Que no tenía alberca, y era de las razones porque las que me cambié de hotel, tampoco restaurante o ni bar, que le hubiera dado un plus con relación al costo por las habitaciones.

I didn't like anything about this property

the property closed the swiming pool and bar for contruction, the hotel was very empty because of that, and they informed us very late. the price was very exagerated for sush low level hotel. there is noise of construction from oustide and in the hotel. I feel like we were cheated to go this hotel. The price in booking is double compared to what the price at property....ect.

One of the highlights of the property is the beautiful rooftop. The pool offers stunning views, and there are plenty of comfortable spaces to sit back, relax, and enjoy the surroundings. It's the perfect place to unwind and spend a peaceful afternoon.

The hotel is really nice, facilities are amazing and the staff us polite and helpful. Great location and good music and breakfast!

L'hôtel est très bien placé au Centre de Sayulita et à 100 m de la plage. Le personnel est accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est correct sans être exceptionnel. Nous avons eu deux chambres dont la Suite El Patron ... fabuleux !! Chambre spacieuse, avec tout ce qu'il faut. Très bonne literie. La piscine, avec vue sur la Mer, est très agréable ( elle fait des envieux ) avec des terrasses à l'ombre. Pour notre séjour en Mai, il a fait un temps magnifique et une sous fréquentation de la région.. ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable

Sayulita est une ville qui s'anime essentiellement le soir avec l'ambiance des bars. Alors il faut savoir que c'est bruyant de 21h à 2h du matin. Si on fait partie de ceux qui profitent de la fête alors il n'y a aucun problème. Le Petit déjeuner pourrait être plus varié.

Herman is great, He helped us with a cart, book trips and many other requirements we had. spoke to us by name. I will stay here every time i visit

Unser Aufenthalt war hervorragend und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Hotelpersonal war durchgehend äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell, sodass wir uns jederzeit willkommen und bestens betreut gefühlt haben. Die herzliche Atmosphäre und der aufmerksame Service haben unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotel liegt zentral an einer lebendigen Ecke im Ortskern, was für eine besondere Atmosphäre und viele Vorteile sorgt. Uns hat das sehr gut gefallen, wer jedoch absolute Ruhe sucht, sollte eher eine Unterkunft am Ortsrand wählen.

Location -down town, restaurants within walking distance. Very clean. Employees very helpful.

We were on 3rd floor and DJ was directly above. Constant loud music into the night. Hard too sleep. WiFi was constantly breaking down. No tv. Couldn't use phone.

The hotel is gorgeous. The rooftop pool and bar area is stunning, vibrant and relaxing. At the same time. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The lobby is gorgeous. You also can’t beat the location. It’s right in town and just steps away from the beach.

Just make sure your room is not by the tree where the birds are.

The Sayulinda is a uniquely designed hotel decorated with beautiful paint colours and tastefully chosen pillows and blankets .

Que es muy linda la decoración me gusto mucho el área de la alberca.

Que no tiene estacionamiento y hay que dejar el auto en la calle. Pero el personal nos indicó donde dejar la camioneta y es un lugar seguro.

Staff is helpful and the location is very centric and close to the beach. Rooms are okay. The view from the rooftop is nice.

Honestly, the noise at night really makes the stay less enjoyable. Also, baths with a curtain would help to not make a mess when showering. I feel I payed to much for what I got but had a good time.

Loved the pool on the roof and the view out to sea. Colourful and in a very buzzy part of town. Not for those who want peace and quiet. Lovely and patient staff

The hotel was quite dirty. Not much hanging space in our room for two. No hanging space at all in the other room. Basic facilities. The breakfast was the same everyday. Week coffee and juice. Eggs two ways. Could be chaotic and not enough space if a lot of residents came at once. The other upstairs space on the roof could be have been fantastic but the loungers are in bad shape, and it looks a bit sparse and messy. With better furniture, some tiles?, colour could be very cool. Was a quite area to relax away from the music by the pool though.

We really liked the following: staff was friendy and helpful; staff responded quickly to problems we encountered in the room; e room, the hotel and the rooms were beautifully decorated; there was a hammock on balcony, great rooftop pool with comfortable lounge chairs and beds,, fun events on the roof, like cocktail tastings and yoga, very central and convenient. Met vyer nice fellow travelers in communal breakfast table

Breakfast was mediocre and limited (eggs and chialquillas) and the same every day, Rooms were small and didn to have any dressers to store our clothing - only hangers, which were not convenient for foldable clothing lie te shirts and pants, we had to basically live outof our suitcase which was not comfortable, especially as the room is small, our daughters' room had terrible smell. which was supposedly from town sewage. WIFI was inconsistent for two days, and we could not connect TV to Netflix and Prime vieo during that time and had to rely on our data for phone usage, which caused it to be used it up quickly. The balcony could use chairs in addition to the hammock

El estilo del hotel es muy bonito. El personal muy atento y amable. La ubicación es excelente en el centro, todo está cerca. Me gustó el roof garden con la piscina y los columpios.

El espacio del lugar para desayunar es muy pequeño. Y el personal de cocina es poco se tardan en atender porque hay mucha demanda. No tienen sillas suficientes.

El roof top Y la alberca son lo más lindo del hotel, Esta muy bien ubicado el desayuno aunque limitado esta muy rico, la habitación linda, muy limpia, aunque faltan accesorios como toalleros, ganchos de pared, cajones, en general muy recomendable hotel

No hay fruta en el desayuno, accesorios en l'a habitación y baño

La ubicación es inmejorable, cerca de todo, las habitaciones son sencillas pero muy lindas, funcionales y cómodas, la terraza de la alberca está increíble.

El personal que servía los desayunos no fue tan amable como el resto, no fueron groseros pero podrían tener una mejor relación con los clientes.

La alberca. Excelente vista. La atención de los chicos de recepción fue excelente, felicitaciones. Que te den botellas de agua de vidrio para rellenar en lugar de botellas de plástico es una gran idea. Gracias por hacer lo posible por no generar tanta basura.

Nos tocó una habitación con visita a la calle y había algo de ruido.

Un seul personnel de l accueil vraiment très attentionné et professionnel. Un jeune homme je ne me souviens malheureusement plus de son prénom. L emplacement. Établissement sécurité

La proximité de la salle de bain. Miniature Impossible de prendre une douche sans se retrouver avc de l eau partout par terre La porte coulissante de la salle de bain n arrive pas jusqu’à l extrémité et laisse passer un jour suffisamment important pour que ça soit gênant. Le hamac sur le balcon impossible d en profiter = un amas se poussière. De plus il se désagrège en grande partie Le petit déjeuner pas de thé, pas de fruits très restrictif les œufs au plat sont des œufs durs, l’omelette est sèche Le rooftop = la piscine est tellement chlorée que ça brûle les yeux et délave le maillot de bain en un passage. Le rooftop n’est plus accessible aux clients de l hôtel après 22:30

Can’t beat the location if you want to be in town. I would just walk the kids from the beach to the beach and back. Supermarket in the corner. Cart rental across the street. Easy to try all the different food spots. Pool was super nice. Low season so it almost felt like a private pool

The building itself was very nice. On one hand, location is great. On other hand, it's a bit much. Loud music until 2-3am some nights. But, incredible access to beach and local food/shops. The bar/pool = extraordinary. Food/breakfast - pretty good. People = very very nice. Bartenders = very chill. AC worked great. High quality T.P. (seriously). Concierge was helpful. English speakers on staff.

Hotel was great and location could not be better! The staff was warm, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. The property was very clean and sanitary.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We loved Luna, the hotel kitten. Free breakfast is a nice perk, but I did not love the food selection and the toast was very hard and stale.

The reviews are accurate, it is noisy into the early hours of the night. You gotta understand that you are in the heart of Sayulita though, and the ear plugs will help a lot.

Adorable boutique hotel in a great location and nice rooftop views. Unfortunately the music from the street went on until 5am hence the much needed ear plugs they provide. Room was super small and basic. Good breakfast included. Only stayed for one night and moved to quieter hotel for the rest of the stay.

The whole experience was amazing.

Our stay here was satisfactory. The complimentary breakfast every morning was great, but could have more a variety of options. The rooftop pool was pretty nice. The part of the stay that was not pleasant was the loud noisy birds that were constantly chirping day and night!

The hotel staff was amazing and conveniently located in town. Is noisy due to the town at night but they provided earbuds in the room and didn’t bother my sleep . The courtyard is lushly green and the roof top pool and bar was peaceful

SAYULINDA was amazing! Great atmosphere, service, food and staff! Our stay was one of the best we’ve ever experienced! Would recommend to anyone from family’s with kids to young adults looking to drink by an absolutely gorgeous roof top pool!

Great location and really friendly staff

Located right in the middle of everything you absolutely need. You really don’t need a golf cart to get around. You’re a 3-4 minute walk to the beach, seconds from restaurants and night life.

I personally don’t mind the nightlife noise from the other restaurants and bars. If you like absolute silence at night when sleeping then you might not like it. The hotel is nice enough to provide ear plugs so that’s a plus.

At night it was a bit loud due to a nearby karaoke bar, but not a big problem for us

The location was central and the design of the hotel was cute. The rooftop pool and bar area was nice as well.

The WiFi barely worked in the rooms and only sometimes in the common areas. There seemed to be a towel shortage as well because often after they had cleaned the rooms they had taken the used towels but not left any new clean towels.

Not really a four star hotel. Pictures are well taken and are deceptive. Not as nice as it appears. Bed is super stiff. Pillows are rocks. Towels are stiff old and rough. They work excellent for exfoliation. Simple things can be done to improve the hotel. It’s super noisy. Not only from the street, but you can hear from room to room and hallways. They provide ear plugs, but you don’t really want to be sleeping with those in your vacation.

This property is in the most convenient location. What ever you need is within walking distance. It can be noisy at night depending on which side you’re facing but I had no problem with the noise. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel 😊

We had a great time at Sayulinda! The hotel is very well situated, beach is 5 minutes away and there’s restaurants everywhere. The rooms are decorated simply but you have all you need. The staff was always friendly and attentive. Giselle at the reception was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend spending some days at Sayulinda. The pool on the rooftop is simply amazing and the bartenders make great cocktails!! Finally the breakfast offer is delicious and the service was A+!!! We will definitely come back! :)

A great place to stay in the heart of Sayulita! Friendly staff, very clean, and close to the beach. The cafe attached to the hotel offers a delicious breakfast- the chilaquiles were our favourite. The rooftop pool and bar is another nice feature with a view of the ocean. You can hear music into the night, but I think you’ll have to stay on the outskirts of town if you want silence- Sayulita is a bustling place! Overall, we were very happy with our stay at Sayulinda.

Fantastic staff! The entire crew from porter, front desk, bartender through manager were incredibly friendly, kind, and authentic. Each and every one went above and beyond to help us and make us feel comfortable. We loved our room and the rooftop pool area. It was all sparkling clean. There were two issues that were completely beyond their control which future guests should know about. There was live music close by and for some guests, that's probably a plus, but it impacted my sleep. The staff took care of that by offering us a quiet room for our next nights sleep. The other issue was that the Sayulita ATM's ran out of cash during a festival. The manager arranged for us to be driven to the only bank in town so that we could get cash. They will take care of you at Sayulinda!

We love this place and will definitely be back! It’s beautiful the staff are wonderful and it’s Central right in the middle of town! The rooftop pool and bar has a beautiful view and lots of places to relax. I do have a few suggestions: every room should have a hairdryer and small washcloths.

The breakfast was great. The location was amazing...very central to everywhere we wanted to visit. The staff was very helpful and always willing to offer advice.

Our stay was excellent! Although we were bummed that the pool was unavailable upon our arrival, the staff and the hospitality definitely made up for it. Pedro, Jardi, Fabi, and the rest of the staff made us feel like family. Ultimately, we were happy that we stayed. The breakfast options are great! We had chilaquiles every morning and they are definitely the best I've had in Sayulita! Made to order and absolutely delicious. The hotel is beautiful! Rooftop with amazing beach views, and it's in the middle of town with everything close by. We can't wait to come back to Sayulinda Hotel!

The only negative is that the pool was not available. We were called about the issue right as we were boarding our flight. We were so bummed. The purpose of our trip was to celebrate my birthday, and I was really looking forward to enjoying that rooftop to the fullest. Especially, since we were not bringing our little ones along. So arriving and finding out that the pool wasn't available for the next few weeks really sucked. I understand things happen and it was out of their and our control. Doesn't take away from us being bummed about it, although we still did enjoy our vacay... but that pool would have been the cherry on top!!

I loved this hotel! Very central and walkable to everything. From the moment you walk into the lobby, it’s tasteful and cool! Swings in the lobby were a big hit with the kids. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Paul Mitchell products in the shower! The best is the rooftop infinity pool and bar. Always good music, great view and chill atmosphere. The bar was incredible and lots of room to lounge. Great location to check out the town… but why bother, when this hotel is the best place to be!

The location of this hotel is perfectly central, the staff are welcoming and so helpful, the rooms and beds are clean and very comfortable, and the rooftop bar and pool are amazing. Beto at Bar del Patron is the BEST. Cocktails are fresh and I absolutely loved the sunset views and cabanas! 10/10 experience and I can’t wait to come back!! Thank you to everyone at Sayulinda who made my trip truly unforgettable!
