Hotel tranquilo, bastante céntrico y con clase. Personal amable y desayuno bueno. Buenas relación calidad precio. Parking amplio.

Orientarse en el hotel a veces es un poco caótico. Pero si estás días te acostumbras.

Ne vous fiez pas à la facade banale et défraîchie: l'intérieur dévoile une série de patios agréables autour desquels les chambres sont placées. Attention, certaines chambres donnent directement sur des espaces communs avec le risque d'être dérangé et peu d'intimité. Les chambres sont grandes, confortables. L'eau chaude arrive bien au bout de quelques minutes. Coffre fort et fer à repasser dans chaque chambre.

Salle de bains vieillote, produits de beauté entamés réutilisés pour les clients suivants, pas de frigo dans la chambre, pas de minibar. Hôtel un poil excentré mais calme. Le wifi est capricieux et se déconnecte régulièrement mais sans que cela ne soit trop problématique. Malgré tout cet hôtel reste d'un excellent rapport qualité prix.

La habitación es amplia y acogedora, la cama y almohadas muy cómodas. El baño limpio. Y el servicio de las personas es bueno. Te llevan a tu habitación.

La zona en la noche es un poco silenciosa pero no hubo detalles.

It’s the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel. I liked my room. It was very quiet with a small balcony overlooking lovely gardens. The breakfast is very good that comes with the room. Convenient location. It was on a quiet street but just a few minutes walk from the action.

La cama super cómoda y muy lindas las instalaciones, von espacios para descansar o leer en el jardin. Tiene un bar pequeño y restaurante. . La atención muy amable y está cerca de todos los puntos principales.

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. The rooms were clean and there was always hot water in the shower. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Hotel accogliente, molto curato nei dettagli, ben arredato e con giardino interno molto bello. Posizione centrale e comoda per raggiungere il centro del paese, ma posto in una via tranquilla e silenziosa. Camera molto grande, pulizia eccellente, letto enorme con ampia scelta di cuscini. Piano alto con vista su montagne e sul paese, silenziosa e ben fornita di tutto. Staff cordiale.

Dimensioni del bagno molto ridotte. Materasso molto morbido per i miei gusti, da sprofondarci dentro, ma non perchè sia vecchio ma solo propriamente per la scelta della tipologia. La prima volta, anni fa, mi diedero una camera a un piano basso con il passaggio degli altri ospiti proprop davanti alla finestra, il che la rendeva rumorosa e con poca privacy, ma una volta appreso questo, basta chiedere una stanza altrove e passerete un soggiorno perfetto.

Wonderfully clean hotel near the Centro Historico. Our room was spacious with a beautiful balcony overlooking a courtyard - it was worth the extra for a balcony room. Hotel has been beautifully decorated embracing Chiapas culture. Corn hangs at the hotel entrance. Staff were friendly. Reception had bilingual staff.

Très belle chambre, lit très confortable, proche de tout. Personnel très agréable, eau à disposition. Petit déjeuner simple mais suffisant.

El hotel estaba muy bien decorado y con buen gusto. La ubicación no estaba mal. Algunos dicen que el desayuno estaba delicioso.

Para empezar, el hotel era muy frío y no había forma de calentar la habitación. No había aire acondicionado para refrescarla en verano ni calentarla en invierno. Puede que las toallas fueran blancas en su día, pero ahora eran grises, el olor era desagradable y una de ellas tenía manchas marrones. El colchón era muy blando, y si dos personas se acostaban juntas, se caían unas sobre otras. El comedor tenía chimenea, y punto. Ese día, cuando desayunamos, hacía mucho frío y la chimenea no estaba encendida, así que tuvimos que comer con chaquetas y sudaderas. Las ventanas y puertas goteaban mucho, y la habitación no estaba insonorizada. A las 2:00 a. m. nos despertaron personas que volvían de la ciudad, y el colchón, tan blando e incómodo, nos impidió dormirnos durante un buen rato.

El hotel muy limpio. Habitación amplia. Cuenta con restaurante para desayunos. Tiene estacionamiento fuera de la instalación a una cuadra. En el hotel te ofrecen tour muy accesibles.

Muy céntrico, muy cómodo y agradable. El personal muy atento.

Todo excelente. La ubicación, muy cercana de todo. El lugar, con un diseño muy bonito, muy ad hoc a San Cristobal. Las vistas desde el balcón de la habitación. El restaurante para el desayuno tiene un diseño muy instagrameable. El desayuno muy rico. El trato del personal muy bueno. Da gusto quedarse en lugares así. La habitación muy cómoda, amenidades justas. La relación Calidad-Precio, insuperable. Me gustó todo.

No tengo de qué quejarme... tal vez que el baño es pequeño... pero eso no fué inconveniente para mi.

El servicio es muy bueno y las habitaciones son calidas y bonitas.

Únicamente que el estacionamiento para autos más grandes está lejos, y hay que caminar más de 4 cuadras para ir y venir por el vehículo.

La ubicación es excelente, céntrico y comunicado; el hotel está acondicionado muy lindo.

Pésimo colchón, no pude descansar, tenía una poza quizá de tanto uso. Tuve que cambiar de hotel Les regale una noche con tal de descansar bien y fui a otro hotel. Además de que ofrecen estacionamiento y queda a 3 cuadras, sin techo ni piso y un personal tiene que llevarte para abrir y cerrar

Het hotel bevind zich op een top locatie, lekker dicht bij alles. Je kan er gratis parkeren en het personeel rent voor je. We hebben onze was laten doen en dat ging ook echt top. De kamers waren fijn en mooi.

Habíamos reservado solo para dos noches pero alargamos la estancia y me habría quedado más si hubiera podido. Es un sitio tranquilo con un jardín muy bien cuidado que rebosa paz. Estuvimos en la habitación 48 con una vista muy bonita de las colinas de los alrededores. La habitación en si es espaciosa, limpia, luminosa y muy cómoda. Una mención de honor al personal: simpático y muy atento.

The standard of accommodation is fantastic. A really beautiful place to stay, right in the centre of San Cristobal but on a quiet street.

Amazing stay. Hotel is PERFECT! Rooms are clean, bed was very comfortable and the staff is the best! Moses was so helpful in recommending a tour for us. Distilled water was readily available. Great location. 6 min drive to ADO BUS STATION.

Ya había estado antes en La Estancia y ahora que volví me sentí como en casa. El personal es muy amable y todos los servicios funcionan muy bien, las instalaciones son agradables y siempre impecables.

We loved the property’s layout. Our room was comfortable but there also were many outside communal spaces for us to quietly enjoy. We appreciate breakfast on site when travelling and the hotel provided very good options.

We needed to ice an injury while at the hotel and we found it rather strange to have to pay for the small amount of ice that we required.

Hotel típico muy bonito, tranquilo, limpio y bien atendido, con jardines muy bien cuidados, los cuartos amplios, a tan solo 4 cuadras del centro, los desayunos americano con buen sabor, y con una buena atención del personal.

Rooms are very clean but very plain. Just one picture on the wall could improve the look. Towels seemed very old and gray.

Good room, clean bedsheets, tv worked properly with channels in different languages. I had checked alot of hotels before choosing this one and they were all much worse. The hotel’s inside area is amazing, looks fantastic in photos. Own parking of the hotel is available which is super convenient. 5 minutes away from the main streets, a lot of restaurants around. We didnt take the breakfast but it was available at the low cost of 100 mxp. The hotel’s staff are all very nice and helping. Would recommend this hotes to others.

I had a spider with its big web in the corner of the bathroom and it was never cleaned (even despite me leaving tips). Towels were not white but already almost brown and seems used for ages. Could have been replaced, no? The walls are dirty and require painting. A bit cold in the room but there are blankets. The worst thing was the noise from the outside: every morning when the staff at 7 am outside began to speak or other guests arriving I would wake up. Poor sound isolation.

We had a great stay at the hotel! The staff is very helpful, we arrived early in the morning and they found us a room available. At the moment of checking out we could leave our bags until later in the evening. I really appreciate how helpful this was! The hotel is very nice and clean and close to the center.

Nice hotel: courtyard, and room. Position : located just outside the busiest streets (walking distance), cleanliness. Parking is a big plus if you have the car. We didn’t try the restaurant.

We had a room at upper floor , with nice view / natural light . There are some rooms on the courtyard. Isolation (noise) could be improved, but not a big issue.
