Reviewed Apr 6, 2026El personal muy amable, la señora de limpieza del primer piso super amable, las instalaciones suoer limpias, lejos del ruido y bullicio si lo que quieres es descansar, camas super cómodas, tienen una terraza que nos encantó subir a tomarnos unos drinks bien tranquilas, la verdad volveria, las habitaciones grandes
Batallamos con uber con la dirección que esta marcado en Internet del hotel , nos dejaban muchi antes porque asi marcaba la ubicación directa , pero pudimos resolver con los chóferes, pero si la ubicación que pone uno al seleccionar el hotel nos mandaba a otro hotel

Que me pudieran $1500 pesos extras en efectivo como deposito por si rompía algo. Eso fue molesto. Me lo devolvieron cuando me iba a ir pero no me gustó ese detalle. Sentí mucha desconfianza de la señora que nos recibió. Y eso es incómodo. Creo que se basó en que vio que mi carro es pequeño.

Reviewed Dec 10, 2025The staff from Dary on the front desk to Leo in the bar and Jesús in the restaurant, everybody went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of! The food was beautifully presented and delicious!
The step up into the bathroom was difficult for us due to mobility issues and the glass outside could have been cleaner to make it easier to see through.

Reviewed Oct 8, 2025El personal fue muy amable, estuvieron atentos a nuestras dudas y necesidades. El wifi funcionaba a la perfección en nuestra habitación. Teníamos una linda vista de la alberca al salir de de nuestro cuarto. El agua caliente funcionaba bastante bien y había buena cantidad de toallas.
El estacionamiento está un poco retirado del hotel, de día esto no es un problema porque el personal de valet puede ir por tu auto, pero de noche lo tienes que hacer tú y la verdad la calle está un poco oscura y solitaria, además el estacionamiento no cuenta con ninguna parte con sombra. El hotel también dice tener un bar en la terraza superior pero en las 3 noches que estuvimos ahí, que por cierto eran fin de semana, el bar estuvo cerrado todo el tiempo. En todo el tiempo que estuvimos ahí solo una vez nos dieron agua de cortesía.

They had different events on the rooftop while we stayed, answered all our questions, explained how the room, room service, transportation, and their rules in a manner that was very easy to understand. I never felt rushed for anything during our stay and staff called over a taxi for transportation for us when we needed it. Hotel is right across the street from the beach and was a very quiet and pleasant stay. I’ll be booking again soon

Reviewed Dec 5, 2024This is my second stay at the Experience Hotel and I really enjoyed both visits. The hotel is well kept up and clean. It’s also quiet and relaxing since it us for adults only. I do wish the roof bar was opened on the nights u was there because I live having a drink and enjoying the sunset. I had breakfast there all three days and it was delicious! Service is excellent!!

Reviewed Jun 26, 2024Todo fue excelente excepto que el viernes rentaron el bar y la terraza del hotel para un evento privado que era de personas de no más de 16 años obviamente eso entorpeció el servicio del bar y al hacer la observación al staff acerca de la incoherencia de un evento de menores de edad en un hotel solo para adultos la respuesta de todos fue un simple “nosotros tampoco sabíamos”. En general todo bien, solo ese pequeño detalle que si rompe con el concepto del hotel.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2024You have a bit of everything in this hotel, there is a bar upstairs, a Starbucks(more affordable than most of them in Mazatlan btw), a restaurant and a juice bar. There is a little pool inside to enjoy with a waaterwall. A three minute walk to a beach with fun waves slamming into you filled with locals. Plenty of restaurants close by to enjoy. Excellent location.
I would have loved a empty fridge to store bigger bottles of water. The fridge was filled with other convenient drinks for extra cost. We made room and were able to store a single large bottle of water and some beer. Some parts of the neighborhood are pretty rustic but didn't even bother me. Mazatlan is a growing hidden gem 💎. The rooms were not that sound proof however noise was sufficiently reduced at a certain time.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2024The staff worked hard to please us. The stay was during the solar eclipse in Mazatlan. The staff made sure we had a perfect spot to watch the eclipse.
Some of the rooms do not have windows. Fortunately, we were able to change to a room with windows. That room we liked very much. I don't recall ever staying at a hotel that had rooms without any windows. Also, next door to the hotel, there was a band that played until after midnight on one of the nights, and the electronic bass sound penetrated the walls of the room. The staff do well with the facilities and circumstances that they have.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2024Al llegar, por la recepción y el pasillo hacia mi habitación, me dio la impresión de ser una torre de departamentos (que después me enteré que efectivamente esto fue previamente un conjunto de departamentos). Pero al llegar a la habitación, definitivamente te sientes en un hotel. Muy limpio, el aroma súper agradable, la habitación muy amplia y la cama estaba muy cómoda. El restaurante estaba muy rico, desayuné y cené ahí. Además de que tienen una cafetería Starbuks en el mismo lobby. La relación precio/calidad es muy buena. Todos los días limpiaron la habitación. La atención fue muy rápida. Ahora, no es realmente un hotel, no hay conmutador (Tienes que hablar a un móvil a recepción). Mi habitación no tenía armario o closet. Pero si hay ganchos y un mueble donde puedes colgar la ropa, pero no es un closet. Si había minibar (Con cargo si lo usas), Plancha y caja de seguridad. Hay música ambiental (Tipo bar/lounge) en todo el hotel, algo fuerte, pero dentro de la habitación yo no la escuché. Es un buen lugar para hospedarte si no quieres un hotel en forma, pero tampoco es como estar en un departamento. Sí te da la experiencia de hotel.

The restaurant have great breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a tiled pool on the bottom floor, at the roof top bar they have two small pools with a great view. If you are adult and don’t want to have kids running around than this is the place to be in Mazatlan.

The ambiance is wonderful and most people here speak English, which is great for non-Spanish speakers like myself. The restaurant serves delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is a tiled pool on the bottom floor and two small pools with a great view on the rooftop bar. If you are an adult looking for a peaceful atmosphere without kids running around, then this is the perfect place for you to stay in Mazatlan.
