I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and in a great location, but what truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. A very special thank you to Yusuf, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. I had originally booked an economy room, but since it was my first time in Istanbul, Yusuf kindly upgraded my room and made my experience even more special. This was such a thoughtful gesture, and I truly appreciated it. The entire staff were extremely friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. They genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying my time. Their hospitality made me feel like a welcomed guest rather than just a customer. I honestly cannot thank Yusuf and the whole team enough for their kindness and exceptional hospitality. They made my first visit to Istanbul even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Everything was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The only things I didn’t really like about the hotel were a few issues with the bathrooms. The ventilation was not sufficient, and although there is a drain inside the shower, there is no proper drainage for water outside the shower area. There was also only one place to hang a towel in the bathroom, with no additional spaces for the other towels. Adding more towel racks or hooks would make the bathroom much more practical and comfortable. Additionally, toothbrushes and toothpaste were not provided in the room. Providing these basic amenities would be a nice improvement for guests.

Everything was wonderful! The hotel was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. The breakfast was good, and the location was absolutely perfect. A special thank you to Bakhtiyar, who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. He organized our transfer and was always there to assist and support us whenever we needed anything. Thank you so much for making our stay so pleasant and comfortable! We truly enjoyed our time here and would be happy to come back again.

El hotel es muy bueno, nos recibieron muy bien y de forma amable. la comunicación fue muy fluída. nos ayudaron con el transfer desde el aeropuerto (se paga aparte). el desayuno muy bueno. la ubicación MUY buena. para moverse caminando cerca de los lugares iconicos. lo mejor: la relacion precio-calidad

Creo que seria bueno espacio de guardado en las habitaciones, considerando que uno va en el medio de un viaje y necesita organizarse.

هده المره الثالثه التي اسكن بها ولكن هذه السنه تغير الموظفون وإدارة الفندق سيئة جدا الفندق يحتاج إلى اعادة صيانه وتجديد

Great stay! The staff was very nice and welcoming. The location was convenient and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would happily stay here again.

The only small downsides were that my room faced the side street so there was a little street noise and the coffee at breakfast could be improved.

The Locations is golden!

The room 108 had a hole of ca 5cm depth and 30cm in diameter in it covered by the rug. I tripped twice until I put my shoes in it. AC was very wonky and did not run continuously.

Hôtel très propre, à quelques de la tour de Galata et d l’arrêt du tram T1! Bahtiyar était aux petits soins et nous a bien accueilli!

Location was great, close to lot's of big sites while not being in the middle of hordes of tourists. Room very clean, great bathroom and water pressure. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Staff were super helpful. Let us check in early and even lent us a phone when we had issues with our flight. Offered us tea on arrival and were always on hand. Room was spacious and air con really helped!

The bathrooms could probably do with a little refresh, but nothing major.

لديهم فندقين والصور المعروضة كانت لفندق آخر اسمه ترام كراكوي وحاولوا يقنعوني بغرفتين أصغر من التي حجزتها ورفضت وبعدها أعطوني الغرفة التي حجزتها في الفندق الثاني وطلبت منهم التمديد في حين استلام المفتاح ورفضوا يمددوا لي بنفس السعر . ليس لديهم لوبي في الفندق الاخر ولا مناديل وخدمة الغرف سيئة .

One of the best places to stay in Istanbul! We've been to four nice hotels in this city, and Weingart easily gets the top spot! Every staff member is polite, helpful & professional. Whether you need something from reception, for housekeeping, or at breakfast, all personnel are very kind. In addition to everyone & the gentlemen at the reception, I especially want to thank Elif in the breakfast dining room who's superbly warm & hardworking! Seroius note to management: All your employees deserve recognition & a raise! The hotel's in Karaköy, in the heart of Istanbul at walking distance to some sites (many if you're a walker) & all types of transports. Yet, while most Karaköy streets are busy with restaurants & bars booming until 2 a.m., Weingart is perfectly located on Necatibey Cd. (away from the Kemeraltı Cd. traffic noise & Mumhane Cd. tourist bustle). So you're literally steps away from all the excitement but can rest & sleep peacefully. Also important: The neighborhood is flat = No uphill walking near the hotel. Room was clean & equipped with everything needed. Requests from reception were delivered quickly & housekeeping was great & thorough as expected. The free room upgrade at check-in was a wonderful addition to everything. The breakfast buffet is lovely. Everything was tasty with sufficient variety. Even though breakfast is served in the basement (no windows), the atmosphere was suitable, with fresh air & great music to set the tone. The fresh waffle batter's a nice touch! Suggestions: 1) The orange & cherry juices were a little too sweet. 2) Adding 2-3 new items to the warm dishes would be fantastic. Significant personal observation: No pushy bargains at this hotel. Any service offered is a polite suggestion & everyone's polite & professional. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

الفندق غير نظيف الموكيت والفرش ويحتاج إلى تجديد الموكيت والاثاث كامل .. الحمام فيه رائحة .. المطعم حيد .. العاملو في المطعم متفانية والأصناف في البوفيه كثيرة .. الإضاءة في الممرات ضعيفة الفرشات في الممرات غير نظيف

Le petit déjeuner était pas du tout copieux non qualitatif, c’était tous les jours la mêmes chose. Parfois il n’y avait presque rien à manger c’est assez désastreux pour un 4 étoiles c’est indamissible. Le lit King size avec une couette qui ne prend pas du tout la largeur du lit et donc non adapté à la taille du lit.

Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en betrokken. Vooral Rodrigo verdient een speciale vermelding. Hij was super vriendelijk, professioneel en stond altijd klaar om ons te helpen. Omdat we onze eerste kamer een beetje krap vonden, heeft het team meteen naar ons geluisterd en zonder problemen een andere kamer voor ons geregeld. Ze nemen de wensen van hun gasten echt serieus en doen er alles aan om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Dankzij de uitstekende service voelden we ons vanaf het eerste moment welkom. Een grote dank aan Rodrigo en het hele team. Wij komen hier zeker graag terug! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
