Hound Hotel Haeundae Signature

Location is good for the beach and the restaurants. Relatively easy to find and not far from nos 5 exit from the subway. The pool was nice and lovely warm water.

Although the room was big, the layout was a bit squashed with little room between the beds (we had a family room). There were not many plugs and none next to the main bed. The pool bar wasn’t open (possibly because it is the end of the season) and the breakfast (paid for separately) was poor - coffee was very weak!

Leider war die Bar auf dem Hoteldach geschlossen. Es gab keine Sitzgelegenheiten auf dem Balkon.

Teníamos una habitación triple y no pudimos estar las tres personas por lo pequeña que era. Y encima vistas a un patio interior

Het is een fijn hotel. Prachtige ruime kamer en dichtbij het strand en de metro. Fijne plek om te verblijven in Busan.

Nice hotel in a great location in Haeundae

Lovely spacious room, comfortable bed with good pillows and bedding. Clean towels. Fresh coffee and water daily in room. Breakfast is good value. Pool is nice. Housekeeping staff were very kind, polite and helpful. Breakfast staff also good.

The reception staff were disinterested. Never any welcome or greeting. It’s a shame as this impacted an otherwise brilliant stay. Also the bar up by the pool was never open. It appears to have been closed for a while. No explanation offered about this.

駅から徒歩で5分程のロケーションです。フロントは24時間対応で、午前4のチェックアウトができました。フロントは簡単な日本語なら会話出来ます。ロッカー型の電気乾燥機はとても便利でした。バスタブがありました。トイレは温水洗浄便座で、感激です。1階に,24時間開いているコンビニがあるのは、大変便利です。テレビは,60インチくらいの巨大な壁掛け液晶です。

3人で宿泊したが、ベッドは2台のみでした。トイレットペーパーが流せず、ゴミ箱に捨てるのは、残念でした。窓の外は隣接のホテルの壁でした。

Ich konnte direkt einchecken, obwohl ich bereits um 11 Uhr vom Flughafen ankam. Das Zimmer entsprach im Großen und Ganzen den Erwartungen. Es war ruhig und sauber. Das Bett war bequem. Man musste nie lange auf den Fahrstuhl warten. Der Pool war gut mit nettem Ausblick. Konbini direkt in der Hotel-Lobby.

Kosmetikspiegel im Bad scheinen in Südkorea nicht im Portfolio von Vier-Sterne-Hotels zu stehen. Dazu war das Licht im Bad unterirdisch. Es war schon schwierig, Kontaktlinsen einzusetzen. Das zugegeben günstige Frühstück war eines solchen Hotels nicht würdig. Das war Jugendherbergsfeeling pur. Kleines Buffet, was in Ordnung war, besonders, wenn man gerne warm (asiatisch) frühstückt. Kaum Getränke, alles Plastikgeschirr und zusammengewürfeltes Besteck. Man musste selbst sein Geschirr wegräumen und die Essensreste entfernen. Die Mitarbeiterinnen haben dort zügig und in JH-Ton gearbeitet. Auch an der Rezeption suchte man Herzlichkeit und Englischkenntnisse oft vergeblich. Das Fenster des eigentlich großzügigen Zimmers war sehr klein, entsprechend dunkel war es. Die Pool-Area (das Sonnendeck oben) konnte man aufgrund der völlig durchgelegenen Liegen, für die es keine Auflagen gab, nicht vernünftig nutzen. Für ein kurzes Bad war der Pool aber schön und erfrischend. Ich fand den Preis zu hoch, so überragend war die Lage nicht.

Lovely location. Explore the cafes behind the old train station, they are so cute! Handy having a shop attached and so many food options close by. We had the top floor suite which gave us a great amount of floor space with two kids. The Japanese outdoor bath was a nice way to relax although the tap didn't work and needed to be filled up by the shower head which took ages. Pool was quiet the times we visited.

The hotel said it had a bar on the top floor however this was never open the days we visited the pool. The Japanese hinoki bath didn't have a functioning tap so took ages to fill using the shower head. The toiletries ran out before the end of our visit. Breakfast was limited but reflected in the cheap price.

Lähelllä Haeudaen rantaa ja lähistöllä paljon ravintoloita. Rautatieasemalta pääsi bussilla lähelle ja metroasema oli lähellä myös. Huone oli suuri ja siisti. Huone siivottiin joka päivä. Uima-allas oli hyvä!

Ostettiin yhtenä aamuna aamiainen (1000 won) ja se oli enemmän aasialaiseen makuun. Aamiaishuone ei ollut viihtyisä. Uima-altaalla aurinkotuolit olivat melkein kaikki rikki.

La chambre était très agréable. Salle de bain avec bain ET douche. Toilettes séparées sont aussi un atout. La piscine est vraiment un plus après une longue journée d’exploitation 😉

Il y’a des petits travaux de rafraîchissement à prévoir (traces sur les murs, joints défaillants,…) mais absolument rien de vitale! Il manque vraiment un petit espace de rangement dans la chambre. Une petite commode ne serait pas du luxe.

The staff was extremely helpful providing support to contact a store I had an issue with - I'm very grateful! The room size was much bigger than I expected, with comfortable bed and a bath, so it felt nice inside the space. The location is simply great.

No slide doors on entrance - had trouble getting inside the hotel with heavy suitcases. Breakfast wasn't abundant - not much variety, undrinkable coffee, and egg trays were always empty. The light switches and sockets were designed by a mad man - their locations weren't accessible from the bed, and overall it was too complicated and inconvenient.

Spacious rooms, pool was heated, open till 21.30.

The rooms were nicely furnished. The property is located close to the beach.

Unfortunately every time we returned to the room, the room had a bad sewerage smell. The smell reduced when the aircon was running but it was very unpleasant. Also, there was a construction site nearby. We felt this should be mentioned in the property description on Booking.com.

L’emplacement est top, c’est propre. Nous avions des chambres communicantes.

Pour un hôtel moderne, c’est dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de prise USB déjà intégré dans la chambre ou plus de prises normales pour la recharge des appareils. Un ou deux support valises seraient les bienvenus car tout doit être mis par terre.

La piscine en roof-top et la vue. La taille de la chambre. L'accueil toujours ouvert et le personnel agréable. La supérette dans l'hôtel. L'emplacement près des plages et des rues animées. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet. La vue dégagée avec un petit bout de mer.

Une odeur désagréable dans la chambre et le refus de me changer de chambre. Dommage car la chambre était spacieuse et bien aménagée. L'éclairage trop faible dans la chambre; elle était sombre même avec toutes les lumières allumées.

La lavanderia de ropa daba pena, ya que tenian 2 lavadoras en el estacionamiento, para el nivel del hotel se cayeron en este punto.

Das Hotelzimmer war ziemlich modern, grosszügig und sauber. Die Lage des Hotels hat für uns gut gepasst und auch der Pool auf der Terrasse ist sehr schön.

Das Zimmer war trotz Fenster etwas dunkel, war für uns aber nicht weiter schlimm.

No hooks to hang towels in the bathroom

We got a free upgrade and ended up with a room on the 12th floor, which was a nice surprise. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. It was also very quiet, so we had a great night’s sleep. There’s a convenience store on the ground floor, which is super handy for drinks or snacks. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

The room wasn’t 100% clean — we found some black hairs in the bathroom. Also, the rain shower head could use replacing, as it has definitely seen better days.

넓어서 각공간을 나누어서 사용하기 편했고, 적절한 위치가 이동하기 좋았어요.

욕실이 직사각형이라서 욕조 사용시 불편하니 연세있는 분들께는 비추입니다. 창문이 구석에 있는 매우 작은 곳을 배정 받아서 침대에 있으면 밖이 보이지 않아 갇혀있는 느낌이었어요. 매트릭스는 괜찮으나 베개가 일자로 납작해져서 불편했어요.

Beautiful hotel! Close to haeundae main strip and train station! Room had plenty of space and fresh towels were delivered at your door daily! 🩵 bathrooms were super spacious!

The beds were clean, the bed was semi comfortable… it was very firm. We woke up with sore back everyday 🥲 maybe it was just me. Otherwise it was good!

Prachtige grote kamer en het zwembad was verwarmd, waardoor we met 17 graden heerlijk hebben gezwommen. Verder gelegen in een erg leuke buurt. Dichtbij het mooie strand en gezellige restaurants en de night market van Haeundae. Ontbijt ook goed. Ruime keuze uit zowel Aziatische opties als yoghurt en brood.

Alles was top. De afstand van Busan station en vliegveld was wel wat lang, maar het is het waard om in de wijk Haeundae te verblijven.

Comfortabele kamer, heel netjes en goed ingericht. Mooi, verwarmd zwembad op het dak, het was echt fijn daar nog even te zwemmen op het einde van de dag. Prima locatie op wandelafstand van Haeundae beach en can bus/metro. Goed ontbijt met veel keuze (buffet)

Alles was in orde!

Gunstige ligging goede prijs kwaliteit. Gratis parkeren. Mooie ruime kamer.

De eerste nacht stond de hotel lobby liftmuziek zo'n pianomuziekje veel te luid! We deden geen oog dicht in kamer 202. Beklag bedaan en vroeg in de ochtend stond het zachter.

The location was great, just a short walk to the main strip. The bed was comfortable and the TV was huge! The bathroom was large, and they provided shampoo, body wash, and conditioner, which a lot of hotels seem to forget. There was also the fancy toilet with all the features. It was also helpful to have a 24-hour shop in the lobby. The pool was heated and had an adult only area.

We didn't have any complaints!

Le quartier animé, avec de nombreux cafés, restaurants et boutiques à proximité. Le bon rapport qualité-prix pour un hôtel si bien situé. Le personnel accueillant et disponible.

Le petit-déjeuner est assez basique pour le prix.

Бронирую номер в этом отеле не в первый раз из за удобной локации и великолепного бассейна на крыше. В номере всегда чисто и убрано. Во время дождя любезно предоставили зонтик на ресепшене. Пользуюсь стиральной и сушильной машинами на В1 этаже.

Рядом стройка. Меня это не беспокоило, потому что мои окна были в сторону моря и меня фактически не было целый день дома. При открытой балконной двери было слышно. Но не слышно телевизора, потому что установлен предел громкости звука. При плотно закрытой балконной двери, отключенном кондиционере и не включенном чайнике, телевизор можно смотреть и слышать комфортно.

Die Lage war Top, da man direkt fussläufig in der Stadt war und an der Metro Station. Der Empfang an der Lobby war etwas kühl, aber nicht unfreundlich. Es war ruhig gelegen!

Super fint hotel meget afslappet og central.

Den første nat opdagede vi at vores sengetøj var beskidt . Det så ud som om vores senge lagen ikke var blevet skiftet fordi der var pletter og huller på/i det. Det var ikke en så god oplevelse men næste dag spurgte vi om vi kunne få rent på og der var ingen problemer derefter.

Emplacement. La piscine est top, même si quand l’on veut un verre de vin, nous n’avons pas le choix que de commander la bouteille….

Chambre avec terrasse, absolument non équipée d’une part, mais surtout avec une vue sur un immeuble en travaux. Impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre tellement c’était bruyant. Inutile dans ce cas de prendre une chambre avec un supplément…. La clim faisait également beaucoup de bruit mais vu la chaleur il est impossible de dormir sans…

- La piscine sur le toit, d'où on voit la mer au loin - la belle et spacieuse chambre terrasse 1102 d'où on voit la mer au loin - la seconde chambre pour mes filles était très bien aussi, et dispo juste en face de la notre. - le magasin GS25 au lobby, super pratique. - l'emplacelent, proche de quelques magasins et restaurants. 10mins à pied de la plage et 5-7mins du métro. Taxis et Uber facilement dispos pour prix raisonnables, même pour petits déplacements - la possibilité d'aller dans la piscine du second hotel Hound, directement voisin. Donc 2 piscines pour le prix d'1. - Peignoirs dans les chambres, serviettes à la piscine - petit-déjeuner dispo mais pas testé. - le lobby de l'hotel Hound voisin super sympa aussi pour manger un morceau ou se faire un -bon- café chaud/froid gratuitement. - le prix pour une chambre double m'a semblé ok pour la Corée, avec les avantages cités - la propreté partout et particulièrement dans les chambres, le rangement fait quotidiennement avec soin. Merci à la dame qui le fait, qui en plus, est sympa aussi. Vraiment, merci. - L'ascenceur vitré - De l'eau tous les jours dans les frigos des chambres. - Pas de rasoir et brosses à dents dans les chambres pour éviter l'usage intempestif. MAIS kit très complet avec deux brosses à dent, un rasoir, et d'autres choses, dispo à la réception pour 1000₩ soit environ 0,60€ ! - Toilette "japonaise" en chambre L'établissement est calme, agréable, apaisant, organisé. Du personnel à la réception (sympathique), ce qui est devenu rare en Corée.

- Certaines housses de siège à la réception ou dans les chambres sont tachées - certains murs dans les chambres ont de légères traces d'usure - Certaines chaises longues à l'étage solarium sont abîmées. C'est dommage. Mais les fauteuils en bois et les transats en tissus/bois sont parfaits. Pour ces points, il s'agit surtout de l'utilisation un peu poussive des clients... - J'aurais aimé que le Nanna bar à la piscine soit ouvert. Mais il fut fermé pendant notre séjour. - le café soluble des chambre n'est pas celui que je préfère. Mais d'autres solutions, même gratuites, s'offrent à vous. - J'aurais adoré avoir une note pour régler la télé en anglais, pour y connecter un appareil via Bluetooth ou hdmi (prise dispo dans le mur). Pour le reste, allez-y avec le sourire et vous passerez un super moment.

진짜 만족입니다. 1.수영장 기대안했는데 꽤 수심도 있고 폭이 넓습니다 2.욕실화장실 일본호텔 스타일로 깔끔 3.방이 넓어서 방에서 막차하기 좋습니다 아쉬운건 기계주차 ㅜ 이건 해운대호텔은 어쩔 수 없는듯..차는 빨리 내려오더라구요!

The location was nice and central, but not noisy at night. It was just a five minute walk to the main street that had lots of restaurants to choose from. Another few minutes to the beach which was very clean. The metro station is also very close. It is about 30 minutes (and very cheap) to get to central Busan. The rooftop pool was great for hanging out. Although small, it was not crowded and we had it to ourselves for a lot of the time. Beds were extremely comfortable and the staff were great.

The signage was a bit hard to spot. The taxi driver dropped us at the similarly-named hotel next door. There was a lot of redevelopment work being carried out nearby. It wasn't too noisy but made the area feel like a bit of a building site. The small balcony had no real view.
