Comoda camera a 800 mt dal porto e poco meno dal centro. Tutto l' occorrente, macchina per espresso con cialde, the e zucchero. Phon ed anche una bilancia per valutare il proprio peso dopo una settimana a Creta... Letto comodo.

Non è chiara la posizione con Google maps in quanto la nostra stanza era nell edificio di fronte. Probabilmente la vecchia sede dell hotel. Risolto alzando gli occhi dal cellulare, non bisogna cercare il civico 34 ma l hotel di fronte ( più nuovo)

La struttura è centralissima. Il personale perfetto : simpatico, accogliente e gentile. Non c’è parcheggio. Quindi bisogna pagarla a parte in un parking vicino che è convenzionato.

The location is second to none. Very walkable and safe. I dealt with three different staff in my very short stay thanks to a delayed flight. All staff had the patience of a Saint and would go over and beyond in anything if asked. Thanks for storing my luggage🧳. I LOVED the shower. The bed was a bit uncomfortable since I didn't get the double I had requested but rather two singles pushed together. The bedding was comfortable and A/C was splendid. Breakfast was sufficient and the things that were supposed to be hot actually were. More than enough choices even for this picky eater. I would definitely stay there again.

La habitación económica es muy mala, en la planta baja fuera del hotel, con poca luz, pequeña, con escalera de bajada dentro de la habitación y el mantenimiento descuidado.

Flot hjælpsomhed ved sen ankomsttid efter midnat og igen opbevaring af baggage for hjemrejse. Tagterrasse restauranten er skøn og sødt personale samt flot morgenmadsbuffet! Vi kunne ligge og slappe af i sofaer før sen aftenfly. Det betød meget for os med den store hjælpsomhed. Mange tak!

Punto principale a favore della struttura vicinanza all aeroporto ( raggiungibile in 10 minuti di taxi), ma soprattutto al centro città raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Le camere si trovano dislocate in un complesso adiacente all hotel Lato boutique, dove vi si fa appunto il check-in e si tiene la colazione. Quest’ultima ben fornita, prodotti di buona qualità è abbastanza varia. Camera un po’ piccola, ma con tutto il necessario è abbastanza pulita

Niente in particolare che meriti attenzione

Abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade per cui la camera era vista mare.... uno spettacolo! Il personale molto gentile e la colazione davvero completa con ottimi prodotti. Ottima anche la posizione a due passi dal centro per visitare la città ed è anche vicina all'aeroporto.

Logicamente il rumore degli aerei che decollano ad agosto è una sicura compagnia!

Good location in the center of the Heraklion. Staff very helpful. Interesting modern design of the interiors of the rooms and the lobby.

Unfortunately construction on the street created confused access to the hotel. Rooms and elevators sort of small.

Hotel świetnie zlokalizowany, 5-10 minut piechotą na deptak, do portu na prom i na dworzec autobusowy, do Muzeum Archeologicznego. Śniadania urozmaicone, przyjazna obsługa. Polecam na krótkie pobyty.

Ottima struttura, ben curata, pulita e con personale molto gentile e attento alle tue esigenze. Posizione eccellente per tutte le attività.

Tutto ok, tranne per il parcheggio che non c'è in zona. Sei obbligato a parcheggiare nei park a pagamento.

Et supert hotell midt i sentrum med flott utsikt. Jeg ble ved ankomst oppgradert helt uten å ha bedt om det, og fikk et nydelig rom med sjøutsikt! hotellrommet var supert, kaffe og te på rommet, og 2 flasker vann stod klart. Flott i varmen. Deilig baderom. Fikk også en pakke med lokale kjeks på rommet. Ikke mye bråk fra trafikken, og 5 minutter å gå så var jeg midt i sentrum. Kort vei til buss og båt også. Frokostbuffeten var super. Bor gjerne her en annen gang også.

Super Hôtel ! Je recommande beaucoup. Nous avons été surclassé (chambres avec lit double avec vue sur le port vénitien au lieu de la chambre économique). La chambre était super propre, avec des bons équipements (frigidaire, chocolats, shampoing) et magnifique vue sur le port. On y a été qu’une nuit mais ça nous aurait pas dérangé d’y rester plus longtemps. Et l’hôtel nous a gardé nos bagages jusqu’à 13h le temps qu’on visite la ville d’Heraklion 😍😘 Merci beaucoup à cette Hôtel

Μείναμε τρεις μέρες και δεν μας άλλαξαν τα σεντόνια για τις πετσέτες έπρεπε να τις ζητήσουμε εμείς.

La habitacion espaciosa, comoda, con todo lo necesario para una estadia de 1 noche. El desayuno es excelente, en el edificio principal. la ubicacion inmejorable para movilidad.

No me resulto practico que el alojamiento fuese en el anexo. Pero dado que estaria por 1 dia, no pretendi mas. El anexo, no mantiene caracteristicas, esteticas al del hotel principal, es mas anticuado. Sin embargo, la habitacion en si, era comoda, tenia todo lo necesario. No fue algo que adverti con facilidad cuando buscaba reservar.

It seems to be a hotel that hosts business conferences and tour groups so be prepared for groups at breakfast.

Ich wurde von einem Standard Einzelzimmer auf ein Superior Doppelzimmer upgradet, deswegen kann ich über die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie keine Aussage treffen.

Accueil très agréable, bon emplacement proximité du centre et de la forteresse, chambre très propre et confortable, un petit déjeuner bien qui pourrait être un peu mieux par contre le dîner superbe sur la terrasse de l'hôtel vue sur la mer, la forteresse et la digue avec un très bon repas et un très bon service.

Il ristorante dell’hotel è molto panoramico

Sehr gute Lage: Innenstadt und Hafen in Fußreichweite. Gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Kostenloser Parkplatz in etwa 4 Minuten Fußweg. Bei Ankunft kann man kurz auf einem Parkplatz rechts vom Hoteleingang parken, einchecken und das Gepäck aufs Zimmer bringen und bekommt an der Rezeption einen kleinen Zettel, den man dem Pförtner eines beschrankten öffentlichen Parkplatzes am Hafen zeigt, der einem dann kostenfrei die Schranke öffnet. Zum Hotel zurück sind es über eine Treppe nur 4 min. zu Fuß.

Dreibettzimmer im Annexgebäude, das dem Hotel gegenüber liegt, war für drei Koffer etwas eng. Für eine Nacht aber absolut OK.

Ein tolles Hotel in sehr guter Lage zum Fährhafen und zum Zentrum. Es war absolut sauber. Das Frühstück war ungewöhnlich vielfältig und sehr gut. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder.

Chambre très confortable avec petit frigo et 2 bouteilles d'eau. Bon accueil en anglais. Nous prenions le ferry à 8h le lendemain,, du coup on n'avait pas le temps de prendre le petit déjeuner. On nous a fait des boxes repas pour partir. Top !

Η καθαριότητα θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερη (την 1η μέρα βρήκα άδειο κουτί χυμό στο ψυγείο, τσιγάρο κάτω από το κρεβάτι, τρίχες στο μπάνιο). Το ξενοδοχείο δεν διαθέτει πάρκινγκ, παρόλο που λέει ότι διαθέτει. Το να στέλνεις τους πελάτες σε ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ επί πληρωμή είναι άλλο πράγμα. Η πόρτα του μπάνιου είναι γυάλινη, με αυτοκόλλητα που όμως έχουν ανοίγματα, και προσφέρει μειωμένη ιδιωτικότητα.

Vybírala jsem ubytování s parkováním zdarma, na voucheru jsem měla parkování zdarma a recepční nám tvrdil, že parkování zdarma už není a musíme si zaplatit 8 euro na odstavném parkovišti. Nikde ani zmínka o tom, že check-in je v jiné budově, v hotelu s podobným názvem. Ani na dveřích daného ubytování to nebylo napsáno. Recepční kolem nás prošel (ubytovával někoho jiného) a neřekl ani slovo, že se nám bude věnovat za chvíli a že máme jít jinam.

There is no free parking. The hotel told us to park in the central parking lot and we paid 11 euros for overnight. Half of the window of the room was very mudy, bearly could see anything.
