Uuuuuyyy paso de ser mi hotel favorito a ya no querer volver. Primero la comida. Ya casi todo es bufete en palomas y cilantros ya nada es a la carta y antes las comidas en pescados eran mas variadas, ahora todo es lo mismo y muy reducido. Los camastros. Disminuyeron considerablemente la cantidad de los camastros en la playa y en la alberca y es un gran problema el querer utilizar uno, porque hay quienes dan dinero para apartarlos y los mismos trabajadores les avisan si el salvavidas les quita sus cosas. Playa. Ya no es playa privada y se NOOOOOTAAAA, miles de vendedores, bandas y gente que ni siquiera esta hospedada ahi van y se ponen super borrachos y hacen sus desfiguros. De verdad no vuelvo...

Food was nasty, we had to wait in the restaurant and try to eat while we were waiting for our room to be cleaned it. Very bad Experience.. I asked for the refund to go to another hotel, of course they didn't

Habia plaga de moscos en el sanitario de la Habitacion, los baños de areas sociales faltos de mantenimiento, y de limpieza! El clima de lod mismos ya no lo tienen funcionando! Las toallas de area de alberca nunca tienen, y la comida le han quitado platillos que eran muy buenos!

It’s wasn’t fully all inclusive. The food was not good. We had a hard time calling for room service and maintenance. We spent our whole trip without A/C. Alcohol drinks were definitely watered down. Food was not good ended up having to go out of the resort to eat. Waitered Service was below average.

We arrived to find they had no rooms for the first two nights of our 14 day stay even though we had booked 7 months earlier. Booking.com has a 24/7 customer service and they NEVER responded to a request for help. I have booked through them in the past but will never book through booking.com again…..BAD customer service!

No fridge in the room for my medication.. Miss communication, what we were able to use our voucher for. If they had a pool pass for quests, instead of having to pay for a full all inclusive 24 hrs pass, that would have been nice. Having both would be good as well.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026I loved my ocean front room. I had paid extra for it and when I got there I was out in an ocean view, despite saying something at check in. I had to go back downstairs and tell them that it was not what I booked and they said they would comp me an upgrade, which didn't make sense because I had already paid for it
The food was awful! Inline with Taco Bell. I came to Maztlan specifically for the food and this was so bad. The fryer smelled rancid. The catch of the day was drowning in margarine. The margaritas we just ok, except from Jesus, he made a delicious margarita. There was very little avacados and no guacamole. Even though we paid for the all inclusive, we went across the street to Tachos and had several truly great meals our last two days there.

Reviewed Oct 2, 2025Es un hotel muy bien ubicado, sus albercas limpias, su playa extensa y bonita con muchos camastros. La atención del personal muy cálida y servicial. Me dieron una mejor habitación que también estaba muy limpia, Toallas y artículos de baño suficientes, muy amplia y confortablemi habitación. El restaurante Italiano muy rico.
Empezar diciendo que hicimos 2 horas de fila para el checkin. Plan todo incluido pero sin calidad en su buffet, era rescatable el desayuno aunque la fruta (papaya, melón y sandía muy verde o pasada, las comidas y cenas con muy poca variedad, 3 o 4 guisos a escoger y muy poca capacidad, con larga espera para entrar.... El restaurante Cilantros muy tardado en los pocos platillos, en otro restaurante para cenar al aire "Pescados" comida asiática el sushi estaba bien para los que les gusta ese tipo. Tiene una tiendita Deli donde con tu plan puedes pedir un combo pero siempre hay fila o se les acaba ( hasta para pedir una agua o soda hay que esperar y pasar la pulsera 2 veces. No hay shows nocturnos, y nos hicieron firmar que no se permite contratar la banda en la playa... Es muy bonito hotel pero de verdad que necesitan poner calidad y sazón en la comida del bufete, es lo único que me decepcionó. Si quieres disfrutar una buena comida (y no reservaste el italiano) o cena hay que salir a probar la gastronomía local fuera del hotel. Y te ofrecen muchas cosas para que vayas al Emerald bay, allá son los shows y otras cenas....
