Very clean and staff were very friendly. Gym available and everything you need really need in a hotel

Very handy to have this option on the airport so you don’t have to leave. Staff is professional and goes out of their way to help

Nothing really

Very clean and hospitable staff

The hotel staff member Qasim was very helpful.

The airport staff was not good. They were very rude and uncooperative.

Loved it there! To be able to walk out of the hotel and be in the departure lounge was marvellous super comfortable bed and pillows,

القرب من بوابات الصعود

The lady who checked us in didn't tell me I had to ask housekeeping to provide tea coffee making facilities. By the time I discovered the kettle and called to check, it was time for us to check out. The man at reception was very helpful. I requested late check out and he excused himself probably to check with manager but returned to grant an extension as my daughter wasn't well and this was much needed. He was very courteous and warm, I am thankful for his good service.

The fact I would've loved to have a cup of tea in the room but didn't know I had to request the tea bags etc. Also I purchased a toothbrush and toothpaste from boots when I could've requested this from the hotel but this information wasn't given to me at check in and only found out later

Very close to the gates, convenient location

Very convenient for family with long hours transit and especially to sleep for night.

Nothing

The location, the facilities

Clean and helpful staff

ربحة الغرفه غبار

I like that it is in the airport

Really nice room

The cleaning staff were extremely noisy while cleaning rooms around and also spoke on the phone a few times right outside my door with no consideration.

Room stay and amenities

Wifi, for the price, the wifi should be high speed. But it doesn’t even work properly on low speed.

Okay

First of all good deal from Booking.com. Then, the sound less rooms, friendly and polite staff and comfortable bed.

Shower area cleanliness. Aminities could be more.

Staff and location

Nothing

I should have one night they gave three hours only clear cheat on the net no help no proper explanation for the premises

Easy access for transiting clients

Rather noisy space due to thin insulation.

Convenient

Na

Convenient location. Friendly Staff. The price is very good too.

Insolation is not great, which is okay, but people talk or put the device on speakerphone, which makes a lot of noise. Staff should better warn and educate customers. They are using a pod, not a hotel room. They need to be more considerate of fellow travellers. People book the pods to nap, so quiet is the most important thing.

Philippine Magar’s at the reception did not let us book initially giving some safety formalities till 6.00 am even when he saw us with two kids Amy little ne was asleep on cart and when the hotel has been booked online the nice African lady gave us the room and welcomed and that’s to the gentle man was at the reception when we checked out the local gentleman.

Perfect location. Mr. Kassim (not sure how his name is spelled) was very accommodating and friendly. He even guided me on where to book and if the rate was decent. He even extended my stay. Room was close by and the room was perfectly clean and the water pressure was decent.

Nothing

The staff was friendly. The room was clean.

There was a noise of people cleaning g the room next door. It resulted in disrupted sleep. I did not like the bathroom being inside the room.

Really good location

Not bad experience

Room was extremely clean and private. I appreciated the free toiletries, water, vanity kit, and dental kit. Bed was comfortable and the hotel was generally pretty quiet. I felt safe and secure as a solo female customer.

Upon arrival the room was very cold, the thermostat was actually set to 10c. I am from the UK and even I thought it was excessively cold. I turned up the AC to 23c and it was still too cold, then to 32 but still felt uncomfortable as it must've been left at 10 for a while before I arrived. This made it difficult to sleep. Also, the TV did not work which was ok as I wasn't planning to use it really but would've been nice to have the option. The bedside plug socket also did not work which was annoying considering how much I paid for the room.

Very clean and super comfortable . Location is fantastic , right next to all the departure gates. Staff was super efficient and quick.

Good service

Quit and relax

Affordable and inside airport

It is best for anyone transfering for the next flight from Bahrain airport and if it has a layover of 8 to 12 hours then its the best option for you to stay here. As the gates are just at the door step of the airport hotel. No need to get tired on the chairs at the departure Gates.Just book and relax here and they help you with wakeup call also if you have early morning flight.

All is well.

Inside departure lounge . Excellent for long wait

Charge per hour

The location was close to the gates !!!!

There was nothing I didnt like !!!!!

Tutto molto pulito

It very near to gate to walk only 2 minutes so cool to recommend who have to transit for long hours

It a bit small and the price a bit expensive for people who not book I don’t recommend to walk in better book before arriving then some applications can give some discount

Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie 👏👏👏

Easy to check in. Staff very friendly

No digital channels from other countries in tv.
