master Mirabell

The property is very centrally located, clean, has convenient facilities including coffee, tea, cups, plates etc in the kitchen, and shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc. In the bathroom. There are even umbrellas that you can borrow free of charge which was very helpful. Check in process was easy and the luggage storage was easy to use.

Would be helpful if there was also milk packets for coffee/tea

Good location that is a nice walk to to the old town. Room was cosy and comfortable.

Aircon was a little warm but still kept the room cool.

Nice and clean, good location, more spacious than expected and unexpectedly had separate bedroom and living/kitchen area (room 310 next to lift)

Can't comment on staff as didn't see or have contact with one our entire stay Had a room with "balcony" - balcony wasn't big enough for 2 adults side by side, very tight Hardwood floors throughout which is lovely but upstairs neighbours unfortunately are then incredibly loud moving about External noise started from 5am some days so don't expect a lie in on holiday! Layout of kitchen/living room a bit curious. Lot of empty space with one armchair to watch a big TV- plenty of space to put in a proper sofa so the couple staying in the room can enjoy the space together

quite spacious for 4 pax

no microwave

Excellent set up. Facilities are really good. Rooms had everything we needed. There was a laundry with soap for the machines provided. Tea and coffee in the rooms. Sitting areas. Nice bed. Would recommend.

The pillows, too hard but that’s personal choice. There seemed to be some construction work going on near the hotel with some noise but to be fair when the window was closed you could not hear it at all and it did not affect our stay.

Wonderful place in Salzburg! Clean, comfortable, and cozy room in a great location close to the city center. The staff was responsive and welcoming. Everything was perfect!

The room was way too warm because the air conditioner didn't work well

Excellent hotel and location

Nothing

Lage super, check in unkompliziert

Cleanliness, location

Location, room furniture, design, and quietness

Nada

We liked the fact that all 5 of us had a bed. The space was roomy. The laundry facilities were clean and helpful. The location was great.

The bathrooms which were right next to the bed have glass doors. When you needed to use at night you woke up the other person with the light or went without light. The doors are stylish but not practical.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Master Mirabell! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. It was a very hot day (around 31°C), so we really appreciated that the air conditioning was already on when we entered the apartment — such a thoughtful touch! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. My husband especially loved the umbrellas they provide (since it was raining on day 2), and we were so pleasantly surprised when they gifted us two to take home. Such a lovely and thoughtful gesture! We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Balkon. We hebben er geen gebruik van gemaakt. Geen goed gevoel bij.

Excellent location right next to mirabell. Very good staff and locker dacilities

Great location and responses to communication were fast and helpful.

Location was great and apartment clean tidy and as expected from the images

We arrived early and access to locker storage for medium to large bags, was a bonus for us. There was also outside and indoor common areas to relax. Room was comfortable but small seating area. Loved the access to a washing machine and laundry tablets.

It’s not really an apartment. More like a big hotel room with plates, cutlery and dishwasher. We were aware cooking is not permitted but locally sourced food for fruit, yogurt and sandwiches.

Good location. New renovation

The dryer doesn’t work well.

Clean, modern, very nice shower and soap

would be better if we are told immediately after booking that we have to put in all the passport information one day before booking and explained clearly that it was because there is no reception and we would be given a code. Otherwise the information input part was quite strange and could be deemed as fraud and inconvenience.

Ideally located, very modern apartment. The main train and bus station is only a 10 minute walk away, Mirabell castle is just round the corner and most of the sights are also within walking distance. The neighbourhood is decent. The design, furniture, and equipment were all at a five-star hotel level, with great attention to detail and comfort. Everything was clean, modern, and well maintained. The only minor downside was that the price was a little high, but considering Salzburg prices, it was still reasonable. Communication was very smooth, the staff was really helpful. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment and would be happy to stay here again.

Clean & modern. Had wording AC

Very clean, silent, dark during the night. Very responsive personnel. Also great location.

The position of the TV in the main room felt awkward.

Great location and comfortable and modern apartment

Appartement leuk ingericht. Alles aanwezig.

Lovely modern property. All communication re entry codes is online and works really well. Loved the bathroom toiletries. SO helpful to have the luggage lockers downstairs - a huge bonus on our last day as our flight was leaving late. A great stay! Thank you!

Kitchenette a bit useless without even a microwave.

Room was nice and they provided us with a crib and highchair for our baby. The kitchen is well equipped even though you can’t cook, we still managed to eat breakfast and one mean at home buying food that was already ready. Staff was nice and accomodated our request to check-in one hour earlier to let the baby sleep in the room.

The fact that you can’t cook. They said they had to remove the heating equipment for some regulation.

Very nice building, everything and everywhere was very clean, the room had an intelligent floorplan and was thoughtfully designed, very quiet, close to the old town, right next to Mirabell Palace, private parking is just around the corner under the Sheraton Hotel, you get very good value for money (for Salzburg), very quiet. What more could you want? Tip: if you need something at night and every store is closed there is a Eni gas station 10 minutes away on foot which has a non-stop supermarket.

Close to the train station and accessible to public transport.

First 2 days air conditioning was not working however they provided a fan and they changed to a new room for the remaining stay which was really comfortable and we appreciate it.

Location, facilities- everything we needed. Walk-in shower. Umbrellas available for guest use.

Despite absence of staff on the spot, the Master Team was very helpful responding to questions and helping with luggage storage.

Very centrally located. Well equipped apartment with very convenient facilities:)

During the hot summer days, the room temperature can go high even with two air conditioners- which didn’t work pretty efficiently.

It was close to the city center

The didn’t clean the room daily neither make the beds The room was too little for 4 persons

Excellent location Clean Great facilities

Nothing

Great location, modern design, mostly clean. Quick customer service via WhatsApp. We were able to check in early and leave our luggage in the lockers in the basement after checkout. Walking distance to the old town.

The closet was dusty - give it a swipe before putting black pants there...

Location was excellent. The apartment was immaculate and very stylish. Had bag storage for before & after. Great communication with host.

Leaving :(

Check-in facile e intuitivo.

Very good location next to Mirabell Palace in walking distance to the center. Nice and clean rooms. Easy check-in, clear instructions. We enjoyed our stay and recommend.

Convenient

Poor air conditioning

Great location. Clean and comfortable. Easy self check in.

The air con didn’t work, so it got really hot in the room. The staff provided a fan which helped a bit.

Quarto confortável. Banheiro ótimo!!!

Lovely place to stay. Our rooms had an internal door so two apartments become one. Ideal for friends and families staying together. Excellent communication from owners and very easy to access. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing

Location is perfect, rooms are great!

No complaints!

The location is excellent and dealing with the people was easy and helpful.

It was conveniently located and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Very easy check in and check out. Everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect.

Very convenient location and spacious. Also has air conditioning! The laundry in the basement was great too. Communication was easy via WhatsApp.

Nothing.

Location & clealiness

Everything was amazing, beautiful property, great location and modern finishes.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Top Lage! Sehr schöne, moderne und saubere Wohnung!

Location excellent! Very comfortable, clean.

Everything was fine

Location, east to access, check-in and outs etc. proactive and timely information.

A and B building access are a bit of journey, access to terrace or laundry B building guests which we were did not like it.

Location and property itself

I requested them to remove the garbage, when I returned to the hotel after long day, they didn’t remove it and there was some smell in the apartment. I reported it to them in the evening but their reply was they will investigate next morning. They offered me late check out which I appreciate but I was expected them to send someone to remove the garbage immediately. Another issue was when I arrived, one of the bottle of water in the room was user. I discovered that because the level of water was almost three quarter. They apologised and send another bottle. Last point they should give more guidance for us on how we should get in luggage. I had 7 bags with my family, I can’t park in nearby garage and bring all bags. They should guide us how to drop the luggage near hotel.

Very nice, clean and well-equiped flat. Convenient location close to the train station and Mirabell gardens but very quiet.. Excellent communication with the host.

Good location, close by the old town and near a great breakfast place. Very new appartment, clean and modern.

I wished the sofa bed would have been a double bed.

The property was central, but not in the touristy part of Salzburg, so the area wasn’t too crowded. We loved the fact we could easily drop off our luggage in the basement storage area before check in, so we could explore. Also, that there are laundry facilities - ideal when you have been travelling around, like we have. We loved the AC! It was so hot when we visited!

It was a bit confusing when we first arrived, as we didn’t realise the storage facilities were in property A.

Amplio y cómodo

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spotless and very clean. The coffee provided was a lovely touch and much appreciated. The lockers were very convenient and made our stay even easier. The host was extremely responsive and provided quick assistance whenever we needed it. Everything was well organized, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Vše a v případě nadprůměrných venkovních teplot fungující a kvalitní klimatizace.

We absolutely loved the room here—it was spotless and incredibly comfortable! The hotel boasts a prime location, making it easy to explore Salzburg on foot. The online self-check-in process was seamless and efficient, and the team was extremely responsive. The room featured a fully equipped kitchenette and modern décor, offering the quality of a high-end hotel combined with the warmth and convenience of home. Everything was impeccable; highly recommended!

Location and room size

Laundry is in building A which is not convenient for me from building B to there. And there are only two washing machines but many people use it. Need to wait longer time.

Beautiful apartment which is very comfortable and a reasonable walk to the sites in town.

I have nothing negative to report

Második alkalommal szálltunk meg itt. A tavalyi tapasztalataink alapján bátran választottuk újra a Master Mirabell-t. Minden más információt is időben megkaptunk WhatsApp-on. Érkezéskor apró figyelmesség is várt (ásványvíz, Manner nápolyi).
