Maybe every 2 days, new towels could be delivered. We were there for 4 nights and really felt a refresh of towels would have been needed. Didn't mind too much about beds Also a vending machine on site would be useful as shops close very early

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Great location, really nice apartment. Stylish and modern
Our towels we received are dirty - one had a clump of hair, the other had black smudges. We were directed to the supply closet to get towels and that held sorting the morning the next day we were out all day and the dirty towels were still there. The host didn’t take much responsibility and just advised there was no housekeeping for stays under 7 nights, despite the situation and the fact he advised he would sort. I would have like a bit more of a proactive response.

After checking out, we were able to store our luggage at the hotel, and they promptly provided us with a code to access the guest/storage area. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the old town, and the bus stop is right on the street in front of the hotel. Another bonus is that a SPAR grocery store is just around the corner from the hotel.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026The furniture, how easy it is to get in and out of the building and its position.
We rented a small apartment for four people for two days. The shared bathroom was missing a washbasin. There was one in the communal lounge, but it was blocked. The second bathroom had no windows and the ventilation system was broken. The shower doors would not stay closed and there was not enough space to open them fully. There was a disagreement over the booking terms — we had booked a room with a balcony — and the property was slow to respond. Initially, they insisted that they were in the right. It was only after we provided evidence that they finally accepted our point of view, but it took them three hours to do so and to offer us an alternative room the following day.

The room is modern, bed was comfortable and everything was great. Also we stayed for a week so after a few days they cleaned the apt
There's no parking that belonges to the apt, the only parking in the area is 25 eur per day which is quite pricy, but we managed to find parking on the nearby streets for the few days we did rent a car

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Location was great. Just at the start of all the restaurants, bars and shops heading towards the river and Altstadt. The accommodation was of a very high standard, both in facilities and cleanliness. Although the balcony only overlooked an inner courtyard, it was still a lovely place to sit and enjoy at anytime of day. There was a well stocked Spar shop, just across the street and many bars and restaurants to chose from. we also parked in the underground car park just behind the apartment, so that was very convenient. It was also well located for being able to get access to the roads leading out of Salzburg to places like St Gilgen and Mondsee. The instructions to access it were clear and easy to understand. We would highly recommend this property.

8/10
Reviewed Jun 17, 2026The room was amazing and modern, had just about everything you could ask for. The kitchen was well equipped except no microwave. Free coffee pods and a coffee maker were used daily and the fridge was cold. Two bathrooms is a huge plus as well as a living room with a second tv. Having access 24 hrs to free laundry was great. Umbrellas available was very nice and useful. Close to everything as well as two bus stops that could take you anywhere.
AC was very weak and could not cool the room down. The apartment is on the ground floor and in a corner so there was little to no air flow with the windows wide open. With the windows open, privacy was almost impossible. The street noise with the windows open was also annoying. With the windows closed, the AC was insufficient and we slept hot as the AC is also in the living room and not the bedroom. I would only stay here again in colder months or if I could get a top floor room with better air flow and privacy. Bed was a little too firm.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Great communication. Fantastic location, very clean, easy online check in.
A microwave would have been great, but not a big issue at all, can understand why they don’t want people cooking.
