Breakfast poor with little choice Luminous pink cheap tasting strawberry yoghurt. Breakfast room itself awful compared to upper floor breakfast room two years ago .Bedroom with view small on eighth floor. Needs a lot of refurb. Please throw the dirty cushions on the bed away. Bedroom without view was much bigger when I stayed before. Makeup stain on bed. Can’t regulate the aircon . I have stayed before and it has deteriorated. Just changed name to another chain.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026The hotel is in a great location for exploring the city and walking to the beach. My room on the 12th floor was quite big, quiet and had a fantastic view of the castle, cathedral and the port so it was nice to watch the super yachts and cruise ships docking.
The pool is no bigger than a hot tub and the staff in the café/bar on the 7th floor are not friendly at all.

fehlendes WC Bürsteli Rückbestätigen wenn man den Flughafentransfer bucht, nicht dass es passiert wie bei uns dass er nicht kommt und man gestresst mit dem Taxi fahren muss.

Nu am fost ajutat de cei de la hotel, deși eram singur cu multe bagaje și taxiul nu putea ajunge în fața hotelului din cauza zonei protejate. Curățenia în cameră s-a făcut superficial. Prosoapele nu au fost schimbate, deși le/am așezat pe podea, le-au pus înapoi în curier. Deși eram 3 persoane, au pus doar 2 prosoape. Piscina este o păcăleală, mică, murdară, plină de lene de porumbel, cu un orar de funcționare anti-turist.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026De locatie, de sfeer, de kamer… het was echt thuiskomen na een lange dag. Alles voelde warm, rustig en ontzettend comfortabel. Je merkt aan alles dat er aandacht is besteed aan de details. De kamer was heerlijk en de locatie perfect. Een plek waar je na een lange dag echt tot rust komt en waar je eigenlijk niet meer weg wilt. Absoluut een aanrader en een plek waar we met veel plezier naar terug zouden gaan!
Eigenlijk viel er helemaal niets tegen. Alles was precies zoals we hadden gehoopt en misschien zelfs nog beter. Van de locatie en de sfeer tot de kamer en de service: alles klopte. Je merkt dat er veel aandacht is besteed aan het verblijf en dat maakte het extra fijn. We hebben ons hier ontzettend prettig gevoeld en zouden zonder twijfel opnieuw terugkomen.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Quiero dar las gracias en especial a Javier de recepción por cómo me trató y el detalle que tuvo conmigo como huésped. Pero no solo Javier. Todas las personas del staff que me encontré fueron amables y muy atentas.
Solo puedo poner un "pero" y quizá sea culpa mía. El baño tenía una luz por sensor de movimiento que al entrar en el baño se activaba. Esto creo que es un concepto de interiorismo muy equivocado porque hay personas, como yo, que se desvelan si por la noche ven luz artificial y tarda, además mucho en apagarse. Cuando el interiorismo no piensa en el confort del cliente y se inventa conceptos de pasillos... pasa lo que pasa.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026The hotel was great, the location was perfect, most of the staff were excellent and welcoming. Housekeeping staff was also amazing. The room we were in was big and it was very well sound-proofed so even in the heart of the centre, we could take a break and sleep well and undisturbed. However, there was something that shocked me at the end of our stay.
Honestly, I would give the hotel a perfect 10 score if we didn't get scammed by the woman receptionist , working the night shift on the 26th of August. Outside of the hotel there is a taxi stop - where usually around 10 taxis are just waiting for customers, and the night before our departure I went downstairs to talk to the receptions to order us a TAXI for the next day, just to make sure it will be there at our scheduled time. She said the price was 28€ for the taxi to take us to the airport, which was a bit weird for me because its a 10-15 minute drive. We ordered the ''taxi'' for the next morning. We checkout and we head outside to our ''taxi'' when a man greets us and takes us 2 streets down to a van that will be taking us to the airport, so we basically paid 30€ in the end for a TRANSFER, not a taxi. Turns out taxis take way less to the airport and it seems so surreal for me to have spent 4 days in the hotel to then be scammed for a 10-15€ transfer profit, when we NEVER wanted to order a transfer at any point during our conversation. It's also weird to book us a transfer with a VAN considering we were only 2 person with 1 suitcase and 2 bags. Overall disgusting situation caused by the receptionist and it's such a shame because the hotel is amazing but with these little schemes they just ruined our memory of it.

The sunset trip was our favourite! Followed by a night cap at one of the various Roof top bars. Treat yourself to the Junior Suite which has a balcony looking right the way down Calle Larios.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Struttura molto bella e pulita. Bagno eccezionale, addirittura dotato di bidet, due lavandini e di una doccia spettacolare. Personale molto gentile. La posizione centralissima è stata la nostra salvezza, nell'afosa giornata in cui abbiamo vi abbiamo soggiornato.
Il letto non era comodissimo, ma alla fine ci siamo addormentati comunque.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Stanza con dimensioni nella norma, bagno nella norma con doppio lavabo, finiture con buoni materiali, il tutto in base al costo sostenuto per cui è rapportato bene.
La cosa che non mi è piaciuta più di tutte è la vista panoramica, poiché non è stato specificato che si trattava di finestra e non di terrazzo ed inoltre il parcheggio per un auto da parte dell'Hotel per scaricare i bagagli non esiste e non dispone di un parcheggio privato, mentre in fase di prenotazione è indicato il parcheggio. La struttura e' situata su una strada principale e non ha uno stallo dedicato per lo scarico dei bagagli, inoltre la corsia delle auto passante davanti l'Hotel è solamente utilizzabile dai mezzi pubblici, mentre il senso opposto può essere utilizzata dai mezzi pubblici e dalle auto private ma non vi sono posteggi ne per lunghe soste ne per soste brevi. Inoltre la cosa peggiore è che tramite la prenotazione di Booking l'Hotel dichiara di avere un parcheggio mentre non ha nessuno parcheggio di proprietà dell'Hotel, ha una convenzione con un garage privato di atra ditta il quale se ha disponibilità accetta l'automobile a pagamento altrimenti sono problemi dell'ospite capire come parcheggiare. Nel mio caso ho dovuto fare più giri e trovare un parcheggio a circa 800 metri e percorrere tale distanza con tutti i bagagli in mano sotto al sole.

23:20-kor nem akartak csinálni nekünk koktélt pedig 00:00-ig nyitva van a ropftop bár. De miután megkértem őket csináltak egy gyönyörű martinit.

Équipements vieillots et chambre pas vraiment propre : nous avons du demander un second passage de la femme de ménage (mon compagnon étant asthmatique). Par contre, la réception de l’hôtel a été très à l’écoute et réactive et nous a offert le petit déjeuner pour répondre au désagrément. Un peu cher pour la prestation

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Je recommande ! L'hôtel est super bien passé. Le petit déjeuner est toujours bien et il y a plein de choix sucrés salés. La vue est magnifique. Nous avons pris 2 chambres et avons eu une chambre avec balcon donnant sur le port et une autre sur la ville. Les chambres sont propres et le service de ménage impeccable. Nous avions une voiture et nous n'avions aucun problème à trouver une place pour nous garer dans le parking devant l'hôtel pendant toute la durée du séjour.
Le placard avec le frigo est extrêmement chaud à cause du frigo.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Excelente localização, equipe cordial, Cama e travesseiros maravilhosos, café da manhã muito bom, tamanho do quarto muito acolhedor, máquina de café e cápsulas à disposição. Limpeza e conforto adequados.
Banheiro pequeno, com paredes escuras, lâmpadas que acendem por sensor de presença, o que é ruim quando se usa o banheiro na madrugada, pois atrapalha o sono. Solicitamos um segundo suporte para colocar mala, mas não tinha disponível.

Purtroppo la piscina non era utilizzabile nel momento in cui volevo approfittare di qualche ora di tempo libero, ma era solo una questione di manutenzione.

On nous a attribué une chambre au premier étage, ce qui fait qu’on entend beaucoup le bruit, et nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de la vue panoramique. Le petit-déjeuner était également assez médiocre, avec peu de choix
