Limpieza de la habitación, baño de buen tamaño

No me gustó que si en el desayuno no te comiste el banano o la manzana, no puedas llevártelo, eso si ni me gustó. En la habitación deberían de colocar refrigerador pequeño, en la mayoría de hoteles los tienen.

En la habitación que me asignaron había mucho ruido, pedí un cambio de habitación pero no se hizo nada por darme una solución. El resto muy bien, hotel muy cómodo

Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. We hadden een geweldige, zeer schone, grote kamer, met 2 tweepersoonsbedden en met een ruime badkamer. Douche was uitstekend. In de kast is een groot kluisje waar je eventueel je laptop in kwijt kan. Op de kamer is een koffiezetapparaat en op de gang kan je heet en koud water tappen. Ook het ontbijtbuffet was goed. Als je wil kan je in het hotel zelf dineren. Het is ongeveer 15 min. lopen naar naar het theater Bellas Artes. Bij het verlaten van het hotel ga je linksaf de straat uitlopen dan kom je vanzelf uit op het park en dan rechts ligt Bellas Artes.

Abbiamo soggiornato al KALI Centro Mexico City per 4 giorni e ci siamo trovati bene. È un hotel carino e confortevole, perfetto come base per visitare Città del Messico. La colazione era buona e abbastanza varia, ideale per iniziare la giornata con energia. Anche la posizione è un punto di forza: l’hotel è molto centrale e comodo per raggiungere diverse zone e attrazioni della città. Nel complesso, una buona scelta per il nostro soggiorno a Città del Messico!

Todo podría haber sido perfecto, pero nuestra experiencia terminó quedando empañada por una situación que nos parece totalmente inaceptable para un hotel de esta categoría. Una noche, mi hija tuvo una pequeña hemorragia nasal mientras dormía y se mancharon las sábanas. Al día siguiente nos informaron de que tendríamos que pagar la limpieza de las mismas. Hasta ahí, aunque nos pareció sorprendente, podíamos entender que existiera algún coste extraordinario. Lo que nos pareció absolutamente desproporcionado fue que nos pretendieran cobrar 100 euros por la limpieza de las sábanas. Nos negamos a pagar esa cantidad, entre otras cosas porque no se nos entregó ninguna factura ni documento que justificara dicho importe. Consideramos que cobrar 100 euros por algo tan habitual y fácilmente solucionable como una mancha de sangre en unas sábanas es un precio abusivo, especialmente en un establecimiento de esta categoría. La sensación que nos quedó es muy desagradable, hasta el punto de que nos hizo pensar que se trata de una práctica destinada a aprovecharse del turista. Es una verdadera lástima, porque el hotel podría haber sido perfecto y nuestra valoración habría sido muy diferente. Pero una situación así puede arruinar completamente la experiencia. Recomendamos estar atentos y preguntar previamente por cualquier posible cargo extraordinario antes de aceptar nada.

This is a newer hotel that is clean and has a lot of conveniences. The breakfast was good, although there is not quite enough seating and there may be a wait. The staff was working very hard to keep up. It is convenient to walk to the Parque Alameda area. The staff were very nice. I like the free water dispensers. We found it quiet at night (no big city hotel is going to be silent)

There were some maintenance issues. For example, we had to take very short showers because the drain did not work properly: the bottom of the shower quickly fills and threatens to overtop the 2 inch water barrier to the rest of the room. The showerhead needs to be replaced as it was spraying all over the place, including on the ceiling. This is not the best neighborhood and it did not feel safe to walk after about 8pm. There seem to be a lot of people struggling with addiction on the surrounding streets and several took an uncomfortable interest in me.. It's an area with a lot of heavy traffic, so except in the middle of the night, going just about anywhere in an Uber will take longer than walking.

La habitación que nos asignaron tenía un olor un poco molesto, falla en el equipo de aire acondicionado goteando todo el tiempo.

Bed was comfortable. WiFi was very fast (200 mbps). Cleaning was very thorough. Very close to two subway stations and bus lines.

The free breakfast was disappointing, only a small selection and hot items were not very appealing. There were some issues with the hot water - it would only run for like 5 min then turn cold.

Struttura bella e moderna . Camere grandi e dotate di qualsiasi cosa . Persino la filodiffusione tramite blutooth ( cosa particolarmente apprezzata da mio figlio )

Ubicato in zona vicinissima allo zocalo ma estremamente caotica . Le camere sono insonorizzate e non si avverte nessun rumore ma quando devi muoverti in taxi e’ un vero delirio . Per fare 3 km nelle ore di punta ci si impiegano 30 minuti .

Posizione pessima. Mai state in una camera più rumorosa di questa. Nonostante l'hotel abbia scritto di aver delle camere insonorizzate, le camere che si affacciano sulla strada lasciano passare qualsiasi tipo di rumore della strada e dell'hotel. Da questa punto di vista, davvero una grave mancanza.

Das Zimmer war geräumig, modern und sauber. Sehr gute Ausstattung mit Safe, Schreibtisch, USB-Buchsen ... Die Dusche bietet außerordentlich viel Platz. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist gut.

Beim Frühstücksbüffet dauerte es manchmal etwas lange, bis Tische neu eingedeckt und fehlende Lebensmittel nachgefüllt wurden. Im Badezimmer wären Handtuchhalter praktisch.

Le petit déjeuner: mauvais café, choix bof. D’habitude je ne suis pas difficile et je suis fan des petits dej d’hôtel!!!

Nos quedamos sin agua caliente el primer día de estancia

The location is great, very near Bellas Artes. The staff were very friendly all the time. They helped us with information about the city, they booked taxis for us and even lent us a wheelchair for my father who wasn't able to walk much. We were leaving the city late and they provided a space for us to leave our luggage while we continued visiting the city for the day.

We were 8 people and none of us were able to connect to the Wi-Fi on any of the 3 days we were there. We also needed a shower cap, but they couldn't provide it.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, ca.500m vom Alameda Park. Von da aus kann man Sightseeing Touren machen. Die Metro liegt in der Nähe. Das Frühstück ist auch lobenswert zu erwähnen.

Staff was rude. Gave us 2 towels when the reservation was for 4 people. When we asked for more, they were rude and said they had already given us 2. The bed sheets were dirty with multiple stains.

Especificamente do atendente que estava no café da manha no sábado dia 18 e domingo dia 19. Implicante e não repunha os itens do café.

Easily accessible water. Breakfast was suitable. The blinds did a great job at blacking out the room.

The shower handle didn’t work properly - you had to hold it in place for a while otherwise it would turn itself off. The temperature would also change frequently.

It was decent clean, rooms were spacious.

Gym was tiny, couldn’t access earlier than 7 am otherwise you would get told off due to noise. The gym is located next to rooms that obviously would get disturb if someone tries to get some training done early in the morning. Breakfast was the same practically the whole stay. Some bananas were rotten but displayed, there was not sufficient space for the demand and we had to wait to eat. No fridge in the room. Towels were a bit worn out.

The room is quite big, there is air conditioning, it looks clean and the breakfast is simple but nice. Very good coffee at breakfast.

The room is humid, probably because of the bathroom that is not effeciently ventilated. The sheets are old, look synthethic and don't give a confort impression. Finally the location is not the best, half hour to roma norte by foot or 20 min to the old city center. It's decent overall (except the sheets) but in the current condition I would have chosen something else.

La habitación muy limpia y las camas super comodas. El hotel en general esta lindo, nuevo y centrico. Estuvimos en el bar super comodos y nos dejaron permanecer hasta tarde pasando una velada agusto.

El desayuno estaba incluido pero la verdad no tienen mucha variedad y el sabor muy simple, algunas cosas estaban frias.

It was in a very convenient location. You can reach a lot of cool places and the subways as well. The staff was friendly and one even gave me a metro card to get me started. The space was clean and we just really enjoyed the area. I would definitely stay there again.

el sistema de sonido dentro de la habitación para adaptarlo al bluetooth, me encanto, de los hoteles que me he hospedado en CDMX cerca del centro es el primero que veo con esta opción, pudimos echar las chelas adentro del cuarto escuchando nuestra música con el sistema de parlantes dentro de la habitación, el desayuno muy bueno

Me gustó la decoración, las camas son cómodas y me encanta que dejen agua y café de cápsula en la habitación. La zona es un poco solitaria de noche, pero aún así fue muy tranquilo y había tiendas de conveniencia cerca. Pero el hotel tiene cafetería y restaurantes con costos muy accesibles por si no quieres salir. Caminando hacíamos 15 minutos al Palacio de Bellas Artes.

Que mi habitación no tenía ninguna vista y me hizo sentir un poco encerrada. pero supongo que era la que correspondía por el costo que pagué.

VG location 20 min walk to historic district. Rooms are a good size, aircon works well, beds comfy. Breakfast was fine, albeit majority of mugs were chipped. Staff helpful and friendly. Onsite cafe was decent. Just down the road, 2 mins walk, VG cafe, great food.

WiFi was OK but struggled at times. Rooms not that well sound proofed with adjoining rooms, can hear conversations and music.

A estadia foi bem e os funcionários são excelentes, muito atenciosos e educados. O café da manhã é adequado para fazer uma boa primeira refeição. A localização muito boa, com fácil acesso a supermercado, loja de conveniência, metro, Centro Histórico e variados comércios. Para atividades de turismo a localização é ótima.

Penso que por ser um hotel 4 estrelas seria indispensável ter um frigobar no quarto para podermos ter acesso fácil a bebida gelada. Ademais, passei dificuldades dois dias com água não quente nos banheiros, que foi resolvida sempre parcialmente, isso foi um incomodo no momento dos banhos, não estava gelado, mas também não quente o suficiente para um banho confortável. Além disso, também não me adaptei bem ao colchão, para o meu hábito considero muito macio.

The hotel is in a central location in a nice and not too busy street. Nice hotel with friendly staff. Clean and bright room which was cleaned daily. Decent breakfast. Small fitness room. The lobby had a nice bar and you could tap your own water there. In general it's a good hotel to sleep, have your breakfast and go out. We would stay again.
