I had a wonderful stay at this property. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent—peaceful, convenient, and close to everything you need, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. Location is centre and accessible. Many eateries are close by. Some staff members were sincere and responded to queries promptly. 24 hours hot water supply.

Rooms need renovation. Although superficially maintained clean, there were cockroaches. The pictures posted are deceptive and rooms only partly look like what is posted on the website. The door lock was loose, there was dust on window panes, only one lift was functional. It might be an old budget hotel, but pest control, refurbishment and maintenance is required.

While it may seem fair, I checked in and found no cable, AC not working, no toiletories, tea/coffee options etc. Went down to reception and was told I chose a non AC room wiith none of the above facilities. The difference b/t A/C & non A/C rooms was hardly Rs. 100. I would have certainly paid the extra Rs. 100. SO MY COMPLAINT IS THAT WHILE BOOKING IT IS MIS LEADING & NOT SUFFICIENTLY HIGHLIGHTED. My suggestion is also that they should have all AC rooms since they have AC's installed in all rooms.

The hotel is located in a market area, so food, shopping, and transport are easily accessible.

This is one of the poorest hostel-style stays I have experienced. The property has very poor maintenance, and there are only around four staff members managing the entire hotel. The staff themselves are polite, but the number of staff is not enough to properly maintain all the rooms. Main issues: Rooms had cockroaches; we needed insect spray just to sleep peacefully. Parking is difficult because the parking area is in the basement and very tight. Strong cigarette smell throughout the corridor. Food waste was left unattended. Even basic replacements or complaints took almost a full day. TV was not working. Bathroom door was not functioning properly. Bathroom mirror was broken. Overall hygiene was very poor.

Majesticに近い。部屋が広すぎるくらい広い。スタッフが親切。各階に（多分）無料で飲める水があるのが便利。シャワーは熱いお湯が出ます。無料アップグレードはありませんでしたが、アーリーチェックインとレイトチェックアウトは快く受けてくれました。よくない点も書きましたが、私はインドらしいホテルだと思ったので、よい経験ができたと思います。タオル追加も快く応じてくれたし、ベッドメイキングも良かったですよ。特にスタッフのサヒールさんにはお世話になりました、ありがとう。 thank you , Sahil!!!

仕方ないですが、古いホテルなので防音ではなかったこと、エアコンからの水滴で床が濡れたこと、洗面所の排水管から水漏れしたことがありました。ただし、バスタオルを敷いて対応したので、この価格だし私はヨシとしましたが、気になる方はいらっしゃると思う。ま、たまたま私の部屋だけに起きたのかもしれないけど。

Hotel is very near to Majestic, and this helps to plan our travel easy. as this has best connectivity in all modes (Bus, Train, Metro, Cab, Auto). Also, you will get all kinds of hotel nearby at any time, so no tension of staying hungry.

Hotel room was small, and they did not have the clean room. Bedsheets and other items were not washed. For everything we need to call frontdesk, like soap, towel, shampoo... nothing placed in the room.

While I had booked and paid in advance for this, I was not allowed to use it as check in time was not flexible. I even called them before asking about the speicifc timing I would arrive so should I book early.

This was the best value for money I have had so far on this trip. The staff were positive, helpful, and friendly, while still respecting personal boundaries. The room was clean, the bed was the most comfortable I have had for a while, and hot water instantly in the shower. There was no noise either from the other rooms, nice solid walls. I would like to thank the staff, for the stay.

Amenities listed on Booking.com were missing (no TV, no intercom, no bottled water). The room interior was poorly maintained with broken furniture edges and an unpleasant smell. Forced full payment at late-night check-in and no response on refund for unused days.

The location was very close to KSR railway station. The room deluxe was very good. The drinking water was very good and the wifi was very very strong. The restaurants were nearby so it was easy to eat. The hot drinking water was very helpful for the cold climate.

The water kettle had rust which made me not use it.

Everything was very good. The stuff is very friendly and we paid only 315 Rupie more for a late check out at 4 PM. I really recommand this hotel.

・受付のソファで従業員が複数昼寝している。 ・チェックインで、VISAの内容を全部手書きで書き写しさせられた。そんな宿は初めて。情報欲しければコピー機を用意するか自分で書けば良い。 ・エアコンは作動するが、リモコンのコントロールが効かない。最低温度のままで寒い。仕方ないのでコンセントの抜き差しで対応。 ・部屋も不潔で、写真とは全く違う。

The bed was comfortable. Room was clean to certain level.

There was no lock for the bathroom and the exhaust fan wasn't working, the AC remote wasn't working fan switch wasn't working and the drawer was not emptied from the previous visitor were we found liquor bottles and cigarette packet. The room tidiness can improve more.

The location is good but the hotel is just adjacent to a Mosque and Mosque speakers are right away next to the room and there's a lot of noise when the speakers are one.

I was with my kids and family we were stranded for 1 hr outside the hotel

The experience was far from what was advertised, it looks like a luxurious place but when you arrive it's a dingy room with a MUSTY smell. The bathroom is not ventilated and smells like pipes. I was very disappointed and when I told them there was a mistake with the room, they "justified" saying that the photos posted in the web are from a new hotel and that's why they are different. Also the TV is not working. Only if you like non expected qualities and cockroaches, this is the place for you! (don't come please). I attach the pictures of what we found when we arrived compared to what we booked through Booking.

Room doesn’t look as vibrant in real as it does on the picture. At first they didn’t give me the correct room either. Bathroom was clean but bed sheets smelled odd and walls looked dirty.
