The hotel was amazing, we stayed with our daughter (4 years old) The staff were the highlight for us, they were so kind and helpful. The location was great with lots of great bars and restaurants nearby and easily walkable to town or beach clubs.

This isn’t a huge criticism, but the room could do with a bit of maintenance; dodgy light bulbs, wonky shelves, loose handles etc. it didn’t impact our enjoyment or comfort though

Очень хороший уютный отель! Везде чисто, большая удобная парковка, вежливый персонал, большой просторный номер, большой балкон с шезлонгами, стульями и столом! Удобная кровать. Вкусные сытные завтраки. Недорогое меню ресторана по сравнению с другими ресторанами города. В непосредственной близости супермаркет, где все есть. Напротив ресторан, из которого даже можно заказать еду в номер отеля. В один вечер там была живая музыка, мы сидели на балконе и наслаждались!

It will be better if you add water cooler on each floor, in this case no need add 2 plastic bottles of water. And washing machine for guests. And big dispensers with gel shower will be more convenient.

Sehr schönes, modernes Hotel mit geräumigen Zimmer ubd schönem Pool. Leckeres Frühstück mit vielen frischen Sachen. Gut für gesunde Ernährung. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gute Lage in Kalkan. Geht alles ohne Auto. Man kann als Hotelgast kostenlos oder günstiger in verschiedene Beach Clubs.

Frühstück gibt es ab 08:30 Uhr. Wenn man 09 Uhr zum Tauchkurs will, wird das etwas knapp. Ließ sich am Ende aber machen. ;-)

Really friendly small boutique hotel. Rooms spacious and unique with balconies and spotless! Rooms cleaned daily to a high standard. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very quiet with a lovely pool and pool towels provided. Hotel has partnered with a number of beach clubs so discounts for some are available when booked through hotel eg free beds or % discount. Breakfast is good quality. On the Kalamar Road and around 15 mins walk into Kalkan but taxis very cheap and readily available, so saves the walk in the heat. Thoroughly recommend this hotel. I’m on my 3rd visit! Kalkan itself is a lovely place with great restaurants. Thoroughly recommend Aqua Bistro opposite the hotel or Baharat, Luna, Kalamaki and Seaport (harbour) in the town!

Incredible holiday made better by the fantastic facilities and staff at Payava. Staff cannot do enough for you. They work hard, always with a smile and go out of their way to get to know you. Facilities are modern and clean, with a fantastic pool and accommodation. Will definitely be returning.

Friendly staff, very clean and well stylish and large rooms, excellent shower and mod cons, good breakfast and fabulous Turkish restaurant direct across from hotel. Perfect for food and night cap after we’d been out for the evening.

After day 5 sitcom was playing up. This was looked into and we changed room. We enjoyed this because we got to look if the other rooms was at the same excellent standard, which they was.

Wij hebben vier heerlijke nachten verbleven in Payava Hotel. De kamer was ruim en had een gezellige, huiselijke uitstraling. Ook was er een waterkoker aanwezig, waardoor we gemakkelijk koffie en thee konden zetten. Wij hadden ontbijt inbegrepen en dat was iedere ochtend weer een verrassing. Het ontbijt was heerlijk, gevarieerd en met zorg bereid. Elke dag hebben we er van genoten. Het zwembad zag er op de foto’s wel wat groter uit dan in werkelijkheid, maar desondanks was het een fijne plek om te ontspannen en hebben we er zeker van genoten. Wat wij erg konden waarderen, is dat het hotel samenwerkt met twee beach clubs waar gasten gratis toegang hebben en geen minimale besteding geldt. Beide beaches zijn absoluut de moeite waard. De zee is er prachtig en kristalhelder! Kalkan zelf is een mooie bestemming, maar houd er rekening mee dat het erg heuvelachtig is. De wegen zijn ongelooflijk steil en vooral tijdens warme dagen behoorlijk vermoeiend om te lopen. Zonder eigen vervoer ben je al snel aangewezen op taxi’s om je te verplaatsen. Ondanks dat wij een prima verblijf in het hotel hebben gehad, zouden wij persoonlijk niet snel terugkeren naar Kalkan vanwege de steile wegen. Payava Hotel zelf kunnen wij echter aanbevelen vanwege de ruime kamers, het heerlijke ontbijt en de gastvrije sfeer.

Въезд с 14.00, все быстро, часть информации по отелю и пляжам скидывают вам на WhatsApp. Нам пришлось бронировать два номера с одной двуспальной кроватью (были только такие варианты), но при въезде для детей предоставили номер с двумя раздельными кроватями. Менеджеры клиенториентированы. На ресепшене предоставлена информация о планируемых мероприятиях (например гриль-вечеринка за доп оплату). Хороший завтрак, много фруктов и ягод (местная клубника, арбуз, дыня,, виноград, нектарины, яблоки и прочее), можно заказать блюда из яиц. Чай, кофе и соки. Выпечка , в том числе десерты. Все пополняется практически постоянно. Полотенца в доступе как на бассейне, так их же можно брать с собой на пляж: на два из них вход бесплатный, можно бронировать заранее или просто пораньше подойти и лежаки и зонт уже входят в оплату вашего проживания. На пляже кафе, еда и напитки. До пляжа мы добирались на машине и это более разумный вариант, отель на возвышенности и подниматься вверх по жаре пешком - то еще удовольствие. В номере чайник, бутылка воды на персону. Убираются по сложному графику - нам было не очень удобно, когда приходили на уборку в 15.30, когда мы только приезжали с моря, несмотря на то, что нас не было с 10 до 15. Но это их внутренний график, спорить не будем) Убирают чисто. В самом отеле в кафе есть нормальное меню с неплохой кухней и вполне адекватными ценами (например вкусный и сытный суп дня стоит 220 лир, а в кафе напротив уже 400 лир). Порции блюд достаточно большие. Парковка за отелем открытая, не забудьте взять отражатель от солнца. В целом отдыхом в отеле довольны.

This is a really lovely hotel. I had read so many good reviews on here about it being a special place, and I was really curious to see if we'd find the same. Suffice it to say we did! It's hard to name just one thing that makes it special. It's a combination of little and big details. There was such a eye for detail everywhere. From the modern and nicely decorated reception area (with a holiday library in which my daughter found a book she's been wanting to buy but not bought yet), to the great rooms (with big, perfect showers), to getting new water bottles in the mini bar each day, to the very friendly and helpful staff to the good food, the nice pool, the cleanliness everehere, to the two cats and one dog that are clearly loved there etc. I would totally book this hotel again. They have a partnership with various beach clubs, some free for Payava guests, some cost a bit. We liked Kalamar beach club a lot. Free for Payava guests (bring your own towels), and a free shuttle back on the hour from 6 pm, I think. Breakfast was lovingly prepared at Payava, and you can order food and drinks from the restaurant at any point. You can sit inside (air conditioned (or on the lovely terrace. The walk into town is about 15 minutes. Plenty of restaurants in town AND on the way there. We had a wonderful time. Thank you to everyone at Payava for a great holiday!

First room we had didn’t have a working air con, seems it’s also controlled centrally by the staff so you have limited control in your room. Didn’t enjoy not having a lock on the door, had a staff member enter our room whilst looking for a tv remote.

Paid for a queen's room top floor with seaview as per photos on booking.com but had a deluxe room on the 1st floor and seaview was obscured by trees. Tried to get it changed to the top floor unsuccessfully.

I really don’t wish to leave this review as I would like this hidden gem to remain a secret 😂 Fantastic experience from our initial contact with Mehmet and Erdem regarding our seamless reservation. They answered all my questions and were so helpful. Special mention to both of these guys, they simply couldn’t do enough for us, recommendations, booking taxis to drawing maps ! ( they know what I refer to) 😂 Lovely room. fabulous sea view, spotlessly clean with everything you would require. Toiletries, hairdryer, fridge, kettle etc …. Amazing breakfast offering served with a smile from the lovely f and b team. Pool area is beautiful. Special mention to their partner beach club, Kalamar …. A little piece of paradise. Thank you to Gizem and her fabulous team….. we will definitely return.

I have stayed at this wonderful hotel before and returned because of the exceptional experience I had previously. Once again, the staff were absolutely brilliant and so accommodating, making me feel truly welcome from start to finish. The hotel is super clean and well maintained, which really adds to the comfort of the stay. The breakfast and lunch were amazing, with a great variety and excellent quality. It’s always a pleasure returning here, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again or recommend it to others.

A wonderful hotel in a great location. It’s conveniently local to the beach, around a 15–20 minute walk, and only about a 15-minute walk into town, which made getting around very easy. There are also plenty of restaurants along the strip nearby, giving lots of choice for dining. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, the staff are brilliant and very accommodating, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. The breakfast and lunch were amazing, adding even more to an already fantastic stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return again.

A great little hotel. Very clean. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast is amazing. It’s quite a steep walk to Kalkan old town but taxis are cheap. No beach access but you can use a beach club affiliated to the hotel.

We just spent 5 days at Payava and from check-in to check-out everyone was welcoming, friendly and nothing was too much trouble . We picked this last year as found it was only hotel with a heated pool! Rooms are large and area and each one individual. Minimalist IKEA furniture, balcony with great views (pick sea view rooms ). The inclusive buffet breakfast was excellent coupled with made to order eggs as you like, on demand avocado and strawberries (season permitting). Stand out to try in the rice pudding at breakfast. Super clean hotel and even the toilets near pool had complimentary toiletries ! Highly recommend this hotel only a 5 min walk up the hill from Migros supermarket.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, grosses Zimmer. Auch das Badezimmer war sehr gross. Es war toll, dass man eine richtige Bettdecke hatte. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker und man hatte eine grosse Auswahl. Wir hatten mit Hsalbpension gebucht, was wir zu dieser Jahreszeit praktisch fanden, da in der Strasse noch viele Restaurants geschlossen hatten. Wir würden das Hotel sofort wieder buchen 💙.

Die Verdunklungsvorhänge sind etwas knapp bemessen, es war immer sehr früh hell im Zimmer Es wäre schön, wenn es schon um 8Uhr Frühstück gäbe. Verschiedene Feuermelder piepten die ganze Zeit.

Мы остановились семьей на пару ночей в этом отеле. Все было прекрасно. При заезде нам повысили категорию номера. Персонал очень приветливый, номера прекрасно оборудованы, все чисто. В отеле царит уютная и дружелюбная атмосфера. Было замечательно провести эти дни в этом месте! Бассейн подогреваемый, что порадовало нас в апреле, когда сезон в море еще не начался. Дети купались и было тепло. Завтраки отличные, в стиле шведского стола, вся еда вкусная и качественная. После выезда из номера нам дали комплемент в виде чая, что тоже было очень мило и приятно. Чувствуется, что отель с душой относится к каждому гостю. Спасибо за гостеприимство. Совершенно точно рекомендуем этот отель в Калкане.

-расположение. Нам нужен был отель в центре для прогулок и поездок в соседние города, в 10 минутах находятся пляжи, мы были в несезон, поэтому задачи быть на первой линии не было. - внешний вид. Отель снаружи, вход на ресепшн, веранда для завтраков и ужинов, ну то есть это тот не частый случай, когда фотографии не передают всей реальной красоты места. -бассейн. Внутри есть открытый подогреваемый бассейн, мы плавали когда на улице был дождь и +12, круто, есть лежаки и полотенца, душ, туалетные комнаты со всем необходимым (мыло, крем, полотенца, ватные диски, ушные палочки) -завтраки. Хороший завтрак, полностью стеклянная территория, со всех сторон солнце, красота! Открытая веранда тоже есть, когда станет теплее, то там завтракать очень круто! -парковка. Заезжаете прям во внутренний двор и оттуда вход в отель, очень удобно и страшная редкость, комфортно очень! -номера. Полотенца, халаты, оформление картинами, разный свет (верхний, светильники настенные и настольные), сейчас удивитесь - даже свечи настоящие в подсвечниках есть! -балкон. С балкона видно горы и кусочек моря, удобные кресла и стол со стульями, класс! -персонал. Очень классные, спокойные и приветливые ребята, готовые прийти на помощь в любой момент. у мужа только через 3 дня был день рождения, так они все равно принесли бутылку вина как комплимент)мы не пьем вино, НО в день рождения в отеле Анталии даже на словах не поздравили. Это не сильно важно, но это как-будто клиентоориентированность.

Очень понравилось пребывание в отеле, с удовольствием бы вернулась еще. Отдельная благодарность менеджера Неймару, который повысил нам уровень номера до уровня Premium с видом на море. Были не в сезон, видимо поэтому.) Утром подавались безалкогольные коктейли. При заселении, в качестве комплимента, подарили бутылку вина. У одного из нас было день рождения, и персонал во время нашего завтрака, неожиданно включили музыку и поздравили с праздником и преподнесли тортик со свечкой и небольшой сувенир. Завтрак шведский стол. Всё очень вкусно. Бассейн супер.

从Kas的脏酒店逃来Kalkan，没想到碰到了这次旅行最棒的酒店 位置好找，容易停车，周围也很安静 酒店工作人员非常热情专业，沟通和入住都很丝滑，我们在的两天里碰到的两班工作人员，服务态度都一样好 酒店给升了景观房，房间大而且干净，还送了安塔利亚产的白葡萄酒，晚上在露台喝一杯非常惬意 总体来说非常完美，下次来D400沿线，肯定会回来

The staff was superfriendly and went the extra mile, event though it was obviously low-season and nearly empty in the hotel. It didn’t feel like that at al! The room was very nice, good bed and bathroom. Breakfast was really nice too.

If they could turn up the pool temperature one or two degrees it would be perfect in the colder seasons, as they are one of the few hotels that have their pool open outside the summer season. USP!

Перед заездом нам скинули файл с местами, которые можно посмотреть недалеко от отеля, мы пользовались, действительно классная подборка. Завтраки очень сытные и вкусные. Мы были в феврале, огромный плюс отеля, что есть подогреваемый бассейн, чистый и с солёной водой. При отеле есть ресторан с вкусными и разнообразными блюдами, все дни пребывания мы ужинали в этом ресторане и всегда было все сытно, вкусно и красиво! Персонал такой гостеприимный и заботливый, что было даже немного грустно прощаться ! Спасибо!

Изначально мы втроем с маленьким ребенком заселились только на одну ночь после неудачной попытки заселения на виллу. Нас очень радушно встретил Mehmet и даже повысил нам категорию номера с видом на море. На утро мы собирались уезжать, но гостеприимство Mehmet, подогреваемый бассейн, красивый и чистый отель произвели первое впечатление, которое оказалось настолько сильным, что мы решили остаться и очень счастливы, что получили этот опыт. Ребята, которые работают в отеле (от парней на ресепшн до ребят в ресторане отеля) - тёплые и приятные, хорошо знают свое дело, очень клиентоориентированны, ребенку всегда было особое внимание. В отеле чистый подогреваемый бассейн, что очень удобно, когда море уже остыло для купания; меню в ресторане при отеле европейское и блюда хорошо приготовлены, для нас это был один из важных пунктов; есть парковка; отель расположен в тихом месте; особенно впечатлил консьерж сервис - любые вопросы мы решали быстро с помощью мессенджера. Pavaya - очень ценная находка, мы обязательно вернемся сюда ещё и от всей души рекомендуем.

My daughter and I absolutely loved our stay at the Payava Boutique Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the modern and minimalist design of our spacious suite. It had everything we could possibly need — thoughtful touches like a cute tote bag, a kettle with teas, and soft bathrobes made it feel extra special. Our suite overlooked the heated pool, which was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the sunshine. Breakfast was another highlight — a beautiful selection of pastries, hot and cold dishes, and the most delicious homemade apricot jam. When I asked about buying a jar, the lovely staff kindly arranged to have one sent to our room — such a thoughtful gesture! A big thank you to Gizem and Neymar for their warmth and hospitality. Our hearts are full, and we can’t wait to return next year. Highly recommend this stylish boutique gem in Kalkan!

Один из лучших отелей, где я бывала. Приветливый персонал, красивый просторный номер с невероятным видом на море, великолепный завтрак на террасе. Вокруг тихо и спокойно, за 15-20 минут можно дойти до центра города и пляжа. Карфур в паре минут от отеля. Есть даже йога прямо в отеле и бассейн с подогревом.

Небольшой минус - долго ждать горячую воду. И сильно дуло от косяка у двери, заткнули его тапочками :)

Payava make our stay so wonderful, knowing that it was our honeymoon they upgraded us to a room that opens out onto the pool! That staff were so friendly.

Clean , modern , excellent staff and service. Buffet breakfast provided other bars restaurants closeby. Heated outdoor pool a welcome bonus . Close to road so some traffic noise

Our room was really spacious and the swim up terrace was lovely! Breakfast was really nice either way lots of traditional options and the terrace was a pretty spot to have it! All staff were helpful and friendly whether serving you at reception, in the bar/restaurant or on our terrace. It was a very peaceful and relaxing stay. We were also really pleased with the late check out service - nothing was too much trouble for the staff and we really appreciated it.

There wasn’t anything to dislike to be honest. The only thing I would have liked is a duvet on the bed but this is a very minor and personal thing - I didn’t ask for one as what we had was fine.

This beautiful hotel is the perfect base in Kalkan. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. We booked the trip to Patara which I would definitely recommend. The best part was the gorgeous breakfast! It was so fresh and tasty with lots of choice. It’s also very peaceful. I’ve seen reviews that mentioned noise from across the street but we didn’t have any problems.

Minor things! The coffee isn’t great. I’d recommend going to the kitchen by korsan next door, theirs was pretty good. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee restocked in the room, too.

We had a large apartment style room with kitchenette and balcony. It was well appointed. We liked the large pool and location with local pubs and restaurants opposite. Breakfast was also good.
