Eravamo nella stanza con balcone molto bella con vasca idromassaggio.La spa è bella e le ragazze dei massaggi molto brave

La colazione è molto diversa da quella italiana però ho sempre trovato qualcosa da mangiare quindi va bene!!!!

Niente tranne la disponibilità bionda alla reception

Pulizia zero, c’erano degli insetti sul letto- bagno terribile, non funzionava lo scarico…. Doccia sporca e vecchia - stanza per due persone ma adattata per 3 persone con una brandina che impediva di camminare nella stanza . Pareti sporche ed armadio chiuso con una tenda.

Location’s amazing and the bar staff were lovely! The balcony in our room was incredible too.

Very dated, not particularly clean, the cleaning team left dirty glases in the room for a week(!) and rubbish in the halls for just as long. Sheets were pretty dirty and had rips etc, same with towels. Bathroom didn’t smell pleasant. Light hanging out of the roof etc. they had upgraded us as well, can’t imagine what a standard room is like tbh.

We had an amazing stay at the Pera Tulip Hotel. The location is absolutely perfect for sightseeing. It sits right in the heart of the lively Beyoğlu district, meaning we were just a short walk away from the iconic Galata Tower and the bustling shops of İstiklal Avenue. It was so convenient to step outside and instantly be close to so many major attractions without needing a taxi.What made our stay even better was the friendliness of the staff. They were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made us feel right at home.After a long day of walking around the neighborhood and exploring the local spots, it was wonderful coming back to a hotel with a spa and pool to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience the city with great hospitality!

The hotel is in a great location, with lots of cafés and shops nearby. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing due to several issues. We had booked an upgraded room for three people, but were given a room intended for two with an extra bed squeezed in. The most uncomfortable part was the bathtub being located in the middle of the room, with almost no privacy. Since we were traveling as a family with a teenage daughter, we had to take turns leaving the room whenever someone wanted to shower. We were offered a move to the correct room the following day, but by then it was no longer practical, as we were leaving that night and did not want to spend our last day packing and moving all our belongings. There were also issues with the room facilities: the hairdryer and refrigerator were not working. The hairdryer was eventually fixed after I reported it, but this happened late in the evening. I simply wanted to dry my hair and go to bed, but instead I had to wait while someone came with tools and worked on it. For just one night, there were simply too many inconveniences and disappointments.

Very old hotel, needed renovation ,Everything is really terrible: the paint is peeling off the walls, the ceilings are flooded, the toilet lid is cracked, the shower is pouring everywhere in the restroom. It's very cramped, definitely not a 4-star.

Impecable, excelente ubicación, dos cuadras del metro, dos cuadras del ferry, dos cuadras De la Torre galata que une instambul, el desayuno es delicioso, la piscina limpia y las piezas impolutas. Gracias a todo el personal del hotel, excelente atención, nos quedamos una noche más, que no teníamos contemplado por la excepcional atención !

Camas muy confortables y la disposición de la habitación de 4 muy bien también aunque queda muy poco espacio para las maletas y la ropa, baño bien y la ubicación muy buena, el spa muy bien. Desayuno variado.

Cena algo justa para mi gusto, alguna dificultad con el idioma, yo tampoco domino el inglés pero con Google translate sin problema

Great location, clean rooms and kind staff!

I was especially grateful to the reception staff for allowing me to check in early in the morning. My flight arrived very early, so being able to check in and get some much-needed sleep made a huge difference, and I really appreciated their flexibility. I also enjoyed the breakfast, and the location of the hotel is excellent. Everything is within walking distance, and there is a metro station almost directly across the street, which makes getting around extremely convenient. The only area that could be improved is the cleanliness of the room. I noticed that my bedsheet had some stains. Since I was only staying for one night and didn’t want to make an issue of it, I didn’t complain or request a change, but I do think housekeeping could pay a little more attention to these details. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the hotel itself is nice, and the excellent location makes it a very convenient place to stay.

The main issue was the cleanliness of the room. The bedsheet had visible stains, which was disappointing and made me question whether the bedding had been properly checked before my arrival. Since I was staying for only one night and was very tired after an early flight, I chose not to complain or ask for it to be changed. However, I do think housekeeping should pay more attention to the cleanliness of the bedding and overall room preparation.

Sezai very good people for everything

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’emplacement est idéal, très bien situé pour profiter de la ville, et le petit-déjeuner est très bon. Je tiens surtout à remercier César, le réceptionniste, qui a vraiment rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Il a été extrêmement accueillant, gentil, souriant, serviable et toujours arrangeant. Il a toujours fait son maximum pour nous aider et répondre à nos demandes avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme. Un grand merci à César pour son accueil et sa disponibilité ! C’est vraiment le genre de personne qui fait toute la différence dans un hôtel. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour et nous recommandons cet établissement avec plaisir. 😊

Excelente localização pertinho do metrô e próximo dos pontos badalados de café, docerias, restaurantes. Muito bom para andar com tranquilidade. Voltaria novamente!

Вежливый персонал. Чистые номера. Завтраки и ужины достаточно разнообразные. Фен, шампунь, кондиционер, водичка в бутылках , небольшой холодильник. Телевизором я не пользовалась, но он был. Полотенца чистые, меняли по требованию.

Шумоизоляция отсутствует как со стороны улицы, так и между номерами- слышен даже обычный разговор. Гостиница расположена в оживленном месте с проезжающими мимо гостиницы мотоциклами и автомобилями. Номер маленький. Очень не понравилось синтетическое одеяло- тонкое, но жаркое. Спаслась укрываясь большим полотенцем.

Situado en una buena zona cerca de la torre Gálata. A 3 min caminando de la parada del famoso funicular rojo que te lleva a Taksim. En la misma calle hay hoteles y restaurantes de mucho nivel. Desayuno bien.

Habitación muy trotada. El baño pequeño e incómodo. Necesita renovación. El hotel es realmente un 3 estrellas y no 4. El pack lunch que nos prepararon como desayuno era un bocadillo bastante malo. No proporcionan toallas para la piscina.

Micul dejun slab, cafeaua îndoielnică, lipsă unt real, doar o margarină oribilă. În general produse ieftine. Lipsă completă a biscuiților și a patiseriei, a fructelor, doar puțin pepene galben sau roșu terciuit. Două camere rezervate, ambele cu probleme tehnice la televizoare și o grilă de programe străine aproape imposibil de accesat. M-am saturat de câte ori i-am chemat să rezolve problema dar măcar și-au arătat interesul… Ușa de la baia camerei 1103, defectă, balamaua trosnește îngrozitor când este folosită. Noaptea este un coșmar să o folosești ! Frigiderul vechi, uzat, aproape ineficient să răcească ceva ! Cu o excepție, personalul rece, distant și arogant!

El personal fue muy amable. Siempre ayudando en lo que les preguntábamos, especial mención a Hasna. Un encanto de chica, siempre sonriendo y dando soluciones para todo. Todo el personal es muy agradable y servicial. Los desayunos y cenas son muy variados y hay de todo para disfrutar. La piscina interior me gustó mucho. La amplitud de las habitaciones también. La comodidad de las camas y almohadas. Nuestra estancia fue de diez.

Me gustó todo en general. Pero si tuviera que poner alguna cosa diría que necesita una pequeña remodelación el hotel porque tiene ya sus años. Pero en general, estuvimos muy bien durante nuestra estancia.

per essere un 4 stelle pensavo meglio. Sembra che era un ottimo hotel ma almeno 20 anni fa. Tubo della doccia rovinato, sauna fredda che entrava aria fresca, hamman che per qualche guasto non mandava vapore, sono uscito 3 volte per chiamare il personale che non c'era. La tessera della camera non funzionava per una volta al giorno, quindi dovevo scendere alla reception ogni volta. Colazione varia ma mediocre. Avevamo prenotato una stanza per tre adulti e dal primo giorno ci hanno dato due stanze perché non avevano fatto il terzo letto. odore nella stanza di mia figlia, tipo di risalita da bagno.

Quitte and lovely room

Reception: Mr Sezai Yakar was very helpful and professional. He was able to stay focused and kind even when the lobby was full with many customers. Indoor Pool was delightful. Very quiet rooms. Resepsiyon: Bay Sezai Yakar çok yardımsever ve profesyoneldi. Lobi çok sayıda müşteriyle doluyken bile odaklanmayı ve nazik kalmayı başardı. Kapalı havuz çok keyifliydi. Odalar çok sessizdi.

All good, no complaints. Her şey yolunda, şikayetim yok.

Très déçue de mon séjour. La chambre était vraiment minuscule. La nourriture était très répétitive et manquait clairement de variété. Globalement, l’expérience n’était pas à la hauteur de mes attentes et je trouve l’hôtel décevant. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel.

El hotel está situado en una zona excelente, a 5 minutos de la Torre de Galata y zonas comerciales. Se trata de un hotel que necesita algo de renovación pero en general puedo decir que hemos estado muy cómodos y nos han tratado genial. Siempre que hemos necesitado toallas, café o cualquier cosa, nos lo han facilitado. Las camas son cómodas. El baño necesita una mejora pero no está mal. La ducha es relajante y la temperatura y cantidad de agua perfectas. La zona de Jacuzzi y Spa se agradece mucho después de horas caminando por la ciudad. No entiendo lo que dicen algunas reseñas de que la piscina está fría. Está a buena temperatura. Si te metes primero en el jacuzzi es lógico que se note el contraste térmico pero vamos, que con los comentarios que había leído me esperaba un estanque para pingüinos. Ni mucho menos.

Hay vecinos muy ruidosos casi siempre. Tuve que levantarme a las 3 de la mañana a llamarles la atención a los chicos de la habitación de al lado. Estaban cantando, gritando, riendo y con la música a tope. En el hotel tienen que controlar algo más el descanso de los huéspedes y las normas. A esa hora había varias personas de recepción y trabajadores en el hotel, así que es importante tener en cuenta esto. Teníamos desayuno y cena incluidos 9 días. El desayuno algo más variado pero siempre lo mismo. La cena siempre los mismos platos, casi nada de variación: dos platos calientes de de pollo y carne guisada y otro de arroz. El resto ensaladas. A excepción de dos días que cambiaron arroz por espaguetis y una de las carnes por albóndigas, siempre igual de repetitivos. Buena comida pero esto tienen que mejorarlo porque si estás varios días resulta cansino.

I stayed there many times earlier, but as they stopped to be nice and also the rooms becoming older and older I mostly choose the other hotels around. The room was very old, narrow and looking to the courtyard to the neighbors. Also, location is great and the lady in the stuff at the first day was really nice, gave is early check-in.

The rooms are too tight and outdated, gym is too small and the flexibility of the stuff and willing to help is almost zero. I would not go there again, only like now when I had emergency and had to locate two more next to the hotel where the majority of us stayed.

The staff were amazing and helpful all the time. The location is close to the restaurants and some tourist a=attraction sites.

Old hotel but super clean with very kind staff (cleaners, reception, breakfast). Breakfast was good with many options. Sezar in reception was extremely kind provinding exactly a room i like. Overall for the price the pay per value is excellent!

The staff at the reception are very unfriendly. You can wait up to 10 minutes for the elevator. During the 4 days I stayed at the hotel, the room was not cleaned even once. Everything in the room is old, and if you think you will be able to rest and continue your stay comfortably, forget it—the noise is very loud. One morning I woke up and at least 10 people were sleeping in the hotel lobby. The breakfast is not very good. Overall, I would rate this hotel a 6.

The location is the only good thing I have to say about this hotel.

Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Breakfast was meh, it didn’t feel clean. The walls are made out of paper, you can hear everything going on in rooms around you and the hallway. The hotel smelled like humidity and the shower had mold. Not sure how this hotel has such good ratings…

El hotel es muy bonito y silencioso, tomé la habitación doble con balcón y media pensión. El chico de recepción Sezai fue siempre muy agradable ayudandome en mi estancia, recomendando lugares, solicitar transporte, y siempre atento de que todo estuviera perfecto!! Me recomendó el Spa del hotel y la verdad es que fue una experiencia que recomiendo a todo el mundo que venga.

La zona del salon es demasiado pequeña para la capacidad del hotel. Yo llego, me sirvo, como y me voy pero, precisamente durante la semana que estuve alojada, habia una excursión de mucha gente que iba junta y ocupaban la mayor parte de las mesas por lo que sentias el estres de cenar con prisas.

Ottima posizione nel bellissimo quartiere di Pera, colazione ricca e varia, ottima la possibilità di usare la piscina. Siamo stati molto bene.

They had a variety of meals which were appealing. The hotel is centrally located and within reach of all public transport . Mr Sezai ensured that we had a comfortable and amazing stay.

Le manque d’intimité dans la salle de bain séjour avec enfants et pas de porte ni rideaux de douche pour la baignoire . Un manque de savoir vivre pour bcp d’hôtes notamment au niveau de la piscine

The hotel’s location is one of its biggest strengths. It is close to the metro, Galata Tower, Istiklal Street, and many excellent shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it very easy to explore Istanbul. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Considering the price, the hotel offers very good value for money. The rooms are comfortable, the service is good, and overall it is a pleasant place to stay.

The hotel could benefit from some renovation and modernization. A few areas feel a bit outdated and some furniture and facilities could be refreshed. However, none of this affected my overall experience.

La camera standar molto piccola, disposta male, mancavano i dispositivi essenziali. Non corrispondeva assolutamente alle foto di prenotazione!! Piscina piccola e "soffocante" Menù internazionale inesistente
