The hotel its self is gorgeous, there are a number of shops in and around the area for drinks, food ect, some stunning restaurants within walking distance and the staff are excellent! Very helpful, especially Ouertas, he has been nothing but helpful and with 10/10 service!!

Turkish Airlines sent us here after their plane was late to make the connection, on a bus, along with another 29 passengers from different flights. Upon arrival, we were instructed what to do, not kindly received as guests, as one would expect. After being hoarded to the reception, the receptionists called out our names one by one and gave us room keys. I can’t express how everyone was feeling, 29 passengers being treated like undesirable people bothering their paying guests. After checking in, they told us the check out time (for my wife and I, they would push out by 2 am when the new flight is not until 6:45 am). Then sent us to a room for “the Turkish airline menu” 🤢: 1 glass of tap water, only 1 food option. Anything else was to paid separately and had to be done at their restaurant, not on that nasty room where THERE ARE FLIES! literally 🪰🪰🪰🪰🪰 This is just incapable, the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had.

Awful, horrible. We were placed here by Turkish airlines, the treatment was awful. Rude staff, bad food, bad smelling rooms, with no hot water and no shampoo/conditioner. Flies in the restaurant while they were serving us cold food.

Çok güzel ilgilendiler. Personel son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Hizmet kalitesi çok iyiydi. Her şey düzenli ve memnuniyet vericiydi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would like to thank the entire team for their efforts. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping staff deserve special recognition for keeping the rooms spotless every day. They were always friendly, respectful, and attentive to every detail. I would also like to thank the pool staff, especially Dunr Tos, for his kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. His positive attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. The only area that I believe could be improved is the breakfast service. I felt that the breakfast chef and the breakfast manager could benefit from additional customer service training to ensure a more welcoming and guest-friendly experience. I hope this feedback is taken as a suggestion for improvement, as it would make the overall experience even better. Overall, this was a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hotel’s cleanliness and quality of service in most areas were excellent, and I would happily choose to stay here again on my next visit to Istanbul.

Had a layover in Turkey and I got a hotel book just for resting. Warm welcome by the receptionist. Food was good in the dining room. Pick up to the airport was on time.

I really liked this hotel. The food was excellent, and the meals were often different, so the menu didn’t become repetitive. The grading person Asiya, always exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions. The tables were always clean, and the staff were consistently neat, professional, and well-presented. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Gonen Hotel Istanbul provides excellent customer service. The rooms are clean, the food was delicious and everyone went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable

Everything was seamless, from check-in to check-out. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel has all the facilities you could need for a comfortable stay. Its location is also excellent, with a nice mall and plenty of restaurants just a couple of minutes’ walk away. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

had a wonderful stay at Istanbul Gonen Hotel. The staff were excellent, always attentive and professional, making my visit very comfortable. I would especially like to commend Asiya — she is truly outstanding in her work, showing great hospitality, kindness, and efficiency. Her warm attitude made me feel very welcome. Overall, the hotel provides a pleasant atmosphere, great service, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul

Ömer und Emir waren sehr sympathisch und waren sehr hilfreich obwohl sie wohl nicht so lange da waren. Sehr großes sauberes Hotel.

It was in Istanbul (ha)as women, we were not well received. The hotel staff were wonderful, but as for the general male population, just a no from us for rudeness towards women.

Booking üzerinden rezervasyon yaparak gitmiştim tesise, iki ayrı çift kişili oda seçtim, birisi çift yataklı diğeri king bed (iki kişilik) .. sadece odaları rezerve ederken booking sisteminin otomatik yönlendirmelerinin verdiği küçük bir detayı gözden kaçırmışım (yani odalardaki konaklayacak kişi sayısını) .. kişi sayısını belirtildigi zaman booking sistemi üzerinde fiyat üzerinde hiçbir değişiklik olmadan kabul ederken, resepsiyon tarafından belirtilmeyen kişi sayısı ve konaklanacak gün sayısınca ekstra ücret talep ettiler...

Really helpful with accommodation and had good food

We did like the personal. They all were very nice and helpfull. Room was clean and all you need was there, especally whene travelling only with a hand luggage.

I booked this hotel specifically because it had an outdoor pool. No one informed us that it was supposedly under construction. We could clearly see the pool from our window — it looked clean, full of water, and there was no visible construction happening at all. It made no sense that guests were not allowed to use it, even just for relaxing or sunbathing. The whole situation felt very strange. The hotel was even showing videos in the lobby promoting the pool area as a nice place to stay and relax, yet guests were not allowed access. One staff member even went to speak with the manager, but the answer was still no. We were told the pool was "under full construction," which simply did not appear to be true.

Muhabbet the housekeeper did a great job and Asiya the hostess was very helpful and friendly. The boys at the reception helped us all the time, they we're very nice Food was excelent, delicious and with a Big variety of dishes. Sauna was great and clean. Thoug it has a shopping mall right in front, the place is calm, perfect to rest after a working day. 100 out of 100.......congratulations. God First, we Will come back😀😀😀

1.Wifi好评，非常稳定；2.酒店早餐不错，选择还可以；3.酒店地理位置很好，对面有个商场，超市购物或者吃饭，小坐都很方便。距离IFM展馆也不远，可以地铁到达。这点对出差的人非常重要。

1.酒店设施稍微老旧，可以明显看出来木制装饰的痕迹，还有洗手台的磕碰；2.酒店的电梯不知道什么原因，有2天时间只有1台能用，希望改进；3.卫生打扫不太彻底，第一天的行李标签，直到第三天才被清掉；4.插座规格有点区别，床头的插座只有比较新的转换插头才能用。

Close to the dentist

The shower was poorly designed, water was flushing everywhere in the bathroom. They didn’t have enough toilet rolls in the bathroom, we had to keep asking for it. We got the iron , but next day they took it back and we had to ask for it again. They took the bath robes and we had to ask for it. The curtains were broken and floor was very dirty.

Nice location, clean rooms, amazing food! Asiya and Bedirhan helped us make our stay more comfortable.

Very beautiful hotel no loud noise at all even though the hotel had lost of guests, service is excellent amenities is perfect the house keeping excellent 👌 the 2 girls who are at the bar Asiya and ulku are brilliant really helpful also the 2 boys Bedirhan and Serkan also the same, thankyou for your service 10 /10

We have had a very good stay at this hotel all staff are wonderful especially we have been well looked after one of the room cleaners AYCAN cleaned our room spotless made us feel at home always very welcoming and smiley being thank you very much. Room 305.

The hotel is next to starcity mall, and close to different bus stops. If you want to go to see Hagia Sophia, grand bazaar, Galata tower, keep in mind that it takes more than an hour by bus from this hotel. The staff are very friendly and respectful including Asiya, she greeted me everyday during breakfast. I would say for the breakfast buffet, it would be nicer if they could switch out some of the items everyday because it started to get a bit boring and repetitive seeing the same food. Also more hot foods would be nice. Also make sure to bring sneakers if you want to use the gym because they kicked me out.

Habitación espaciosa. Muy cerca de un centro comercial y del Aeropuerto Ataturk.

Muchísimo ruido. Se escuchaba todo de las habitaciones al lado y del pasillo! Por la mañana al despertar no podía entrar en el lavabo, la puerta se había auto-cerrado(ni llave habia)...he tenido que llamar a recepción a las 8am para que mensaden alguien arreglarlo. MUY desagradable.. he tenido que esperar 15-20min a alguien para poder entrar al baño de mi habitación! Jamás me había pasado algo así, y esto que viajo cada mes. El desayuno un desastre, no había mesas libres y todas sucias. Al levantarme para buscar 1 café me retiraron los platos, muy desordenados y una falta de coordinación increíble. Café malisimo.. Se puede encontrar mejor por este precio.

The hotel is big, clean,the breakfast buffet was excellent. That was my second stay in . The sauna and the steam baths were under renovations, only the indoor pool was open,the water temperature was 31°C ,but it was cold.

Far from the city center. Need 3 times to take public transportation. 1.5-2 hours far from the city center.
