Reviewed Sep 9, 2026The location is perfect. 1-2 min walk to Haeundae station. And 5-10 min to Haeundae beach. 20 min to Haeundae park Mipo station. The hotel is clean and has everything what you need. The host is always ready to help. Even if you need to dry your clothes, there is a dyer on the roof. Eggdrop is on the corner. A lot of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets are nearby. The breakfast is decent, but enough: eggs, coffee, butter, jam, toasts and apple juice. It's really safe and quiet place.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026La posizione centrale, una via laterale dalla strada principale haeundae e a 5inuti dalla spiaggia. Lo staff accogliente. Presente un distributore di acqua e colazione essenziale, pane e marmellata e uova, caffè e succhi, ma per noi che al mattino non mangiamo molto andava benissimo! La camera grande, insomma tutto perfetto! Grazie!

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026The photos of the room don't correspond to the real room. The beds didn't have sheets and there weren't bath towels. When we asked the staff through WhatsApp to supply the referred items, we were asked to leave and find another place to stay. That was really rude so we stayed for the night because it was late to find another room and we left the next morning.

La cama era más dura que una piedra. La ventana daba a los motores y escaleras laterales del edificio de al lado y se escuchaban toda la noche. El desagüe del aire acondicionado era un tubo que salía por la pared de la entrada del baño y cada vez que entrabas en el baño estaba mojado, además del ruido que hacía toda la noche. En general, la habitación necesitaba una actualización. El desayuno te lo preparas tú mismo, y no tengo problema con eso pero era muy básico. 👎 Dos de las noches que llegamos tuvimos que ayudar a dos grupos de chicas, diferentes porque la puerta del lugar estaba cerrada y ellas no sabían cómo entrar...

O funcionário da recepção é pouco simpático e muito rude com os hóspedes, diferentemente do povo coreano que é educado e prestativo.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Le logement est vraiment bien situé : la proximité avec le métro ligne 2 est vraiment un plus pour les déplacements vers les sites touristiques de Busan. Nous y sommes restés pour 4 nuits au total, la chambre était très propre, sentait bon et les serviettes changées tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner était très simple mais fait le travail.
Rien à signaler, si vous cherchez un établissement avec un prix contenu c’est une très bonne option

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Posizione: perfetta, fermata della metro dietro l'angolo, una delle spiagge più belle di Busan a 5 min a piedi dalla struttura, punto centrale da cui raggiungere altre mete nella città. Colazione: molto semplice ma efficace. In corea i pasti principali sono pranzo e cena, che generalmente apprezzo fare in vari ristoranti per provare la cucina locale. La colazione offerta dalla struttura era più che sufficiente per placare la fame del mattino e il caffè ottimo per svegliarsi del tutto prima di uscire. Stanza: dimensioni ottime, ben attrezzata e pulita. Idem il bagno.
Le pareti devono essere particolarmente sottili perché si sentiva molto bene quello che accadeva nelle stanze limitrofe. In più la struttura si trova in una via con un negozio di articoli per adulti che tiene la musica ad alto volume fino a sera tardi. Per chi ha il sonno leggero può essere fastidioso, personalmente ho dormito benissimo.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026Die Lage ist sehr zentral, direkt neben der Haeundae Station. Auch eine Bushaltestelle und eine Haltestelle für die Überlandbusse ist in der Nähe (da sind die Möglichkeiten allerdings eingeschränkt. Ich bin von Busan aus weiter nach Gyeongju, das ist super möglich). Der Haeundae Strand ist ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und es sind eine Menge Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Guest House ist zwar ein wenig einfacher eingerichtet, wird aber sehr liebevoll geführt. Der Besitzer war immer über Kakaotalk etc. erreichbar und stand bei Problemen immer sofort zur Seite. Es ist sehr sauber und die Zimmer werden jeden Tag gereinigt. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit, günstig Wäsche zu waschen und zu trocknen. Auch das Frühstück ist nett, es gibt Kaffee, Tee, Saft und Milch. Dazu Toast mit Ei (das muss man allerdings selbst braten) oder Marmelade. Und natürlich Cornflakes. Ich bin jetzt schon das zweite Mal hier gewesen und bin richtig gerne zurück gekommen.
Durch die Nähe zur Station und Hauptstraße Richtung Strand ist es ziemlich laut. Auch mit Ohrenstöpseln bin ich mehrmals die Nacht aufgewacht. Nicht schlimm, aber empfindliche Schläfer werden hier wahrscheinlich nicht so glücklich...

Reviewed May 19, 2026Super Lage, billig, bei dem Preis noch ein Frühstück, wenn auch nicht besonders, kann man sich nicht beschweren. Ich würde nochma hingehen.
Kein Aufzug, Betten sehr hart, im Bad fehlt eine Klobürste und ein Abzieher für den Boden das Bad ist nämlich eines ohne Nass/Trockenzone (kommt so in Korea in billigern Unterkünften oft vor) man duscht über das Waschbecken und das Kondenswasser aus der Klimaanlage läuft im Bad vor der Toilette ab. Es gibt auch kein Licht am Bett. Aber wie gesagt: Bei so einem Preis kann man nicht meckern und daher würde ich sie nochmal buchen, weil die Lage so perfekt ist.

Reviewed May 13, 2026地點很棒，離地鐵站不到五分鐘路程，也很好找。房間乾淨。簡單的早餐 (包含吐司、自行煎蛋、麥片、果汁、牛奶)，不算豐盛，不過，吃飽應該是沒問題的。
沒有電梯，浴室沒有乾濕分離。第一天住宿時，Wifi 基地台似乎沒開，網路使用有點影響。第二天，洗手槽的排水有點小問題。老闆都在上班時間即使處理完成。 還是很高 CP 值就是了。

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026Fantastic location - just 1 minute to the subway, and 5-6 minutes to Haeundae Beach. Clean, quiet, modern, comfortable.
Be aware that there are more rules here than at other guesthouses. The rules are all sensible, but if you are someone who finds rules restrictive, this could cause you some stress. We felt that the guests were tip-toeing around to a greater extent here, and there was far less friendliness and banter as people were just having to ensure they weren't breaking a rule

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026The room was really clean and spacious. The location was perfect, full of shops and places to eat. Also at walking distance to haeundae bus station.
It’s really close to the Main Street so you can hear the loud music from outside. It didn’t bother us because we were so tired we fell asleep anyway. Small towels for the shower. Breakfast consisted of coffee / milk / orange juice / bread / jam / butter / yogurt / cereals / egg that you can cook. So a bit limited. Everything self served. After you finish you have to clean after yourself and wash the dishes. For us it was not at all a problem.
