We loved everything about our stay at Acro. The staff was incredible and very friendly, the amenities were awesome, the room, pool and view were stunning, the breakfast was insane and so delicious, and the whole place was calm, serene, and so peaceful. We got room service and the food was delicious and we got to eat it on our patio while watching the sunset. While it's expensive to stay there, once you're there, the cost of things isn't outrageous such as food, the spa, and other wellness activities.

The only thing we didn't like is that we weren't staying longer

We stayed at the EOS part of the hotel and the facilities were amazing! The staff was so friendly, and they were there for anything you needed. The food at the hotel was delicious.

- Chambre parfaite - bar très sympa - localisation exceptionnelle - le restaurant Calea est fabuleux - toutes les petites attentions dans notre chambre pour notre mini moon

- Communication à l’écrit pas au niveau du standing 5 étoiles (limite impoli), mais une fois sur place le personnel est très gentil. - L’accès au spa payant (ou alors obligation de réserver un soin), au vue du prix de la nuit, on a trouvé ça un tantinet osé. - le petit déjeuner m’a plu personnellement beaucoup plu (très sain), mais moins à mon conjoint qui aurait aimé avoir des options un peu plus traditionnelles. Disons que tous les palets ne seront pas satisfaits. - de notre compréhension l'hôtel est relativement récent et nous ne nous attendions pas à un boutique hôtel plein de charme à l'ancienne (on a adoré le design moderne) mais il y a un côté "instagrammable" difficile a décrire qui est un peu... déconcertant

he level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable. The room was not properly cleaned, and several areas were visibly dirty. This is far below the standard I would expect from a five-star property. Very disappointing experience, especially considering the price and the hotel’s reputation.

La vue de la chambre est à couper le souffle. La piscine privée à débordement sans vis à vis offre une expérience exceptionnelle. Le soir, on peut voir le soleil se coucher dans la mer depuis des points de vue de l’hôtel. La cuisine est excellente.

Le matelas est un peu dur et il y a un peu de lumière qui entre dans la chambre le matin (un masque est mis à disposition). Mais les points positifs l’emportent largement sur ces désagréments mineurs.

Um conceito diferente, sossego, quartos bonitos, mas achei que o valor esta elevado para aquilo que oferece. bom para descansar e silencio.

o pequeno almoço foi a principal desilusao. o estilo de comida dos restaurantes também é cansativo. deviam ter opçoes mais gregas genuinas. era confuso saber que actvidades podiamos fazer ... nao tem praia.

Beautiful property, amazing views, excellent restaurants and breakfast

The fitness center was lacking considering what a beautiful property it is and that it’s a wellness center. Most of the focus went to the Pilates center, so the gym is almost like an afterthought and has so much potential. Could be so much better!

An amazing place, in a dreamy spot. The staff is incredible and extremely helpful. The food is amazing, and the room service is excellent. We loved the place so much that decided to stay one extra night and the staff made it possible. Perfect place to relax!

Not all food has to be fancy!

The good: Room service was the only food we ate, and it was great. The vegetarian menu was limited, but staff happily arranged off-menu options for us.

We stayed for 2 nights and paid around €1900, booked into the Loft Suite, and unfortunately the experience didn’t match the price. The bad: On our first night, a constant buzzing noise started in the room sometime in the middle of the night. My wife woke to it around 5 am and tried to figure out the source — we even turned off the AC thinking that was the cause, but the noise persisted. She had almost no sleep for the rest of the night. We reported it the next morning. By evening, staff said it was noise from some external machinery that couldn’t be fixed due to a technical issue, and offered to move us to the Cave Suite instead — a room that was actually €40-50 cheaper than what we’d booked, and smaller, with fewer amenities and less privacy. The receptionist convinced us to accept the switch by promising a warm pool (26°C), since our original pool had been on the colder side and we’d planned to enjoy it at sunset. Once we moved, we found the “warm” pool was actually much colder than our original one. Maintenance told us heating it properly would take at least 2-3 hours, so we missed sunset entirely and had no interest in a cold pool after dark. It felt like we’d been misled into accepting the room swap. As compensation, the hotel comped our room service (~€150).

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement unique avec la mer à perte de vue. Notre Chambre était spacieuse avec un design soigné. La Terrasse est assez grande avec une vue à couper le souffle. Piscine privée à l’eau de mer très agréable Salle de bain avec Douche “nature” bananiers/ plafond de verre Linge de lit très confortable Le Petit déjeuner du restaurant Cremnos est un Buffet avec des Produits frais de grande qualité. Très copieux et varié 10/10 Le soir nous avons apprécié le live music coté bar avec un violoniste. La salle de fitness située dans ce bâtiment original est extrêmement grande et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires.

Points d’amélioration : une douche extérieure à l’eau douce sur la terrasse aurait été appréciée Des tongues en + des chaussons de chambres Accès au spa uniquement avec l’achat d’un soin, dommage… Un technicien est passé à 8h50 sur notre terrasse - très surprenant même si nous avions été prévenus d’un passage possible par le staff. Le restaurant Umi de l’hôtel voisin est sans intérêt

It was a great experience to stay at Acro Suites, the location of the resort is exceptional, located on the cliff by the sea wich makes the resort to be very unique. We chose the cave suite and we had by far one of the most amazing and unforgettable views. The staff is impeccable and made our stay that much more enjoyable. This resort is undeniably the best choice when you are looking for a place that beautifully blends elegance and sophistication with the raw beauty of nature. Every detail is thoughtfully designed, allowing modern luxury to harmoniously coexist with the rugged landscape, dramatic cliffs and endless blue sea.

Les infrastructures sont magnifiques, les chambres très belles, le petit déjeuner incroyable. Il s’agit probablement de la plus belle vue que nous ayons eu!

Le service n’est pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Nous avons séjourné dans l’hôtel Acro Suites dans le cadre de notre lune de miel. > Nous avons été particulièrement déçus par l’un des restaurants de l’hôtel (UMI), qui nous avait été recommandé par le concierge. Malheureusement, l’expérience n’a pas été à la hauteur de ce que l’on peut attendre d’un établissement de ce standing. La vue est certes superbe, mais la cuisine et les vins étaient très moyens (ceviche complètement cuit, idem pour le poulpe — extrêmement décevant, surtout pour les prix affichés), et l’ambiance a été gâchée par la musique très forte provenant du club voisin du même hôtel. Nous avons quitté notre table de manière précipitée. Nous en avons fait part à l’hôtel. Ce qui distingue un hôtel 5 étoiles n’est pas l’absence d’erreur, mais la manière dont il réagit lorsqu’un client est déçu. C’est cette absence de considération qui nous a le plus surpris et qui laisse malheureusement une impression en décalage avec le niveau de service que l’on est en droit d’attendre d’un établissement de cette catégorie. > Les services de l’hôtel dans leur ensemble : par exemple, la femme de ménage a laissé nos déchets devant notre porte toute la journée ; nous avons dû demander les refill. > Nécessité de payer un soin pour accéder au SPA (à >800€ la nuit, c’est difficile à justifier). > La localisation est mauvaise : il n’y a absolument rien autour, tout nécessite au moins 30min de voiture. Dans l’ensemble hormis notre expérience au restaurant (mauvais, très cher), nous avons passé un bon séjour. Mais ce n’est pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Et à ces prix là, le service doit être meilleur.

Lo staff, perlomeno alcuni della reception non erano all’altezza della struttura. Ho chiesto di poter allungare il mio soggiorno di una notte, mentre qui su booking c’era disponibilità, loro hanno deciso di togliere le camere da booking e mi hanno riproposto la stessa stanza ma ad un prezzo ben superiore e non sono stati disposti a farmi lo stesso prezzo. Avevo perfino chiesto di poter cambiare stanza qualora non fosse più disponibile la mia, ma non ho visto alcun tipo di partecipazione o interesse nei nostri confronti, questo non mi é piaciuto. Inoltre dal bagno c’era un cattivo odore.

Die Unterkunft/Location ist wirklich gut gelegen und toll gestaltet.

Der Service, keine Sonnenschirme am Pool, unser Zimmer war deutlich kleiner als angegeben, keine Schränke im Zimmer, Handwerker waren ungefragt in unserem Zimmer….

Cet endroit est un rêve. L’accueil est impeccable, chaleureux, un vrai havre de paix. La restauration est absolument délicieuse, dans un cadre absolument sublime. Les chambres sont parfaite avec une vue à couper le souffle sur le lever du soleil. Une parenthèse enchantée !

The location overlooking the sea is absolutely breathtaking. We loved our private suite with the most amazing views of the sea from the bed, shower and our private patio.

Two minor things: the private plunge pool within our suite was very cold, making using the private pool not a pleasant experience despite the wonderful views. The in room water was only refilled once daily in the afternoon which was slightly inconvenient because the tap water was bad tasting and so we went the whole day without having water in the room, without anywhere close to buy any water from.

It was quiet but the location is too hilly. Very hard to go for an evening stroll.

No communal pool area that was actively used. The pool is shallow and decorative rather than for swimming. Rooms have their own private plunge pools and days are very secluded. More a couples or honeymoon destination.

Staff were amazing thank you George for looking after us. Resort is stunning we will be back

Fue una experiencia increíble. Quiero destacar la amabilidad de todo el personal. El desayuno era exquisito, el gimnasio muy completo. Teníamos habitación con piscina y era precioso ver el amanecer desde allí.

Había mosquitos, pero nos ofrecieron un repelente e incluso un stick cuando nos picaron.

Todo nos ha parecido excepcional: el trato recibido, los detalles cuidados, la calma que se respira en todos los espacios y la excelente calidad de la comida. También queremos destacar la amabilidad y profesionalidad del personal, que han hecho que nuestra estancia haya sido aún más especial. Ha sido una experiencia maravillosa y un hotel al que, sin duda, nos encantaría volver.

Como aspecto de mejora, creemos que el servicio en el bar podría ser un poco más atento, especialmente a la hora de mantener las mesas recogidas y evitar errores en los pedidos.

The AC could have been better! It doesnt get cold in the rooms so on hot summer nights it can affect sleep if youre used to sleeping in the cold.

Cela est notre second séjour à Acro Suites, c'est véritablement le plus incroyable établissement de toute la Grèce !!! Tout est parfait : le staff, la nourriture, la vue, le confort, la tranquillité.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut es gab wirklich alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Lage des Hotel war direkt am Meer im Berg drin wo man einfach eine Hammer Aussicht hatte. Auch die Bar war sehr schön hier konnte man auch zum Lunch oder eben am Abend auch mal was zu essen Bestellen. Wir haben Mittags überwiegend den Room Service in Anspruch genommen. Das Restaurant Cremnos hat sehr leckere und ausgewählte Speisen zum Dinner. Es war alles super lecker und auch sehr schön angerichtet. Auch das Umi Restaurant im Nachbarhotel war so schön und es war so lecker. Das Sushi dort ist ein Traum. Im Nachbarhotel gab es auch einen kleinen Minimarkt was auch ganz praktisch war um sich noch schnell eine Kappe zu besorgen die man zuhause vergessen hatte. Das Personal war immer super freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Auch besteht die Möglichkeit ein Auto oder ein Quad über das Hotel zu mieten was wir sehr praktisch fanden. Es war rundum ein wunderschöner vor allem entspannter Urlaub.

The atmosphere of the hotel was amazing. From the beautiful design and views, lovely and helpful staff, great food and bar. We had a lovely couples spa treatment as well. Would like to thank George from the reception for a wonderful welcome, and food and attraction recommendations. Would definitely recommend.

Wir hatten eine schöne Suite mit tollem Blick auf das Meer, wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Die Anlage ist erhaben gelegen und ist ideal für Ruhesuchende. Das Personal ist überwiegend freundlich.

Das Frühstücks-Konzept besteht aus einer Mischung aus einem kleinen Buffet und EINEM à La Carte Gericht. Wir hatten Frühstück inkludiert, mussten allerdings extra bezahlen, wenn wir ein Ei-Gericht und ein Porridge bestellen wollten. Dieser Aufpreis ist angesichts der Zimmerpreise völlig inakzeptabel. - Auf meine Reklamation kam eine sehr eigenartige Ausrede, dass diese Vorgehensweise mit "Nachhaltigkeit" zu tun haben soll und sie so Lebensmittelverschwendung vorbeugen möchten. Auf meine Anmerkung, dass sich manche Leute am Buffet Tonnen an Lebensmitteln aufladen, diese dann aber nicht essen und so ein Verhalten keine Konsequenzen hat, blieb unbeantwortet. Man darf also scheinbar Lebensmittel vom Buffet verschwenden, wenn man aber zwei Gerichte, die man auch isst, bestellen möchte, muss man extra zahlen. Das ist absurd. Der Umgang mit meiner Reklamation ist leider ebenfalls inakzeptabel bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating - everything from nice snacks delivered during a tennis game to a bottle of champagne for our anniversary in the room. Very kind!!

Could do with more vegetarian variety in the different restaurants, we would have tried way more of the restaurants in the resort if they would have had a vegetarian menu.

The room was really nice, the spa, restaurants within the chain of the hotel are really good. The hotel also has a huge gym with complementary classes as well as yoga session, they also offer Pilates reformer at good price. You don’t need to leave the hotel, everything was amazing

מלון יפהפה, מפואר, מוקפד אך יחד עם זאת, לא יומרני או מצועצע. מאוד יפה, חשבו בו על כל פרט ועדיין הוא מרגיש נעים, נוח, נגיש וצעיר באופי שלו. לקחנו סוויטה והיא הייתה כל מה שאפשר לחלום עליו.. הבריכה הפרטית הייתה מושלמת, האביזרים בחדר ברמה גבוהה, המקום נקי והשירות המוקפד הוא לא משהו רגיל (נכנסו לנקות את החדרמידי בוקר ושוב אחה"צ כדי לסדר שוב את המיטה ואז היו משאירים שוקולד מפנק על הכרית..) חוויה מדהימה ויוצאת דופן!

לא היה. הכול היה מושלם. פשוט מושלם!

Warum das Bett (Matratze) mit einer ca. 30 cm breitem Steingestell umgeben ist erleichtert das ein und aussteigen nicht - sehr unkomfortabel. Im Zimmer hat der Fußboden 3 verschiedene höhen super Stolperfalle nachts.

i didnt like that they only gave me one option to choose from the breakfast menu, the hamam didnt work at the time of our visit, and the jacuzzi wasn t to my expectations to be honest for a luxurious placelike this otherwise everything was great!! we had a great time

Such a peaceful hotel — exactly what we needed to unwind!

I really had everything I needed and the room was a very good size and featured everything one could ask for. The staff tried to be helpful at all times. Sometimes they gave incorrect information or did not seem as coordinated but they made up by really trying.

The choices at the restaurant for dinner are not matching the rest of the facilities.

The property itself is a work of art. The level of service and attentiveness from the staff is outstanding. The food and drinks onsite were great. Room was comfortable and private. You could stay in your room all day and never need to leave.

The only thing we didn’t like was the tour the property recommended and set up for us. We even left the tour halfway through the day. It was set up using a third party tour company, but that tour company did not match the level of luxury Acro provides. This partnership doesn’t make sense to us. No other cons to our stay.
