Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y hay un ambiente muy tranquilo! Increíble para descansar.

No tienen Smart tv y los canales son muy limitados.

Nos dieron una habitación tipo buhardilla y casi te dabas en la cabeza con el techo. No tenía ninguna vista.

La ubicación es muy buena, tiene bastante cerca todo y se encuentra a dos cuadras del andador principal, asimismo las instalaciones están muy bonitas, la habitación muy cómoda al igual que el personal que fue amable en todo momento.

El desayuno fue el que menos me gustó, el personal fue muy amable y servicial, sin embargo los alimentos no fueron lo más excepcional.

El hotel es muy bonito, con muchas áreas para poder sentarte y disfrutar del jardín o simplemente relajarte . Está en una ubicación privilegiada. Todos muy amables y todo muy limpio y muy amplio y cómodo

Everything was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel had a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The location was also very convenient, and overall we felt very comfortable there.

Lieu exceptionnel par son emplacement au coeur de San Cristobal. Chambre très spacieuse avec une petite terrasse donnant sur les toits de la ville, mais surtout avec le lever du soleil chaque matin ! Chambre bien équipée et literie très confortable. Personnel très agréable et serviable. Petit déjeuner consistant et très bon. Idéalement situé pour visiter le centro de San Cristobal : la cathédrale, les cerros de Guadalupe et San Cristobal, les quartiers périphériques, le centro colonial...

Las instalaciones comunes del hotel son muy bonitas y las tienen muy bien cuidadas. Está muy bien ubicado al lado de la plaza central y las calles con restaurantes y tiendas . Muy centrico y en una calle tranquila

La habitación es muy oscura. Las camas y almohadas no son cómodas y el cuarto de baño necesita de una reforma y no tenía jabón. Las toallas eran de muy mala calidad y siendo tres personas, nos ponían solo 2 toallas.

A noter qu'il n'y a aucune aération dans la salle de bain ce qui la transforme en hammam en quelques secondes... Par ailleurs, si vous écrivez à l'établissement des messages via l'application booking, fort risque que vous n'ayez pas de réponse ! (est-ce qu'ils les lisent?) ce qui est étonnant pour un hôtel....

I like best the perfect location, on a quiet street within walking distance of sites of interest and great restaurants and shops. I also like the beautiful and spacious building, lots of greenery, birds in the courtyard, stained glass windows in some rooms. Also, the breakfast was delicious, lots of food in a very nice dining room with friendly and efficient staff.

A big negative is that there is no coffee maker in the room. What’s the point of having a lovely room with courtyard view if you can’t start the day with coffee or tea early in the morning?

Everything was perfect. My preferred place to stay when in San Cristobal.

The hotel was exactly what I had hoped it would be. Classic, colonial, well kept with beautiful interior garden spaces. Our room was on the top floor and we had some pretty views over the rooftops. The room was very spacious and well-equipped. Excellent hot shower. The location was great, just a few blocks to the town center and close to so many great eateries. Big plus...secure parking.

Si estás dudando en reservar en este hotel, te puedo decir que no lo dudes más y resérvalo. Tuve una experiencia maravillosa en este hotel. Tiene una ubicación perfecta, fácilmente llegas a cualquier lugar caminando de 10 a 15 minutos es muy céntrico. Todo el personal es muy amable. El desayuno muy completo y la limpieza estuve al punto. Definitivamente regresé!!

La cama super cómoda, la habitación muy limpia, el personal super atento y bien ubicado, se llega a cualquier parte del centro caminando, en general 10/10

Si habria que escribir algo, podría decirse del estacionamiento que está aparte del hotel y un poco reducido, pero teniendo en cuenta que las calles en el centro son reducidas en cualquier parte está igual así que no es que sea algo malo, al contrario, te solucionan y te proporcionan un lugar para estacionarse, así que tampoco hay queja por esa parte.

Ubicación muy buena, habitación amplia y muy limpia y cuenta con estacionamiento privado, solo para clientes.

Deberían abrir el pequeño bar, más días .

Colonial style, new build. Third floor rooms 30-35, have great 180 degree views, My room 30 large and comfortable. 3 blocks walk to restaurants. Quiet. Staff helpful when pressed.

Ground floor rooms dark and lack privacy. Breakfast only, Poor coffee. Bar available only on Saturday. Another hotel with similar name "Margurita".

El hotel es muy bonito, las habitaciones muy amplias y las camas muy grandes.

The place and court yard is beautiful. The rooms are big and cleaned daily. I had a beautiful view overlooking the mountains. I also found it high value for money with the discount booking on booking.com app only 5 euro more per night compared to hostel prices without own bathroom. So very happy with my stay.

They did not have any reception staff speaking other than Spanish. But we managed with translate applications.

Lovely spacious hotel in the heart of San Cristobal de las Casas, which has lots of nice plants and small inner garden, offering tasty breakfast and excellent service from all personnel. The beds in the rooms are very good for sleeping, with adequate covers and there is silence around the whole hotel. You feel tranquil and well received, and even on a busy holiday week didn’t feel crowded at all. Very close to downtown, and it has a parking garage as well. Very good value for the money.

Nothing really, it was pleasant, maybe a bit of maintenance in the bathroom details. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful location and the hotel had a beautiful courtyard and places to relax. The staff were exceptional - friendly, helpful and sweet.

Todo estuvo excelente! El personal son excelente personas, buscaban todo el tiempo ser amables y generarnos una gran experiencia. El lugar es muy bonito, las habitaciones, la comida, todo estuvo muy bien.

Solo diría que se vayan bien abrigados, las habitaciones no cuentan con calefacción ni aislamiento y aunque tienen ropa de cama caliente, el piso es muy frío. Pero todo lo demás estuvo muy bien, ¡gracias!

Mi reserva fue por cuatro personas con desayuno incluído, al llegar no me quisieron valer los desayunos para 4 que solo era por dos, lamentablemente.

the Hotel has a garage for the car we had rented and the staff was always available for any questions we had. Perfect Location and very nice rooms. We were provided a heater since was quite cold.

Lekker centraal, prachtige tuin, goede bedden en heerlijk ontbijt. Er liggen genoeg dekens om in de nacht de lage temperaturen te trotseren. De douche is lekker warm en een harde straal.

De kamers zijn wat donker maar je kan lekker in de binnen tuin zitten.
