Muy lindo, la habitación de sueño y la cama la más cómoda que he estado, las almohadas eran muy buenas, dormí muy bien. Lo recomiendo mucho.

La ubicación, para ir por un día no me gustó tener que pedir taxi todo el tiempo.

Quiet location. Hotel was very modern and clean. Rooms and bed were big and very comfortable. Although there was no restaurant in the hotel, they had a little shop, coffee and tea machine, microwave, utensils in case you needed any of that. Not too many food options around but we drove and it was easy to get into town. Breakfast food truck was affordable and delicious

It's a beautiful modern hotel, absolutely gorgeous. Big and spacious room with a modern design and excellent facilities. The staff was always ready to help, providing a 5-star service. The location is great, surrounded by mountains and greenery. We got a free room upgrade with a very nice view.

The only downside is that there are no restaurants in the vicinity, but there is a food truck coming to the hotel for breakfast and dinner.

Hôtel très classe dans un décor de forêt montagneuse très agréable, avec des chambres superbes, très bien conçues par un architecte/décorateur d'intérieur : le type de chambre qu'on prend en photo pour se donner des idées de comment réarranger chez soi. Très confortable et très bien organisé. Grande classe.

Pas de restaurant sur place, mais de très bons produits alimentaires mis à disposition. Idem, pas de restaurant pour le petit déjeuner, mais très bon bento/petit-déjeuner là encore très classe. Hotel situé un peu en dehors de Nikko, trop loin pour y aller facilement à pied, mais l'hôtel met à disposition une navette, je crois (nous étions en voiture).

The best most comfiest beds we enjoyed during our stay. Being able to try the local wines was a lovely bonus. Very much appreciated the free shuttle bus between the hotel and station.

Sin coche no es una buena opción, está bastante apartado de núcleo urbano. Podrían ofrecer al menos desayunos.

Simpatia e disponibilidade do staff. Extraordinários mesmo: ajudaram-nos a marcar restaurante, como chegámos mais cedo permitiram um check-in mais cedo, e no final ainda nos deixaram uma mensagem personalizada escrita em português. Acho que nunca fui tão bem recebida num hotel. O espaço interior e exterior é soberbo. Adorei tudo.

Breakfast - There is no onsite restaurant so the breakfast was brought in externally and collected each morning You could tell that it was of good quality but it was a Japanese breakfast rather than a continental It wasnt clear on the Booking.com website that breakfast would not be locally provided with the normal buffet style options ... incredibly minor point here as we are not really big breakfast eaters anyway - but worth mentioning

Le petit déjeuner vraiment compliqué. Pas de choix, un bento identique chaque matin. Nous avions réservé pour 4 mais n’avons eu qu’un seul Bento par jour. Emplacement éloigné sauf à se déplacer en voiture. Cher pour la prestation et pour la ville !

淋浴區的門是採透明玻璃設計，同住的友人洗澡時，無法使用洗手臺、廁所，因為會令人感到尷尬與不便。

Het ontbijt was een pakketje dat je in een zakje meekreeg. Een aantal japanse gerechten die koud geserveerd wzrden. Smaakvol maar deae moeten eten aan een geote tadel in de receptie was niet war ik gewild had voor mijn ontbijt

La climatisation était trop bruyante. Il est dommage que le petit-déjeuner ne soit pas proposé.

Great hotel, with free shuttle to/from Nikko station. Spacy hotel room with nice shower and great beds and sleek aesthetics. We loved the atmosphere in our hotel room. The staff was amazing to help us out with umbrellas, restaurant booking (amazing Wagyu-steakhouse nearby and booking rafting trip). Furthermore, there is breakfast-foodtruck and free coffeee in the lobby. We loved our stay in this hotel.

清潔で必要最小限且つシンプルがよかった。 少し部屋の床が汚れていました。靴で過ごす部屋なので仕方ないが、日本人はやっぱり靴を脱いでくつろぎたい。簡易な備え付けのスリッパでは、多少心許ない気がしました。屋内も靴で過ごす気にならないかもしれませんね。 でも他の部分はとても清潔感がありました。 ロビーのアロマが少し濃かったので、香りが苦手な人には少しキツイかもと感じました。 もう少し控えめの方が私は心地よかったです。

Een heerlijk hotel met super lief personeel! De ligging is goed, je moet alleen een heuvel op mocht je te voet gaan. Dit kan met bagage wel zwaar zijn. Anders is een taxi naar het station een goede en niet dure mogelijkheid. De kamers zijn mooi een zeer schoon en de bedden lagen heerlijk. Al met al een aanrader

The hotel is small but comfy. It's not close to the city or any tourist spots, but they have a shuttle bus you can book. It would be more convenient if you have a car. There's no restaurant. If you book breakfast, they'll give you a bento box, which has the same menu if you stay many nights. They have a small common area you can use for breakfast and a small pantry with a microwave, oven, and coffee machine.

お部屋のデザインが素敵で綺麗だった。

ベッドのマットレスが柔らかくて、ふかふかしすぎて私には合わなかった。化粧水などのアメニティがなかったので、あったら嬉しかったです。ベッドはあくまでも個人的な意見です。

Εξυπηρέτηση άψογη, τοποθεσία ήσυχη μέσα στη φύση, πεντακάθαρο και άνετο δωμάτιο με αξεπέραστη θέα, πανέμορφο lobby, απλετος και δωρεάν χώρος στάθμευσης και υπέροχα και παρα πολυ ανετα στρώματα και μαξιλαρια. Πολυ καλη τιμή. Το αγάπησα. Θα το επέλεγα πάλι με κλειστά μάτια.

Δεν υπήρχε κάτι που δεν μου άρεσε.

Excellent design, great view. Really friendly staff. Everything organized in a mix Japanese, US east coast style with breakfast food truck outside the entrance and all. So beautiful and practical. The shuttle very useful. We loved it. Must make reservations for superb Wagyu restaurant nearby, and the hotel staff help you with it.

The shuttle reservation system with QR is awkward at first, but then very useful once you get the hang of it.

Beautiful maintained property. Excellent facilities. Amazingly helpful staff. There is a shared kitchen and dining area. Free coffee, tea, miso. Macro wave and oven/toaster available in the kitchen area. Laundry facilities. There is an outdoor area with tables and chairs.

We hadden een mooie moderne kamer met zicht op de bergen, super comfortabel. Je kan tegen een klein bedrag je was doen. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Er is een shuttlebus van en naar het station van Nikko.

Durft het niet te zeggen. Toen wij er waren was er geen ontbijt beschikbaar, alleen een bento box. Maar dat werd al van tevoren door het hotel aangegeven.

The room was spacious, modern, comfortable and very clean. There was enough space for two people and 4 luggage pieces. The hotel is surrounded by nature and within walking distance to the main attraction of Nikko. The hotel has a shuttle service available for guests free of charge. Super recommended.

The service is excellent, the breakfast was perfect, all the staff was really helpful especially when there was a mix-up with the schedule for transportation, they gave me a raid directly to the station which I really appreciate, definitely 100% recommended.

neues Hotel. Zimmer sind hell und modern. Das Waschbecken/Duschbereich kann mit einer Schiebewand vom Zimmer abgetrennt werden, wenn man möchte. Sehr gut gelöst. Personal war sehr nett. Es gibt einen kleinen Shop mit Bier, Wein, Snacks. Schöne Lounge. Dort gibt es eine Mikrowelle, Kaffeeautomat (kostenlos).

Das Frühstück bestand aus einer (aufwändigen) Bentobox. Muß man mögen; war bei der Buchung nicht zu erkennen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes stand ein Mini-Food-Truck vor dem Hotel, bei dem man Omelette, Toast etc. kaufen konnte. Das Hotel liegt außerhalb von Nikko. Wir waren mit dem Auto dort (sehr großer Parkplatz), von daher für uns kein Problem. Das Hotel bietet auch einen Shuttle-Service nach Nikko an.

El hotel está súper bien ubicado, es limpio y cómodo. Aunque no tiene restaurante, tienen una cocina común con todo lo necesario para preparar tu propia comida/desayuno. Tienen un parking amplio súper útil por si llegas en tu propio coche y en el mismo dispones de bicicletas eléctricas públicas.

Las almohadas son súper incómodas. Y es una pena, porque la habitación en general es amplia y confortable.

El hotel está rodeado de naturaleza y la habitación es muy luminosa y con vistas a esa naturaleza. En los salones hay espacio para poder comer o tomar un café en compañía

Un poco más retirado de los santuarios.

Hotel moderne. Comme l’hotel est assez loin de la ville, les clients peuvent utiliser une salle à manger et une petite cuisine commune ( petits fours, micro-ondes) pour se préparer un repas. Il y a un distributeur de quelques plats cuisinés à réchauffer et un coin snacks et alcools. Il n’y a pas de service de petit déjeuner mais le matin devant l’hôtel est garé un petit food truck qui le propose. Il y a un service de navette gratuite pour aller en ville située à 2km. Les navettes ne partent qu’à partir de 8h30. Il existe également un service de bus (l’arrêt est à 500m de l’hôtel) mais le soir il n’y a plus de bus après 16h.

Friendly and friendly staff. Large and comfortable rooms. Very nice and we'll maintained hotel.

The hotel is clean, and the room size is relatively spacious compared to typical Japanese standards. The staff are courteous, and the provision of two pillows per guest is appreciated. Additionally, there is ample parking space, and parking is convenient.

However, the hotel is located uphill, requiring a long walk to reach, so driving is recommended. There is no on-site restaurant; only light snacks such as cup noodles and soup are available for an additional charge. The roo rate is on the higher side, so I may consider other nearby options on my next visit

The beds are super comfy, rooms super clean and spacious. Staff were very freindly and helped with checking in 6 of us. Breakfast was a bento which we all enjoyed. Theres a small shop at the hotel that sells bits and noodles but no restaurants close ( we knew this in advance) and had dinner in nikko befor we checked in. The hotel is 30 min walk from nikko town which is a lovely walk, we had a car so didnt use the shuttle.
