Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Bhubaneswar

Beautiful room.

Nothing

Breakfast was great. Staff were so helpful and nice

Excellent. The street food corner should have 1 or2 more options

The spa should have more staff, specializing I different aspects of body treatment. The lady was very good ,but for me all 3 days felt same. You need for space for steam and sauna ,for us to get full benefits.cannot sit for a shirt period as it gets unbearably hot.

We were very pleased with the birthday room decoration arranged by the staff for my son's birthday. The surprise cake and greeting card were a thoughtful touch and made the celebration even more special.

Well there’s nothing not to like about the property , it’s a good place to be with your family. All the staff are polite and helpful , they go out of their way to check if your stay is comfortable. Harshdeeep from reception , Bhawna & suyojeet from welcome cafe were outstanding when it comes to delivering service . My family would like to visit this property again in the future due to an amazing experience. Couldn’t have asked for more .

A beautiful hotel with good people working for it. The front desk lady who checked us in (forgot the name as I have bad recollection, but the name started with A), was extremely efficient with her work. Very smooth check in, more important for me as I was driving from Hyderabad and was exhausted. My family loved the room and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast was good and had a wide range of spread. Thank you for making this a memorable stay!

This is an absolute great experience i have had with the hospitality and services by staff at Welcom Hotel at Bhubaneswar. I would like to specially mention our restuarant partners - Raja / Bhawana / Manoj / Shubjith. Front desk - Niaj for his excellency in approaching customers.

Very nice and exceptional experience

We really liked the hotel. The staff of this hotel are its biggest asset. Sanjay, the security personnel at the main entrance of the hotel never forgets to greet each and every guest. You will get a very positive vibe once you get in. All the reception staff are very courteous and eager to help. We reached the hotel at around 10 am in the morning but the Front office staff assigned our room without any delay. Breakfast was very nice. Overall very nice experience. Would love to come back again.
