Property was great and we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Tripti took care of all our needs , her caring and helpful nature made our stay more comfortable. I wish her great future ahead.

I think property is far from Mall Road. We wanted to visit Mall road again but didn’t go because of the distance

I liked most of the things like stff behavior, ambience and specially quality of the food...

The location was not that good because it was too far from the center..If you depend on cabs it's very difficult to take taxis everytime to reach the market because of the distance...

Specially food was amazing and Miss Rajita assistance was excellent. Staff was awesome and very nice.

Berry spa staff and there was excellent. Food was great. Hotel staff was excellent. Cleanness was good. Location was good.

Shower and had jets are in bad condition. Need to change them.

Overall experience was good and recommended to families. However, facilities provided for driver are not good i.r.t basic needs.

I liked everything except dinner

Considering the prices, the food was very disappointing, especially the dinner. The taste was bland, lacked flavor, and didn’t justify the cost at all. Overall, a very poor dining experience.

This hotel is similar to Primer-in in London and the USA. It is basically a 3 star experience. The swimming pool is in a shed. The gym is very basic. The hotel is 8 km from Shimla & takes 40 minutes by taxi. There is nothing around the property. There is nothing to do in the hotel. My room was blocked by a wall (no views). I asked for a better room, but was told this is not available. Where in the world does a 5 star hotel not offer a coffee after dinner? I wouldn't book here again.

No need of Seprate bed in rooms, swimming pool size is small, infact water level & services at pool side were not satisfactory, rest everything was fine

The property offers beautiful views and excellent amenities. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was courteous, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The property is located a little far from the city, so cab availability can sometimes be limited. While the rooms were clean and tidy, adding a few more in-room amenities such as a hair dryer would further enhance the guest experience.

One of better properties in Shimla, good cafe, dinner and breakfast. Staff is nice.

Property is quite away from Mall Road, Mountain view rooms are better, other rooms hardly any view. We were given the smallest sized room no. 221 without being informed by staff. Room cost on the higher side comparatively.

Only bad part is that every order given by us in lunch time was taking littile more time to serve on the table may be because of short staff but it should not happen according to us.

Every thing like staff behaviour, hospitality, cleanliness, room service and complimentary breakfast was marvelous. Everything for vegetarian and non vegetarian was available in the breakfast.. Sufficient staff was at the disposal of the guests during breakfast time. Swimming pool is also nicely maintained and towels were available. Location is excellent and it takes about 35 minutes to reach lift during traffic. Highly recommend to stay there.

Luxury property, had good restaurant and breakfast menu. Cordial staff. Location is good and have ample parking space. One of the best in Shimla if you look for luxury.

Room were size of matchbox with not even a basic view, pay extra for view.

The location was a little awkward as it was sometimes a struggle to get an Uber to the main town. The hotel does have a link to a local travel company but they were very expensive compared to Uber.

A lovely hotel with beautiful views over the valley. Friendly, accommodating staff. Food was good. Need a car or taxi to go anywhere being out of the main centre but nice to come back to after a days sightseeing.

The Orchid is amazing—such a wonderful and friendly staff. They are so professional, always courteous and smiling. The rooms are big and really well-designed. The restaurant is super, and the breakfast buffet was just awesome. The terrace is even better—the whole view in front of the hotel, huge terrace, the swimming pool, the SPA services, and the rooftop restaurant. We enjoyed everything about the hotel.
