Easy check-in, friendly staff, ample hotel parking, and close proximity to Istanbul Mall.

To be fair, I had previously stayed there in January of the same year, but I was surprised by the very poor standards. Although I had booked a one-bedroom apartment, the hotel upgraded us to a three-bedroom unit—which I appreciated, given that there were only two of us—I unfortunately found numerous defects and signs of neglect. For instance, cleanliness was an issue, the showers were broken, and the living room furniture was dirty. Management really needs to address these matters for the sake of the hotel; this is just my personal opinion.

Clean spacious rooms with excellent housekeeping.

Понравились цены в ресторане ну и в целом вкусно. размеры номера. Сотрудник спа центра по имени Звезда- единственный сотрудник которого бы отметил. Помогала во всем. Человека бы три четыре таких в этом отеле и глядишь все бы было по другому! классом выше.

Грязно, по разному работают кондиционеры, сломана дверь на терассу номер 1976. Забиты сливы в ванных и туалетах. Пришлось 4 раза звонить и просить принести зубные принадлежности. У меня переносили рейс и я хотел оплатить еще сутки проживания в номере. В любом. Получил на рецепции два раза отказ. Сказали что отель полон. На сайте островок самостоятельно забронировал там же номер 726. Как так ? и сайт показывал еще несколько вариантов. В ответ на это сотрудник пожал плечами. Я считаю это не приемлемо при наличии номерного фонда и желании клиента заплатить за номер отправлять клиента восвояси. Моментов по мелочи предостаточно. Не рекомендовал бы там останавливаться. Сам точно не приеду более.

Очень хороший отель. Особенно понравился бассейн — большой и комфортный. Номера просторные и чистые, в комнатах было приятно находиться.

Карты от номера постоянно перестают работать, приходится их заново активировать. На верхних этажах Wi-Fi практически не ловит. Парилка работает плохо — температура очень низкая. Отдельно хотелось бы отметить сервис. Раньше мы уже останавливались в этом отеле, и отношение персонала было намного лучше. В этот раз сотрудники показались очень холодными и не особо заинтересованными в гостях. Не совсем понятно, почему уровень сервиса так изменился. Расположение тоже не самое удачное: вокруг отеля сейчас много строительных работ, поэтому территория и окружение не создают ощущения комфортного отдыха.

الشقة كانت جيدة والأثاث نظيف مديرة العلاقة كانت جداً متعاونة وتحاول ان تخدم النزلاء ولها كل التقدير والشكر.

استجابة خدمة الاستقبال كانت ليست بأشكل الجيد المرضي المكيفات تطفيها ترجع تشتغل من حالها أرضيات الشقة (الباركيه) تحتاج صيانة المطبخ خالي من اي ادوات او مواعين

اعجبني جدا تعامل الموظفين وخاصة الاستاذة آميره كانت لطيفه حدا ومتعاونة مع اي ملاحظه، كما أن الفندق كان يتمتع بمنظر جميل وموقع هادئ ومساحة الشقه كبيرة والغرف واسعة والخدمات متوفرة من غساله ومطبخ وغسالة صحون

المطبخ لايوجد به غير الأكواب، من يريد الطبخ لابد من ان يحضر العدة كامله للطبخ

The rooms were spacious

The apartment is not fully functional, no cooking utensils, spoons etc.

We booked a 4-bedroom apartment and it was really roomy with 2.5 bathrooms. They are generous with drinking water and espresso capsules.. The parking was easy to access and its size is very adequate.

The main and biggest problem for us was the AC ! We never saw a hotel with such a bad system ! There are remote controls in the rooms, but they serve nothing as the AC system is generally operated, only from the technical room of the hotel !! If you turn it off, it will restart again after a few minutes !! It can only be turned on from the remote control and it is very cold. No way to increase or decrease the set temperature. We had to call the reception every time we want to turn off the AC, because it cannot be turned off from the room. And some of the staff at the reception would reply in a bad way if you insist why the AC has not been turned off, as if it is our mistake. Really we don't understand how they can keep such a system !! Otherwise there is little to complain about: The gym is a bit small and old. The location is not for people who are looking to go out walking. I would recommend having a car to stay there. But the AC issue ruined the whole experience.

The size of the 4 bedroom apartments was very generous

The staff weren’t very responsive when we requested stuff it took ages to come and never came on some occasions. When we arrived our room wasn’t properly cleaned. There was very dusty, we had to request for housekeeping to come back and clean. Kitchen had no utensils, mosquitos in bedrooms

Staff is very helpful the staff is the only thing good at this hotel

The suites are not clean and the AC is too old its not working properly electricity problems and also the room service food can’t eat it i don’t recommend

اعجبني موظفين المقهى و المطعم فقط

لقد سقطت كورة طفلي في مكان لا يستطيع الوصول الليه الا موظفين الفندق فقط وهو سقف حمام السباحه الزجاجي الموجود في الصوره و اخبرت موظف الاستقبل بذالك و اخبرني انه لا يستطيع فعل شي نهائياً مع انهم يستطيعون ولكنهم لا يريدون و بهذا لم نستطع اخذ الكوره نهائياً

It was a three bedroom villa and it was spacious

it seems like the villa was faulty, the lights not working, fridge and washing machine not working a lot of the floorboards not put together, seem like there was some sort of water damage because the wallpaper was bubbling up from the paint. Food was going off in the fridge had to get a an engineer every other day to come and sort out all the problems. The walls in the corridor not like how was described in the picture. I was looking and looked like it needed refurbishing definitely not worth the money. It was frustrating and time-consuming because we would have to wait for the engineer to come which would take up to 30mins- 1 hour to arrive.

bad experience

I lost 2200 SAR from our bag the after room housekeeping cleaned the room I was charged 1000euros for something the hotel bad facilities (water not running properly in the shower drain which caused flooding even they cleaned the water after calling them many times and very late )which was not acceptable to me since the facility needs maintenance. And after that they surprised me that I had to pay this amount when I was leaving to the airport the facility needs a lot of maintenance

Communicatie was bar slecht. Niemand die je kan bereiken als je de receptie belt. Te weinig personeel voor zo grote hotel.

باختصار المكيف ماكان يشتغل او عندي تحكم له التحكم من الاستقبال من سكنا 6 ايام اقولهم يشتغل ويطفى واقولهم الرموت مايشتغل يقول بنرسلك اشخاص ومايجي احد صراحة فندق بمبلغ كبير واخرتها يقولي التحكم بالمكيف عندهم ومايجي احد حتى يصلحه شيء مخجل والله جينا لقينا باب الدولاب حق الخزنه خربان ثمن جابوا واحد يصلحه بالحمام الابوب حقت المروش تخاف تفتحها وتخرب لانها تهتز

الفلل متوفره بغرف 4

التاخير بلخدمه وبعض الاناره تالفه ولم يتم اصلاحها رغم التنبيه لمدة 5 ايام

فندق مريح وجميل جدا بعيد عن الخدمات وكان عامل هناك اسمه يعقوب ودود جدا وخدوم شكرا له

نظافة المكان. ويوجد اشكاليه بحجز الغرف وتم الترقيه افضل من الحجز السابق

ممتاز ونظيف. ويوجد مسافة 5 الى 10 دقايق قريب ثاني شارت من البوابه بقاله ومكان لصرف العمله ومحل فطاير ولم ابحث قريباً هذا الي احتجته وحصلته المكان بعيد عن المواقع اطلب اوبر يكلفني المشوار مثل الى البسفور180 ريال تقريباً السياره عائله 7 اشخاص انا ساكن في دور 19 وفيه اصوات للسيارات ولاكن اذ تعبان بتنام هههه🤪

Остановились только по одной причине - близко к аэропорту.

Останавливались в других городах в movenpick и ожидали такого же уровня и здесь. В итоге у номере с кухней из посуды было только две кружки, с учётом что проживали 3 человека. По просьбе конечно принесли со второго раза нужную посуду, но не понятно зачем кухня. В целом, недочеты присутствовали все проживание и их можно перечислять долго. Я бы подумал, перед тем как останавливаться здесь.

Es un apartamento bien decorado y muy cómodo. El desayuno es realmente increíble y el personal muy atento.

Fue imposible regular la temperatura de la habitación, ni nadie me pudo ayudar a solucionar este problema: era demasiado caluroso (tuve que dormir con las ventanas abiertas en pleno invierno para poder refrescar la habitación).

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool was very nice and well maintained.

There was a lot of noise in the morning due to construction work on the street. The area outside the hotel was very dirty, and the hotel is far from the main tourist areas.

العاملين كلهم كانو متعاونين جدا اي شي تطلبه يوفرونه للغرفه فيها مطبخ والتنظيف والخدمات ممتازه الفندق نظيف لكنه بعيد عن وسط اسطنبول تحتاج ميزانيه للمواصلات اذا ما عندك سياره 1200 الى 1500 ليره مشوار التاكس ذهاب وعوده 3000 ليره ساعة بالتاكسي مع الزحمه

Sauberkeit war nicht so wie früher, früher waren die Zimmer sehr sauber, dieses Mal haben sie schleifen lassen, hängt vielleicht davon ab das die personal soviele Zimmer haben zu Reinigen, Reinigungspersonal haben uns immer wieder gefragt, aber wir haben unser kleine Hunde und Katzen dabei, wie immer. Kann besser werden, Herr Yusuf hat uns immer wieder gefragt ob er sauber machen kann.

Trop de petit détail qui sont dommage pour un tel établissement. Clim qui fonctionne quand elle veut , pas de piles dans les équipements. Un gros effort à faire sur le nettoyage complet dans la chambre

Наш отдых в отеле Movenpick оставил самые приятные впечатления! Нам понравилось абсолютно всё — от атмосферы до уровня сервиса. Наша вилла была очень комфортной, просторной и уютной. Особенно хочется отметить прекрасную террасу, где было невероятно приятно проводить время за завтраком, обедом или ужином, наслаждаясь окружающей атмосферой. Отдельная благодарность администраторам Vesile Kaya и Jyldyz. Они всегда были очень внимательны, доброжелательны и вежливы по отношению к нам. Благодаря их заботе и профессионализму мы чувствовали себя желанными гостями на протяжении всего отдыха. Они действительно сделали наше пребывание ещё более комфортным и приятным. Спасибо всей команде отеля за прекрасный отдых! С удовольствием вернёмся сюда снова и будем рекомендовать этот отель друзьям и близким.

Lovely stay overall, but what really stood out was the exceptional service from Mevlut and Emrullah at reception. They were so friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful – they made a big difference to my experience. Thank you both!

The staff was very accommodating, I accidentally booked smoking room and they were able to give me a non smoking option which was higher value than what I paid for.

There was a smell in the kitchen coming from pipes but it disappeared on its own next morning
