Il sistema di check in va revisionato. Per entrare abbiamo dovuto inizialmente pagare più colazioni di quanto eravamo perchè la procedura impedisce di variarle. Poi l'operatore ci ha fatto un rimborso.

Excelente ubicación para todas las atracciones de Salzburgo. Está rodeado de bares y restaurantes pero a pesar de ser una zona animada de noche es tranquilo y se puede descansar bien. El personal es muy amable

Das Hotel besticht durch seine fantastische Lage mitten in der Altstadt – der Domplatz ist in wenigen Gehminuten bequem zu erreichen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das extrem komfortable Bett, das für einen rundum erholsamen Schlaf sorgt.

Die Zimmer fallen recht klein aus. Bedingt durch die historische Bausubstanz des Gebäudes herrschte leider ein wahrnehmbarer, modriger Geruch im Zimmer. Das Frühstück wird als reine Selbstbedienung angeboten. Die warmen Speisen wie Würstchen, Speck und Eierspeisen werden nicht frisch zubereitet und waren am Buffet leider nur noch lauwarm

Lärm im Hof von den Anwohnern wurde uns als Baulärm, der gerade heute begonnen hat, verkauft. Dauerte bis Mitternacht. Lieblos möblierte Zimmer, Frühstücksraum mit dem Charme einer Jugendherberge. Viel zu teuer.

ザルツブルク祝祭大劇場まで徒歩7分、抜群のロケーション。スタッフが皆さん親切。朝食が野菜の種類が多く、パンも美味しい。部屋に電気ケトルがあり、コーヒー、紅茶、ハーブティーも毎日追加してくれた。昨年は扇風機だけでしたが、リニューアルされて、エアコンが付いていたこと。とても助かりました！

強いて言えば冷蔵庫が無いこと。でもそんなに困らないから問題無いです。音楽祭のシーズンに値段が高いのは仕方ないのかな。

Muy céntrico. Personal muy simpático y atento. Margen para el check in y check out por encima de otros hoteles de la zona lo cual añade comodidad. Nos guardaron las maletas el día de la salida como una facilidad adicional para seguir nuestra agenda de excusiones. No olvides pedir el Guest Mobility Ticket al hacer check in. El precio está incluido en la tasa turística y te permite movilidad gratuita en transporte público en toda la provincia de Salzburg. Sobre el precio no puedo opinar porque me aproveché de una oferta.

Piccolo boutique-hotel nel centro di Salisburgo in posizione perfetta per visita re la città. parcheggio convenzionato a 5 minuti a piedi ma con una certa difficoltà per trovare posti liberi. Buona colazione. camera un po' troppo piccolina (soprattutto il bagno). Comunque buono.

The hotel is located in the historic building of Salzburg, just a stone's throw away frrom Mozartplaz, so the location is one of the main assets of this hotel. The amenities are fine, the beds are very comfortable and even though the hotel is in the center of Salzburg, it's very quiet. We parked the car in a garage 450mm away and we got a discount from the hotel, so that was a big plus as well. The staff was super friendly so overall, it was a great stay. Last but not least, it's worth mentioning that Salzburg itself is one of the most beautful and stunning cities in Europe. Combined with the stay in Altstadthotel Weisse Taube, it will give you unforgettable memories.

Breakfasts are quite expensive

Het hotel ligt werkelijk in het hart van de oude stad (Alt Stadt). Dus de naam zegt het al... Wij maakten geen gebruik van alle geboden faciliteiten, maar we hebben niks aan te merken op hetgeen wij aantroffen. Kortom: perfecte locatie voor een bezoek aan het prachtige Salzburg. Oh ja...er is een ondergrondse parking op een 5-tal minuten lopen van het hotel. Super!!!

３日前CHK-OUTした時に保管してくれるよう頼んでおいたスーツケース2つ　今回の部屋に運ばれていたので一安心。　　　　　スタッフが前回同様親切で朝食もおいしかった。　今回CHK-OUT後コンサート終了まで荷物を預かって頂き助かった。

前回４連泊。　今回１泊の部屋は前回よりも広く2BED＋エキストラベッドでしたが２つのスーツケースを開いておく場所 を作るのに苦労しました　他の部屋の窓が近くカーテンも開けられなかったのはちょっと．．． 一泊なので我慢しよう．．．と シャワー室も特に狭くぶつからないよう気を使いながらシャワーを浴びました　大柄の人でしたらもっと大変だったのでは．．．　何しろ部屋の使い勝手が悪いと感じました　残念です

Das Badezimmer ist etwas beengt im Zimmer 24. Ein kleineres Waschbecken würde mehr Raum schaffen, für die Toilette und dem Zugang zur Duschkabine.

Un gradevole hotel nel centro di Salisburgo, a due passi dai principali punti di interesse della città. Personale cordiale e professionale. Camera tripla non grandissima ma adeguata per un soggiorno di un paio di notti. Colazione buona anche se la scelta di cibi dolci é un po’ limitata (come succede fuori dall’Italia). Molto comodo il garage convenzionato, situato a 5 minuti dall’hotel. Diversi locali e ristoranti nelle vicinanze.

Impecable hotel antiguo en el centro histórico de la ciudad. Perfectamente ubicado para tu visita a Salzburgo, cerca de todas las atracciones principales. El personal atento y amoroso, y el desayuno variado y muy rico!

Ho apprezzato molto la grande disponibilità e gentilezza del personale, che ha cercato di venirci incontro (riuscendoci) per un cambiamento improvviso che abbiamo dovuto fare. L'hotel si trova nel centro storico, in zona pedonale, quindi non è raggiungibile in auto, ma dista solo 2 minuti a piedi da un comodo parcheggio convenzionato con la struttura. A piedi si può facilmente visitare il centro storico di Salisburgo, con tutti i suoi locali caratteristici e i principali monumenti della città. Ho particolarmente apprezzato la colazione, molto ricca, varia e con tanti prodotti locali come piace a me!

Forse l'unico neo sono gli arredi interni: per una struttura di impianto storico ci si aspetterebbe qualcosa di più affascinante, mentre risultano piuttosto standard. Tutto è molto pulito e razionale, ma manca un po' di fascino e di carattere.

Tolle Lage

Sehr kleines Bade- und Schlafzimmer

Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, der Domplatz ist 1 Gehminute entfernt. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ruhig. Nächstes Mal würde ich ein Zimmer auf die Straße buchen, weil das Zimmer in den Innenhof etwas dunkel ist.

A grande mais-valia deste hotel é certamente a localização no coração do centro histórico. Posso também dizer que a cama é confortável e tudo o resto está bem equipado.

Achei a decoração do quarto onde fiquei um pouco cinzenta demais... Um mini bar também seria simpático.

Der Zugang zum Hotel nach 18 Uhr erforderte nach anhaltenden misslungenen Versuchen durch die ausgehänkten Hinweise 3 Telefonate mit der Ersatzrezeption. Das heißt es waren 3 Anrufe nötig, weil das System der Anmeldung mangelhaft ist. Das setzte sich am Abreisetag fort. Das System braucht dringliche Beseitigung eklatanter Mängel.

Schöne neue renovierte Zimmer mit Kaffee- und Teezubeteitung, super Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, trotz des alten Gebäudes modern renovierte und helle Zimmer

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohlgefühlt. Meine Frau, mein kleiner Sohn und ich haben die Zeit in Ihrem Hotel sehr genossen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die hervorragende Lage sowie das unglaublich freundliche, herzliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Wir wurden jederzeit sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend behandelt Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Herz und Engagement gearbeitet wird. Die angenehme Atmosphäre und die echte Gastfreundschaft haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Vielen herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Team für den tollen Service, die Wärme und die vielen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten. Wir haben uns als Familie rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. War ganz oben und daher auch ziemlich warm im Zimmer! Klimaanlage hat leider nicht funktioniert!

Das nicht selbsterklärende elektrische Öffnungssystem der Zimmertür. Dass ein Kollege - ein weiterer Gast ihres Hauses - seine Zimmertür nicht öffnen konnte, kein Personal erreichen konnte und deshalb bei mir ihm Zimmer übernachten musste.

Would def purely stay here the next time I plan to visit Salzburg! The location is fabulous! Room is lovely and the team is quite helpful too! So close to all the shopping places!

Zimmer sind per Zahlencode zu öffnen. Mir wäre ein Zimmerschlüssel lieber gewesen- auch um sich sicherer zu fühlen wenn man alleine verreist.

Excelente ubicación para visitar Salzburgo a pie y en transporte público. El hotel está renovado con bien gusto y es muy cómodo. El desayuno muy completo y de calidad. El personal de conserjería fue muy amable. Tuve una equivocación al reservar y lo solicionaron con eficacia.

Que el servicio de conserjería solo funciona hasta las 18h.

Hotel was right in the heart of the old town. My room was clean, comfortable and had a great view of the castle. Check in was smooth, early (due to room not being occupied the day before) and welcoming. Building was very historic and well maintained.

The location in the old town was perfect. The hotel room was so pretty and the bed so comfortable. The bathrom and shower were fantastic. We had a fabulous stay.

Located in the heart of the old town the setting is perfect. In a quiet street and many lovely restaurants and bars within a few steps away. A lovely historic building and spotlessly clean (as was the whole city). Very friendly and helpful staff. Towels were changed every day. High class toiletries and powerful shower. Never seen so many plug sockets in a hotel room before, brilliant. We didn’t have breakfast as there were so many options right on your doorstep. A less than five minute walk takes you to the main square and all the wonderful old shopping streets as well as the river. Cannot recommend highly enough so much so we’re already planning next years trip!

Die Freundlichkeit im Empfang ist besonders schön. Das liebevoll und modern eingerichtete Hotel ist so wundervoll. Ein sehr netter Service die Koffer am Abreisetag noch einmal abstellen zu können. Und die Lage ist perfekt, mitten in der historischen Altstadt. Wir sagen herzlichen Dank : )

Tolle Lage direkt in der Altstadt – alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, geräumig und bot ausreichend Platz für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Klare Empfehlung!

Unfortunately our bathroom had a bad smell from the drains. The hotel provided a spray air freshener which helped a little. Very expensive breakfast in a back room but lots of breakfast options in cafés nearby.
