The worst experience we have ever had. There were roaches in room!!! Actually our entire party had roaches in there rooms. I let the staff know about the roaches. And they came with a bottle of Raid! But that did not fix the issue. We were letting each other borrow the can of of Raid throughout our stay! Completely unacceptable. The staff just acted like it was normal and no big deal. They didnt feel any sympathy for us.The water pressure was horrible and uncontrollable. It fluctuated from extremely boiling hot to ice cold. The pillows and bedding were old. The bed was very uncomfortable. No counter space in the restroom. Overall , the room was very old and outdated. Now let's talk about the restaurant. Very pricey and small portions. Our last night there, We ate at the restaurant and 4 out of 8 of us got food poisoning. They all had a dish that had cheese in it which may have been the cause. It was a horrible drive home for all of us. Their staff seemed to be very young and lacked experienced. They were not very hospitable and consideret to our issues.. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Our room floor was not clean or mopped. The bed blocks the closet completely and there’s nowhere to hang clothes. The shower had some type of red worm crawling around, it might have came up the drain (not sure). The parking lot had an awful smell like dead animal around or old trash.

The room was very small and old, the window blinds didn’t close all the way so a lot of light could come in the room, the bathroom sink was clogged, the bed was very small. The hotel is in a very busy street across the street from a super market, so you can hear everything from the room. We ended up switching hotels because we were very uncomfortable in this place.

Llovió todo el tiempo, mi cuarto tenía goteras, no hay un punto de reunión para grupos hasta tarde si el clima está así lluvioso ya que el espacio es abierto y nos apagaban temprano la fogata. Y no dejaron jabón para el cuerpo en el baño

Algunas de las habitaciones de la familia tuvieron problemas de drenaje, y podrian mejorar en la limpieza y el remplazo de toallas. La habitacion cuenta con servicio de Sky, pero no tenia control para su uso, no se si se ofrece ese servicio.

Reviewed Oct 13, 2025The place is beautiful, but a few things ruined it for us. We had small roaches coming in our room under the door. The bed was small and the pillow were the worst I ever slept on. The showers were super hot then freezing making showers impossible. But what really killed it was getting food poisoning. 8 of us ate there for dinner and 4 of us were sick the next morning. The worst food poisoning I ever had. Mix that in with a 4 hour wait at the border while sick... horrible!

La habitación necesita mucho mantenimiento, en 3 ocasiones salieron cucharachas en el baño y aunque la primera vez lo reportamos y nos dijeron que fumigarían, parece que solo limpiaron y no hicieron más. Se entiende que al tener naturaleza, haya distintos tipos de animalitos como arañas pero cucharachas no, da muy mal aspecto y además no hay confianza en que dan mantenimiento y limpieza a las areas. El segundo día un grupo de personas estaba haciendo ruido hasta altas horas de la noche y no había nadie para evitarlo, es un hotel, no un bar y lo que uno quiere es descansar después de un largo día.

El precio que cobra este hotel, no es para la habitación que ofrecen es muy pequeña de 4 x4 incluyendo el baño. Cama y mobiliario desgastado. No hay limpieza en la habitación y al llegar no tienen recepción así que nadie pregunta si necesitas el servicio de limpieza. No hay privacidad ni silencio en el hotel, ya que en el centro de los cuartos esta una pequeña fogata y si alguien está ahí por la noche, todo se escucha. Y desde las 4am hay tráfico. No lo recomiendo.

Super amazing taco place right next door as well. Can’t beat the location. Hotel restaurant was super cozy and breakfast was really good.
The room could use some updating and there were some questionable spots on the interior walls that appeared to be mold/water damage. Water in the shower was not really warm even if you just turned on the hot.

La regadera del baño pésima sin presión el agua , el lavamanos en pésimo estado, las jaboneras oxidadas, hongo y moho en el piso, las paredes del baño manchadas. En el restaurante te dan un menú para huéspedes muy diferente al menú ordinario para las personas que nos les incluyen el desayuno, el cupón para bebidas de $400 m.n. es falso no te lo dan, y la botella de vino de cortesía la joven de la recepción no quería darmela, dijo que tal vez no tenían botellas de vino valle 13. No lo recomiendo por el precio que cotizan. Johana y familia.

Lighting in room is dark,Dogs barking when you are trying to sleep and loud music. My husband ordered a meal and the meat tasted bad on the first bite and he sent it back and they made him pay for it, the other meals were good but we did not eat meat.

Also, I loved that the restaurant was attached to the property. Everything was super clean and convenient. Also there is an affordable supermarket right across the street which is so convenient.
It can get a little cold and the walls are thin. You might hear outside noise and/or your neighbors.

I tried to turn on the TV to listen to music and not hear the snoring and it did not work. WiFi was extremely slow. I didn't notice until I got home that my Alo Yoga hat was not in my bag.
