beautiful settings. The pools, beach access, and other facilities were excellent and made it easy to relax and enjoy our holiday. Overall, Out of the Blue Resort exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious getaway in Crete.

Me encantó la ubicación de nuestra habitación, cerca de la playa privada y las dos piscinas con tuboganes para los niños. La habitación familiar era muy amplia y la cama cómoda, con una gran terraza con vistas al mar inmejorables. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien y por la noche se podía descansar perfectamente.

El trato del personal de recepción o los que te llevaban el equipaje en los cochecillos por el recinto. En general, eran parcos de palabra y no daban prácticamente explicación alguna. Parecían enfadados todos. Y el personal de limpieza o del restaurante parecían todos exhaustos, tristes, sin ganas de nada todo y que muchos te saludaban e intntentaban ser agradables. Todo y tener pocas quejas de la habitación, si destacaría que la bañera estaba sucia, el hidromasaje casi no funcionaba y salía poca presión de agua tanto en el wc como en la ducha Tampoco me gustó en absoluto que sólo pudiéramos optar a un restaurante, puesto que si estás menos de 7 días no puedes elegir entre los otros restaurantes a la carta. La comida era verdaderamente pésima para un hotel de 5 estrellas. Comida reseca, recalentada de otros días, poca variedad y por si era poco, si llegabas más tarde de las 14.30h habían retirado ya todas las bandejas. Como mucho le pondría tres estrellas y rozando el larguero. Instalaciones totalmente obsoletas, decadentes y la mayoría pendientes de una reforma. Mejor no hablar de la sala de juegos para niños (un auténtico despropósito...daba terror, todo roto, destartalado, sucio)...Por si era poco, el horario de la piscina era hasta las 18h . Cabe recalcar que ya a las 17.50h el socorrista, que se dedicaba más a coquetear con el personal, hacer estiramientos y marcar musculito y hacer de todo menos mirar a los críos en la piscina, ya ponía las vallas para que no entrara nadie más. Y el bar de la piscina/playa, igualmente a las 17.55h ya estaba bajando la persiona (decepcionante). Por si era poco, un día a las 13.50h llegamos a nuestra habitación y aún estaba por hacer. Al llamar a recepción, de malas formas me contestaron que tenían más de 5.000 habitaciones por hacer y que ya vendrían más tarde. Sigo pensando que un hotel 5 estrellas no pueden darte esta respuesta . Y ya por último, destacar la pésima limpieza de las instalaciones.

Food in the main restaurant

The magnificent location, friendly staff and amazing beach and swimming pools for the kids.

Nothing except that the some of the facilities could use some renovations in the near future. But this was definitely not a dealbreaker and the staff immediately fixed things when they were broken.

Sehr gefallen hat mir die Gartenanlage: wunderschöne Ausblicke, eine große Auswahl an ruhigen Rückzugsorten, viel Schatten durch die Pflanzen und alte Bäume. Das Hauptgebäude und die Lobby sind makellos schön und mit großem Geschmack gestaltet. Positiv war auch, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher täglich gewechselt wurden. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und stets schnell zur Stelle, wenn Hilfe benötigt wird.

Die Frühstücksauswahl in einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse hat mich leider enttäuscht. Für ein so teures Aufenthalt war das Angebot überraschend bescheiden. Im Juni in Griechenland gab es beispielsweise überhaupt keine Erdbeeren, und die Menge an Wassermelone war sehr begrenzt. Zudem fehlten während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sowohl Sekt als auch frisch gepresste Säfte und Fisch. Insgesamt blieben die Erwartungen deutlich unerfüllt. Die uneinheitliche Möblierung und Ausstattung des Zimmers – Sessel mit Krokodillederbezug in Kombination mit einem alten, einfachen Laminatboden – hinterlassen einen befremdlichen Eindruck. Schade, dass der Zugang zu den schönsten Buchten auf der Halbinsel, auf der sich das Hotel befindet, nicht möglich ist – ein Abstieg zum Meer ist wegen Drahtzäunen und Gittern an den Treppen versperrt. Ich habe dieses Hotel gerade wegen dieser kleinen Felsbuchten gewählt, tatsächlich wurden uns jedoch nur langweilige, enge Sandstrände mit trübem Wasser am Ufer geboten. Unangenehm war auch, dass das Abendprogramm auf der Terrasse stattfand. Die Sicht war schlecht, und es gab nicht genügend Sitzplätze. Am störendsten war jedoch die Beleuchtung: Sie kam von hinter den Künstlern, sodass das Licht den Zuschauern direkt in die Augen fiel und das Geschehen selbst nur schwer zu erkennen war. Erstaunlich, dass sich auf einem so weitläufigen Gelände kein geeigneter Platz für eine Bühne finden ließ.

Il resort ha una ottima posizione, un promontorio privato con tutti i servizi necessari ed una bella spiaggia privata di ciottoli con mare cristallino e pulitissimo. All’arrivo abbiamo ricevuto un graditissimo upgrade gratuito con una suite molto ampia vista mare. Tutti i punti del resort sono facilmente raggiungibili anche con passeggini, nonostante le strade interne siano prevalentemente in leggera salita/discesa È l’ideale per un viaggio in famiglia con bambini. Ho un bambino di 3 anni celiaco ed onestamente sono stato molto soddisfatto del trattamento ricevuto. All’arrivo viene fatto compilare un modulo con eventuali allergie o intolleranze alimentari. Ad ogni pasto il manager di sala ti domanda se occorre qualcosa in particolare e addirittura ti fanno prenotare eventuali pasti specifici per il pasto successivo. Il resort era molto attrezzato, preparato e disponibile sotto questo aspetto. Hanno pasta, pizza, pane e prodotti da colazione gluten free. Basta solo segnalarlo prima del pasto.

La struttura è un po vecchia e andrebbe rimodernata sia nelle camere che in alcune aree comuni, si vede che ha fatto il suo tempo. Le proposte al buffet del ristorante principale potrebbero essere un pò più ampie. I posti in spiaggia non sono pre-assegnati e tutti gli ospiti la mattina dalle primissime ore occupano i lettini senza utilizzarli, per cui se non si va in spiaggia molto presto o se non ci si adegua a questo modo di fare scorretto si rischia di non trovare posto in spiaggia. La direzione dovrebbe vigilare su questo aspetto o comunque assegnare i posti a ciascuna camera al check in

Obiekt pięknie położony, widoki niesamowite, byliśmy bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczeni. Teren bardzo duży z piękna roślinnością, można było poczuć się jak w prawdziwym raju. Byliśmy grupą 7 osobową i mieliśmy do dyspozycji super apartamenty z tarasami i basenami zaraz przy plaży. Super zjeżdżalnie dla wszystkich, mieliśmy z tego dużo zabawy. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z jedzenia było przepysznie, bardzo dużo i różnorodnie, każdego dnia było coś innego w ofercie. W barach przy basenach i plaży fajne drinki, inne napoje bezalkoholowe, lody, ciastka. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Pozdrawiamy :)

Отель повысил категорию номеров и поселил нас в люксы с видом на море , что было очень приятно. На день рождения ребенка организовали поздравления и торт. С поздним выездом также никаких проблем-доступен кроме номеров весь отель, питание, напитки. Лежаки всегда можно найти и у моря и у бассейна, хотя любителей оставить полотенца на лежаках по всему отелю конечно хватает. В ресторане никаких очередей, столы тебе всегда организует персонал на нужное количество мест, ходить искать не нужно . В общем все понравилось, хороший сервис за нормальную стоимость. Благодарим персонал за отличную организацию.
