整體感覺很新 隔天一早出門發現門把已經掛著新的備品（浴巾.毛巾） 離海雲台熱鬧街道走路大約十分鐘就到了 樓下都有超商

Very clean. Great location. Very comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay, the accommodation was wonderful.

Booked this hotel for the pool but the pool was closed without notification. A little disappointing, but overall a great stay.

The location, close to the beach and the convenience store in the building.

The room was not cleaned good, the fact that they only come to clean after 3 days and we stayed there for 4 days so they never came to clean. You have to throw away your own trash and recycle it. The devices were all in korean so we couldn't really use it well despite translating it.

It's not a 4* hotel at all. No reception 24h, no cleaning service (only once every 3 days). And the facilities are closed due to bankruptcy. Nothing. No breakfast, no gym, no pool, no lounge. Nothing. The washing machine in the room doesn't work as well. Honestly, probably every single hotel in Haeundae is better

1/ Not a lot of vaisselle unfortunately. To bad with such a good kitchen. But not a problem to reserve. 2/ initially booked this place for the facilities (swimming pool, etc) but they were closed due to bankruptcy of the provider.. not the fault of the hotel but it could be indicated or updated in the description of the hotel.

飯店晚上10點後到早上09:00都無服務人員，完全無法聯絡到，連booking緊急聯絡服務也找不到飯店的人，房門是使用電子鎖，密碼突然被變更，帶著小孩被鎖在門外2個小時，遇到好心的韓國人幫我們聯絡上員工，遠端解鎖密碼。

景觀極佳，放眼望去就是一片海雲台沙灘。

三天將近5萬台幣，但三天才清潔一次，部分家電不能用，浴缸設置在落地窗前確沒有遮簾可以掩蔽。

Très grand appartement lumineux avec un très grand canapé et des lits confortables. Une grande salle de bain. Une grande cuisine. On avait des serviettes tous les jours et sur 5 nuits, ils ont fait 1 fois le ménage.

Une grande cuisine sans équipement donc à quoi ça sert. Pas de couteau, pas de vrai verre, 6 assiettes au total de 3 tailles différentes. Pas de condiments. Pas de torchon. Juste une poêle, une casserole et un cuiseur à riz. Et il y a des mauvaises odeurs dans les salles de bain et dans la baignoire sur le balcon. La clim dans la chambre de mes filles faisait beaucoup de bruit. Salle de bain à part petite. La piscine est payante. Problèmes avec les prises pour charger.

We stayed at this property for about a week as three adults (mother and 2 teenage daughters) in a room with one small double bed and one single bed. We requested an extra blanket, but it was available only for an additional 10,000 KRW per day, so we decided not to get one. The location is excellent—very close to the beach and convenience stores. The building itself is new, modern, and attractive. The apartment is equipped with a smart control system (although everything was in Korean 😊), and fresh towels were provided daily.

However, despite the apartment being new, clean, and technologically advanced, it lacked some very basic conveniences. For example, there were no hooks at all in the bathroom for hanging towels or clothes, and there was no drying rack or clothesline on the balcony for drying laundry. The kitchenette was reasonably well equipped with dishes, a microwave, and a cooktop. There was also a washing machine in the apartment, but upon arrival we were told not to use it and were instructed to use a 24-hour self-service laundromat instead. I never understood why. In fact, having a washing machine in the apartment was one of the main reasons I chose this property in the first place. The building has a gym and a beautiful infinity pool on the top floor. Both are absolutely stunning, but access requires an additional fee. One unexpected challenge was that the only mirror in the entire apartment was in the bathroom. For three women sharing the room, getting ready each day required a bit of patience and coordination! An additional mirror outside the bathroom could be helpful Housekeeping was provided twice during our stay, which was appreciated. Our biggest frustration occurred on the first day. We arrived and spent about 40 minutes trying to check in. The lobby was completely empty, and we had no idea what to do. Eventually, through the chat service, we were informed that there are actually two apartment buildings and that check-in for our building was located on the 3rd floor. This is something that should have been clearly communicated in advance and would have saved us a lot of time and unnecessary stress. Overall, the property has many positives: a fantastic location, modern facilities, and a beautiful building. However, the lack of some basic amenities, the confusion at check-in, and the inability to use the in-room washing machine were disappointing. For that reason, I'm not sure I would choose to stay here again or recommend it without reservation. ⭐⭐⭐☆☆

Modern, spacious, great view

A bit sparse, eg only 4 coffee pods provided for a 4 night stay, with four guests. This only allowed for one coffee each for the entire stay! A few more kitchen utensils would’ve also been great.

離地鐵.主街.海灘都一小段距離，還行，可接受，機場來可以坐機場巴士，但下車可能要十分鐘。

Все соответствует цене, но только размещение возможно только с 9 до 22 вечера, что было не удобно для нас так как мы приехали на концерт и хотели чтобы наш чемодан либо вернули по возвращению нам либо оставили в номере. В итоге код отправили почтой это было удобно, но чемоданы оставили возле комнаты стойки регистрации, то есть без присмотра просто стояли снаружи. И мы остановились на две ночи, но уборки не было и замены полотенец тоже, воду тоже не давали. В номере было только шампунь и гель для душа и полотенца. Все остальное лучше взять с собой

なんと言っても利便性の良さ。美味しいお店が徒歩圏内にたくさんあります。 宿泊したお部屋からは全室海が見えて最高でした。 豪華マンション気分が味わえました。

特にないです。お掃除は3日に一度だけど、ゴミの部屋もあるのでゴミはそこに集めておけば。

My deluxe room was very spacious. The price was beyond reasonable. We felt so comfortable the minute we walked in.

Really didn't have any dislikes. If I had to give one thing, I wish the pool and Sauna was included

Beliggenheten i forhold til stranden og resturanter. Fint og rent rom.

Vaskemaskinen virket ikke. Ekstra betaling for svømmebasseng, sauna og treningsrommet. Sengebeskyttelsen gjorde at senga føltes klam.

Новый апарт-отель. Отличное расположение, до пляжа близко, convenience store - все под рукой. Мое размещение было в номере с кухней. На фотографии, возможно, он выглядел чуть более просторно, но мне все-равно очень понравился - в нем есть все необходимое. Большая благодарность сотруднику ресепшена - он проявил к нам большое терпение и доброту!

Уборка пола не была самая тщательная - под краем кровати лежала бумажка, явно оставшаяся после предыдущего постояльца.

We had to pay extra to have access to the swimming pool. No forks and not enough cuttlery provided. Also, no frying pan.

室內寬敞明亮， 設有飲水機和簡單餐具， 位置優越，鄰近海灘和市場， 附近有便利店和大量食肆選擇。

基本沒有不滿意， 垃圾桶有點小，要自備垃圾袋和拖鞋， 如果房內提供面紙會更加好。

It was in a reasonable location.

There is no gym, just a few light dumbells and a bench, thats it. I had to pay to use the sauna which is ridiculous as I am guest in the hotel. (Sauna for men only) Check out time is at 12 and I was called at 12:01 to leave the room immediately to check out which i found very rude as most hotels give some leeway time to check out. I told them I was just about to leave.

Location. Staff helped when asked.

Facilities were lacking. Many of the things (iron, frying pan) should have been already available in room. The room is too small for 4 ppl. The futon is called out in description of room but no space in room once it’s open.

Very close to the beach in a quiet area with lots of amenities and restaurants. Only a 10 mins walk from subway. The room was also v clean and modern.

The location was good. It was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable.

The property has a wine fridge but no washing machine. There were no water classes only paper cups provided. Only spoons and chopsticks provided- no forks or knives. Only one pillow per person on the beds and on the main bedroom only a bedside table and reading lamp on one side of the bed.

Großes und modernes Appartment mit tollem Blick. Nur wenige Meter zum Strand. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Laufweite. Komfortable Einrichtung: Riesiger Fernseher, zwei normale Kühlschränke, riesige Badewanne mit Ausblick, zwei Gefrierschränke, ein Weinkühlschrank, Herd, Backofen usw.

Viel zu wenig Geschirr. Es gab nicht mal vier Gläser (in Appartment für vier Personen) und wenig Teller. Was bringt ein Weinkühlschrank, wenn es nicht mal ein Weinglas gibt?

אחלה מחיר, היה נקי ויחסית מרווח - מיקום סבבה אבל לא ממש על הים - צריך ללכת קצת. לנו זה היה סבבה כי עשינו את כל האטרקציות במוניות אז היה מיקום טוב. יש מטבח יחסית גדול אז גם בישלנו (שומרים כשרות).

אין מכונות כביסה במלון בכלל. לא החליפו מגבות כל יום אלא אם ביקשנו.

Big and spacious apartment with a lot of storing places, wardrobe in every room. The view was insane, with a bath tube looking to the sea. The whole apartment was modern and spacious. We had two fridges and a wine fridge.

There was no washing machine in such a big apartment :( In the trash storing room, there was an intense mold smell.

The property is right on Haiendae beach, lovely View, good location, clean and close to sky capsule.

Het was vies vol stof. Vooral achter het bed. Dr foto’s op booking zijn misleidend en komen niet over met werkelijkheid.

Schone compacte en complete kamer, centraal gelegen op een rustig locatie in de binnenstad.

De locatie was lastig te vinden door de taxichauffeur met receptie op de 3de verdieping.

Vicinissimo alla spiaggia di Haeundae, ma lontano dalle zone più rumorose. Appartamento molto luminoso e ampio, cucina ben fornita. C’è anche un convenience store al pian terreno, molto molto comodo! (Oltre a una serie di altri servizi)

Peccato per la lavatrice non funzionante, ma non era un problema così grave…

This property is in a great location for the amenities such as the capsule trains and Busan X The Sky. It is very near the beach. The property itself is great value if you need two bedrooms. It is furnished to a high standard. We arrived in Busan quite late in the evening but check/in was easy via an app.

The property has an enclosed balcony with a spa bath on it - the balcony itself was spacious but had an odd smell - a mix of damp and musty. We didn’t use it at all. Secondly, I found it a little annoying that in the main bedroom, there was a bedside table on one side only - so I had to put my water and book on the floor. There was plenty of room for a small bedside table, which I think would be a good addition.

It was very clean and had a great location.

The “city” view was actually blocked entirely by the building right next to it. The ocean view on higher views is great but “city view” was terrible. It was suffocating to look out the window.
