موقع الفندق ممتاز بالقرب من الجراند و سفاري و مدينة الالعاب فين وورلد و شاطئ ستار فيش. بهو الفندق مفتوح وشرح. مسبح الفندق و الشاطئ جميل و نظيف، غير مسموح السباحة في البحر بسبب الموج ولكن تقدر تسبح على اطرافه و الرمل نظيف جدا والمشي على امتداد الشاطئ بحد ذاته روعة. مرافق الفندق تشمل جيم و سونا و مساج و حمام بخار و صالة العاب للاطفال مع برامج يومية كل ساعة تقريبا. فطور الفندق متنوع و يناسب جميع الاذواق. اخذنا شقة عائلية من غرفتين و مرافق الغرفة ممتازة و يوجد شطاف للحمام. يوجد مواصلات بين الفندق والمطار عند خروجك من المطار الباص موجود في الامام على جهة اليسار مع عدة باصات لفنادق اخرى، لا تعتمد على اصحاب التكاسي لايجاد الباص لانه سيقول لك الباص مشى حتى يكسب توصيلك! وتأكد تحجز التوصيل مع الفندق في ساعة محددة وتأكد من الوقت لانه اذا فات حجز ساعتك ممكن يقول لك الفندق ان الباص في الاوقات التالية محجوزة لمسافرين قادمين وتضطر لاخذ تكسي للذهاب للفندق ( هذا الذي حصل لنا). حجزنا كان 6 ايام من 17 اغسطس الى 22 اغسطس 2026م مع تكلفة 11600 ريال سعودي عن طريق بوكنج. هناك فندق الهيلتون في جنوب الجزيرة روعة وهناك انشطة كثيرة حوله مثل التلفريك الذي يوصل الى مدينة الالعاب المالية وهناك العاب نارية كل ليلة ورأي ان العائلة يناسبها السكن في الشمال و الكبلز او العائلة مع ولد واحد يناسبها السكن في الجنوب وهذا رأي الخاص.

حبذا يكون اكل حلال للمسلمين في الغداء و العشاء و بعض الاكل المألوف للمسلمين في الفطور ايضا.

Excellent resort. Smooth check in friendly staff. Excellent place. The issue only limited halal food. And toilet not totally private especially if you are a family.otherwise everything was perfect.

Świetna lokalizacja - blisko do Grand World, Safari i VinWonders. Do tego bardzo przyjemna, prywatna plaża. Przemiły i pomocny personel hotelu. Sala zabaw dla dzieci wraz z animacjami czynna od rana do 17. W restauracjach przystępne menu dla dzieci. Dużym ułatwieniem jest darmowy transfer pomiędzy hotelem a lotniskiem.

Plaża była brudna - obiekt posiadający prywatną plażę powinien o to zadbać.

Meets all the standards of a 5- star international brand hotel. Squeaky clean and flawlessly presented. Lovely private beach integrated. Nothing not to like really.

В номерах в труднодоступных местах (в углах, под тумбами, столами), очень грязно. Полы в комнате при уборке не пылесосили и не мыли. Часто не убирали грязную посуду из номера. На завтраке очень большой выбор блюд для азиатов. К остальному ассортименту были вопросы. Соки разведенные и не вкусные. Свежевыжатые соки на завтраке не делали. В спа не советую, данный прайс не предполагает сервис и массаж на 4+. Ну и многие из персонала очень плохо говорят на английском.

Pretty much everything. Maybe not so much the restaurant prices. Good things that there's grab food, albeit the prices are still high comparatively.

Location is excellent with private beach and sports. Room is very big and comfortable. View is excellent, facilities are perfect for kids. My kids enjoyed the kids club and wanted to stay longer. Food was great and special thanks to ((Chef Dat)) who helped us in breakfast and dinner as we are Muslims and we eat halal food. The restaurant and menus for all meals contains options that suite Muslims, Chef Dat also added notes and labels to every food about its content, the variety of food in the buffet was amazing (one of the greatest I saw in all my travels) , the staff always welcoming and smiling and willing to help and support, they keep checking on room clean quality and feedback ..

Everything was perfect , I travel a lot and I definitely can say this is a 10/10 hotel, highly recommend.

Great value for money. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. We had a bad medical episode and the staff went out of their way to make sure we get the help required and constantly followed up. Hotel pool facilities are great with great beach views. Rooms are excellent and absolute clean. Nice arcade and kids play area.

Breakfast options can be varied. We pretty much had same breakfast items for 6 days(though there are great varied options but they dont change over a week).

The restaurant sells good food, the room is big anough , great views and the pool is very nice. The horizon restaurant staff was very pleasant, Amy gave us great service, the chef and the manager were amazing.

The housekeeping staff really need to be supervised more closely. Every day, we had to request basic items after they had already serviced our room, such as water and fresh towels. What was more disappointing was that the room was not actually being cleaned. They would simply make the bed and leave without cleaning the bathroom or other areas. The shower pressure was also very poor, and because of the way the shower is designed, it requires a bit of cleaning after use. Unfortunately, this was consistently overlooked, and we ended up cleaning it ourselves. While we were able to do this, it really shouldn’t be necessary when you’re on vacation. At the very least, we expected to return to a properly cleaned room each day. At one point, our room key cards also stopped working, and the hotel had to call a technician to repair the door lock. We had to wait outside while they opened the door, and once it was unlocked, we were left waiting with the door wide open while around five people worked on fixing it. It was quite inconvenient and not a very pleasant experience, especially while trying to enjoy our stay.

Was very quiet but we loved it. Walk into the lush beach and enjoy the sound of the sea and relax. Pool was great and kids loved it. Room was great size for family of 4 and we had great view of the sea. Loved that the hotel was on its own away from the others. Surrounded by green and peaceful

Not the hotels fault but there was quite a bit of rubbish wash up from the sea. They do clean up the hotel section but I thought a lot missed. Attendant on the beach didn’t seem to do much throughout the day so thought that could have been done by them. I managed to fill a sack I found on the beach and a fish box full with bottles and rubbish. Such a shame because the beach was nice and it wasn’t like you saw loads of rubbish normally. Like I said, not the hotels fault but thought they could help to combat it more. Also, plastic bottles in the rooms? I thought we were past that. Especially considering I picked up 20 on my beach clean up.

Great resort! Pool facilities are insane. Breakfast is amazing. Super Kids friendly. It was low season so very little guests, super peaceful.

Operating hours are not great, pool closes at 7pm, as we are far away of the main town, it sort of defeats the purpose. We had little issues with the stay (reservation, rooms, etc) which were all addressed tho. The hotel is quite big and there is only one lift on the beach front side, which can be frustrating.

The best hotel during our vacation in Vietnam. Huge, modern. Large, spacious and clean rooms. Amazing food at breakfast and in the restaurants. Large, well-maintained area. Impressive pools and beach. Good location on the island, close to Grand World, you can walk or take a very cheap taxi. Only good memories.

It's just that we wanted to stay longer. I hope we'll come back again someday. I wish you the best of luck.

Ligger veldig sentralt i nord for å besøke sentrum, dyrepark, fornøyelsespark og div utflukter.

Synes det var litt kjedelig ved bassenget. Kunne vært litt mer på tilbudssiden de servitørene. Og kanskje litt musikk eller noe for å gjøre det litt hyggelig. I tillegg føles selve hotellet som en svær murkloss uten sjarm. Hadde forventet litt mer liv og ikke slik at man må kontakte resepsjonene etter kl 20 for å kjøpe en iskrem.

Excellent hotel near to attractions in north phu quoc. Great pool, superb beach, excellent staff, had a great view from the room, staff assisted in early check in,..no complaints

1.最令人驚豔的是整體的服務非常好，住宿期間遇到的員工都非常熱情，尤其對小朋友非常友善，也都盡力滿足我們的需求，給了我們非常非常好的體驗。s/o Amber餐廳的男服務生幫我們將餐點送到房間。 2.飯店內的食物非常棒，早餐選項很多而且好吃，每天早上都很期待吃早餐。住宿期間的晚餐也幾乎都在飯店內處理，吃了飯店內的兩間餐廳，品項大同小異但品質都很不錯。很開心每天都可以吃到新鮮水果，另外甜點真的很棒，非常推薦。 3.房間景色非常好，每天起床都可以直接看海，傍晚也可以看夕陽，非常適合坐在陽台看海放空。 4.房內空間包括浴室都非常大，可以好好地整理行李，小朋友也有足夠的空間可以活動。 5.飯店內設施豐富而且非常親子友善，我的小朋友非常喜歡兒童遊戲室，員工姊姊們都超級親切。 6.游泳池很不錯，就在沙灘旁邊風景很棒，而且也有淺水區可以帶著小孩在水邊玩一個下午。

1.有提供嬰兒床，但床本身有點簡陋，床墊建議可以更換成厚一點的。 2.餐廳提供的兒童椅，部分沒有安全綁帶。 3.房間整理每天的品質有些不一，其中有一天中午左右回房間時，發現房間完全沒整理過，似乎是我們沒有主動給小費的關係?

Very serene location and lovely well kept hotel. Amenities are in brilliant condition and the staff do their best to make your stay easy. We went with a 2&4 year old and the food spread at breakfast was great for them along with the in room and pool restaurant options. We spent most time in the pool and also maxed out on the beach which was absolutely pristine and idyllic.

There wasn't much we didn't like but something to be aware of is that is you are wanting to be in a high activity lively area this wouldn't be the best option. This is great for a tranquil beach/pool getaway. The hotel puts on a great shuttle service to grand world which is more the high activity area or you can easily grab there... But the vibe in this part of phu quoc is definitely more chilled to what you'd experience in the south. Saying that, it was perfect for our needs

Perfect location, pristine beach and close enough to the Grand World and other attractions. The breakfast was fenomenal and the staff was great. The swimming pool, outdoor area and beach almost merge together to create a single experience. This is a great place for families with kids, with a well looked after kids room with plenty of activities for toddlers all the way to 8 years old kids.

There is only one restaurant option in the hotel and is a little expensive compared to other places we went to in Vietnam. If you stay 5 nights like we did, having lunch and dinner in the resort will get you a little tired of the menu.

Great place to stay in the northern part of the island. Everything was absolutely amazing. Last but not least, the supervisor Huan/Juan truly deserves some extra days off :) his hospitality, kindness, and dedication made our stay even more special.

We liked everything. The room, pools were beautiful, the breakfast, the service.

The lack of ac in the elevators and reception, and in the breakfast room sometimes it got a little bit hot but the food was very good.

The beach was really great - clean sand, clear sea, and very comfortable free sunbeds. It was a nice place to relax and spend the day. The hotel area felt clean and well kept, and the breakfast was good with enough choice. Overall, the atmosphere was calm and pleasant.

The only downside is the location if you want to walk to cafes or shops. It takes around 10 minutes on foot, and the road goes through an abandoned-looking area, which is not very nice, especially in the evening. It is possible to avoid this by taking a taxi.

Отличное расположение , отель с одной стороны компактный , при этом очень круто зонированный , огромное кол-во зелени , отличные бассейны , песок , вход в море , море , жили в вилле - рекомендую !

Все отлично, но пару возможностей: - нужно больше нормальных одеял на вилле - много муравьев на террасе Ф не уверен что с этим что то можно сделать с учетом природной локации отеля.

Incredible accomodation. The beach/pool, gym, restaurant and buffet are just incredible. Sunset swims in the private beach were phenomonal. Incredible buffet and great food at reasonable hotel prices at the restaurant.

Despite this area being very close to VinWonders (theme park) and one of the main attractions Grand World- there is not actually much to do nearby. Most snorkelling tours and cable car trips are 1-2 hour drive away. The area is extremely touristy and will always need to be a scooter or drive away but honestly just staying at the resort and relaxing is perfect. The play chill music until around 7pm on the beach which creates such a vibe- it would benefit continuing on a bit later to encourage people attend the bar.

Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and the restaurant…oof both the dinner buffet and breakfast the following morning, were perhaps the best buffet meals I have ever had. Amazing selection, all beautifully presented, everything was clean and fresh and high quality, it was really excellent. I would stay here just for the food. The room was amazing as well, I loved how spacious it was and the open concept/sliding doors bathroom. I wish I had more time to stay longer. The highlight of our brief time in Phu Quoc

Nothing, it was a great relief from some other issues we’d had at other points in our trip. This hotel was the highlight. I do wish the pool was open later than 7pm, as I hoped to swim after dinner but we missed it.
