La ubicación

Bem localizado, confortável; ofertas simpáticas, bebidas quentes e frias todo o dia, à discrição. Lavandaria com máquina de secar. Bem servido de transportes públicos. A poucos minitos da estação ferroviária e central de autocarros de Quioto. Restaurantes, kombini e demais comércio no bairro. Excelentes templos, santuários e museus nas proximidades. Pessoal simpático e facilitador.

Não tenho reclamações a fazer.

Habitación y baño amplios para la media en Japón. Ubicación muy buena, cerca de la estación de Kyoto y cerca de una parada de tren que utilizamos bastante para movernos por allí. Pudimos dejar el equipaje antes del checkin y también tienen servicio de envío al siguiente destino. En el mismo hotel tienen lavadoras y secadoras, muy cómodo. Así que en general todo muy bien!! Estuvimos muy a gusto

Únicamente que las ventanas no se puedan abrir algo más para ventilar un poco más. Aunque ya leímos que es por un tema de seguridad.

Très bien situé avec un bain public à 5 minutes de marche et un konbini juste en face. La gare de Kyoto était à 10 minutes et il y avait même un arrêt de bus proche. Le confort était très bon avec pas mal de petites installations comme une machine à boisson gratuite dans le lounge très agréable.

Double Room gebucht. Alle double Rooms haben das Fenster zur vielbefahrenen Straße. Leider nicht gut isoliert, sodass man die ganze Nacht Autolärm hört.

Die Lage ist grundsätzlich gut, da sehr nah am Bahnhof, Bushaltestellen und ebenso zu touristischen Attraktionen (Kiyomizu-dera, Sanjusangen-do,...). Allerdings liegt das Hotel direkt an einer gut frequentierten Straße, was den Lärmpegel natürlich recht hoch hält. Kostenfreie Getränke in der Lobby. Sehr bequeme Betten und die Fenster lassen sich ebenfalls öffnen (was leider nicht in jedem Hotel der Fall ist). Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat versucht jede Anfrage umzusetzen.

Der Straßenlärm, was man sich bei der Lage aber vorher leider schon denken konnte. Einige Hotelgäste waren leider sehr rücksichtslos und haben laut über den Flur gerufen, gegen Türen getreten (da Klopfen wohl nicht funktioniert?), oder haben die ganze Nacht ihr Gepäck durch das Zimmer geschmissen, oder die Möbelumgeräumt (zumindest klang es dem Lärm nach so). Für die Rücksichtslosigkeit der Gäste kann das Hotel aber nicht wirklich etwas.

Staff was very friendly. The room was decent size and comfortable bed.

Laundry machines were bad, our clothes didn't seem clean or fresh after using it.

Staff were brilliant here and made a positive impact on our stay. All very friendly and helpful. We stored luggage before check-in, one lady called and made me a reservation at a restaurant I couldn’t book myself, exchanged notes/coins for me and always friendly faces. Hotel has good amenities especially the communal sitting area. It was always busy with guests, able to eat and drink here. The hotel provide excellent free beverages. Rooms were spacious (could open two suitcases at same time) and a small area to sit with a table was nice. Shower was brilliant pressure and the shower gel smelled lovely. Location: surrounding the hotel was serene streams and traditional-looking homes/inns, a 7/11 right across the street, over the bridge just 5 mins walk is an amazing ramen place. There’s also a convenient station just a few mins walk. However it took 30 mins to walk to attractions/shopping, etc so don’t expect everything to be on doorstep you’ll need to walk or take the train. Otherwise the value for money is incredible at this hotel. I paid for late check out which was a bonus.

If you only need to wash and dry a few small bits it’s fine but I needed to wash jeans and it took two washes and a very long drying time.

La sera in zona non c’è molto se non alcuni ristoranti per cenare. Presenti solo 2 lavatrici/asicigatrici, quest’ultime costose e poco funzionanti

The communal area supplied with fresh drinks was such a bonus. The staff were so friendly. There were any accessories available for loan. Location was great!

La ubicación fantástica, cerca de la estación .El personal de recepción muy amable en todo momento. Las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas, igual que el.baño. Hay una zona en recepción preparada para poder llevar comida , con máquinas de bebidas y café gratuitas. Con un 7/11 enfrente del hotel . Fantástico hotel , sin duda lo aconsejo a todo el que visite kioto.

Pulizia buona anche se ho dovuto chiedere di cambiare il copri materasso che era sporco di sangue. Sono eco friendly quindi pulizie ogni 3 giorni me lo hanno fatto notare. C’è una stanza comune con tavoloni per mangiare con caffè tè succhi .niente zucchero e latte Seven/11 di fronte.

Locale lavanderia un po’ piccolo e soffocante.Lontano dalla stazione. Non ho visto fermate di pullman. Se vuoi spedire i bagagli devi fare tutto da solo .loro ti danno solo quare code . Gentili ma non molti non parlano inglese.

Abbiamo alloggiato solo per una notte, ma la struttura ci è sembrata accogliente, la dimensione della camera abbastanza grande per gli standard giapponesi, i letti comodi. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la zona lounge con offerta di bevande gratuite e forno a microonde, comodo per un pasto rapido.

Bagno un po’ troppo piccolo

- A prop de l’estació, ben comunicat amb autobusos. - Espai amb màquina de café, té…, microones, aigua… - Ajuden amb el servei d’enviament de maletes.

- Ens va tocar una habitació de la planta 1 que donava al carrer i no podiem obrir les cortines, pel que mai teniem llum natural.

It was clean in general but I feel there could be more care given in the details.

Rapport qualité prix imbattable. Nous avons aimé dans la chambre : le confort des lits, le calme, la vue. L'emplacement est top avec une supérette juste en face, le métro et le bus sont très proches. Dans le hall de réception, il y a également une grande table où on peut manger facilement, un micro onde, des distributeurs gratuits d'eau et boissons, une laverie. Service de conciergerie pour les bagages.

La clim est un peu difficile à régler. La propreté n'est pas ce qu'il y a de mieux pour le Japon (poussière sous les lits)

perfect pozitionat in proximitatea garii, dar si a cartierului Gion. este la 1 minut de trenul care duce la Osaka (45min) si la Fushimi Inari Taisha (15min). este mai mult un hotel de 4*. paturile super confortabile. hotelul asigura obiecte de igiena personala si pijamale.

Stanze pulite, staff gentile, possibilità di lasciare i bagagli. Ottima la sala per consumare i pasti (noi facevamo colazione, comprata al seven eleven di fronte) con le bevande gratuite dalle 6 alle 22. Posizione comoda per stazione e metro.

La stanza è molto piccola, come d'altronde quasi sempre in Giappone. Troppo poche lavatrici e asciugatrici viste le dimensioni dell'hotel. L'asciugatrice impiega moltissimo tempo ad asciugare

We love everything about this hotel - the lounge, the location, its friendly staff. There’s a 7-11 directly opposite of the hotel, and the hotel itself has a very nice lounge that opens to all hotel guests. Free beverage offered at the lounge, and there’s washing machines and smoking room at level 1. Staff are professional, friendly and they can speak good English. There is one train station and some bus stops nearby the hotel, and there’s also a McDonald if you need some hot food at late night. The room size is ok, not too small. We will definitely stay here again in our next visit to Kyoto.

When we checked in, we got a room that had mold on the ceiling. After we voiced out to the reception, the Hotel immediately changes us to a new room and arranged cleaning of the room with mold.

Lo principal: la atención del staff. Se llevan la mejor puntuación sin lugar a dudas, han sido increíbles en todo momento. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, es cómodo y cuenta con dispenser de varias bebidas, tanto frías como calientes.

Posizione fantastica, vicinissima alla metropolitana e ai konbini. Comodissima la zona comune con macchinette caffè e bevande gratuite e la possibilità di consumare piccoli cibi acquistati fuori. Stanze piccoline ma letti comodi. Personale gentile. Vicino all’ hotel c’era anche un noleggio biciclette con dei ragazzi gentilissimi , abbiamo girato Kyoto in bici e ci hanno consigliato i percorsi. Ottima esperienza, lo consiglio.

Questo hotel ha superato le mie aspettative. Posizione ottima, si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e anche la sera è piacevole passeggiare ne dintorni. C’è un combini dall’altro lato della strada e il servizio bevande attivo tutto il giorno, quindi si può comodamente far colazione in hotel se si vuole. Vengono forniti dei pigiami, anche quello mi è piaciuto molto. La camera era grande, ho alloggiato con mia sorella e potevamo comodamente aprire entrambe le nostre valigie da stiva per terra. Il bagno è piccolo, ma come tutti i bagni giapponesi, quindi anche quello mi andava benissimo. Per i soldi spesi secondo me è un affare!

Lo staff parlava bene inglese quindi finalmente un posto dove si riusciva a comunicare. Inoltre personale sveglio e pratico nell’evadere le richieste.

The hotel is well situated for visiting the shrines and temples to the east of the city (e.g. one bus to Kiyomizudera, a 15 minute direct train to Fushimi-Inari Shrine). You can also walk along the banks of the Kamo River from the hotel to reach Gion and Pontocho. A peaceful location which felt almost semi-rural, despite being a 20 minute walk (or 10 minute bus) from Kyoto JR Station. The rooms were average sized but comfortable enough and everyone in our group enjoyed the free hot and soft drinks bar/communal lounge on the ground floor - a real bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Only two washing machines and separate dryers for a medium sized hotel. The lint filter in the dryers looks like it has not been cleaned for a long time and there was a lot of lint flying around as the dryer spun - yuck! As a result the clothes came out feeling slightly damp and had to be hung around the room. I should have used the coin laundry around the corner.

L’hotel era molto bello, pulito. La stanza non era piccolissima e il bagno funzionale (simile a tanti alberghi giapponesi). Abbiamo apprezzato molto le amenities presenti nella hall dell’albergo (c’erano persino i pigiami). L’area caffè è utilizzabile dai clienti gratuitamente. La posizione è ottima perché vicino ad alcuni templi e a Gion/Pontocho (10 minuti con il bus) e vicinissimo alla stazione centrale di Kyoto. Nelle vicinanze c’erano dei ristoranti molto buoni, un 7/11 di fronte e una lavanderia 24h proprio accanto. Il personale era molto cordiale.

Purtroppo la zona lavanderia è sottostimata per la quantità di clienti e il rischio è trovarla occupata (ci sono solo due lavatrici e due asciugatrici). Noi, infatti, abbiamo usufruito di quella vicino all’albergo.

Ottima posizione. Staff gentile e disponibile. Molto carina la possibilità di avere un'area ristoro in cui si possono portare le proprie cose comprate al Kombini davanti all'hotel. Nell'area ristoro offrono gratuitamente bevande calde e fredde. Per i fumatori: ha una sala fumatori dentro l'hotel (estremamente comodo). Ricordatevi che in Giappone è difficile trovare dei posti in cui fumare, quindi è stata apprezzata.

Bon emplacement, avec une station de métro à 250 mètres, très pratique avec les valises et pour les visites. Très propre, personnel charmant. Pas de petit déjeuner, c'est le point négatif, même si un Seven-eleven est juste en face.

Das Hotel liegt in Lauffen hier zum Hauptbahnhof, man braucht circa 10 Minuten. Außerdem sind in der Umgebung einige Restaurants, vor allem für uns als veganer gab es einige Auswahl.

Wir wollten kein Zimmerservice, und konnten uns nach einigen Tagen quasi nicht mehr dagegen wehren, was wir wirklich schade fanden. Außerdem sollte es mehr Waschmaschinen erst zwei geben, hier kann es teilweise zu Wartezeiten kommen. Bei uns war es noch in Ordnung, aber der ganze Prozess hat dann schon längere Zeit gebraucht.

El mejor alojamiento de mi ruta por Japón. Sin duda la cama comodisima, la más cómoda de todo el viaje. Y tiene una muy buena ubicación (partiendo de que la comunicación en trasporte en Kioto es malísima). Y una de las mejores cosas del hotel es su zona común con máquina de bebidas gratis. Es ideal para desayunar o cenar en el hotel cosas del 7eleven (tienes un justo enfrente)

El personal muy amable, nos ayudaron a mandar nuestras maletas, hay un chico que habla español. La habitación muy buena, camas muy cómodas y amplias. Está a 12 minutos andando de la estación de tren. No es cerca de la zona turística, hay que moverse mucho en bus.

La habitación era amplia. Las instalaciones de la recepción, perfectas. Tenía mesas para desayunar, cenar de lo que te compraras en el 7 eleven de al lado. Había máquinas de café/té gratis todo el día, así como máquina de agua. 100% recomendable.

Absolutely LOVED this place! If there was any chance in the future going back to Kyoto, I will book this place again! Staff were lovely, rooms very clean, cleaning on a regular, free drinks/communal microwave in the lobby! There are laundry facilities (you do need to pay in coins) but the reception can exchange your notes to coins, and the clothes come out smelling nice. They also do luggage forwarding to Tokyo and the process was absolutely seamless. The neighbourhood was quiet, there is a 7eleven right across so you can withdraw cash/top up your transpo card/buy food/etc easily! It's about 10-15 mins walk to Kyoto station, and about 5-10 mins walk from Kyoto BioVortex. Not a lot of food places near here but if you're willing to walk to Kyoto Station there'd be heaps (tbh though the 7 eleven meals were fantastic!)

Given there is television, wouldn't hurt to have a channel which caters a bit to Western viewers (or an English channel). It's not really a big issue but would be nice to watch TV with language that's non-Japanese.

Nejlepší hotel, kde jsme po cestě Japonskem spali. 3 minuty na stanici Shichijo (je zde i mc donalds) odkud jedou vlaky směr Gion a na druhou stranu k Fushimi Inari a Nara. Kyoto station cca 15 min. pěšky. Přes cestu 7eleven. Čistý a dostatečně velký pokoj i celý hotel, dole posezení s nápojovým automatem zdarma (káva, latté, pepsi, matcha, limonády)

La habitación tiene una buena medida en la que caben las maletas grandes, tiene varias amenidades que puedes utilizar en el lobby, un microondas (muy útil ya que justo enfrente hay un 7-eleven) cafetera y máquina de hielos, la atención del personal es muy amable y servicial, está cerca de una estación de metro lo que es de gran utilidad

The location is about 15 minutes walking distance to Kyoto Station. It is also close to the subway to get to the Gion district. The room was spacious in terms of Japanese standards. There is fridge, hair dryer, kettle, etc... in the room. You can also pick up pyjamas, etc...from reception area. They also helped us forwarding our luggage to our next hotel.

It is eco friendly service, so they pick up trash and change towels everyday. However it would be nice if they swept the bathroom floor while changing towels.
